I recently visited Agha Juice and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. I ordered the Original Faluda, Pista Faluda, Signature Faluda, and Lahori Faluda, expecting a delightful treat, but all of them fell short. The flavors were off, and it felt like key ingredients were missing from each faluda. It was disappointing and certainly not worth the money spent. I had high hopes, but this experience was frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my visit.

We are regular customers here and this time almost half port was just noodles . When told them about the issue they rudely behaved and were not even ready to listen the issue. Never ever coming back here.

I ordered 12 faloodas I don’t know what’s wrong with place now i have never experienced this kind of worst falooda and the service before, Falooda was stuffed with noodles only no taste at all and staff was literally ignoring the complaints when we went to tell them about it. never going back again here ever.

I visited Agha juice with my family for falooda. We are regular customers and usually love the Falooda, but this time we were very disappointed. When I tried to explain this to the lady at the counter, she did not understand my concern and kept repeating the quantity of ingredients instead of listening to the issue. It felt like our feedback was ignored. I hope the management looks into this.

My family and I came from out of town and stopped here for a quick drink. The owner was extremely rude and told us to get out because my family was holding empty cups. My husband was waiting for his drink and the owner looks at us and points and tells us to leave. What kind of owner and customer service is this??? Childish behavior. Rude and disgusting behavior. No wonder it’s empty in here. Never coming back.

It was a horrible experience. The women's restrooms were full of toilet paper. And you can't imagine what else was there. Don't go to this place; it's disgusting. Hygiene is nonexistent.

This used to be authentic tasting great Falooda shop. But sadly i tried 3 different flavors for myself and family members, tasted of some Hershey sweet syrup and chocolaty. Far far away from tasting like falooda. If someone told me that this store has new owner who hates the old owner and wants to ruin his name by making such pathetic falooda, i would believe that over that this is the way the falooda is made here now

This is what they give you in the name of a kulfi plate. Hardly any nuts, just a few ice-cream blocks at the bottom, and the rest is filled with falooda vermicelli. The taste was horrible. Don’t waste your money. It looks nothing like what they show you and definitely not worth trying.

the grumpy owner of Agha Juice seriously needs a reality check. If you're going to run a business, at least pretend to care about your customers. Arrogant attitude, zero professionalism, and clearly more interested in cashing in than serving anything remotely decent. We ordered mint lemonades and we were handed a glass of plain water with mint leaf floating in it. Harsh lemon, no sweetness, no flavor — just tap water, lime juice and a leaf. When I told them this isn’t mint lemonade, the owner shrugged and said, “That’s how we have been making it for 19 years.” Seriously? Either they don’t know what mint lemonade is, or they think their customers are fools. No refund, no remake, no apology. Just pure laziness and attitude. If this is how they treat paying customers, I’d hate to see how they handle hygiene or quality behind the counter. Avoid this place unless you're thirsty for disappointment.

Worst Experience Ever – Wouldn’t Recommend! Visited this juice center recently and had a terrible experience. Tried the chicken puff – it was absolutely awful. Dry, tasteless, and honestly felt stale. Easily a 0/5. Then I tried the mawa lava, which they claim is a brownie – not even close! It was just a dry, flavorless cake with nothing even resembling “lava.” To top it off, the falooda quantity was shockingly small. When I asked the owner about it, he casually said, “From now, it’s like this only.” Really? That’s the response to a paying customer? Not going back again. Save your money and your tastebuds!
