Love this place! They make everything to perfection and I love that they have a gluten free bread option which is really important to me. They are friendly and even if I have ever had am issue they are quick and efficient to resolve it. I highly recommend coming here.

After a friend recently said they went to a Jersey Mike's in NJ, I ran across one in Staten Island. The associates seemed ho hum, and the tables weren't clean, as I had to clean my own table. The place was empty, but they did have some people come in to pick up their orders. They had no lids for my drink, and I had to turn the key on the side of the soda dispenser to activate the soda machine. The Mike's Philly cheese steak was definitely a good size. The bread was soft and fresh. The meat in my sub was extremely greasy. I was only able to eat half of the sub. As it was just too greasy. Lucky for myself, I doubled bagged the other half of the hero as the wax paper bag it was placed in, soaked through. It's was not a good experience, overall.

First time customer, for the money over priced and not that great. I personally prefer Subway and I'll stick with it.

I was picking up an Uber Eats order at this restaurant. When I arrived, I asked to use the restroom. Just as I was about to enter, a woman shouted at me from behind, saying the restroom was closed and that I couldn’t use it. I told her there were no signs or notices indicating that it was closed. Despite that, she insisted that I leave and physically pushed me. As she slammed the door, she caught my hand in it. My finger turned completely purple from the injury. She then forced me out of the restaurant and refused to give me the Uber order I was there to pick up. If you plan on going to this restaurant, be prepared to risk being physically assaulted.

The manager is so hostile for no reason. Very obnoxious and overly aggressive. As manager you should welcome your customers with hospitality. She really needs to go back to training because the way she’s acting you wouldn’t even believe she has a job.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. When I requested the staff member to change gloves and use a fresh piece of bread (since the original bread had been touched with the same gloves used for meat), I was met with rudeness and a poor attitude. Despite thanking the employee and expressing my appreciation, she still seemed upset about being asked to do her job which were basic requests. To make matters worse, after the sandwich was prepared, I found a curly hair in it, which was both unhygienic and extremely disgusting. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to hygiene standards and customer service at this location.

I don't know if you called a sandwich worth $9 but this is a worst sandwich I've ever had the pleasure of eating, totally not worth the price I asked him if they had green lettuce is all the lettuce with white , I got a little bit of an attitude with the gentleman. Never heard of an establishment . Even Subway has green lettuce ,the best part of my sandwich was the Mountain Dew, I don't see myself coming back here ever again service was one star but the food was not even 2☆
