When you receive your burger you can choose whatever toppings you'd like in the toppings bar behind you. This is the same thing with the drinks, there is a soda machine with tons of options to choose from and unlimited refills on drinks! Their cheddar and jalapeño cheeses are one of a kind and to die for!

Great restaurant! Family friendly! I brought the foster kids here to celebrate them all finally getting adopted at one time. As you can see they don’t get out much but there were smiles all around. We love to see it. Wheel chair accessible. Highly recommend.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also friendly. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a real Burger! I really appreciate how they keep the salad island with all the hygienic precautions.

This place is where we go if we feel like pigging out on a large burger and fries. They got plenty of seating and parking can be a little rough if you come during rush hours. Nice little place for friend and family to enjoy a make it your self burger! I do recommend this place if your in the area.

This is one of my go to places, Sundays after to church can be packed and long line, but it's always worth it. Usually no longer than 10 minutes in my experience. Great service, usually fast, drink options are endless and the food is great! Always get my burger just the way I want it, so fresh and juicy, even my picky teen loves.

Young manager great with customer service. There was a rowdy customer in front on me and she nor her staff were rattled. Excellent service with hot burgers and chicken tenders. I will return to this restaurant!!! Oh and the fries were awesome!

Jasmin was an absolute doll! I took my elderly Mother to eat for her birthday. She was dead set on Fudruckers. They did not disappoint! I don't normally give reviews, but felt they deserved one. Great job Jazmin & hats off to the cook!

Great place for burgers! Walk up and order, then pick up your food. We like the self service fixings. You can add whatever you want, as much as you want. Do not have to worry about skimpy fixings here. Very casual. Also chicken and exotic burgers, if you want.

We went for dinner on July 14th and got to say the service and food was AMAZING!! The young gentleman at the register was quick, friendly and very sweet. The condiments bar was so clean as were the soda dispenser. The food came fast and was hot and fresh, perfectly cooked meat. Will definitely keep coming.

They never fail me. While I typically get the hangover burger, and the wedge fries with extra seasoning to dip in the jalapeno cheddar sauce, I was healthy this time and just got a build your own Burger on lettuce. It was delicious and I didn't feel bad not having the bun because of all the flavor with all of the free toppings.

Great atmosphere lots of friendly staff condiments on deck. Food fresh. Gregg cooked my 🍔 burger. I would take a pic but I ate my burger. Come visit this location best in Houston. Tell them Josh said come!

They definitely seem to be running short on manpower, my Burger was given to someone else and then our entire group's food got given to given to another group, They aren't using the pagers right now and the back room that we reserved for a party was a around 85 to 90ﾟ. It was extremely hot but they were very apologetic and made sure to make things right for us and that's what really matters. I definitely think they need more people what with the big hiring signs all over the door and everything so if anyone is looking for work they might want to go help out. Great food though and really great service.

This excellent burger joint is a top-tier destination! Went during lunch time. Not very busy, no line. I had the 1/3 lb. premium patty cooked medium, with American cheese. Very good. Bun was toasted in butter. I had a side of onion rings which were delicious and cooked perfectly. Enjoyed everything!

I've been to many burger joints but I always enjoy coming back for Fudd's juicy burgers. The topping stand is usually clean, organized and fresh looking. Nice place with good food and quick service. They have a nice variety of things on they're menu and serve vegetarian options. You can also ask for a gluten free bun on your burger. They have a large space for parties. Also love the drink machines.

Took my daughters for dinner here tonight. As always the burgers were delicious. Prices of going up since the last time I ate here, but that was probably 20 years ago. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. there was absolutely nothing wrong with it but personally it was not my favorite sandwich. Like I said nothing against it just didn't suit my taste buds. My daughter's all enjoyed their hamburgers, and the French fries were delicious.

I got the 1/2 lb combo. I ordered my 🍔 2 be cooked medium. They could have put a little more seasoning on the burger & salted the fries. Overall the 🍔 tastes good & juicy. Yes, I would go there again

We have been here twice with 7 kids. Plenty of space to eat with a large group. Service was fast and friendly. Prices range from $7-$15 depending on what size burger you want. 1/3,1/2 or 3/4 pound burgers. Burgers were cooked to your liking. Toppings are added by you after you receive your burger. Typical lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and mayo and mustard. 2 different kinds of ketchup. One brand Heinz...the other brand unknown but was lighter in color compared to Heinz ketchup. Fries come standard, straight fries. Kids meals get a cookie for dessert! The day we went they had a cartoon sketch artist doing portraits. We got our portraits done, something I've always wanted to do. Something unexpected while we were there and I wanted to take advantage of it. Off topic but wanted to add that in, it was something that added to the experience.

My experience here is always pleasant. I enjoy my time here from my arrival until I leave. The wait is usually not bad and my food is consistently good most of the time. I only had trouble one time where I ordered a shake, but it never arrived. I guessed someone else either picked it up or someone didn't get the memo to make one down the pipeline. My problem was quickly resolved as I went up to counter asking why and they just quickly created me one and I left with it to go instead of enjoying it with my burger or after my burger depending on their timings. I really do recommend this place to anyone wanting a great burger, you won't be disappointed.

Half the menu was unavailable, no soda machines either. Their basic burgers are still delicious as usual, but the place looks like its been stripped bare of its personality, no music playing, tables are sometimes not clean. Disappointing compared to previous years, possibly new management.

I enjoyed the atmosphere but the mask required kills 1 star

Staff was very friendly. The food was great. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time. It appears that management is making them make due ... things like, I had to ask for a knife, and they gave me a plastic one. There were condiment bottles to be used in place of the usual dispensers, No honey mustard. Staff and the food has always been good.

This was my first visit to a Fuddruckers. The staff did excellent handling the last minute rush before they closed at 8pm. Some of our order was incorrect (fries instead of tots or sweet potato fries) and they fixed it quickly. The soda machine wasn't working the night we went and they were prepared with canned sodas. The food was good. The burger was juicy and flavorful. I ordered one with grilled onions, pepper bacon, bbq sauce and cheese. The burgers come without the toppings and you get your own from a salad bar type set up. Also get your own condiments. Will definitely go back and try something different. The staff was doing a good job keeping up with busing tables. All staff was wearing masks during our visit.

Normally the food is really good, but who ever was cooking this time, did a horrible job. The turkey burger I got was very bland was not seasoned. I asked for for tots got fries. The chicken on the salad was bland . Orders got mixed up. Food just had no taste. I hope it was just a one off thing.

Gave them a second try. Really sure I will never return. Asked for crispy bacon and was given a very disgusted look. Ordered bacon cheddar burger and was asked if I wanted cheese?? Asked for shake and they didn’t have them, asked for fries and checked and no fries were in order. Mgr made it good and told them to give me fries. Onion rings were cold and soggy. Tried to call to order ahead and no one answered. Told mgr and he said phone had been out for over a week. Wow. No more going to this location

The employees are great. Friendly, helpful, attentive, and clearly working hard. The food was prepared well and fast. The problem is clearly management. We came for lunch and I only saw 3 people working... a bare bones crew doing the jobs of 5. Management is not properly managing the physical assets. My father reported the men's room had an uopperational urinal. The coke freestyle machine had less than half of the options available. Ketchup dispensers were covered. Restaurant was barely cool (so either managment is skimping on AC or the AC needs maintenance).

We used to eat at and order food for pickup all the time from this Fuddruckers. Things have clearly changed. After many months, we finally ordered food to go. Although the service was pretty good, the burger and fries I ordered were so salty that I didn't even finish. Not sure if we'll go back (probably not).

I used to love Fuddruckers but it seems to have gone downhill. The prices went up but the portion sizes seem smaller. Last time we went was a horrible experience. We were there about 30 minutes after they should've been open and they didn't open for another 15 minutes. They were out of shakes, the fountain machine wasn't working, there were no condiments out, the "sweet" tea tastes like it didn't have a drop of sugar and some of the machines in the arcade weren't working right.

Food was great but the customer svc sucks. Very unprofessional and unfriendly people.

The restaurant used to be one of my favorite places to eat but recently that changed. I went here 3 times in the last month and when I went. The soda machines are out of everything and they have to serve drinks out of cans (which is fine if the food makes up for it). I went today and the soda machines were still out and the burger was good (that's why my review isn't lower). My problem was that they didn't have the potato wedges they are known for serving, instead they had fries that I could tell were frozen and didn't have the famous seasoning. Plus fix this, you guys are way better then this.

Decent burgers, sides are good, and solid array of items. The buns stand out as a good part of the meal, but the sauce didn't taste particularly good (I got the Bourbon Burger) and my burger was much too rare to be considered Medium. I would look elsewhere if wanting a high quality burger.

Some locations are still good, but I was pretty surprised by this one. The arcades were not operational, they were not offering shakes, and the TVs were mostly off despite a fairly busy dinner rush. I came to this location several times as a kid, and it used to be great. The burgers were good as expected, but they were out of some of their sauces.

The most understaffed restaurant I’ve ever been to. The place is filthy and nobody bussing the tables. Complete pandemonium at the pickup counter😢. The cook throwing cooked food back in the fryer to warm it up. The floors are black with dirt and grime! Only one drink machine working but was out of more than half the flavors. They need help !

Had lunch at the restaurant. I ordered the new pretzel burger. It did not look like the picture at all, but tasted good. Food service was prompt. what concerns me is the cleanliness and smell of the restroom and hallway leading up to the restroom. tiles water damaged and falling down. I really question the cleanliness of the kitchen.

I give it less than a year before this place shuts down. Beyond burger and wedges tasted great l, but soda machine still broken since we came a couple months ago. So no refills just a 12 Oz can.. my fiancé got a side up charge to get onion rings and the portion was small. They seemed super short staffed but the lady at the register was nice. We won’t be coming back to this location anymore.

I hadn't been to a Fudruckers in years since they closed a ton of them down a while back. They used to be so good! After going to this one, I was very disappointed. The cashier was on his first day, seemingly by himself. There was nothing wrong, that happens. But being his first day he was extremely slow. It took a while to get through the short line to order. I blame poor management for not over seeing this. The burgers themselves are nothing like they were. They used to be big, thick, fresh and juicy. Our burgers looked dry with an ugly store bought cookie cutter pattie. The buns used to be warm, light and fluffy. On this visit they were room temp, dense and no where near as good. The taste was okay, but the quality has really gone down in a big way. The kid burgers we horrible looking. The patties were basically rolled like a french eclair without stuffing and placed on a bun. My kids didn't even eat them. I was very disappointed and won't be visiting again.

Food is good. This location needs more employees. One cashier running two registers (one for dine in and one for pick up orders). There was such a long line. They also gave us a small piece of chicken breast for our grilled chicken sandwich. It only fit 2/3 of the bun. How sad.

Felt like no AC. out of all soft drinks, mayo empty, ketchup empty, no paper towels/napkins. Vegetables were fresh and good. Burger was just ok. Steak fries tasted like they had been cooked then reheated. Not the Fuddruckers I used to love.

Was not impressed with this location. The person who took our order was let's just say not remotely happy. They were out of sodas except for canned diet Coke and tea. So we ordered tea. We proceeded to fill out glass with said tea but you guessed it, it was empty. When we informed the staff they didn't believe us and wanted to check for themselves. 😒moving on.... The table although cleared of trays etc, wasn't wiped down, so sticky table and lots of crumbs on the seat. Then our food came. The bread was awfully dry and umm ... brittle. It fell apart, more like crumbled apart (I then understood why the seat had so many crumbs) I ended up eating the Beyond burger without the bun. On to the restroom. As soon as I opened the door I was accosted by the smell. It wasn't exactly dirty but the smell 🤢 We love eating the Beyond burger from other locations and have never had this experience. Try the burger, it's great just not from this location

I go to this Fuddruckers every so often and it's really starting going down hill. On my second to last visit the cashier was playing too much and trying to get me to flip off another cashier. I get he was being funny, but I don't use obscene gestures or speech so the situation was super uncomfortable for me. On this occasion at least the food was decent. On the most recent visit the soda machine was down and all they had was canned soda so I just got water. There was a loud disagreement happening between the staff. At one point the staff was so wrapped up in this that no one was taking orders and a few people were waiting. I got a turkey burger on a gluten free bun. The bun was hard as a rock idk what they did. I requested a new one and, it was better, but still not up to the quality I've had on previous vists. The burger was dry and over cooked. Definitely won't be going back anytime soon. I hope they imporove at some point.

We recently ate dinner here and although I try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, the cleanliness and management of this location was greatly lacking. We moved to 3 different tables trying to find one that was clean. I finally got wipes from the car and cleaned the surface myself, which turned the wipes brown from dirt/grime on the table surface. We had already ordered or I would have left then. The bathroom smelled like a Porta Potty and was not being cleaned properly at all. We ordered meals which were to include drinks and sides. Once purchased, the girl at the counter informed us that only sweet tea and diet pop were available. I asked about bottled water instead and she said yes. Then proceeded to tell me the bottled water was in the coke machine. The only water options were flavored sparkling water, in which the seltzer was not working. So we were charged a full “meal” price with no drink options for my kids. I understand that shipping problems have left businesses to deal with unforeseen circumstances, however, I would hope Fuddruckers would inform customers before charging them for something they could not get. The food tasted good and the toppings for the burgers were extremely fresh. They did mess up the side order of sweet potato fries but it took quite a while to get the food and by that point we just sucked up the extra cost to avoid being there and waiting longer. Also, the kids meals were supposed to come with cookies, which we were not given and had to go get. I’m sure this could have been a new girl at the register and am willing to overlook some of these issues. But they should be upfront about shortages and seriously need to address the cleanliness of the establishment.

Things that this location have really changed over the years. I used to be one of the best places around. No paper towels in the restroom, the drink machine doesn't work again and they have to yell out names when your order is ready. The clerk did her best, but it sure is not the place I remembered before. As a side note: even the decor looks run down.

Take forever to get your food. Soda drink 1 machine has only few options. Lettuce bar unattended, few topping. I ordered well done and i got medium raw. Bathrooms dirty and no way to dry your hands. What happened to this place, it used to be good.

This place needs a remodel. There is a smell of old carpet as soon as you walk through the door. The tables were dirty, and the mens bathroom was not stocked with supplies. No soap to wash hands and no paper towels. The food was probably the worst out of all the Fuddruckers that I have been to. For starts my wife ordered a medium cook burger and it was definitely well done, very dry and not flavorful. The bread wasn’t the best and the condiment bar was not stocked. Ketchup dispenser didn’t work. We didn’t enjoy our meals like we have at the Katy location in the past. The uncleanliness was were I drew the line, we won’t be returning to this location. I hope management and owners sees this and get a grasp on the issues at hand.

Second time coming here disappointed. Only had 1/3lb burgers, wedge fries or onion rings. Forget about ordering anything else. One of the drink fountains having issues dispensing the proper drink. Same thing happened last time we were here a month ago.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and a hangover burger. It asked to specify the condiments for the online order. We said mustard, lettuce, tomato for the chx and mayo, lettuce, tomato for the hangover burger that comes with bacon and a fried egg. We got a bun and a burger and a bun and chx and pieces of avocado. I called to complain and they said. Sorry you’ll need to come back to the store to get credit. We don’t add condiments on your sandwich. Well then why do you ask me to specify when ordering. See the picture. Employees are nice though. It’s just the food that’s not worth the $20

This place has gone to pot. It is depressing coming here. The soda machine was broken and limited on flavors. There are shared ketchup bottles for the whole restaurant. No tots or any shakes available. Ordered a tex mex burger, but when we got our food they said no avocado. Plus no soap in the restroom and just hand sanitizer. Bathroom smells horrible. Not surprised if this place is just running on fumes until end of this month.

The Service here is bad they don’t even have sauce for your food and there cheese sauce is Horrible and sour even the meat was frozen and the price was too expensive.

This is horrible. I don't even know where to start. The bathroom have no handsoap, no paper towel in the men's restroom. The bread was the worst bread I have ever tasted. It literally fell apart. No vegan bread, no meat upgrade, She didn't have nothing we wanted on the menu. Barely no ketchup, the drink machine doesnt work, The floor is dirty, the counters. I will never go back to any of the location. The lady at the front needed to get her someone thing eat but she didn't have anyone to relieved her. I even suggested I can wait, Go eat. This place need to close down. It was disgusted.

This place used to be amazing growing up but its gone extremely downhill. Growing up I loved the burgers and specially the atmosphere, the decor. Seeing and being able to play all the fun little games like the claw machines. I came a couple of years ago and every drink from the soda machine tastes TERRIBLE. Such a rancid disgusting taste. I returned a few days ago and most drinks from the machine were unavailable, the taste was still terrible!!! We waited about 30 minutes for our order, the lady in the kitchen seemed very stressed. I don’t blame her, she was the only one preparing the food. Burger taste seemed really off. Tables are unclean, games and machines are no longer in use. I doubt this place will make it much longer. I miss how great Fuddruckers used to be growing up.

If there was a spot for zero stars i would give it zero stars. Natasha was horrible in keeping the line going and was just joking around with the staff while a good number of customers waited for over 30 minutes. While taking the order she was rude and not attentive to where i had to ask for my own drink after ordering a combo. Place was completely disgusting as you can see floors and tables are filled with no one to come and clean them for upcoming customers. Complete horrible experience will nkt come back

Worst experience ever. Order the Breaded chicken sandwich, and I got the smallest piece of chicken. It was not cooked well and it was mostly all breaded and came right off. We went up to see if we could get another burger, the man who was serving the food on December 3, 2021 got all fuzzy and annoyed not even one sentence in. He did not offer a solution like making another one or refunding he simply dismissed me as the place was getting busy. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Will never return.

This was the view from my table at Fuddruckers today in Stafford. I am a business owner and frequent patron of this establishment pre COVID andpre cancer treatments for me. I just wanted a good old Fuddruckers burger. The state of the restaurant honestly grossed me out. If I was the owner and/or manager of this location I would be embarrassed and ashamed. What happened? There are no less them 7-9 staff members here 3 of which are sitting on their butts not doing anything. It's 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Less than 30 customers in the building. Whatever happened to the idea "if you have time to lean, you have time to clean". Eat here at your own risk.

Got our food about 50 minutes after we ordered. Service for everyone was slow. Fountain drink machine was down so you can canned drink and if you wanted another it would cost $3.13 for another can. Employees all looked sad and miserable. Hot inside. No condiment containers. No bison, no veggie, no wings, along with other menu items. Usually fuddruckers is amazing, just avoid this location.

Did a line for 35 min…. They just had a young girl taking the order and the girl was doing that and doing the shakes and taking them to door, the girl asked a lady if she knew how to do the shakes which she replied no and walked away. The girl at a point did 8 shakes and did not take anyone’s order. The girl at the front then asked another women in the kitchen if she could come help her which the women replied: “you’ll have to wait because there is no one back here”. Whenever it was my turn to order I asked the young lady who was the manager in the store which she replied: “we are all managers, what’s the problem?” Which I explained she has a long line and nobody is helping her and they should help her and she with an attitude said: “I am good”. I stayed quiet. Someone in line came to the side and told the lady in the kitchen they have been waiting for 20 min which the lady in the kitchen told him: “we are just trying to get your food ready and take your orders sir”. The guy walked out the store with his family. Other 4 customers/families ALSO walked out the store. I couldn’t believe what I was experiencing. Then i tried sitting down while I was waiting for my Good, majority of the tables where dirty and had plates on them. The floors were also very dirty with food and napkins. Overall, the dining experience was terrible, the service horrible and would not go back here ever again. I am very surprised this store is open.

Our family has been going to the Stafford , tx Fudruckers location for years before it was aquired we loved this restaurant the food was fresh and the environment was very friendly and welcoming. Needless to say never going back today’s experience ruined our memories! Had great expectations from this place especially the new management made a statement at the time of the acquisition how much they loved eating at this restaurant growing up !! They ruined their dream restaurant!! Horrible experience! Very disappointing! Here is what we experienced today, Nov 24 th, 2023 . We walked in to Fudruckers at Stafford, tx for lunch . It was 12 pm, they open at 11 am, after we placed our orders we were informed they were out of following items in the menu: 1) One of the main ingredient on Cajun burger- andouille sausage. 2) Out of the iconic “FUD” sauce!!! at 12 pm !!! 3) Out of fountain drinks just lemonade and Ice tea and Fanta were available, ice tea tasted bitter and rancid and disgusting, was not fresh at all. 4) Out of ketchup in the dispenser, a bottle was placed at the serving station to dispense in a small disposable cups. 5) We ordered 2 Nashville hot chicken the chicken was burnt , it had no sauce on it , the bun was burnt ( see the pics). The chicken was overcooked felt like we were chewing on shreds of chewy leather, batter tasted bitter due it being burnt. We had this sandwich before and they were not made the same. 6)We ordered Bourbon blue burger that was over cooked as well tasted rubbery and stale. Burger patty’s quality was awful. 7) Tables weren’t cleaned and silverware station were not stocked . 8) The lady at the register was rude and gave us attitude when we inquired why they were out of stock on so many items she rudely answered its just few things we are out of stock. Their entrees aren’t cheap they range from10$ to 20$ each! Our bill was 50$ and they served garbage. Please see the pictures of horrible cooked and served food this a $15 sandwich! Very disappointing! never going back again, don’t know if it this location or all have same issues going on.

I love fuddruckers but me and my mom came in for lunch today and there was a black rude lady at the register we got there and all she said was “we don’t have nothing only1/3 burgers” she could’ve have some manners, at least. Then she told us that they had no drinks only coke 0 which we said yes to that and she never gave us our drinks , my mom had to go get them and she said we never told her we wanted that. Also she was eating the whole time while she was checking us in . I would give this place a 0 if I could .

I must be stupid. My wife loves the milkshake and salad bR toppers... So I suggested we go here. I ended a 2/3 lb burger medium with fries and she wanted 1/3 lb medium with onion rings. We both wanted strawberry milkshakes. Well. First, they're out of 2/3 lb. I suggested then give me 2 - 1/3 lb. They did and charged me more then if I ordered a 2/3 burger. Then they all came out well done. And they didn't have milkshakes.. And the soda machine was still broken from a couple months ago. Thus staff needs completely fired and start over. 2 months later. . Thought I'd try again. This staff needs fired and hire new. At least the manager and possibly the regional manager. This tine both fountain drink machines are down. My previous visits, one was down, a few months ago. No strawberry milkshakes. The line to order was out the door. My last attempted visit,corporate said my feedback would be forwarded. Must have fallen on deaf ears. It's gotten worse One good note- The food came out the fastest ever and it was decent. Last attempted visit. I walk in at 7:30 on a Sunday evening to order and sit down to eat . The order taker notified us they close at 8 and out order would be to go. I Said no eat-in. He said no.. we close at 8 and your order will be to go. This is not how open hours work and a terrible way to treat customers. If your open until 8.. then your open. They had a line 1/2 way to the door. I predict fudruckers will be out of business soon if all stores operate this way.

The place is super dirty and the A/C was out the lights were turned off. The person that took our order was super rude and seemed like she was bothered by having to take the order. The cook was on his phone talking to someone and his hair was hairnet even though it was long. The tables were dirty and dusty the soda machine was dirty and sticky to touch and was charged for a soda that came from a can that could’ve been bought for a $1 or $0.50 elsewhere. I would have put 0 stars if I could. Place was dirty and nasty decided to cancel the order. This place needs to be shutdown/condemed.

This place is in need of a total renovation! At first, we thought the place was closed or out of business. Very dark empty parking lot. Once you get in it smells old and musty in the past he used to have to wait in line to get a delicious burger. The only machine that was working for drinks was masking taped Close and worked intermittently. Our hamburgers were raw in the middle and still cold. We will never go back to Fuddruckers again actually that one in particular.-15⭐️

I used to eat hear often but no longer close to this location. Stopped in today and wow the difference. The drink machine doesn't work. The fries were not fresh and the bun was very dry. Sad to see what has happened. This used to be a great location and food was great. Just sad.

Horrible. Dirty. The staff was arguing amongst each other. Staff was rude. No fountain drinks. You could buy a can of soda. None of the regular warm cheese sauces. Vegetables were not fresh. Condiments were in small packages. They had huge rolls of napkins on some tables. It looks like it was closed and decided to open for the day. Nasty!!!

We went there for my daughter's birthday and it was bad. It was out first time and definitely our last in this place. The service was bad , employees could see you just standing there trying to order and no one care to help us. When I finally went and ask someone and I was about to order they didn't even had food. Why will they have a place open if they don't have the ingredients. We ended up going to Applebee's.

Fuddruckers is serving Walmart Frozen fries Walmart frozen onion rings and 🤢frozen meat that taste disgusting. I would stay away from the Stafford location and any other location. That Is owned by New this group because they definitely do not pride in themselves on quality and service nasty.🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 They did not have any soda that worked. They advertise 100 flavors they had absolutely 0. Everything was out and everything was disgusting. They changed the cheese to yellow water. There is too many places to get a good Burger. Definitely stay away from this place. They do not deserve to stay in business any longer..!!!!!!!!!🤢🤮🤕🤮 ((((Just to let you all know i saw the gentleman pull The frozen Fries and tater tots out of the freezer and he asked me which ones I wanted. And the package said ( Great Value) which is Walmart's brand!.😆😅🤣😂🤢🤮

My coworker and I would come almost every other week and in the past three - fours weeks things have gone downhill immensely! Our favorite cashier is gone (ok, I understand) but the freestyle coke they advertise outside hasn’t worked in over a month. They have changed their fries - In fact the cashier today told me when I ordered them I wasn’t going like them. Their burgers are not very flavorful anymore and taste like they are straight out of the freezer. Ketchup is now served in packets. We have both given rave reviews in the past but after two trips, we can’t get over the change in quality. We will be finding a new place to eat.

Honestly, this restaurant appears very run down and a bit depressing to eat in. Soda fountains didn’t work. There were mostly empty condiment bottles out and ketchup dispensers were all wrapped up to prevent use. Half the restaurant was blocked off and all gaming machines were unplugged. Fries tasted like they were cooked ahead and left under heat lamp too long. Buns didn’t taste fresh or have good texture. Restrooms did not have soap and paper towels in correct dispensers and were just carelessly left out by the sink. Burger patties were cooked correctly and tasted well, but that’s about all that went right here.

Let me start off by saying this use to be a good hamburger restaurant and location. They have a sign posted about supply chain issues, but that has nothing to do with the watered down cheese and now flavorless burgers. They have horrible frozen steak fried and no fountain drinks on tap. The restaurant is tired looking with no microphone working so the employees yell out name orders. This will be the last time I visit this location, to be honest I'm surprised it's even still open. Fuddruckers didn't loose its customers, the customers lost Fuddruckers. Say bye-bye to a once great restaurant.

I wish we had seen all the one star reviews before we came. This is a popular place. There were plenty of people here. The good: salad toppings were stocked. Food tasted good. The bad: the bathrooms had flooding out side the door. The door is black from hands pushing it open. I almost fell over in the bathroom since the floor was all wet. Lots out of order in the toilets. No normal fountain drinks. I’m not sure why but all fuddruckers nearby have the same issue. They give out 1 can of soda. If you ask for another later they say they have to charge. Why are you charging for free refill fountain drinks when only giving one serving? Only one guy manning the kitchen. He was working hard but the food took 45 mins to arrive. Not a pleasant experience.

It's been a long time since we've eaten at a fuddruckers and being pregnant I was craving it. Two months ago my husband and I didn't have any issues our first time back we even got shakes. Second time we had our son with us we ordered just before closing it was a long day for us and they didn't have much to offer but we got food and only canned drinks. Today on our third trip it was completely empty beside some young kids who were looking at the menu we walked in and my husband sees the others deciding and taking their time so he goes to the register to order and the lady rudly says your just going to walk up here and not even ask if they are ready and cut in line. My husband in turns says I didn't want to rush them and it's not my job to ask them but he ask them and he theu said they were good. She got attitude with us so we turned around and left despite us starving and had a long day already. The others ended up walking out right behind us. She was completely unprofessional and if she was so concerned about them ordering she could have said one moment to my husband and it's her job to say excuse me if your not ready to order I will take this gentleman's order. Instead she lost all her customers with this rude attitude as we walked out as well as they did. We will not be returning to this location unless management of some kind takes over.

Came here to enjoy dinner with my daughter, husband, and my daughter’s best friend. First of all AC definitely not working second the lady that took our order had the most unfriendly attitude and when I asked about choices she simply stated just how it is on the menu. Soda machine is not working either so we were offered canned drinks. We sat down and had a clear view into the kitchen, the cook had long dreadlocks and no hair net also one hand gloved the other free to hold his cell phone and carry on his conversation with whomever at this point we canceled our order never going back again

Place has gone downhill big-time. Fountain drink machine does not work. You only get to choose a can drink, and it's one drink per customer. No cheese available. The burgers taste nowhere near the same. It's only a matter of time before it gone.

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!! The worst possible service you can get! The staff was rude, only 2 people working in the ENTIRE establishment. The cashier was rushing us to order when it took her 15 min to come out from the back to take our order. Then the cook was rude and a jerk when he realized that he had messed up our order! And proceeded to bully the cashier! Lastly, our order was NOT correct either, but we had no choice but to eat anyways being it was already late! The food was absolutely terrible as the buns on our burgers were not even heated and crumbled apart! The fountain drink machine was down and all they had were canned sodas, NOT COLD, I may add. There are other and MUCH better places in the area! Do not visit this location! If I could give NEGATIVE star reviews, this location would get more than negative 5!!!!

Came here after hearing good things from the local people, turns out this place used to be good about 1/ years ago. Everything is horrible, prices are higher than any rival burger place (smash burger, burger joint) $20 for a combo. Their fountain drinks taste horrible, they don't sell RANCH SAUCE in the restaurant. They ask how well you want your burger cooked, then bring your burgers all well done and dry. Definitely not coming back, they do a great job making you feel unwelcomed as the whole staff seems to have a bad day everyday.

This location used to be our favorite. However it looks to be under new supervision. The service and quality has taken a dive. Myself and other customers in line walked out as we overheard a conversation from the manager, cashier and customer complaining that the location was completely out of soft drinks, ice cream and fries. On a early Friday night they should have been better prepared. When we asked if they planned to refill the softdrinks the cashier stated that he did not know. We had no choice but to cancel our order. Management has completely dropped the ball on ensuring that the location was well stocked on all the essentials and holding staff accountable for preparing all stations prior to guest arrival. Very disappointing. 😔 Additionally the manager did a poor Job in easing customer concerns. It almost seemed like this was a regular occurrence. Hope thing make a change for the better soon.

Came here on 07/6/23 at 12:30, their soda machine was not working so they only offered cans of sprite, coke, and Dr. Pepper. I ordered a 1/3 lb burger, cooked medium. I got a burger that was cooked well done. The cheese sauce that they had out tasted like it was from out of a can and NOT what it usually tastes like at other locations. I’m extremely disappointed in this location since it’s the closest one to me.

Went in for a late lunch/ early dinner, but left because there was nobody to take our order. Its not like they were super busy or anything either. The woman behind the counter was hiding and eating a burger. It was fairly hot in there, and no music was playing, making the restaurant feel depressing. Go get a burger from the Avalon Diner instead. Way better experience

It was dirty, the AC barely worked, the drink machines were broken. The hamburger was flavorless with a very strange consistency. $30 Dollars down the drain, and left most of the food on the table and left. Hope we don't get sick! Will never go back. Should have read reviews before going seems this is par for the course there and not sure how it stays open or even passes with the health department!

I visited this location today and it was terrible! The restroom was disgusting! There was was less than 1 ounce of watered down hand soap and no paper towels. The smell of the restroom is enough to ruin your appetite. As far as the food goes my burger bun was not fresh, the meat was tasteless and the bacon was so chewy I had to rest my jaw from the workout. The drink fountain was broken and the options for drinks were kool-aid and tea. The restaurant is just overall unkept and gross. I am hoping that I do not get sick. I cannot recommend this establishment.

Don't do it. They have nothing on the standard menu. VERY VERY LIMITED FOOD OPTIONS. The soda machine is no longer working. They only offer soda cans or lemonade. We left, drove the extra distance, and went to Pappas Burgers. This place is a cruel joke surviving off what used to be a great family establishment. Management needs to stop being cheap, trying to nickel & dime everything. Invest the time & money to bring it back to life or just pull the plug and close it down. I hate to see business close, but this is just ridiculous. It will ruin all your good memories of how it used to be. Do yourself a favor, and don't waste your time.

Place has gone downhill. Probably won't be going back. It's just to dirty looking. Soda machine has been inop or partially working for several months now. What drinks are in the machine if its working are more flat than fizzy. The bathrooms are unpleasant also and in desperate need of a makeover. The main tile floor in the restaurant is so dirty it has caked up crud in it. The carpet is also extremely dirty. The burgers are good but the overall dated interior and unkept appearance make it hard to enjoy. Need to mention that I had the worst cold fries that I've ever had here. They were ALL THE WAY cold. The heat lamp they were supposed to be sitting under didn't work so they just got cold. This is a True shame because I honestly love the burgers but I can't go back to a place I don't feel is clean. Side note staff was nice as they always are when I go. It's just the dirtiest and the upkeep or lack there of that will keep me away.
