This Charleys has easily outshined every other location I’ve visited. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a warm smile and genuine customer service that sets the tone for a great visit. My order is always spot-on, fresh, and exactly how I requested it—no mix-ups, no issues. What really impresses me is how quickly they get the food out, even when the line is long. It’s fast, friendly, and consistently delicious. Definitely my go-to spot!

Went there for my break, ordered cheese and bacon fries with extra bacon. They've become extremely stingy, and it had less than the typical amount of bacon that comes with the order. The atmosphere seems hostile at times.

I had ordered through app my order came out wrong so I called to let the manager know that there were missing items and my sandwich was made incorrectly they said call in the morning because there was no Manager available that nighr. So I did I called and spoke to a manager who was nice and understanding I just wanted what I ordered. He told me to come in and he would remake the whole order. I told him I would by after work. Cool no problem it's the person and the crew that I came in contact with. He was so rude. Thought I was lying had my receipt like the morning manage asked me to bring in he kept laughing and kept questioning my order. So he takes my receipt has then redo my order. Which I was still missing the drink ans fries because that would have been the complete order.I get my order they laugh as they give it me. My order was a small chicken Philly with everything and a extra order of fries not the fries that came with the meal. I get to the car. It was the sloppiness of my order I barely had a complete order of fries my sandwich all the topping were place on top of the little fries I had. To say I was disappointed. All I ask was for a complete order of the right food. And to try to make me out a liar I don't take nicely especially if management is the one who said to come back.

Be aware of Charley's unspoken combo policy. If you want a drink and fry, you are required to take the large drink and fry combo(additional $5.58) if you order a medium or large sandwich. For the regular combo, you must order a small sandwich. Advertised nowhere. Required by manager on site. We will not be returning. Food was decent.

I’m giving them 1 star because I ordered the OLD SCHOOL CHEESESTEAK, and to my disgust, I found not one but TWO strands of hair in my food. That’s beyond repulsive and unacceptable. I tried calling several times to report it, and they didn’t even bother to pick up. Absolutely disgraceful.

Ordered a Chicken Teriyaki combo with a Large Sprite. Apparently, the cashier is supposed to give you your drink right after you pay. I guess she forgot to give me my drink. I wait for my food and then wait a little since they haven’t given me my drink. I realize that they forgot. So I tried talking to the cashier. Which was a heavy set woman. She wasn’t paying attention. So I talked to the cook and he had to get her attention to give me my drink. There is a little bit of a crowd around the front register where you order. She proceeds to put my drink where I could not POSSIBLY grab it because of the large crowd. Then she realizes that I can’t get it and then hands me the drink. I’m not sure if she was just stupid or just wanted to give me attitude that I was politely asking for something I PAID FOR. I understand the fact that my drink was forgotten in the first place. Mistakes happen. I get that. The thing I don’t understand is how much of a attitude people give me whenever they screw up. The cook was very nice. The heavy set woman was not. It just ruined the whole experience for me. It reminded me of why I always choose the Chinese restaurant since they are always nice and don’t give me attitude. If you want my advice. Always make sure they give you your drink right after you pay. Just in case they forget. Because if you don’t, the heavy set woman will give you an attitude.

I did not order through DoorDash. I even received a receipt and email saying that I have to complain to the store . Literally, they stole around 20 us ! I called to have the refund, and they hung up.

Do not eat there im honestly telling you my review.. now they did refund my money I didn't ask for it back but the reason I went back angry was bc I found a small cockroach on top of my tomato on my sandwich I now know how unsanitary it is to eat in the mall never again will I eat inside a mall and then to top it off they took the tomato and look at it then they said I will give you a refund my stomach now hurts and I threw up 2 bites of my sandwich that I ate..

Careful they add raw chicken to your sandwich! I ate here last a few months ago and I’m leaving this review now because it happened to another friend of mine. I get the chicken sandwich and sometimes they make it plain even thought I get the teriyaki or buffalo but that wasn’t the issue. Ad I was waiting for my order to be prepared I was looking around and when I turned and looked at the counter I saw one of the team member starring at me I mean full on starring and didn’t look away even when I caught him. He looked autistic so I didn’t think anything of it. I was eating my sandwich and was in a hurry to get back to work and noticed a gamey taste I opened the sandwich up and saw a thin strip of raw meat on my sandwich. All the rest was cooked so it looked like it was added later. I grabbed my purse and ran to the next restroom and threw it all up. I was so disgusted by the taste and the action of this employee that I’m never eating there again! I never had issues there before I’m always polite and respectful. They sometimes spoke Spanish to me but even though I may look Hispanic I am middle eastern. Be careful eating here! Always check your sandwich!

I canceled my order and I only paid for my drink because I had already served it , and she got angry and I threw the receipt , I asked her for a straw and she also gave it to me with a bad attitude ...what I did was ask her why of her attitude and I asked her to talk to the supervisor and she told me that she was , then I returned the drink in the same way that she gave me the receipt and the straw and I told her that I gave her the drink and I left the place. Took a while to get the food. They were mixing up every order before ours. When we finally got ours, it was dry and tasteless. The soda was flat too. Disappointing. I miss Great Wraps.

Ordered a meal, did not get my fries went back and asked for it, was told I did not order fries, I paid $16:54 to Anthony he basically denied, all they could have done is add the fries to the order and charge accordingly. I asked for the manager none on duty. they seem very clueless. i will not be going back
