I had a fantastic experience at CAVA Sugar Land! The service was excellent—friendly, fast, and attentive. I tried the braised lamb, and it was absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Plus, I really appreciate that they offer halal options! Oh my goodness this place might have the best pita I’ve ever tasted. Slightly crunchy at the edges, soft and chewy in the middle. So much flavor. Had the harissa avocado bowl with chicken and added a couple of falafel. So good! Definitely recommend this place. Check it out.

I came here for the first time with my mom and we really enjoyed everything. The restaurant is clean and there was plenty of seating. The staff worker was so kind and explained all the options to us. Both of our orders were delicious. We are both vegetarian so we absolutely will be back. Everything was great!

Thank you Cava for being in Houston. I love love love this place because I love FLAVOR. LOL. You really can’t mess up a combination of deliciousness and the service is always on point. Everyone is so helpful. The locations are all super casual. Great for dinning in quickly on your break or to-go. I’ll be back soon!

The staff is super kind and always willing to help you explore your options. Don't worry about not knowing what you want. They will help you make decisions for a good quality meal. I don't eat big portions, so this is a meal that I can take with me to work, and I don't have to worry about microwaving it! I'd recommend this for college students looking for safe and affordable food. (They also have vegan options) The teas are for sure refreshing and all of their utensils and Togo items are biodegradable and environmentally friendly!

My friend and I stopped by CAVA for lunch, and it was a really good experience. I went with the veggie option, and it did not disappoint. I built my bowl with rice, black lentils, hummus, crazy feta, harissa, red pepper hummus, fiery broccoli 🥦, roasted corn, tomato onion, spicy sauce, garlic dressing, and skhug dressing and the flavors came together so well. Every bite had a nice balance of spice, freshness, and creaminess. I also tried the new white sweet potatoes, and I absolutely loved them. The flavors were on point, and the sauces and dressings really elevate the whole meal. On the side, we had the sumac sour cream & onion pita chips, and I genuinely loved those too super flavorful and a perfect add-on. Overall, a fresh, vibrant, and satisfying lunch spot. Definitely coming back.

The portions are so little here. Besides that, the server Dayanra acted like she did want to give my extra pickles on the side and had an attitude. CAN I BUILD MY BOWL HOW I WANT IT? .Other than that my order is pretty simple. The other servers were great. I kept my composure and was still polite. Maybe she's not used to a busy crowd. Definitely need to work on her customer service skills. Some people just dont care. Customer service can really hurt a business.

I kept being told to try this place that it was like Chipotle. It’s definitely more like Chipotle and Fadis had a baby. Fadis type of cuisine but Chipotle style ordering. I hate that I gave this place a try during lunch rush because I was definitely rushed through the line, my food was like 2 windows ahead of me and they were asking what else I wanted on the bowl but idk because I haven’t been here so I’m squeezing ahead of people to see what I wanted and they (the workers) were a bit annoyed that I was asking what things were. So I didn’t even get what I probably would have liked to have eaten from here. Overall the food is ok, it’s good size portions but I wouldn’t go here again without apparently having to study the menu online first.

The food is delicious and the place is kept clean with a welcoming atmosphere. However, the portions fall short for the price. This bowl was $19. Understanding the avocado and lamb are extra. However, even without those, the portions fall short. Wonder if that is part of the training, or if it is just an intentional effort to underserve. Really not a great experience overall, it’s sad because it is one of the few healthy options out there for fast-casual. But would definitely look for a different place next time.

Everyone has a different experience everywhere. I had never been here before. I was told about this place by a co-worker and believe me when I got back to work, I was ready to ARGUE with her for it! LOL! I'm not knocking the food, but they give you more meat than roce- which is thought was strange. I had asked the one lady (who I felt acted as a high schooler-what something was and she threw and had the BIGGEST attitude! She told me what was and what was in it, but didn't state all of the ingredients( Lord forbid anybody had an allergic reaction). I then told her I'll take a little of it but before I could say what, she had already slammed and threw the food in into the bowl. I asked she to please remove what she had just threw into the bowl and put it into a side dish She had a big attitude about THAT! I asked for someone else to assist me. The manager, who has the most unattractive tattoos I feel if you work in a restaurant- looks unprofessional- walked up and said that she would have to do it because she works here with an even WORSE attitude than the first employee displayed. I will NOT return to this location. The food is.....OK...nothing to really rant n rave about. It is not worth thirteen dollars and for the bad atitudes...... I'll prefer to stick with Chipotle for the service AND the food is just as good. People ALWAYS got to have the worse DRAMA!

I used to love eating at Cava but it has gone downhill quickly. Today I ordered a bowl and it was half the size of what it used to be. I also ordered a "side" of hummus for $4.12 with NO pita bread. The pita was an additional cost. I literally received the equivalent of 2 teaspoons of hummus in a small sauce container. I don't mind paying for it, but 2 teaspoons of hummus is not a reasonable "side".

Food is decent but the service is horrible . No greeting and they rush you to order your food. You guys have 100 items to make a bowl let me at least look and read what yall have rather then being rushed!!

The place had a nice vibe, but I was disappointed with my meal. I ordered the salmon and it came out burnt, which really ruined the dish. I expected better quality for the price. Hopefully, they can improve on the kitchen side.
