Given a gift card to this place for Christmas and decided to just only cash it in. Order when you come in, they give you a ticket, you give the ticket to the waitress upon sitting, and get your food. Interesting concept but it keeps the high turnover of the tables. We sat outside so we could watch the kids play at the playground. Server was great! Food came quick and service is great. We ordered burgers for us both and quesadillas for the kids. They were all very delicious and savoury. Not a big fan of the small fries but they were good.

Food was really good. Great staff. Ordering was very weird (they take your order, then give you the ticket to give your your server, instead of just going through the server).... Aside from the ordering, it was a great experience.

I'm from Wimberley and my neighbor and I drove over to Spring Branch to pick up some things and she suggested we stop by The Branch Neighborhood Grill. I had never been but I'm always up for a new adventure. The place is a little different. We ordered our food at the counter as soon as we walked in. We didn't drink but if you do, that's where you pick the drinks up as well. Free refills on the soft drinks. Anyway, we decided to sit outside and within minutes a waitress came over to check on us and complete our orders. The food came really fast. There is a play ground for the kids. The food was great the people were friendly and the atmosphere was super. I feel like this place would be a challenge for anyone in a wheelchair

Always love getting away from San Antonio for a relaxing little hill country drive and that led me to The Branch Neighborhood Grill in Spring Branch, Tx. My 3rd visit here was just as good as my first. The food is homestyle, and the restaurant has a family like feel to it with a beautiful outdoor patio. The food is excellent especially the catfish and burgers. The service was great and we were greeted with plenty of happy smiles. I sure look forward to returning soon.

Great restaurant. Very well run... Friendly service, excellent management, great food! I love the efficiency of ordering. The play area for kids is securely enclosed and super fun! The cheese steak was excellent! The onion chips were also a must-try! Portions are quite large... Even the kid's meals!

Great local spot. Great food - we've had the cheesesteak, burgers, fish and fries, salads and tortilla soup. All are very good. Good beer selection and they have a couple margarita machines up front, but no formal bar. Kids play area that is fenced out back that is great for little guys to let off steam. Friendly staff and service is usually pretty quick. Inside can get a little loud, but overall a place that we keep coming back. It gets crowded on weekends and dinnertime, so you know it's good.

Well popular is an understatement, this place is always packed, but they do a good job of moving everyone through the ordering line and getting tables set up. So the crowd moves quickly. The staff is super nice. Our food was tasty and timely, especially for a busy Saturday night. There is also a playground out back. So if you have kiddos, it is great for them to play while you wait. Everyone enjoyed their food. And when there is a hiccup the staff is quick to fix it. Overall a great family place, fun with friends or a low key date.

Been coming here for years and we like the food and kids play area. Removing a star because we always sit on the patio and the service out there sucks. Every single time I have to go inside searching for the waitress at some point. Please address this. Beer and wine selection is limited. Restrooms way too small for the size of the restaurant

They charged $16 for the catfish order, asked what kind of fries, so I chose sweet potato fries, then found I was charged $2.50 extra for the sweet potato fries, but you can see from my photo I only received around 11 fries. And I was never told they were extra. The fish was good though.

Stopped by for a late lunch with our grand children.They love to play on the playground. We had to ask them to clean one of the many dirty tables outside. Our server struggled to be friendly after giving me an eye roll before she knew she was our server, I ordered grilled chicken and it was clearly precooked. Maybe even flash frozen. I could not eat it. Mashed potatoes were not fresh either. I doubt we will go back.

We’ve been coming to this dining establishment for many years and I’ve always had a wonderful experience with great food and great service. Today we were met with very slow service for five minutes waiting to place a drink order and finally were met by the server to take our drink order. Today they had three soups advertised on the menu as specials, and we placed orders for a small and large potato soup, which was not a problem and placed an order for a large chili, which was a problem because they said they only sell the chili in one size. Upon asking them to place the chili in a large bowl they told us they did not have the ability to do that because it was not in their computer system. How hard is it to do a miscellaneous charge for an item and accommodate the customer who has been coming to your restaurant for years and years? I guess it’s old school to think that the customer should always be considered as a priority these days.?? We will not be back unfortunately!! It takes years to gain a customer and seconds to lose one and today the branch lost a customer. They always say you never remember a good meal that you always remember a bad one!

We used to love this place but lately it’s been horrible service. The coin machines eat the kids quarters and the staff gets upset when you complain about their money being eaten. The food was incredibly salty at our last visit. The fried pickles were literally doused in a pound of salt. Overall the chicken was good. Very very loud, long wait, and server never came by once during our visit except to bring our food. Not worth the $15-20 per person.
