Gluten free bread alert! I ordered the Wagyu melt on Sunday morning and it was absolutely delicious. Furthermore, the male employee was very sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend! Please note this location is in the SI Mall food court.

Friendly service, excellent food! As soon as I placed my order, I watched the staff make my food. My grilled cheese was perfect! Not greasy at all. Crispy and gooey on the inside. Super tasty dipped in the tomato soup. I would highly recommend the grilled cheese and tomato soup!

The food was delicious and served hot. The order was correct and the workers were nice and courteous. The prices were within range. I had the vegan melt and my wife had a bacon cheese melt.

Food was really good. The manager Jada, was really sweet and gave excellent customer service. She looked really busy but she stopped what she was doing and offered to help me with no problem. Give her a raise! She alone deserves 5 stars but I’ll give it to the whole store instead!

He is always super engaging with anyone that comes up including his staff and it’s definitely very refreshing to see. Definitely recommend stopping by the melt shop when you’re in the mall!

Melt Shop in Staten Island Mall is amazing—pure comfort food heaven! Got the Classic Grilled Cheese (gooey American & cheddar perfection), a Crispy Chicken Melt with slaw, and loaded tots. Everything was hot, cheesy, and flavorful—melts are next-level. Service was quick and friendly despite the mall rush. Atmosphere is bright, casual, and fun—great quick spot while shopping. Highly recommend for anyone craving a killer grilled cheese!

The Wagyu Beef burger is absolutely delicious, with its juicy and meaty flavor. However, I'm not a fan of the fried chicken melt as it is too rich and oily for my taste. I think I'll give the roasted veggies a try instead.

This Melt Shop is in the SI mall so i didn’t necessarily have big hopes but the burger was delicious. It was juicy, the burger sauce was a nice addition and extra pickles was the kicker. Would eat this burger again.

Melt Shop at the Staten Island Mall Food Court on April 7, 2026. Ordered 2 Kids Grilled Cheese Meals that were supposed to come with Tots, the Grilled Cheese and a drink. Tots were substituted with fries without asking me first. Not good customer service when you change items you're expecting to receive without consent from the paying customer.

Their beyond burger was great would get it again, the only annoying thing is they ran out of ketchup. The decent thing to do is to mention that when people are ordering fries or tater tots. I only found out once I went to the pickup and saw the no ketchup sign. Thought oh maybe I need to ask and they don't keep it out, went to the guy who I ordered from and he was like oh no we ran out.

I got the hamburger melt and there were 4 little pieces of meat in there. The tots tasted something I can make at home. Very expensive for what I received. Wouldn’t recommend.

The burger wasn't cooked right, just a basic food with a bunch of cheese to give it a taste

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. No accountability whatsoever. The first time my son placed an order with them for delivery, they forgot to include the burger- this was 1/3 of the meal. Also the first item in the order but somehow it was missed and somehow it was Uber eats fault. Then when we called to get a refund, they said they would issue it and never did. Now I have to go out of my way to go to the restaurant to get my money for food I never received because the staff is incompetent and doesn’t know how to issue a refund to a credit card. Definitely would never recommend. You will waste your money and time.
