We ordered Friday night. The food, salads and pizza were absolutely fantastic and definitely one of the best pizzeria in Rossville. We had to wait a little over a hour and 20 minutes, but the owner explained that they are a little short staffed so we didn’t mind and are understanding of these small business at this time. We even got a complimentary soda and garlic knots for waiting.

I’ve been there 3 times since the new owner (Mario) took over. I got the plain pie, the margarita pie, and today got the grandma pie. All 3 were excellent. My favorite was the grandma - outstanding. I’ll definitely be back.

Living on Staten Island for over 20 years and this food is BEYOND great quality. What you order you receive fast, hot, and delicious! From the appetizers of cheesesteak egg rolls to the sandwiches to the pizza, really is WORTH the money. Thank you. Our family will be ordering again!

Mama Mia has one of the best pizzas on Staten Island. They use quality ingredients from top to bottom. The pepperonis are thicker cut than the usual thin ones that shrivel into salty paper in the oven. The cheese has a nice bite and compliments the delicious sauce that serves up the right balance of sour, sweet, and depth. I've been here a few times and the crust is guaranteed crispy on the bottom, chewy in the middle and chewy on the end. You just know that the dough was perfect. Every bite is a burst of umami layers complimenting each other that showcases the owners' experience, skill and technique.

Their Sicilian pizza is delicious! The crust is not too thick and the sauce really has a distinct flavor. They put pride in their food and it really shows. Everything I order from here is really good. My family always looks forward to ordering from here. Highly recommend this place.

Great neighborhood pizza shop..My fav is the fettuccine Alfredo with grill chicken and broccoli...friendly quick service always.

The owner is one of those people who takes pride in their work. From the toppings to the sauce, all the way to the dough, the ingredients here are top quality. I've been going here regularly for over a year, and I still look forward to their slices. The owner is very kind, and the pizzeria is very kid friendly. My picky 4 year old loves the pizza here.

Pizza was good but more importantly they are the only pizzeria that doesn’t cut corners and give you an individual size pizza when you order a pie. It’s ridiculous how small the pies are from other pizzerias. That alone is the reason I will return.

I’ve been in the neighborhood for over 25 years so I’ve seen this place turn over owners multiple times. I always gave the new owners a chance and it has always been mediocre. Finally we have a SOLID neighborhood pizza joint. So far we ordered two times; first order was a plain large pie, Buffalo chicken pie and a chicken roll. All three were really good. Second order was a Sicilian and a personal chicken Caesar pie which was again, really good. Prices are more than fair, delivery was on time and they payed attention to the delivery instructions I left. I don’t have anything bad to say. Keep up the great work.

First off, I love pizza and travel all over Brooklyn and Staten Island going to my favorite pizzeria’s. When Mamma Mia opened a few weeks ago, I figured I give it a shot, since I live close by. All I can say this is a must visit. So far I have had a regular pie and a grandma pie, and they were both outstanding. The sauce is the best. I also had the rigatoni bolognese, which was by far a must order. The owner Mario and his staff are very friendly and take pride in what they serve.

It's good, but appears to be under different ownership from when I first started coming here. I did prefer the previous recipes. Currently falls in line as an average Staten Island pie. 7.1

For starters, the place is no longer called Stefano's. There are new owners and they have been there for 10 days. I had a sausage and pepper Sicilian pie. That was very good. It was cut into 8 slices instead of the usual 12. However, they were bigger than a standard square so I guess that made up for it. I can usually put away 4, but only ate 2. Also ordered a chicken roll and garlic knots. The chicken roll was just ok. The knots came with tomato sauce. The owner was very friendly and thanked me for coming in. I would try it again and get something different next time.

This last time I ordered will be my last time as it took an hour and a half, which I wasn’t even mad about, but it’s just overall unacceptable waiting that long for the food to come cold and soggy.

Marinara sauce tastes like horrible jarred sauce . Hero’s are on slim hoagie rolls and are incredibly overpriced and overcooked. Pies are at least 18” . But oily due to cheap cheese and definitely not made w/ San marzano tomato’s .
