This is one of our family’s favorite spots. Food is always delicious and fresh. Everyone who works here is always friendly and the service is great. Our regular orders usually include the rare steak or brisket Pho, shrimp spring rolls, egg rolls, and chicken banh mi sandwich.

I have been coming to this family owned restaurant for YEARS and I love to bring my friends here to eat because they never disappoint. They were really busy but the cashier girl always smiled when talking with us and the cook brought the food out and said sorry for the wait but thank you for the patience. My favorites is their chicken wings( I could eat the garlic with rice every day) and the P3. And they never complain when I ask for extra bean sprouts. This is the only pho restaurant I go to. Especially with the cold weather it is PERFECT 🥰

This place is so small but so yummy . I went there to order to go around 8 pm Super Bowl night.. it’s expected it was a slow night . I got to go since the lady told me they close early it was No problem at all .. service was good super friendly . I always make sure to come when she’s working she’s super helpful I been here for few months always get Pho Dac Biet, egg rolls and chicken wings .

Foood is amazing . The young lady working there is always nice . It can get busy .. please give her some grace… it’s only one person working up front . It’s a small family shop . If want a 5 star treatment this isn’t the place for you . I notice couple times I eat there .. the young lady is running to do orders , while doing phone orders and online orders ..

My partner and I can’t get enough!!!! Best pho in East County. Pretty unsuspecting to find this gem behind the gas station but sometimes I find myself even getting gas after pho, can you believe it? Try this spot ASAP!!!!! So So yummy

My favorite it’s always shrimp soup or the chicken soup. The girl up front is always nice n kind to me whenever I come.. she always go out of her way to describe each item . Your damned if you do, damned if you don’t .. you can’t please everyone.

First place I ever had pho years ago and now I live down the street! I order P2 and it is enough for two people. But the go-to's in my family are their salt & pepper wings and the egg rolls (make sure to get lettuce & mint or they aren't as bomb) overall it's always my only pho place unless I'm going out somewhere to dine-in

I was in the area and looking for Vietnamese restaurant. The Pho I had was amazing!!! Also, I had the egg rolls and they’re very good as well. Prices are reasonable and service is great!!! Definitely will come back again..

I think this is a solid option in the Spring Valley area. I was craving Vietnamese food, and this place happened to be on my way home, so I didn’t have to drive far to find it. I’ll start by saying that I really like the portion sizes. If you’re a foodie like me, you care not only about flavor but also about getting a good-sized plate. Overall, the flavors are good, but the pho broth is missing some of the deeper, richer taste I’ve experienced at other places. The pork and shrimp rolls are okay—not mind-blowing, but crispy and tender. The bánh mì was probably my favorite; the pork was well-seasoned and very tasty. Definitely worth trying. Customer service is good, and the food comes out in just a few minutes, so you don’t have to wait long at all. I’m posting a picture with the ACTUAL prices because I know how frustrating it is when reviews don’t show updated menus. I also included a photo of the operating hours. I ordered the rare beef pho. Broth was great, the noodles did not seem like they were freshly made and the beef was cut a bit thick. But, otherwise, was very enjoyable. If you like tons of spice, you can ask for chili oil. It may seem like a small amount, but the whole thing packs quite the punch. The atmosphere reminded me of the family-owned restaurants back in Orange County... very familiar and homey for me. Will be coming back here another time.

Over $4 for that seemed overpriced. And what was that little green plastic fork stuck in the straw hole? Sleepy music playing the same song on endless loop reminded me of the massage parlor next door but without the happy ending. The table had chopsticks, forks, straws, soup spoons, napkins, salt and pepper, Sriracha, soy, and plum sauce.

So I just came into this place about 1 hour before they close. As soon as I open the door and walked in, the lady that was on shift turn me around saying that they were closed early for the night, while she was scratching her 🙂‍↕️. A family behind me was coming in too when they asked me and I told them they were closed... We all walk on disappointment... I had to call back home to tell my family there is no pho (we were all craving it) Maybe they should post that they are closing early on the weekends.

Ordered spring rolls, the wife explicitly said fried spring rolls and they gave her fresh spring rolls. Ordered orange chicken and got fried chicken. The fried tofu was good and that is it.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Tried this place for first time. Sat down and was brought menus without prices on it. Asked if the was a menu with prices and seemed like she had an attitude. The place wasn’t busy and I can see why. Didn’t even order. Left and will never return. When are business going to realize that customer service is very important?

They need to work on their customer service. Just placed a to go order over the phone that included some appetizers and two orders of pho. Picked up order and realized only one pho was in the bags. We call and they say “yeah we forgot it, it’s here”. No apology no nothing. In fact, the lady answering the phone had quite a bad attitude. We go back to pick up the other pho, still no apology or anything. She hands over 25 cent water bottle as “compensation” for the inconvenience. I don’t recommend this place simply because of the bad attitude.

After picking up my order I found out at home that a significant part of my order was missing. When I called to complain, the woman on the phone was shockingly rude and unapologetic. I had to drive all the way back, wasting more time and gas, and waited another 15 minutes just to get what I paid for. No apology, no compensation - just a complete disregard for customer service. This is beyond unacceptable and shows a serious lack of respect for customers.
