I came to IHOP with high expectations, but unfortunately, they were not met by my original waitress. However, Ashley quickly stepped in and completely turned the experience around. She checked on me multiple times and noticed that my sugar packets were running low promptly bringing me what I needed with a warm smile. Despite being busy clearing tables, she continued to check on us and made sure we were well taken care of. If I return, I will definitely be requesting Ashley.

Had an amazing eating experience while coming down from Florida. Had a server named Ashley, she was very attentive and very kind. It’s servers like her that makes me wanna comeback. Whenever drinks were low she would be spot on to ask for refills and made sure we had everything from napkins to food.

Great experience at IHOP. Ashley provided excellent service during our visit and gave me great recommendations from the menu. She was attentive, on point and super polite, i didnt even have to ask for a refill 😂 thats how on point she was. The food was delicious and delivered promptly. Definitely 5 stars ✨⭐️⭐️ will be coming back soon.

I was forced to come here because of previous poor service and higher prices. This time a very warm welcoming lady named Anna greeted my family at the door, seated us, and served us till the end. The food was as expected, not amazing but good enough. But Anna was very friendly and attentive to everyone including the many other tables she was serving. Despite the resturant being packed with barley any seats left, she helped everyone with great service and a smile.

I was craving IHOP. hubby and I went there. It was packed. However, the service was still good for the number of people i saw inside. All the tables were full of people. My waitress Ashley was the best. She was very sweet and patient with our orders. I enjoyed my food. I love their dulce de leche pancakes😋😋, never disappoints. The breakfast always hits the spot, and I like their portions. I had the spinach & mushroom omelette. It was delicious. The only thing i didn't like was the strawberry lemonade. The taste has changed. There was no strawberry in the juice like it used to. Besides the juice, i was really satisfied.

This was the best IHOP during our visit in the states this time. Stuff was very friendly and nice. Thanks to our waitress Laurie. The Hashbrowns were so crispy. Bacon and eggs were great too. I haven't been to this IHOP in a few years since moving to other side of the island, but errands had me back near Forest. Doesn't seem to be fully staffed because while we were seated pretty quickly, it took a LONG time to have a waitress come over to get us started on our order and it also took a LONG time to get our food. Food was OK with pancakes being the best part of the meal (considering its the International House of PANCAKES, it would have been sad if they weren't good). Waitress was very nice and as attentive as she could be, but def saw she was overwhelmed. Never remember service being this slow.

We are very disappointed. We came for my son's graduation. First, the pancakes were not good, they were not fluffy, they were dry, they were small, and they tasted really bad, like pure flour... not even the children ate their pancakes... the food was very small, not even one person could eat that portion, it was enough for a child... the coffee was too light... and for the amount of food they served, it was too expensive... the service from the girl who served us was excellent and very kind. Her name is Raquel M. Thanks to her, we stayed to finish the unpleasant experience... indeed, we will not return.
