Love this place the spicy miso ramen soup is really good and so are the pan fried chicken dumplings. The passionfruit tea is also delicous and not too sweet , natrually full of seeds. They are also very clean and friendly.

Muy mal servicio, quice probar el Teriyaky y luego de pasar unos 10 minutos y veo la tardanza en entragarme , me dirijo a la joven que me asistió para octener información y me dice que debia esperar unos 10 minutos mas, entiendo que al momento de ordenar algo en un lugar de comida rapida, si es tanto el tiempo me parece que lo mas prudente seria estimar el tuempo de espera e informar con cliente , para que sea este que determine si puede esperar o no! la costumbre que tenemos con este producto, al menos con los que ustedes pretenden competir sus vecinos del lado, es que se te entraga al momento de ordenarlo. Mala experiencia para mi en ese sentido.

I always look foward to going and getting myself an island spicy tuna bowl as I go there once a month when I'm training my students. I was disappointed as I was eating my bowl and there was a long hair intertwined in the seaweed. I didn't even take 4 bites of my bowl. Then they had the nerve to ask if I wanted another bowl, I politely declined and walked away. The least they could've asked was did I want my money back. I will never eat there again as I will forever think of that long intertwined hair in the bowl.

Salmon and tuna portions are very small. The taste of fish gets lost in the heap of vegetables.

I ordered sushi here While the taste is good for mall sushi the preparation is terrible. The seaweed they use falls apart as you pick up the roll so it is difficult to eat. As for the spicy tuna roll, if you are expecting the typical spicy tuna you get in every other place, this isn't that. They give you a regular tuna roll with spicy mayo sauce on the side rather than the rolls where the tuna itself is seasoned to be spicy. The workers are friendly so don't blame them. They are probably doing it like the company train them to do it. Poke island & grill get your staff what they need! For it is on you!

After ordering a mouthwatering poke bowl, I was ready to begin devouring it, until I came across a dead fly in my rice. After seeing this I went up to the poke island, and presented them with the disgusting sight of a fly in the rice they just served me 3 minutes ago. They were hesitant to give me a new bowl, after I asked them 4 times. After they remade my bowl I expected some sort of apology maybe even a compensation for my troubles. They offered no apology, and not even an egg roll or a discount for my next meal. It’s unbelievable how a fly could get in a customer’s food and then are expected to go on with there day like nothing ever happened. Be careful be on the watch for flys in poke islands buggy rice.

Very rude EXTREMLY I asked for a name and was told they don't have to give me a name, also seen one lady in her mouth with her hands and not washing them. I asked to speak with a manager and all ladies said there wasn't one as well. I recorded the whole thing on how the lady reacted and will be posting it every where. Extremely disgusting!!!!!

Their boba teas taste great, but for the past three times now over separate occasions, these black plastic things sit at the bottom and it’s a huge waste of money not being able to finish the entire juice. Someone else mentioned this in the reviews and showed a picture that looks just like my drink. The teriyaki chicken bento is mediocre, as everything else to be honest but their juice was literally the only thing they got right until now :(( how disappointing Also if you work in the mall there’s no discount, whereas the green smoothie place does give you it and their smoothies are absolutely delicious!!

When I told them I ordered a strawberry matcha they said “What’s that? We don’t sell strawberry matcha”. Complete waste of money and it was undrinkable because of how warm it was.
