I ate here with my family upon leaving a visit from my son's future college. The food was good, but the service could have definitely been better. It wasnt that busy so the service could have been better. That and the fly we had to fight off while waiting to order our food. I always give a location a second chance so we will see what happens when we visit again.
Hadn't been to Jimmy's Egg for several months, so it was a treat to get to visit one. It took a little time before being served, but our wait person was very attentive after that. I had the French toast, which was great. The wife had a waffle, and she enjoyed it very much. She forgot to ask for crispy bacon so the waitress took her plate back, kept her waffle warm, and had the cook crisp her bacon to just the way she liked it, so when back in town we will be sure to stop by.
I have been to this particular location several times and I always get the same waitress. Her name is Charlene. She is absolutely amazing super friendly. She takes great care of her customers. The food is always on point very consistent. The price you pay for this home-cooked breakfast is phenomenal, definitely a place that you all must visit while in Stillwater, definitely the best location I have been to. Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service, coffee was absolutely fantastic. when you walk in, the table is already put together. 10/10 will be eating there again. Excellent food!

Ok, so Jimmy's Egg has always been one of my favorite breakfast places. I love their omlettes, and their "house" sourdough bread is awesome. Their service here was great despite being really busy, and our waitress was very attentive, and very friendly. My omlette and the wife's eggs benedict and blueberry pancakes were spot on. We'd definitely visit again. Two thumbs up.

This was my first time here. Thanks G I got the waitress that I got because the tiny waitress looked angry. At the end when we were saying our goodbyes (we where a party of 6 and my parents were meeting for the first time my husband parents), she actually pushed my dad (without intention I think) and she didn't say Im sorry! She say excuse me... My dad didn't pushed her, he was just standing up quietly! She wasn't nice at all. It is a shame that for this waitress the good food does not shine like it should. The pancakes were good, really yummy... Specially the cinnamon one and the banana.
Great food. Also, butter milk pancakes are usually high end for most places. If you have a sweet tooth, try the cinnamon roll pancakes. They are to die for.
One of the best pancakes in the US, the food is extremely good, the service is lacking. I don’t even know how IHOP is a thing, being so bad with pancakes, this is the place to go. I’m very happy I found this gem. Saturday, April 27/ 2024
Overall really great! Eggs were a little undercooked for how I ordered them but other than that everything else was cooked to perfection. The hashbrowns were amazing. Definitely some of the best we've had in a long time. Timely service started out great but towards the end we never saw our waitress. It took forever to get our bill payed for and to get on our way. It if wasn't for other staff helping to refill drinks and take our plates we would have never have gotten our drinks.
Food tasted good. It was slow so there was only one waitress but she hustled and kept all the tables happy. The restaurant was very clean. I didn't have a wait. My coffee and water were also kept full. My only complaint with Jimmy's Egg is that they cook their bacon extremely early and then it sits in a container under a heater until it runs out.
I have been to Jimmy's Egg for breakfast the last two Saturdays with friends and I don't care if I ever go back. They are severely understaffed. I can't believe it takes two hours to get breakfast ordered and served. The food is not that good, the waitress never refills drinks, and it takes 30 minutes to get the payments processed. I had the Berry Belgian waffle last week and it was marginal. This week I got the Farmers Skillet, and it was three fourths potatoes, very little ham and cheese. As I said I will vote no to go back and it was a general consensus with the rest of the group.
I have eaten breakfast here about 12 times. Two of those times, I received a bill with the prices on the bill greater than the prices on the menu. I pointed this out to my servers and both times received a shrug and no explanation except the bill price was “what the computer came up with”. I think I will go to IHOP now.
My husband and I went and had breakfast after a doctor's appointment and the waitress that waited on us helped herself to a $230 dollar tip after we left.
Myself and 2 other ladies had breakfast there this morning and one of the ladies meals had to be sent back twice due to the eggs not being cooked as asked. After the 2nd time of the eggs not being prepared the way it was requested we asked to speak with the manager. When we informed the manager of what the issue was she seemed uninterested and not bothered or helpful at all. Not only did she do absolutely nothing at all about this issue she also seemed to avoid us all together after speaking with us. No discount was offered, no apology was given and no kind of compassion or understanding at all. She infact rolled her eyes and just disappeared all together. If this is how Jimmy's egg trains there management to handle issues like this then that's ridiculous. We will most definitely not be returning to this place at all EVER!
Okay so I've been trying to understand how you can be so rude to customers on multiple occasions and people you clearly don't know. The cooking was awful and the fact I specifically asked for extra crispy bacon and you brought floppy bacon. Lol then get mad when asking to fix it correctly. Wow then you bring me back the same old food you just pulled off the floppy bacon and couldn't even put 2 full pieces of actual crispy bacon on the sandwich. Ohh it was fun when I asked for the meal to be taken off . No one is paying for a cold sandwich with old bacon and cold fries. The only thing they got cold correctly what's my chocolate milk. Oh and after the rude service and poor food the server actually had the nerve to say don't come back. Don't worry Never going back 🤣🤣🤣
