Pizza Hut

The last two times the food has been awesome in my opinion. The rest of my family did not agree with me. The service and employees on the other hand were mediocre. I called in an order and informed them that I tried to make the order online and it would not allow me to do so. The girl on the phone said she would still give me the online price since they always have problems with the online ordering. She gave me one price and the total was way higher when i arrived to pick up my food. The different woman would not honor the price the first girl gave me. Other than that I still enjoy this restaurant.

Seems they closed , building is empty and no more sign of pizza hut outside. Wish they say something g here , I was on the phone for long , just music and online says no taking orders via online. I went there and surprise! , empty building.

Didn't even get past getting our drinks and menus. This place is absolutely filthy. The menus are torn, stick, and full of nastiness. Imagine a light switch that has never been cleaned. Waitress was barely pleasant. And once I looked on the floor under thetable, knew it was time to leave. Also it's against health code to handle food with long nails.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. No buffett, which was fine. They gave us a bare bones homemade looking menu. We ordered drinks, wings, a personal pan pizza, two orders of breadsticks, and a pepperoni calzone that they called a pizza melt. About 5 minutes later, the waitress returned to tell us the we're out of personal pans, wings, and breadsticks. We got up, paid for the drinks, and left. Absolutely pathetic.

This place NEVER has stuffed crust pizza!!!! I attempted to order on line, my order wouldn’t go through due to the crust selection 3 toppings 10.99, I went back through the app changed the crust and placed the order @ 7:30 when I did I noticed the confirmation didn’t show the 3 toppings. I immediately called and asked what order came through, @7:32. The person confirmed cheese pizza only for 10.99 I asked if the 3 toppings could be added by my request on the call, the reply was no it’s already in the oven, ( doubtful) but you can order another one. I order another 3 topping pizza ( same as the original intended) and was charged $16.99 . I also ordered a box on the app which includes bread sticks/ marinara and cinnamon sticks/ icing. I asked for the sauces at the window and was told they are in the box. Get around the block and no sauces, I call to let them know I would be returning for them, and was told those don’t come with the box so you will need to ask next time and that’s an additional charge. I politely reminded the person the app pictures sauces and doesn’t mention upcharge. I returned went into the restaurant advised the person sweetly and the reply was did you check in your box, seriously people get it together!!!!! I did receive the sauces and a hefty pizza bill. Hope this HUT will focus on consistency, and better customer service in the future and less on overcharging those of us supporting local businesses, I shouldn’t have had to buy another pizza or pay the in store price for it.

Waited to sit down before being told oh you can’t dine in, there was a table sitting down eating when we were here. Open sign was still on. TERRIBLE service, no ac, no nice people AT ALL!!!! We won’t be back.

I sat myself and was greeted by a very sweet girl with a typed up menu that looked like it had been wadded up several times then attempted to smooth it out. Asked for my drink and I ordered tea was told they quit selling tea about 3 days ago she wasn’t sure why. I just walked out. Definitely hit the sonic next door.

Service was horrible ordered 2 large pizzas breadsticks and wings we were done with the pizza before we ever got the wings and breadsticks and the wings were not done and tasted strange had to go and ask for our own refills and the place was empty when we got there so there was no reason for bad service
