Best place on the island for good food. They make a prime beef burger that is delicious. Also have good fries to be paired with it. Would definitely recommend this place.

We came back after we had sandwiches from here yesterday. That's how good it is. Huge meno of breakfast and lunch goodies. Big drinks coolers. Beer to go with your bagels and sundries of various sorts.

They have the best coffee anywhere in Staten Island. Also great people working there and 9 x out of 10 I'm a winner on their scratch offs

Smileys has the best bagels and BEC around. Bagels are thick and fluffy, and BEC has the best ratios. When you ask for XC you get XC! A great price for a filling sandwich. Will always be my go to spot.

Bagels hot and fresh from the oven do you like when the butter melts into the chewy dough? Do you enjoy soft, fluffy cream cheese and the salty flavors of smoked salmon betwixt an "everything" variety? So much variety so much flavor. His the spot everytime.

Lunch hero's are good and reasonably priced. Egg sandwiches are good but expensive. The bagels aren't very good.

Excellent bagels, great food. The only issue with this place is the $10 credit card minimum, a quick bagel and coffee in the morning is less than $10!

This is the second time I went to smileys that I ordered a bagel with bacon and cream cheese and got the SMALLEST bit of cream cheese. This is so beyond cheap. Disappointed and won’t be coming back again.

I am not someone who writes negative reviews, and I usually do not take service complaints too seriously when I read them. This time I think it is worth paying attention. I stopped by Smiley’s today, grabbed a drink, and ordered a plain bagel. There were only two people in front of me, so I figured it would be quick. Instead, it turned into a really confusing experience. There is no clear line, no clear ordering spot, no pickup area, and everyone ends up huddled around the register trying to guess who is next. Even the employees seemed unsure. About five minutes into waiting, a guy walked in, ordered three plain bagels, cut through everyone, paid, and left before I even moved. Normally I would not care, but it showed how disorganized the place is. After that, every single customer was helped before me, even though I had been standing there the whole time. After waiting around 10 to 15 minutes, I finally asked about my order. The person at the register told me they had just sold the last plain bagels. I explained I placed my order before that customer even arrived and asked if the one I ordered had been placed aside for me. It had not. No solution was offered, so I handed back my drink and left. I have had decent experiences here before, but only when the place is empty. When it gets even a little busy, it feels like there is no system at all, and it ends up wasting your time. I am giving two stars because the food is good, but another experience like this would cause me to just take business elsewhere.

Over Priced Is An Understatement… .75 Per Slice Of Cheese On My Sandwich. 1 Egg Sandwich and 1 Drink 13$.

Anyone ever have a bad experience with calling in a delivery with smileys bagels on victory blvd?? I did quite a few times. Every time I call I feel like I always have to repeat myself when giving in even the simplest order. Or even have to repeat myself when having to spell out my street address. Or they repeat themselves with “I can’t hear you”. I give in my order and it seems the girls answering the phone is always behind when I give my order and it makes me so impatient that I get discouraged and just hang up on them. Besides their good food I think whoever answers the phone could be a little better.

I don't how is the rest of the food, but I ordered salad and I couldn't eat it. Cherry tomatoes were sour like they were going bad, chicken tasted funky. The place looks very charming from outside but the ingredients aren't fresh.

It took 1.5 hours to get to me. My wife ordered a garden salad and got a caesar salad, also drowning in dressing. She ordered a sandwich meal that is suppose to come with chips and a soda, neither of which arrived. When she called them up they yelled at her that it was a garden salad. They came and replaced the caesar with a garden salad, devoid of dressing. I guess its flood or famine when it comes to dressing. And for those of you that look at the picture and say " it couldn't have been that bad if you ate the whole sandwich" I didnt. I took the Turkey, rinsed it and gave a good portion of it to my dog. I will never order from them again.

I asked for toasted bagels reminded him twice got home and they weren’t toasted .I should have known better and checked before I left the store bc it happened before. One of the bagels had grey/ blond hair in it . The chicken salad was just horrible .

I go in explaining my situation and stating I can’t have bacon. They took the sandwich and saw that I took a bite into it and said this is your fault. You need to specify that you want turkey bacon. Instead of apologizing when I always say turkey bacon, as I don’t eat regular bacon for religious reasons they went ahead and said well there’s bacon all over the grill. I felt completely ridiculed and belittled. I hope you understand that you have customers from all different backgrounds and clearly Smiley Bagels is not inclusive to our Muslim community. Disgusting!!!
