If you have read my reviews, you know how brutal I grade the customer service experience. It is the single most important reason why I re-visit restaurants and then, of course, the food. I knew nothing about this place. A friend of mine, I guess, follows the owner on Instagram, and being Italian himself, he would often talk about visiting the restaurant. When I told him I would take him, he lit up like a light bulb! There is a small negative but, we’ll get to that later. The restaurant itself is very nice. It is not that big but, perfect for the location. It was very nice, clean and definitely gave that Italian feel. Very nice wall decor and the bar was equally nice with granite countertop. Bathrooms were nice and the kitchen was as well because I did take a peek when I left the bathroom and it looked spotless back there. Next our server Samantha was an absolute ROCKSTAR! Lei era la migliore! Our food came in blazing hot and people on dialysis should think about switching to Tutto’s marinara sauce. I mean, IT’S THAT AMAZING. The staff were wonderful and the pizza guy, man, what a great soul he was. Overall, if you haven’t stopped in here, you don’t know what you’re missing. I have every intention of driving back from Boston because it was that great of an experience. Now for the small negative. Parking. They do offer valet but parking seemed to be the only thing I wish was better, but, not enough to take away from the 5 star review. I had to park across the street, which was a bit nerve wracking because cars are FLYING down the road and could be a bit dangerous. Overall, the customer service experience and food, was a SOLID 5 and can’t wait to go back. (My buddy was bummed out he didn’t meet the Chef but, I’m a customer now, so, I’m sure he’ll see him soon)

We love the food and atmosphere! We went to celebrate my birthday & everyone really enjoyed it. The only regret was that we didn’t meet Peter one of the owners. We’re from NJ & are Calabrese & love a lot of the recipes Peter posts on Facebook- that’s how we knew about Panini Grill & Tutto Aposto. Great place for good food! Would definitely go back.

We had an amazing experience! The service was great, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We came here to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and it turned out to be such a great time. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, which made the celebration even more special. One of our favorite restaurants.. We don't get here often due to being down the shore most weekends but it's definitely a go when we are on the island.. I always highly recommend it to friends. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is outstanding. We love eating at the bar and chatting to the staff. Peter and the other owners are always welcoming and making sure that we are enjoying our food and drinks.

I recently celebrated my birthday with my family at Tutto Apposto. From the moment we walked in I knew that it was going to be a memorable evening. The restaurant was decorated beautifully for the holidays, and the staff was friendly and most accommodating. Our server, Roberto was so knowledgeable about everything on the menu. He made some excellent suggestions. The food was amazingly delicious!! I would recommend anything on the menu- you won’t be disappointed with your choices! The owner, Peter Macri was most gracious and came over to meet everyone at our table. Grazie Pietro from a fellow Calabrese! I’m so happy I chose to have my birthday celebration at Tutto Apposto and I will certainly tell all - tutti- of my friends that it’s worth the trip to Staten Island!

Oh wow ! What a party ! I had the pleasure of hosting my baby sprinkle at Tutto Apposto. This was one of the best parties I’ve had. From the planning and setting up to the execution of the actual party, the staff made it perfection. Special shoutout to Rachel, Ashley & Fernanda. These three ladies coordinated this party fantastically. Even with small children out of their seats and running around, they were able to get everyone their drinks, meals , coffee, etc without any difficulty, confusion or chaos. They made sure all of my guests were satisfied and everything was to everyone’s liking. I was able to set up an hour before my party began; without hesitation, they helped with everything from soup to nuts. It was so refreshing having a party with servers who also helped with the setup of the room. There was another party in the other room and I was amazed that not only did we barely have to cross paths (separate entrance just a shared bathroom) but that I barely heard the other party as if we were the only ones in the restaurant. As the party host/ guest of honor, I was able to enjoy my meal, talk to my guests and still feel satisfied with customer service without feeling overwhelmed by questions from the servers. It was almost like they were reading my mind with pacing of the meals/ courses and everything in between. The preplanning was also a pleasure. Tutto called me multiple times prior to the event to make sure everything was set and never gave me a problem for changing things slightly around days before the party. Everyone was so accommodating, the food and drinks were fantastic and the service was outstanding. Thank you for making my event so memorable for me and my guests.

From the moment we sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive without ever feeling overbearing. I was raised Italian and grew up eating Grandma's meals. Peter takes Italian to wonderful new level. My dish was homemade pasta with a zucchini cream sauce topped with ricotta. I never eat leftovers from a restaurant, but this is did! Thanks Peter!!!!

First time at Tutto Apposto after having been to Panini Grill a few times, AND IT WAS AMAZING! Great restaurant space, very well decorated … and the food was awesome. I ordered the Pasta Al Forna Calabrese, and it was just like my mother’s recipe, AUTHENTIC CALABRESE! We highly recommend Tutto Apposto and Panini Grill and will be back soon!

Had a lovely anniversary late lunch here on Saturday. Drinks were very good. Staff attentive. We got the calamari to share to start and it was a generous portion and great value. I had chicken and my husband had the pizza with nduja which is the first time I’ve seen it on the menu anywhere since moving here so I’ll definitely be trying that pizza when I return. The pizza is exactly the way we like it , blistered thin Neapolitan style. My chicken was excellent the vegetables and potatoes a nice addition. We got another round of drinks as they were so good -and the bill was tax and tip was $170. Lots of great things on the menu to try next time.

The atmosphere was beautiful and the service was great! Rachel was very knowledgeable and perfect in service. Our drinks were perfect. The hot appetizer put many places to shame, it was that good. The portions were generous. I had the linguine with white clam.. It was good but I never want to have ANY grit/sand in my clam sauce. 😬 Yes, I’ll give it another try. We did enjoy ourselves.

Food was great sadly I can’t say the same for the service, being served differently because of the color of your skin is never a great feeling but that’s exactly how I felt when visiting. We came for a friends birthday and I asked my waitress if they sang happy birthday and was told yes when the dessert was brought out there was no candles or happy birthday I asked the waitress again and she told me there was no candles when I turned and pointed at the table over where they were singing happy birthday she told they had sparklers and she said that’s all they had but I don’t understand why she couldn’t bring me that in the first place, for the price I would expect to be treated with the same respect as any other paying customer but it was clear something was off. I don’t think I will be back.
