My wife's favorite restaurant...and yes she's Italian. Ya can't miss with pasta refills. Our server was super nice. I can not for the life of me remember her name, but she said the record is 7 refills on the pasta.

I come here for the breadsticks and the salad... I know Post Malone likes them with butter, but I personally get the alfredo dipping sauce.. its an experience that shouldn't be missed. Endless soup/salad and all the sticks you can shove in your face. (I can eat like 6 myself) Finish off with a cappuccino, it comes with a baby biscotti and the tiramisu is pretty amazing. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Dana a couple times, she's a wonderful, friendly and attentive server.

We do not get to Olive Garden as often as I would like, but we should because I always enjoy their restaurant, the food, service and the atmosphere. Tonight Sam was out waitress. She is such a personable person and took awesome care of our table. Her service was spot on and fast. Timing was perfect too. We started with the giant salad bowl (yum) and their wonderful bread sticks. We ordered appetizers, fried calamari and the Fried stuffed ziti which vane with marinara dressing and alfredo dressing. They were delicious! For dinner, we had the shrimp scampi, fettuccine alfredo and fettuccine alfrefo with shrimp. I went with my favorite, the Tour of Italy which is a chicken parm, fettuccine alfredo and lasagna. Everything tasted delicious, hot and the prions were plenty!!! The chicken cutlet was good but they really should put the cutlet in sauce. Topped with cheese. They just seem to ladle sauce on the top and then place cheese on top. The bottom was bare, no sauce. Dessert we had tiramisu and a chocolate dolce somthing!! This was a mini desert. The Tira Misu was delicious. All in all, the food was delicious, tasty, nice portions and hot. Sam was a terrific waitress, next time I'm in, I'm asking for Sam.

This is the first Olive Garden I've been to and I must say I'm thoroughly impressed. The interiors look nice and our server was very courteas. The best thing was the unlimited soup/salad and bread sticks with every dish. Even though the stuff is free it's really tasty and was refilled as many times as you would like. I had ordered Ravioli and it was delicious. I especially liked their Sangria. Would definitely recommend this place.

My only problem is that the restaurant sign faces a main road and I pulled into parking lot from a side entrance and drove around did not see the building even when I finally pulled up next to it not knowing I was in front of it…..

We had a late lunch here. We were seated within a reasonable time frame. We didn’t like the chosen table and were seated at another table of our choice. The waitress was very friendly and checked on us several times. We both ordered the chicken parmigiana that came with spaghetti. It was delicious.

The staff here are all very sweet people, but I especially want to compliment and thank the manager Patrick. He goes above and beyond for his customers without being asked. Not only is he a wonderful manager, but an extremely kind hearted wonderful person. I came in on my birthday having one of the worst days of my life, and he so graciously went out of his way many times to still put a smile on my face and try to make me feel better. He’s the type of person that makes customers wanna come and eat there everyday. Thank you so much again!

As first time Gardeners, we truly didn't know what to expect. The hotel lobby ambiance really helped to set the mood. Had the gnocchi and chicken soup. Only 3 pieces of gnocchi, but solid otherwise. Breadsticks were very good, just a tad too much garlic for my liking. Didn't even know they came with garlic. Meatballs had just the right amount of spice. The tour of Italy was emaculate! High recommend! The chicken parm was like a piece of Rome, followed by a trip to Florence fettuccine Alfredo, and ending with a slice of lasagna classico. Buonissimo! Food came quick like a cheetah. I had an excellent experience with Olive Garden tonight. Haven't been to one in years and thought let me check it out. Resturant was clean, pleasant atmosphere and wonderful staff, which is a big plus. Ordered calamari for an appetizer and shrimp scampi for entree. Food was simply delicious with generous proportions. Felt like I was eating in a 5 star restaurant. I truly enjoyed myself. No dessert, I was too full but the offerings looked wonderful. Maybe next time I'll just do dessert and tea.

Well most say that after several times of going here I was well treated and with best food that I had since I'm a customer here... OMG my best experience at an Olive Garden EVER!!! The service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! I just left but had to write a review before I got home. My waiter, William was beyond the best server I’ve ever had at any restaurant, very polite, great smile and excellent timing. He addressed our needs BEFORE we needed anything!! The manager, Christina was the best as well as she came by more than once to make sure we were having an overall great experience. Very friendly and personable. Just lovely!! On top of that the food tasted delicious. Hot and fresh! The greeter at the door was also very welcoming.. I didn’t get his name but he did contribute to the very favorable experience. Not only did the food exceed my expectations, but the service is what will make me come and recommend this Olive Garden everytime. Our server Clarabel was so great, very attentive. Casual dining at its unfiltered best. The food was very good, and while no one goes to Olive Garden expecting authentic gourmet Italian cuisine, you do go for consistency, flavorful options, and a comfortable place to enjoy time with friends. This location delivered exactly that. I do want to highlight one exceptional detail. Our server, Jenn S, was absolutely outstanding. She was attentive, kind, and genuinely delightful, with a talent for making guests feel taken care of. I had mentioned that on past visits I’d been hoping to buy one of the cheese graters they use, since they do sell them, though they are almost never available. Jenn somehow managed to track one down, brand new in the box, and made it possible for me to purchase it. That level of effort and thoughtfulness is truly above and beyond. Because of her service and the overall experience, I will definitely be returning to this location.

My girlfriend and I went here last night for my 50th birthday and everything was excellent! We were quickly greeted and shown to a table (I had a birthday ribbon on my shirt so all the staff were saying happy birthday to me). Our server, Stephanie, was awesome! She was so friendly and pleasant. We didn't have to wait long for our drinks or food, she was very prompt and attentive. My girlfriend and I each ordered a cocktail (which were amazing!) and we ordered an appetizer and our entrees, which were also amazing! After our dinner, the waitstaff came out and surprised me with a piece of delicious cheesecake with a candle and sang happy birthday to me. I was very happy with my choice to spend my birthday here and I will definitely be back!

Well what's to say that you don't already know for yourself. This place is the bomb. Food always taste fresh. The service is great. The table seating is ok depending on what side of the restaurant they put you in. The bathrooms are in the front of the building where you entered. The drinks were amazing. The ambiance is what sells the experience. Some of the best Italian food around. Will be returning for another date night with the wife. This time we drinks instead of wine. Which the Primo Amore Moscato is the best I've ever tasted. It's a house wine but very delicious. The wife had ordered chicken marsala with fettuccine and a margarita while I had ordered chicken and shrimp with angel hair pasta. I think. It's was super delicious. I had a spiked strawberry lemonade which hands down hit the spot. We also ordered the new meatball appetizer which was ok. What really set the dinner off right was the soups and salad we received before our meals. The chicken gnocchi was the best starter i have ever had the pleasure of indulging in. Has every taste of heaven in it. The salad was huge it was fresh and it was gone within the first 5 min of being on the table. Our date night was a super success thanks to the wonderful extravagance wizarding at The Olive Garden. See you soon.

My family and I visited OG on New Year's eve. The food was as expected for this busy day of the year. Our waitress was excellent and very polite. Our meals came on a timely manner.

The service was great. The waitresses were very attentive even though it was the beginning of the dinner crowd rush. The cocktails were fun. I had the holiday margarita with a shot of amaretto; too sweet for a margarita but festive so it worked. The food was good, nothing to brag about but still yummy.

The food is wonderful. Yes it's a chain so it's not as authentic Italian but it's still very good. The staff are always very friendly and caring. It is also very family friendly which is a huge plus. Stick to getting the chicken or the fish since those are awesome. The steak tends to be very watery

Haven’t been here in a while because previously the service and food where sub par. Today everything was surprisingly good and our waitress Dani was on point, pleasant and a hard worker. I don’t leave tons of reviews but when something is either really bad or in this case really good I think it’s worthwhile to do so. Kudos Olive Garden. Whatever you changed stick with it cause it’s working. We shall be back! They need to offer .5 star cause this is a 4.5 evening

I came here because someone gave me a gift card as a birthday present. We got seated quickly. Our server was a wonderful young lady. Friendly and so sweet and accommodating. She also seemed a little overwhelmed. Our soups came out immediately but bread was baking and it took a few minutes. Soup was to salty for my mom and it was cheerfully changed to a salad. Our entree took a really long time to come out. I’m guessing a half hour. I could see she was busy and apologetic so we waited. They came mine was not the tour of Italy I ordered mom’s was perfect. I said that I was fine with the cheesy beefy pasta but she said that she would see what happened. 15 minutes later my entree arrived. I guess they do make them fresh. Anyway it was good and they offered us a free dessert. We choose chocolate mousse cake. Delicious. It’s Olive Garden. Food was decent to great. The chicken parm is really tasty. But what made our meal was our wonderful service. She apologized just enough that we felt seen but not too much that we felt like something was wrong. I don’t know but our server saved our meal and anything I might have picked at faded away. A manager came over to apologize and we said that we were really being treated well and our server was delightful. Go and enjoy the reasonable prices and fantastic customer service. You’re not in Rome your in Centereach. Enjoy it for what it is.

First timer dining at this Olive Gargen! Overall, a great experience. The place is clean and accommodating. The staff ws remarkable! I'm giving it 3 stars because although overall experience was great, the food was lacking a bit. I completely understand the change of menu due to covid but I firmly believe this is the time to excel on the limited items currently available. The Lasagna Fritta was salty and and my chicken and shrimp carbonara was missing the creaminess. Maybe it was an off night. Either way, it's still a nice place to come back to.

I love olive garden and will always enjoy the food but just some things the owners should be aware of... i feel the environment is extremely overstaffed and there are so many employees just standing around, why is there so many employees? Also, i feel that the quality of the food goes down towards the end of the night so I would recommend going earlier :)

They have gone back to the old days of barely giving you any alfredo sauce with your pasta. The sauce is very good, but there just isn't enough.Your pasta is basically dry. I don't know why they are so stingy to the point that you can't even enjoy the food. However, I must say that their soup is good. Their salad is good. Their appetizers are good. It's really just the sauce that they are skimping on.

Haven't been in about a year and was in the area. The salad and bread sticks were fresh and delicious. The service and atmosphere excellent. The main food was decent but the portions were so small. The portions used to require a to go bag. Now we all ate entire meal and wanted more. For the price I could have gone to a non chain Italian restaurant and had enough for a second meal. For the price and value I will not go back.

We we're driving around and looking for some place we haven't been to. We decided to go in because we haven't been in here for years. The hostess is very courteous they seated us and they took her order. We we're seated in the farthest back corner and had to continuously waved down our server after our food with served. I had better luck asking other servers to find her. I mean you drop off a dish at the other table in our section and never look our way much less check in with us. I got the tour of Italy and it tasted like it was heated in the microwave. The Alfredo was overcooked the sauce was bland and the paste not lucky enough to get sauce was cold and looks like it was sitting out and turning brown. something you'd see from like being microwave. The lasagna was burnt on one side. The chicken Parm was crispy so I guess it hit a pan. My wife's dish was clearly frozen shrimp from a bag. It was so sad to see her trying to saw through the shrimp. It’s a little ridiculous to have your appetizers and salad in front of you and waiting 15 mins for silverware. Then To be told oh the hostess was supposed to bring them when they sat you. Took 3 times to ask before actually getting it between 2 servers. Currently waiting 20 minutes for to go boxes. We’ve already paid the check via the tablet because we don’t want to wait a half hour for that. We’ve literally watched other people get served ask the same question about silverware, get on the first ask, ask for to-go boxes, get it on the first ask. Either the two girls in our section are over worked or don’t care. Then watching two servers who are apparently in love play kissy face and flirt with each other. Absolutely ridiculous!! I have the patience of a saint and to literally have 40-45 mins of our dining experience waiting for staff to fulfill our request really sucks.

Food was good but service took a long time. Had Iris as the waitress, terrible attitude. Heard her in the bathroom complaining about having to serve such a large table (there was 12 of us). Got impatient even when we just asked to receive water. Maybe she shouldn’t be waitressing cause she’s clearly very unhappy. Food was tasty though !

I’ve been in the industry for over 20 years. The store was clean yet empty and had no energy whatsoever. Barley hear any music and the staff seems very blah and not so enthusiastic at all. No smiles just blah. The food was horrific. Nothing came out hot. What the hell happened to the breadsticks and salad. It was the worst quality bread with oil and salt. The salad was flat and full of again just oil. Then the app came and was cold although looked pretty on the plate. Again the quality of the sauce was that of a jar sauce. Then the dinner came and again the QUALITY of the food was scary!!! The chicken was frozen breaded chicken strips that were fried and put on a plate with the other ingredients. Cafeteria meat is better than this stuff. And again just full of oilllllll. My friend had a different dish eggplant and the slices were so thick that it again seems very processed and just a horrible quality of food!!!! How could this happen at a place that’s been around forever. I experienced this years ago gave it another shot and never again. We all ate probably about three bites each and left with full plates on the table and not a word from the manager about it. Not a word from the waitress about it either. Good luck Olive Garden. There are better eats on a food truck. So sad

i have come to this Olive Garden many times and have good experiences. not this time!!! the server was not overly friendly at all. We asked him if i can get small dish of marinara sauce for my bread sticks. he immediately insisted i get the 3 dipping sauces instead. i told him either you can get me a small dish of sauce or you cant. ask your boss and let me know. then we ordered dinner and i ordered 6oz steak with side dish of Alfredo in linguine. i told him i want both separate plates not on side. made sure he understood. i get food and its on one plate, steak sauce and cream sauce running together. he states they are not on one side. he volunteered to do all over. less than minute he comes back with 2 plates. i asked you had time to do steak over so soon, he says "what's wrong with the steak". i tried to eat but the steak was loaded with garlic and cream sauce. terrible experience. i gave 2 stars because the salad is always good. too bad because we have eaten here many times but not any more.

Today is National First Responders Day and Olive Garden advertised that they give a free meal to first responders. I showed them the proof and they still said they don’t participate and everything is full price. Manager was very rude about it as well. Unfortunate to see the lack of respect for first responders!

The entire reason for going here was for the bread sticks. My wife had a craving for them, and when they were served, they were hard and dry, and even the next 3 baskets were too. And when the salad came out, it was very poor quality. When I have a salad, I expect it to be green, not white. It's sad to see a place like this lose it's quality too many places are trying to save a buck and the lose who they are.

Have been going there on and off. We had decided to make it one of our restaurants to go to. Unfortunately, last night not good. Iam a person who has food allergies. Celiac disease no wheat or gluten. So I have to be very careful to make sure that nothing that's non wheat winds up in there. Iam eating my pasta feel something hard iam biting on. To me it looked like a little piece of chicken bone, the manager said it looked like a stem from the salad pepper. They didn't charge me for my meal 😪 Made me a new meal. Well to end the story my daughter says there is a bug behind you I look it was a cockroach.

Our server never came over to us. We were seated in an area that there was NO one else. So we tried to be patient. We ordered drinks through the Kiosk, still no server. Then we pushed the call server button still no server. I then after another 10 minutes I happened to catch the host walking by and asked her if she knew who our server was. Emily another hostess came over immediately and apologized and asked if we wanted drinks. We ordered drinks. The server finally came over, didn't introduce himself so I have no name. He asked if we wanted drinks. We said we ordered them through the Kiosk and through Emily. She then brought our drinks while he was standing there. He then asked for our orders. The salad and bread sticks were finally brought. No refills were offered. The manager came over to apologize and Matt seemed nice (we did not request the manager). We declined the free app offer as we had already ordered and we said we understand mistakes happen. The server never checked back. He only brought out our meals. My daughter had the Fettuccine Alfredo and the amount of pasta barely covered the bottom of the dish. It truly looked like a child's portion. I ordered the Ziti and it was not great. The server NEVER came back to check if we needed drink refills or if we the food was ok, or if we wanted more breadsticks. The hostess Emily was coming by and noticed we had no drinks and offered us more drinks. The waiter never came back to see if we wanted desserts or anything. He only came back to clear the plates after I paid the bill on the kiosk and was filling out the survey, Matt had also offered us a free dessert but since both he and the server never came back that was not given as well. I do not understand the point of the Kiosk if the server does not even pay attention to them!!!!

Not really the type to write negative reviews, but this place was awful. Been to many olive gardens and never had this type of experience. The chicken was gray and slimy, and the rest of the meal was pretty underwhelming. I literally get the same thing at any olive garden, so I don't know what is happening here. Would've given them a chance to fix the issue but we were left at the table for over 20 minutes with 0 interaction. The manager eventually came over after we asked for the bill to leave and comped a dish, but it was too late for redemption at that point.

Bad service. We went there and asked for a booth for two. They sat the couple after us in a booth and gave us a table. Our table was in the corner blocked by another table who had a stroller. It was uncomfortable for us and the other table. It felt like we were sitting in a kids table among adult.

Had a horrible experience with my to go order. Drove 20 minutes there for my food and 20 minutes home for my pasta not to have sauce on it. Called and was told to bring it back. Drove another 20 minutes there in downpour rain only to be given a container of sauce and extra breadsticks. So now I’m home air frying my fries because they are cold and soggy now and won’t be drinking my soda because that is now flat.

It was alright, the server seemed new so I don’t blame them entirely. The salad was made poorly and incorrectly. No croutons, no tomatoes, no dressing, just lettuce. The breadsticks were cold and stuck together, our server also kept only bringing two out at a time, they were unseasoned and unsatisfactory. When our entrees came out they looked like child size portions and the food just wasn’t good. We came around 2 o’clock. Maybe they prioritize dinner service. But overall it was just bad. Doesn’t help that I’m pregnant and have been craving Olive Garden. Next time I’ll just look up the recipe and make it myself at home. Truly disappointed in this location.

This place used to be very good.I’ve been coming to this place since last year and they used to have good service and good food. But I’m disappointed this time and last time where I had to make a review about the service and the food.we sat by the window table 25 on this saturday. I just don’t like to mention the waitress name.The waitresses rushed us to leave even finished fast so that they can get another table.Not only this time,it happened last time as well that waitress were rushing us to leave within 30 mins where we ordered appetizers and main entrees! Spent almost $100 but food has no taste at all today and last time as well. The pasta was so dry and very small portion of the food! Also she brought tiny soup and tiny salad where I used to see always nice portions to serve! I told the waitress that the pasta were so dry actually both of my dishes.food were very bad taste specially shrimp scampi ! No sauce and very dry ! Don’t know what kind of chef they hired now ! And very low amount of food as well on your plate but the price is high.

Terrible service. Went for late lunch...place wasn't busy, lots of open tables. Our server took our drink order, waited a bit, she came back to inform us the beer taps aren't working to pick something else. I did and waited again. Drinks came out when our salad came out 10 minutes after we were seated. Way too long since tables sat after us got their drinks before us (should have taken the hint this will be a terrible experience) Our food came out. We finished our drinks way before our food but our server never came to check on us. I finished my FIRST and ONLY bowl of my all you can eat pasta since our server never bothered coming back (she was too pre-occupied with a table of 8-9 having a birthday taking pictures and chatting it up with them) when she finally comes back to us 20 minutes after we finished our food she asked if we wanted desert or the check. My wife told her this was unacceptable service at which point our server asked if we wanted to take the leftover salad (3 forks worth in an empty bowl) home. Are you serious? I told her I just wanted to pay the check with cash...she never gave me my bill or came back. I ended up paying with my card since I did not want to sit there 30 .ore minutes. Waste of my time and money.

Got takeout NYE and only received the soup & salad from our dinners . Called restaurant to see if we could get our dinners and was told they were closing and someone would call me next day. I ended up going there 3 days later and spoke to a manager who gave me a gc to cover my dinner cost. That was ok but really didn't help the fact that we had to scramble at 10pm on NYE for dinner. So for future takeout I would definitely check my bags before I go home . So we used our gc yesterday for takeout and they didn't put our soup in the bag. I didn't even bother calling them .I was so annoyed & wanted to find my words properly. I will call Darden office & see what they say.

The food was really awful. Meatballs tasted like they were ground up yoga mats. The tomato sauce was terrible. The creamy Toscana soup was super watery and made me sick, salad was drenched in dressing and completely soggy, the lettuce was like overcooked pasta. I haven't been to an olive garden in a long time but I can't remember the last time I ate such a terrible meal. You're better off with a can of spaghettios.

Worst experience Ever! I went to this restaurant on Feb and the experience was so great! We decide to bring our Family today and was the worst decision. I ordered a plate with steak, I'm fan lover of the steak and I can say that Meat that they served wasn't steak! The taste was like a liver disgusting. I told to the waitress about that and they remove the plate from my bill, we asked to the waitress to bring us bread like 5 times and we basically finish the food without the bread. At the end we ordered a dessert doughnuts and we told her that we want raspberry sauce and she bring two chocolates sauce. When we told her that we want strawberry she bring a little container with strawberry almost emptied like someone was using. We not going to return to this place anymore.
