We order chicken, piccata, chicken wrap, and lettuce wrap under LUPE supervision, everything was amazing. I love this place.

We had a wonderful dining experience at CKP in Studio City. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent thanks to Ericka and Lupe, the manager. It's people like this that keeps us coming back. Thank you once again 😊

Went to CPK with my snobby family from out of town. They’ve never been to a CPK before. I was hoping to impress them with this choice and oh boy did it pay off. The Pizza we ate the other night was the greatest thing my mouth has ever tasted… I had to send my compliments to the chef. Pizza Chef Alvaro was nice and a wizard possessed by the pizza gods. Excellent service as well thank you CPK.

Erika was an excellent server; happy, engaging, and had a beautiful smile. We enjoyed her service tremendously!

Had a great experience there on January 12. Best waiter at any restaurant my husband and I have experienced in months. Got a complicated order just right. Very attentive in keeping glasses filled and bread supplied. Every person we encountered was friendly and helpful.

We’ve been coming here for years and always love the food and the best service especially from Jocelyn and Erica. We’ve gotten to know the managers Lupe and Marie too. They go out of their way to prepare delicious food and provide a personalized level of service. They know the regulars and how they like their food! Keeps us coming back every time. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent food and service.

My wife and I grabbed lunch here today. She was getting her face cleaning across the street, so I came here first and sat at the bar until she joined me. They were not busy at all so I was able to be seated right away and watch the reply of the NBA finals. I got a coke and the waitress got me some bread while I waited for her. When my wife came, we got seated in a booth. My wife got her Salmon on a plank and I got their Dynamite Shrimp. It did take a little while for our food to come out but it was a problem. I thought the Dynamite Shrimp was okay but I wouldn't order it again. My wife loved her Salmon dish. The customer service we received here today was great. There also free parking in the back of the plaza the restrauant is in, they'll validate your parking pass for you.

The staff is so welcoming and quick! I literally had the best waitress ever! I went here as a "ME" date and wanted to try something new. I asked my waitress to pick everything for me to eat, just so I didn't order the things I would typically go for. I wanted something new and she did an amazing job! She started me off with the avocado egg rolls and the golden state lemonade, then from the lunch menu she ordered me the tomato basil pasta and med. Salad.

I review caesar salads from around the world, and I found that the caesar salad at California Pizza Kitchen was highly enjoyable! The large amount of parmesan cheese was just perfect, and most croutons were crunchy. I think this was a very good caesar salad, which paired nicely with the rest of the meal. 🥗 Caesar Salad: Lovely accompaniment, but not the star of the show. 🍰 Other Food: Now. the Butter Cake with Ice Cream was the star of the show!! I have only ever tried frozen California pizza at the grocery store. This is a whole new experience and ten times as good! We came for lunch and got a 7inch pizza and side salad. We also had the corn guacamole which was out of this world! Highly recommend!

I review caesar salads from around the world, and I found that the caesar salad at California Pizza Kitchen was highly enjoyable! The large amount of parmesan cheese was just perfect, and most croutons were crunchy. This is our go-to place since COVID 6 years ago. I have a story about this particular restaurant. During the early days of COVID when it was difficult to get a dozen of eggs at any markets, I asked one of the workers at this restaurant if I could get some eggs. He gave me a bag full of eggs. I was so grateful that this place has been our eating out place since then. Food is great. Staffs are friendly. The view from the second floor, sitting by the window, looking down on Ventura Blvd., while sun is setting, is not too shabby, either. Just one heads up...parking used to be valet, but these days, it is free. Yet, try to avoid Yoga lesson times during evening when people come all at the same time for the class, making parking a little challenging...

You seriously can't go wrong with a chain restaurant like CPK... It's always reliable and good.

One of my go-to restaurants. The CPK staff in Studio City was very nice and both meals I had here were tasty especially the Italian Chopped Salad, Thai Crunch and the Roasted Garlic Chicken with seasonal vegetables. I didn't love the Chicken Lettuce Cups as they were on the blah side. Nice views of Ventura and the hills.

This place has come down considerably in the last few months. We used to frequent this place for the last couple of years but I see the service has gone down badly. The food too is not upto the mark. Pizza was cold when it arrived at our table. Reheating the pizza made it super hard and chewy. I would probably opt for the different CPK than this in the future.

Gave my order over the phone..went to curb side Said no ordered place 😱 Possibly the order center . The man who brought it down was great.... Also my Italian Cobb salad Salami was so thin I could taste...I buy only this salad It was sliced so thin it was terrible...paying $20 for this Ohhh and the dressing was not the same.. We went to this location on a Thursday night. A woman who I presume was the manager took my name down and told us it would be a 20 minute wait for our party of 4, so we sat on the chairs in the front to wait. More than 20 minutes passed by, and we noticed that a customer who also had others with him was seated before us after complaining to the manager about the wait. We asked the manager about our table, and she tried taking our name down again as she clearly forgot about us until we said we had already been waiting. The manager rushed to finally seat us. The table we were sat at was uncomfortable because the booth was a bit tight due to the proximity of the table to the seats, and the table still had crumbs on it. I let the staff know and a man came by shortly after and wiped everything down. One of the glasses we were given was also clearly dirty. I would also suggest bringing a light jacket if you get cold easily as it’s pretty chilly in there. Our waiter, Kenia, was the best part of our visit. She made very good recommendations and was very attentive. She was also very friendly! We felt like we didn’t have to wait long for refills because she was constantly checking on us. I know I’m giving the service 2 stars, but the 2 stars are ONLY because Kenia was so great. Nothing to say about the food because it was standard CPK fare. I just wouldn’t recommend going to this specific location because it seemed very disorganized there aside from our waiter.

The cause for 3 stars is not the service at all. The waitress we had was amazing and very attentive. We usually order the spinach and artichoke dip. Both of us said at the same time, these chips are really stale. You could almost tear them and there was very little snap when you broke them. The pizza was great

Our server had a rude tone majority of the meal and was not attentive at all. Besides that, the food was pretty good. Prices have definitely gone up. Nice location thought, and good area.

We visited last weekend and sat by a window in the corner. The food was nice and service was good, but there was an incident that made our family a little uncomfortable. A manager was upset with an employee, and instead of handling it quietly in back of house she yelled at him audibly in front of the restaurant and paraded him in front of tables. It was very awkward, we prefer to patron establishments that respect all employees.

We had spaghetti with shrimps and zucchini, it was terrible, the noodles were not cooked properly, the zucchini had no taste, and my dish had a lot of water with few noodles in it. my friend had the same dish, we think that the cook did NOT PREPARED 2 orders, from one he got the two orders, had no salt or pepper no olive or any sauce, my other friend got chicken salad with barbecue, she could not eat the chicken she said it did tasted dry and old, the service was bad, it was bad to spend so much money for a crappie dinner.

The thin crust pizza I got from them was really bad. I have them 2 stars because I at 2 sliced but that was because I was so hungry. But the pizza's crust didn't have any flavor, was really dry and reminded me of cardboard. I've never eaten cardboard but I imagine it tasted like their pizza crust. Oh and it was a $20 pizza. Definitely not worth it, at all. It was the Sicilian pizza. I wanna give it another chance but at those prices, I'm afraid to waste my money again

Always fun when you have to wait 40 min for your food AFTER the time they said it would be ready for pick up. Half the food was cold. Saw several people get seated and served their food before I got mine that should’ve been ready when I got there. No attempts to correct whatever they did wrong.

Crunchy Thai chicken sald: barely any chicken, chicken was hard like jerky, not fresh, extra peanuts and wontons was still very lacking. A $5 salad for $22. HORRIBLE.

Ordered the shrimp and it was horrible, shrimp over cooked and pasta under cooked and cold. My girlfriends chicken was over cooked and over salted, the potato soup came with its own skin. Staff was careless and did nothing, the place was dirty, and worst of all it was not even busy, horrible place and an embarrassment to the chain . Corp needs to hire a new staff that has a desire to serve good food done right. Just pass on by this dive of a food establishment, there are many others on the block. Very bad form this place really needs new management! I would give it negative stars if I could. Oh and by the time we got back to our hotel my kids had upset stomachs, they had a pizza. Must be since a didn’t see the LA county “A” in the front of the establishment, maybe there is something really wrong as this place.

I went there for lunch. I ordered their soup and salad. It was a saucer size salad which consisted of a few lettuce pieces with a couple cheese shavings. Terrible! After the waitress brought my drink I never saw her again. I had to flag down people for things I needed. She never asked about my members card or anything. Another wait staff took my credit card after waiting 20 Mitch my card laying out on table. I finally went up to the bar and found the waitress. She never made eye contact. No explanation when I told her it was terrible. No manager came over nothing. If you want soup and salad go to Panera. This is not the place. Doesn't even compare! And that's sad.

The food is OK the service suck by the time you get the bread ,you finish the meal. By the time you get the main dish you are not hungry anymore because it took so long to deliver the food, The manager " Elise " walking around the place doing nothing but giving everyone a fake smile and promises. We complain several times and she did nothing.....And this is not the first time. we never complain but it is a waist of time dinning there, there are much better restaurant in that neighborhood, faster and manager that cares about there clientele. Never Again !!!!

This review is exclusively for the valet at the parking attached to this building/location. If I was a business owner, I would lobby the owner of the parking garage for a new valet…the guy who is always there is incredibly off putting and unfriendly. Caught him taking photos of me and other guests multiple times. I will be avoiding this CPK for a while…not sure who else to call about this creepy valet.
