The service was absolutely terrible my food was cold and my fries were really soggy. I went back to get a refund. And they didn’t even give me the right amount. 10/10 would recommend shout out my boy Marky Mark.
I can't brag on the manager enough. This guy is keeping this establishment alive. Very under staffed and still doing a great job. I beg you, if your kids are of working age, have them apply here and learn what dedication to product quality and dedication to the public customer is all about.
This is a good Burger King. Our food has been fresh here every time we have eaten here. Not all fast food restaurants are equal and this one seems to be one of the better Burger King's.

Gave them my order and received my order after being freshly made and everything I ordered was in the bag! That doesn't happen very often any longer. Will not be afraid to go to that BK again!

Burger was just ok. Was offered a strawberry shortcake pie. It was 6 out of 10 my son got a crabby patty whopper and cheesy bacon tater tots. Yummmmmy! My onion rings were a bit soggy since they were pre-made an i saw them cleaning the fryer. The young man taking my order was fantastic!
Quick service, immaculate dining area, friendly respectful staff, consistently accurate orders, fresh fries and well prepared burgers. Couldn't ask for more from a fast food restaurant. Worth stopping by for a bite to eat.

Great food. loved the chicken and was full for some time. Only real complaint I have is that the soda tasted really off. I think the soda machines in the lobby need to be fixed or something.
Gotta admit, that possible burger is delicious! Cheap chicken nuggets, but yummy! Haven't eaten at a BK in over a decade! Really don't know why I haven't been there, but am ABSOLUTELY going back..soon!
My grandkids love the play area, and they always have fun with the other kids that are there. Great job Pleasanton Burger King on keeping the play area open!!
They dropped my chicken sandwiches and we're very honest to tell me that I had to pull up to the front because they were making me a new batch. I appreciated the honesty.
Friendly staff, fresh food never disappointed! My husband and I came in today and decided to use our free Whopper coupon from the BK app and when we arrived we found out our online order had never shown up on their system, the BK app is pretty confusing but Stephen helped up and took care of the mess up even though it was no way his or the store locations fault. Best Burger King and I am so glad it is close to me! We will definitely be back.
This location is working with a bare bones crew right now, and I got there at lunch time. Understandably, my wait time was a bit longer than normal for fast food. But my meal was exactly what I ordered and very delicious. (This is not usually the case with most fast food places, usually something is wrong.) Not only that, the crew, although clearly tired and over worked, were all so nice and friendly. This location is doing something right; I hope they can get more help soon!
I ordered two dollar junior bacon burgers and when I got to the window at the last minute while I was paying I awkwardly asked for a "tiny little baby piece of lettuce" of which they laughed and said "a little baby piece? Like a shred?" I said "yes" and laughed. They happily provided me a 2in by 1in square of lettuce on my sandwich. I'm very happy 5 out of 5 stars. I truly had it my way today.
The manager at this location is the BEST!! He’s kind and professional. Mistakes happen but not often here and the two times they have he personally made the fix’s. Tonight I had the best crispy 🐓chicken royal EVER. Chick-fil-A ain’t got nothin on his skills. In the past he fix’d a whopper order. It was the yummiest whopper🍔. Ive had a million and it was 10/10! Bravo to being a great manager and making fast food taste better than Gristmill😂👍🏼

I stopped by this evening for dinner everything was great. Amy is so sweet! She patient and I know my order will always be correct and hot because she always checks it for me. I’m a former bk manager and I would have loved to have Amy on my team!
Updating my previous 2 star review and giving them the stars they deserve after today's visit. 5 stars! Food was hot, no long waits, everything was great. The young lady in drove through was friendly and our order was perfect. Thank you for correcting previous issues! We stopped coming for several months, but we will now be back more often. The food is consistently good but I have stopped going because of the staffing issues. They want you to pull around to the front after placing a drive through or mobile order where they they forget half your stuff. It's a lot of Hassle and back and forth to still not get everything we ordered. And if something is missing you have to go back around through drive through and it's just not worth the wait. We used to come here 1-2x a week at least and now I'm not going once a month because of all these issues. We will be glad to come back when this all gets straightened out.
I love Burger King's virtual playground for the kiddos! The whopper and fries are awesome. The nugget deal is a steal. They still offer crowns for the kiddos. They have an icee machine that customers can access and get refills from! Now they have kids nights on Thursdays from 6-8pm (see flyer pic for Feb 2019). Looks like they offer birthday parties too! (see flyer pic). They have also added board games to play with in the main dining room. Also a giant connect four in the kids play area. (pictures added for these too).
We went through drive window. It was a little late so fries were a little cold. But overall it was good. Service was wonderful.
The drive-thru went through quick. If you are a Burger King fan, you would have liked what you got as the food was on par with their standards. They have a coupon deal going, so it was a really heck of a good deal. Friendly staff.
My whopper without mayo came with mayo. Took the sandwich back and young man Rio helped me out. Great customer service. Couldn’t get the managers name but was very polite woman. Will be returning.
The food was fast, fresh and yummy. The wait was extremely long. 25 minutes. Three different groups came in after us and all had their orders way before us, one couple even finished eating before we got our food. I thought they forgot about us since nothing takes more than a few minutes to cook. But it was worth the wait. Very yummy.
Service at the speaker and window were ok. We ordered two croissants and taters. They parked us. And another carnafter us. The car after us got their order 1st. Then they brought our order. To find it was incorrect or I should say wrong. I told my daughter, I think they mixed up our order with that other car. So she gets out to ask the lady if our order was hers and if she had ours and sure enough. Not cool, I mean we were the only two customers. And they couldn't even get them correct. Do better.
Good choice for fast food. The hash brown nuggets were very crispy as ordered. Food was fresh. Server was polite and friendly. Prices have increased s)ightly but still reasonable considering today's economy. 😀
Good customer service, albeit a bit slow sometimes. If you order via the app, they will not start making it till you arrive, which means it will likely be fresh, but you will still wind up waiting. The most important detail is the customer service. I have always been impressed with their attitude. I have shown up right at close and they weren't inconvenienced in the least.
Food was what was expected. Had several online orders, but there was difficulty for the staff finding one. We placed an order for pick up. Should've been ready by the time we got there. However when I arrived food hadn't even been started. Waited 20 minutes in the restaurant for our orders to be completed after people ordered while we were there waiting. Staff was courteous.
The food was fine. It did take a few minutes wait to get some cheesy jalapeño bites which was fine. Fries weren't hot though. My order was correct. Looking forward to when the open a play are.
Takes a little long for their meals but I kinda like that. I know that my food wasn't sitting for a while under a warmer. And always so sweet.
My usual go-to BK joint. Does a good job on the fries most times 7/10. Chicken Sandwich is taking me back to the late 90s. For a while most BKs were getting it wrong. It was too dry. But this BK serves up some juicy chicken sandwiches like I remember from back in the day.
Food was served hot and fresh, which is rare these days for a QSR. Our order was accurate and served with a friendly attitude by our server Jason. When we drove off without our dessert, this young man literally ran after us in the parking lot to make sure we got it. JASON is a real asset to this team—that kind of customer service is hard to come by these days!
I tried Burger King because it was raining and I was walking there while my car was getting an oil change and tire rotation. It was closer to me than Whataburger. It wasn't bad but it cost a little more, I got a little less, and the quality was lower here than at Whataburger. I should have got a little wetter and walked to Whataburger. Plus, the extra walking would have done a little more to offset the fact I was eating fast food, again. Lesson learned
I used to like burger King. Their quality has gone down. Not as big and not very good tasty. Keep driving.
The staff is always friendly and courteous. I gave 3 stars because the drive thru is very slow. It takes a while for someone to answer you at the speaker. There is typically a line of cars not moving. I only visit this location when I have ample time to sit and wait.
The service was good. & the people there were friendly & helpful. However, I did notice that some food fell on the floor in the kichen, & it took them about 30 minutes before it was finally picked up. It could of been a serious slip & fall, if it had been steped on wrongly. But I was glad no one picked up & eat it.
I love Berger King but this store has gone no where but down hill!!! CLOSED at 6:40 on a Saturday?! Really? You bet next time I want bergers I will be going somewhere else
Service was great and their 1$ tacos are ok, but I got the chicken nuggets?!? Not good even @ 10 for $1.49. Very poor quality.
The employees were lackluster and slow, but the food was good. Their sign says Dine in hours end at 10pm, but they lock their doors around 8 if not before. Not sure why but it seems like management is either non existent or doesn't care. It's very inconvenient.
I enjoy a good burger, and normally would say Burger King is not too bad of a choice for a quick stop. Unfortunately,ever since Covid, service, hours of operation, and food quality at the Bulverde location is anything but consistently reliable or good. Fortunately for the owner of this location, his/her competition (Whaterburger. Popeyes) isn't any different, and most locals won't drive to larger city to avoid this. :-) Good luck.
Customer service in the drive through is terrible. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second time I was a bit annoyed, and this being the third time, I am making sure others know. When I've come to the drive through, no one acknowledged that I pulled up, so I would call out to get their attention. I waited a minute or two then called out again. Sometimes a third time before somebody would answer with "yes?" or "what did you want." All three times! Then when I asked for an order they'd tell me to pay at the first window, which is normal, except that there has never been somebody at the first window. Not once. So each time, I'd wait several minutes, and then pull to the second window. Then they would say "did you pay at the first window."? I never went in during busy times because I prefer shorter lines. The employees rarely acknowledged me when I was at the drive through, and would be short or rude when they did. I am very disappointed in their service and I hope it changes for the better.
When done properly the food is good and cooked quickly. But this last time I was there the man at the drive thru check out window was also the one cooking. He has plastic gloves on and would take people's credit cards and cash and then go back to cooking without changing the gloves!!!! That is how people get sick!! Very disappointing and I will definetly be thinking twice from now on before eating here, as it made me very very sick later that evening. I know it was the food from here because it was the only thing I had eaten in the past 8 hours. As soon as I threw it up I felt way better.
Food was overcooked and not very flavorful. Also, they do give military discount but only to individual sandwiches and not meals. Why is that? Are those who serve or served, died or almost died, not deserve your admiration. If not, that's okay, they do have the choice not to visit your establishment. We will not be going back.
Do you enjoy your order being incorrect or served cold? Then this is the Burger King for you! Place was great when it first opened but over the years has slowly became worse and worse. I’m not talking long waits due to COVID but actual quality of the food and customer service. Done with this Burger King.
Went here today. They said the "meat" machine was down. I ordered the fish sandwich, thinking I might get a fresh sandwich. Waited a few minutes for them to deliver it. Definitely not long enough to cook a fresh one. I think this sandwich spent all day under a heat lamp; not good at all! A stale sandwich and a soda was over $8 bucks. Definitely not worth it!!!
I’m surprised this isn’t the lowest rated Burger King in the state. The employees failed to acknowledge my and left me sitting in the drive-thru wondering if the restaurant was even open. The broken screen at the drive-thru was also a nice giveaway of the quality of the establishment.
Bad customer service. Guy working the window yesterday didn't want to give us napkins. He act like it's a napkin shortage. No condiments. Just BAD services. The whopper had sooo much mayonnaise I probably have high blood pressure.
They were slow and I had to pull around and wait. They took my order at 09:41 and brought it out at 09:52 with no fries. I was late for work due to waiting for my order and it was only 2 sausage croissants and 1 whopper meal with a plain whopper. After I pulled around and waited with the car in front of me other cars behind us were getting orders and leaving.
Haven't been here in some time and this will be the last . Nothing tasted good. Burgers tasted nasty and the fries were overly salted
Sat and waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes. Heard them ask the person in front of me that it would take 5-10 minutes to cook their fish. Then didn't have them pull forward to wait. Sat there in front of the window while everyone else in line had to wait for this person's blasted fish. They need to improve their line management.
Made several attempts to go inside of this burger king to sit in. The dining room is always closed even though it's during the open hours. I hope corporate can get involved on this one Biggest petpeve ever.
Went to get breakfast for the family, pancakes were cold/hard stuck together. The sausage on the crossan was raw and the French toast was hard and burnt. Waste of time and money.
They failed to give me all of the food ordered and paid for. No straws. Wrong drinks served. I recommend going somewhere else for fast food. This burger king provided a disappointing experience.
Wait 10 mins for burger it was cold. Tried to order fries and coke inside waited another 10 mins and no o e ever took my order.
They told me they are out of patties. because of I ordered with coupon and just wanted to see if they are honest or lie to me so I sent my cousin minute later to get same order without coupon and he actually get it .
Nobody in the parking lot. nobody in line. yet at 430pm today the 9/12/21 they said it would be a twenty minute wait for service. I would NOT recommend going unless you wanna wait and wait and wait some more to get your food.
Ive pulled up 2 times now and some how they are closed at 9 PM and refusing service. Other time everyone turned around and they wouldn't even talk to you or respond. I really hope this place shuts down or gets a real manager and staff
This restaurant is horrible. Two weekends in a row now I have showed up during their breakfast hours only to be told, "We are out of breakfast." What does that even mean? I pressed the issue the first time, and they begrudgingly served me breakfast, but I should not have to coerce them to do their job. I will not be returning to this restaurant. There is a closer one with vastly better service to the south anyway.
Worst service ever by manager. Went they drive thru line, literally no one else in line, after 10 minutes, was told to drive to front of store for order. When we asked why, was told by manager that each order is on a timer and our order timer would run out and ding them if ER didn’t move. When we asked, “really?” the manager got upset and told us he has the right to refuse service to anyone, that his GM gave him permission to pad his numbers and for us to GTFO. We asked for our refund, got our money back and left in shock at how rude he was to us despite seeing that we had children in the car and how he admitted to padding his numbers.
This place is horrible, the worst out of all fast foods, what’s disappointing is I love Burger King, I’ve been to this location only a handful of times and have been disappointed. One visit no meat patties. Todays visit in the drive through I was told “ we only have one person here, so if it’s a small order we can take it but otherwise we’re just cleaning” WHAT!!! It’s always something with this place, so just pull the trigger close down and let someone who knows how to run a business open up
Ordered online for pickup. When I walked in, they were unaware of my order. It took another 12 minutes to get it because there were only 3 workers there. The young lady was nice at the register but was clearly overwhelmed by the lack of staffing. We are only vi3 but won't return while we are here.
Very disappointed that today was a very rainy day and all of the parking spaces right at the front door were taken by all of the employees! I was the only customer inside and watch additional employees come to work and parked right at the front door. Amazing customer consideration. The actual service of food was very quick and good. Just surprised at the parking policy for employees. Come on guys think about your guests first.
Got complete order wrong, no cheese on all three burgers and I was charged for it. No pickles, lettuce was almost rotten, did not give applesauce for Childs meal! Will never go back!

The meat was awful. Looked like frozen patties and not the usual I’m used to getting. It didn’t taste the same and I couldn’t eat it. I like their burgers but for the first time, it tasted terrible. Either they were too lazy to make them how they normally do or someone ordered the frozen patties.
This place is a joke, and the shift manager at the time was walking around with a BK crown, and when I talked to him about my meal he just looked at me like he didn’t care. I ordered the candied bacon whopper and they didn’t let me know they ran out of the jam, plus it barely had the garlic sauce, plus my burger was a little warm. I added cheese and it wasn’t even melted. The restrooms were dirty, and there was water everywhere from the urinal. Burger King corporation needs to look into this location. DO NOT!!!! come to this location for any meal.
A family of 4 just got off a long flight and needed food 20 mins before closing on 4-10-2024. Yes it was late however to be told their shake machine was down and then to be told they had "no whopper meat" Well we got the message from the guy over the intercom that BK really needs to close earlier or he just didn't seem to care or want our business. This is absolutely not the kind of employee I would want running my front line for building restaurant relationships. It made me lose a bit of faith in BK as a whole and definitely would never recommend or comeback to give business here at this location. Now I get to tell the whole family the story while attending a funeral. Definitely gives us all something to talk about and how we ended up discovering the nearby IHOP where Lisa represented IHOP totally different and we had a wonderful meal and overall experience- BK leadership step up to the plate and do some random inspections: act as a customer and do what's right to help your businesses reputation or you'll sink to the bottom.
I haven’t been to Burger King in 23 years…literally. We almost tried this location 4 months ago, but the drive thru attendant said they were out of burgers. Well, we tried again tonight and this was by far the worst food I’ve eaten for as long as I can remember. Fries were cold, nuggets were hard, dry and cold. The dogs wouldn’t even eat the chicken nuggets after our kids said they were awful. The burger was undercooked and tasted nothing like I remember. Also took 7 minutes just to take our order. This location won’t be in business that much longer. There’s no one who will pay $30-$40 for food THAT nasty and be made to wait that long when the place is dead/dining room closed. Maybe I’ll try another location in another 23 years, but never eating here ever again.
I generally like this chain but I can't tell you about the food at this location because every time I've tried to eat there, they have decided to close early. Last night they closed at 8:40. There is definitely a management problem at this Spring Branch location. There are a lot of other places to get good food on the same street so don't bother stopping here.
Went here before grocery shopping and the 8 piece nuggets we ordered were crispy. My children refused to eat them and so I went around front. I went inside and there was not a single employee to be seen. The whole restaurant was empty. I called for someone several times and peaked around. No one. I was there for a few minutes before two guys and a girl came out of the back. I told them of my issue and then they started to make the order again. The guy in the black shirt was on the phone while the guy in the red made the nuggets. The girl stayed in the back and then another girl I think came out of the reefer. We sat in the vehicle and ate as the employees inside locked their doors to the lobby. They opened the door for a ridgeway towing and locked it behind him. A gentleman came and tugged on the door around 350 and it was locked. They proceeded to send the drive thru vehicles to the front and hand delivered the food to each vehicle. It was real weird going inside and no one being there so I thought I would leave a review. The second round of nuggets was delicious. Also, we ordered two whoppers and we were not told about the 2 for 6 deal which would have been a much better deal for us.
Lack of service, drive through not moving, only one car in line. Went inside to order. Two people in front of me. Finally get to the front and try to give my order. Manager interrupts and has the employee taking orders stand over where the treys were. No one replaced to take orders. Left after waiting for 10 minutes. Long line behind me.
They used bottles of soda instead of the fountains and the drink was flat and had little ice. The food was cold and the person giving my order was not very friendly. Won’t go there again.
Came to get one meal and waited for 7 minutes at the drive thru. Then they told me I was going to need to wait to order another 4/5 minutes. The ppl behind me where mad at me and honked and asked what I was ordering. I asked the person at the window if I could just leave and he said that was fine, no one was in front of me at the window. It’s just insane how long it takes to just try and order one meal. So I am going to get food somewhere else.
The hours are posted as 10 PM closing. In the past week I have come thru drive-thru at 9:38 and 9:41(which was just now) to be told they are closed. When they are open. Shake machine never works. With all the restaurants opening up in Spring Branch, I think this place may not make it. Lazy people. Lazy service. I highly recommend not wasting your time with them. Tried to post new review. But they seem to have shut that down. Above paragraph is over a month old. I said I would never go back, but wife wanted a shake at 8PM. I bet her $5 it wasn't working. Guess what... they said they were cleaning it. I am sure so they could close early yet again.
Went to the drive thru to get dinner on a Sunday night. Sat at the speaker ready to place our order for almost 10 minutes with no contact. Drove around the building to make sure they were open and see an employee standing in the parking lot talking to someone while wearing her headset. I see a sign with a phone number to place an order I call and they were open. So I would give them 0 stars for no service but 1 star will have to do.
I believe this was the worst Burger King I have ever gone to. Will definitely not be going back here.

Every time I go to this place, I try to order a double Whopper. They only give one slice of cheese and put it on top. When I try to ask for a second slice to put in the middle of the burger patties, they either refuse or try to charge me extra. They claim that's the way they always make it, even though ALL other burger restaurants always put double cheese on double cheeseburgers with one slice in middle. The company has become lazy and downright rude!
Slow service. As in the past slow service pulled up to the drive through and after waiting about 20 minutes beside the intercom, just said screw it and left. Two cars were waiting for their orders by the 2nd window then another car drove up and was waiting at the intercom to place an order.

VERYR RUDE!!! I had a 8 pc nugget and 8 pc fry nugget as well and when I asked for bbq sauce ( since they didn’t put any in my bag) they gave me ONE i asked for another one and the guy only gave me ONE again. Once he gave me the second one he slammed the door and made a horrible face . Will NEVER be coming back to this burger king again!
It was not busy, 1 in front of us and nobody behind us. The medium and large fries are the same size! The large is just a tiny bit higher in the back so you dont actually get more you just get conned. We asked for no ice, he read back to us "no ice" and yet all but 1 of the 4 drinks had ice. Have you seen their ice machine? Because we just did and it is absolutely disgusting! I'm sure people are getting sick from this.
Everytime I go to this location, there is something wrong with my order. Whether dine-in or take out. Last visit a few days ago, after I had paid for my order, realized was not charged correctly as there were specials going on. Told the girl who took my order and she said she forgot and also she would not correct the order and turned away from me and went on with other items as if dismissing me. She was the same one who messed up also on my prior visit. I will not be going to this location anymore. Burger King itself is great, just not this location.
My God does this place sucks, stay away! Their never ever get my order right but charge accordingly! I ordered 2 double whoppers with cheese and I got 2 single whoppers no cheese but was charged for double Whopper with cheese. Second time this happened never going back and you shouldn't either!
Placed a mobile order before getting g to the drive through. One car head and it sat there at the window for 15 minutes after getting their food. Took another 10 to get mine. No customers were in the store…. Took 25 minutes to get 1 whopper and not even an apology.
Bad service, whopper had a different taste than normal. Large fry was filled the size of a small. No receipt provided, management couldn’t figure out how to work the machine. This type of inability to prepare food with the expected flavor and amount is killing the brand in my mind. Won’t be back!
Sold me burnt to a a crisp impossible whoppers. Absolutely POISON!! THERE WAS MORE BURNT CARBON THAN BURGER!!! and they wanted to make me more! Say what ya want about flame broiled..... I'll take mine incinerated! That will taste amazing...sarcasm...(To the cook that kindfully wrapped these burgers up to feed my son and I..... you are a sorry person and i hope you recieve the same that you give.) And for the owner, I'd fire someone on the spot for knowingly doing this. You should follow suit. Then they can stay home and make BURNT food for their family. Super sorry location.
