While on vacation, we were looking for a breakfast spot and came across this location….WOW! This gem is tucked away in the hills and the scenery is absolutely beautiful! Everything about our experience was perfect! The atmosphere, food and service was A+ and couldn’t have asked for anything better. We will definitely revisit this place when back in the area! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing, peaceful and just decadent experience.
So sophisticated place in Napa region. We had a breakfast here which was served nicely. It’s very bright and a lot of greenery.
Best duck confit and veggie burger ever! Michelin Star quality! The ambiance makes you feel like you're at a top rated restaurant from Milan, Italy, with quality EDM music playing in the background! I highly highly highly recommend this place for a for a delicious and quality ingredient meal!
Came to Napa on a girls trip from Canada. Was a perfect spot to brunch after our massage treatments. Ambiance was beautiful and the food and drinks were drool worthy!
Fabtastic food and fantastic service. A really great way to end a day of wine tasting. The place is quite and spacious with a good selection of jazz music. Recommended!
Excellent restaurant 👌 great menu, very friendly and helpful staff. Cozy atmosphere, quiet enough to hear the people at your table. Setting is beautiful 👍😉
Great food n service….. manager offered to charge our rental EV for free while dining even though we were not hotel guests…. Best risotto ever had 👍👍👍
Very nice place with indoor and outdoor sitting, lots of outdoor parking, nice food and drinks.
Great place to start your day. The staff is amazing as everything else.Thsnk you ❤️
Great indoor or patio dining nestled within Meadowood. Professional staff with excellent service. Brunch menu items come is smaller than average portions but delicious. Their beignets were close to if not better than ones from NOLA!
We loved our brunch at The Forum! We had a reservation for 10 people, the service was great, the atmosphere is beautiful and the food was delicious. The chicken & waffles, churros and vanilla latte were the standouts but everyone loves what they got. The ingredients were so fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend!
Had a lovely time here with a friend at the bar, and the service, atmosphere and food was absolutely amazing. A very charming experience and would love to go back!
One of the best culinary experiences in Napa Valley. Not only was the food exceptional, but the service and ambiance were truly outstanding. Highly recommended.
We only ate breakfast here while staying at the hotel but the service was fast and friendly and the restaurant is absolutely lovely. The indoor dining is in a glass encased room letting in tons of natural light and there is a large patio seating area which we took full advantage of in the wonderful cool morning weather. During our stay we sampled the G3 green juice, Meadowood Granola, Eggs & Avocado Toast, Egg White Scramble, Spinach Feta Scone & Model Bakery English Muffin. We enjoyed everything we ate but special shoutout to the English muffin which was absolutely incredible and a must try!
The Forum is our favorite restaurant for the delicious well prepared food and the excellent service by staff. We regularly drive over 2 hours just to have lunch at this fine dining place at reasonable price that is also good for toddlers. Thank you for accommodating our many requests. Birthday celebrations are also given the utmost care and attention to make it the most special moment. It's a beautiful fine dining place without the high price or formality. The kids menu is delicious, nutritious, and generous.
Visited here for brunch with family. Ordered several items from brunch menu like beets salad, flat bread, veg tacos, queso and French fries. Food was very tasty. Service was excellent. Restaurant has nice ambience. Great place for dining.
Food is delicious and healthy. Very affordable given the high-end food and friendly service. I had the 2-course lunch plus Aston Estate Red wine only $45. Fried. Chicken with special biscuit is fantastic.
The atmosphere is calm and peaceful. The avocado toast was wonderful and our waiter was very understanding, sensitive and friendly. Thank you Everardo :)
Carlos was excellent. The food was scrumptious with an original flare on some old standards with a great wine selection. It's a bit of a big top feel but they've decorated quite nicely.
Relaxed yet refined atmosphere, with a palette of natural wood and off-white colors. The pole bean salad and black bass were well seasoned with a delicate balance of acidity and umami. Friendly service, and a nice selection of wines by the glass and half bottles.
I just love this place. The chef is outstanding and the service is phenomenal. Highly recommend.
Amazing food and service. Fantastic wine selection as well. Savannah was an incredibly gracious host. Perfect spot for brunch/lunch to close a weekend in Napa.
This venue is absolutely amazing and magical, incredible food and the ambiance is fabulous 👌
Lunch at Forum was delicious, would definitely recommend the lobster roll. Savannah, Julio and José offered outstanding service.
The restaurant is a change in design. More open and lots of light. Really enjoyed our meal and drinks. Service is outstanding.
Simply wonderful. The Forum is a small intimate restaurant located inside Meadowood. This place gets lost compare to the other open restaurants in the area, and more catered towards hotel guest. Still it's a short five minute drive from the main road up to the Forum. The coffee are not the star here, but their brunch. The English Muffin (from Model Bakery) and their Croissant with butter and fresh jam is a perfect start to the meal. The Pork Belly Risotto was cooked perfectly; something different but I would've love to see the Forum use scallops or lobster. The filet with hash brown and eggs was just the right portion. Steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare, and the thinly shaved potato was fried crispy. The service was very good and plenty of wait staff to tend to your needs. A definite place to try if you're in the area.
My partner and I stayed at meadowood and figured we’d take advantage of on property dinning. I went in with low expectations but was blown away by the rissito, short rib and the sazzerrac like cocktail that is named something like date and fig. We had some seafood that was ok but the star of the show was the cocktail, perfect service and the overall ambience of the dinning room. I don’t say perfect service with glib. Perfect balance of attention to fine details while having that warm luxury. My partner eventually was sick of me raving about how great everything was. I want to bring my friends here just for the food and cocktails.
Everything was delicious and unique. Service was impeccable in a lovely setting.
Our group of four adults and five children had the tasting menu for the grown ups and all the usual items for kids, chicken tenders, mac & cheese and the cheeseburger. We all, kids and adults, were very very happy with our meal. I'm sure the price will go up as I can only see this Napa restaurant only get more popular. But the tasting menus, meat or vegetarian, were under $100 and the wine pairing was only $50. So it was under $150 for five courses, that includes a generously sized amuse bouche. Ordering a la carte is also an option. At the beginning of the meal when we asked to do the tasting menu our server told us they like to surprise you with what you get to eat. It was kind of fun because when they bring you your meal, they don't tell you what the ingredients are unless you ask. Needless to say I'm incredibly happy with my meal. Our server Barbara was very helpful and friendly, the auxiliary staff professional and quick and the bartender had nice recommendations and made some tasty cocktails. The vibe is casual nice, I wouldn't wear shorts or flip flops but a nice collared shirt or sweater will do. The restaurant is one big room so it felt very spacious but the floral arrangements made it feel cozy and elegant in a modern way. I would definitely eat here again.
We had a wine tasting in the private room. Had a terrific time.
Great food, great service, lovely space. No corkage! Winter Gnocchi was delicious
Beautiful serene place. Most of their pastries are baked on site. I enjoyed my bagel that I ordered another one. Everything else was a delight. No dessert for us as we were stuffed to the brimmed. Definitely a great place to chill.
The Forum is our favorite place to dine in Napa. Each dish is exceptionally prepared with the freshest ingredients. Service is always excellent with professional, attentive, and accommodating dedicated staff. The ambiance is clean, immaculate, simple, understated contemporary elegance. A perfect place to settle down after wine tasting or an exhausting drive. Thank you for making every dining opportunity an exceptional experience.
This was start to finish a wild night. Impeccable service from the staff. They are attentive and kind. Food was mega scrumptious. They know how to truffle better than any other. The seasonal dessert included a pumpkin seed caramel brittle that was heavenly. Even the house made bread amazed. Local wine selection is also a highlight.
Atmosphere is absolutely stunning, the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The Cochinita pibil Benedict was AMAZING, the pea salad was refreshing and perfectly balanced, the churros were wonderful. We had a delightful brunch at Forum this weekend and we can't wait to go back.
One of the best experience in napa. Had dinner on the terrace. Food was amazing. Service was great and attentive but not overly done. A wine list with some incredible gems on it . My wife had the tuna and salmon, the gnocchi and mushroom was one of the best dishes I have had in a long time. And the desserts were fanatic.
I feel compelled to share the most amazing and perfect first time experience I (we) had at this incredible restaurant. While traveling through St. Helena, on the spur of the moment, my friend and I decided to look up a nearby restaurant in which to have breakfast. Without ever hearing about the Forum, we decided to try it, and we were completely impressed beyond any expectation! We both ordered the Duck Confit Benedict, which was excellent, and after eating, we had the most delightful experience of all . . . a lovey and gracious woman came by our table to inquire how our meal was. Her name happened to be “Grace,” which conveyed her name perfectly! Grace informed us that the English muffins we just ate were made by a local bakery in St. Helena (Model) and they get them baked fresh each day. We continued to take advantage of Grace and inquired if she had any tips on places to visit on our short visit to St. Helena. Grace went beyond our expectations and was so informative and helpful sharing not just things to do this visit in St. Helena, but of future events in Napa/Sonoma County coming up and for us to look forward to. We both were delighted more than I can express! I can only hope that anyone reading this will experience the amazing kind of visit my friend and I experienced! I cannot convey enough just how much Grace made our experience at the Forum restaurant certainly worth it . . and worth sharing!
From the serene atmosphere to the attentive service, outstanding food and wine, including kids’ menu — everything was seamless. A five-star experience for our entire family.
This has become the family favorite for lunch on our way to Calistoga from the SF Bay area. Wonderful staff, knowledgeable sommelier, freshest and tastiest of ingredients- from salads to fish- prepared with care! Off the beaten path but worth it.
Wow. What an experience at Forum. Location, property, atmosphere is quiet, understated, elegant (and this is in spite of Forum being more of a temporary pop/up after Meadowwood's main dining venue was destroyed in the last fire). Service was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, every need was anticipated. Food exceeded expectations- everything was beautifully prepared, seasoned, and presented from Scallops Aguachile to the Octopus, little Gems salad, and the Snapper with its marvelously crispy skin and tender flakiness inside. I don't normally eat dessert but since it was my birthday I had the Cocoa Cream pie which was more like an oversized chocolate truffle with a rich, not-too-sweet sauce, topped off with fresh whipped cream- again, Wow! Can't wait to return.
Dinner at Forum at Meadowood? Absolutely disrespectful… to every other meal I’ve had this year. The food wasn’t just good — it was “pause mid-sentence, close your eyes, rethink your life choices” good. Every bite felt intentional, balanced, and just a little dramatic (in the best way). And Colin? Elite behavior. Attentive without hovering, helpful without being pushy, and somehow always appearing exactly when we needed him like fine-dining Batman. He made the whole night feel seamless and genuinely special. You can tell he cares about the experience, not just the table. If you’re looking for a place where the food impresses and the service elevates it even more — this is it. 10/10, no notes. 👏🏼
I read a few rave reviews prior to my visit, and it did not disappoint. The space is beautiful, the service is impeccable, and the food is delicious. Savannah, my server, provided amazing service and made the visit memorable.
Nice late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Cocktails are great and loved the chicken soup and the presentation. Nice atmosphere while the storm passed outside. Diffidently going back.
I loved the ambiance—it was truly beautiful, right down to the flowers on the table. I visited for breakfast before heading to Duckhorn Winery and ordered the “Avocado Toast,” “Peaches and Cream Pancakes,”, all the breads “from the bakery” on the menu, and coffee . I was so immersed in enjoying everything that I forgot to take any pictures! I will go back to try egg special next time.
Really nice setting, feels outdoors in nature but with all the comforts of indoors. Food was tasty, simple, and well portioned. Cocktail was delicious. Service was friendly, helpful, and attentive.
Beautiful restaurant. The menu was innovative and carefully designed. There were a few very small flaws with the food that separated this restaurant from an elite tier, but overall a wonderful experience.
Food is great but they discontinued a menu (Sunday Traditions) that I specifically planned to go there for. I even called the day before our reservation to confirm it was still there and was told it was. We arrived and they informed us they were no longer offering the menu and we had to order off of the normal brunch menu which was great but not what we came for. Disappointed and poor communication with the team there. Get it together with your many, many menus and train your teams properly.
Went on a Weds so it was very dead. Felt a little outdated and fusty. The spaghettini wasn’t particularly good, though the fish and chips had a little zest to it. Service was very slow - which was odd given how empty it was.
Ate here Saturday night of Memorial Day weekend--we were pleasantly surprised to see that it was maybe half full and was relatively a quiet restaurant, which we like. Unfortunately in spite of it being mostly empty the service was extremely slow. Waited a good 15 minutes before being first approached by our server and it was pretty slow from there--including taking almost 15 minutes to bring an ice bucket out for the white wine, very slow to refill water glasses, etc. Disappointing overall. The food was great, however. Really enjoyed the scallop risotto and the New York strip. The cheesecake was great as well. Most disappointingly, when our check came I noticed that they had mistakenly neglected to charge us for the wine we had (about $150) and I pointed this out to the waitress. She just opened the folio holding my credit card and the bill and said "ok". She came back 10 minutes later and handed the folio back with my receipt and said "take care". Now, I wasn't expecting some big production, but a simple thank you for pointing out her obvious error would have been the polite thing to do, but no acknowledgement whatsoever. We could have easily paid the incorrect tab and left, causing them to miss $150 in revenue, but we did the right thing and weren't even thanked for it. I would have expected better from such an establishment.
Somewhat disappointing experience here for a few reasons. We specifically wanted to have lunch here after hearing/seeing pictures of the caviar 'tater tots' (among other good looking option on the menu) but said they were out of them after we had already ordered. Also, the service was fine but the food was a little inconsistent. Some in our party enjoyed their meal, but others who ordered off the seasonal menu were left a bit underwhelmed. It's also worth noting that due to the Glass Fire in 2020, the restaurant is located in a semi-permanent tent structure - completely understable but atmosphere suffers a little as a result. Overall not quite the experience we would have expected from Meadowood.
