The driver must have been driving crazy or threw my pizza on my stoop in a hurry because my pizza came shoved to one side, basically almost folded. It was unacceptable. Fortunately they made more and sent it with no charge.

1 star can’t begin to tell you how disappointed and unsatisfied we were with this location. Not only was the food cold but this location continues to mark food as delivered and it wasn’t. Then the food arrives 20-30 mins later and that’s a problem. The dishonesty and overall lack of care given just is a few reasons this location should close down. Papa johns is good when order is delivered on time and the items you actually ordered is given to you. The photos I provided not only show that they disregarded our order but they Edward Scissorhands the pizza with a rough cut. I should be asking for a full refund for how the food came, late and wrong. Please don’t give this location any more of your money until they fix their apparent issues and actually value their customers.

So disappointing. There is only one person at most times. The same person has to take customer orders and payments and do pizza as well. Papa John’s at Forest Avenue don’t follow any of the NY guidelines set for food preparation and restaurants. Don’t use gloves at all. Tables and the floor covered with wheat flour. Haven’t swept for some time. Use bare hands to spread onions, capsicum, cheese, etc. and then wipe hands on your dress or touch your shoes. I wonder why Papa John’s is silent. Please get these workers s food safety training and teach good customer service.

I ordered two boxes of pizzas one of the boxes of pizza crust was hard as a rock and molded. I hope to God I don’t get food poisoning from this because I ate out the first box and didn’t notice if there was mold until I noticed the second box of pizza crust was hard as a rock. I will never order out again I will from now on only cook my own food I’m disgusted that they would sell molded pizza to a customer and I spent $21.00 I’m beyond disappointed

If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs Ordered my food at 6:10pm it is well over 2 hours and I am still waiting for it. Called the establishment at 7:18 then again at 8:03 was told my driver was 5 minutes away. Definitely was not since I am still waiting for my food now 2 hours and 20 min later.

Every single time I order from them my order is either missing or freezing cold by the time I get it. I just placed an order tonight said it was delivered and I never received it. I called them they put me on hold to find out what happen to my order never clicked back over and now they’re not answering the phone for me. Like honestly tonight was my last night ordering from them. I’ll pass! Food ain’t even all that it be tasting air fried sometimes.

Cheesy bread and Blondie brownies at 6pm the delivery driver shows up an hour later with cold cheesy bread He pulled out of his trunk with no Papa John’s sleeve He walks up jingling the box under his arm, as if it’s an Amazon package no soda no brownies we call the establishment around 7pm They said oh we tried to call you to tell you there were no brownies. My brother had his phone in his hand since he placed the first order, trying to figure out what was going on. The driver now has to go back to the establishment to pick up the soda And get a new order of cheesy bread it’s now 9:30 and the order still hasn’t arrived My brother calls the location again for one of the associates to catch an attitude get smart and hang up the phone The delivery driver is incompetent and the associates are ignorant and disrespectful. There is one associate an older gentleman with salt and Pepper hair. Not only did he de-escalate the situation he provided a Solution

Waited almost two hours for my pizza to come cold on top of that they are saying i ordered with bbq and i didn’t. I’m telling them it was possibly a technical issue on the website . And cherry on top is the supervisor Omar being racist and assuming i speak Spanish saying “oh your last name is Alvarez you speak Spanish”. He said it wasn’t his Problem and he can’t send another pizza or even isssue me a refund their customer skills are terrible i hope this places closes down .

Everything about this place is terrible. The only reason we ordered here is because my teen boys LIKED this place even though it takes an hour plus every damn time for a pick up order. Last night though was the LAST time my family will ever order here. Both my boys woke up with food poisoning. This was the only thing they both ate. I'm not surprised they got sick because this location is BEYOND filthy. Order at your own risk.
