I ordered a “caramel biscoff cloud” (ice cream). It is ice cream, cookies, caramel, whipped cream, all on a base of shaved ice. I was not aware that they were going to freshly shave ice for this so it took a couple minutes to prepare. It is so good! It was an unexpected surprise. It was worth the wait. “Slow to make Worth the wait!”

Tried the badam milk (almondy sweet milk drink). It was delightful though I burnt my tongue I was so impatient to wait until it cooled down. Very nice place to sit outside and enjoy the sidewalk cafe vibes.

Great to see a chai place with plant milk options. They have a nice menu of some nostalgia inducing snacks like maggi. Would be great to have more vegan options.

We had the Spring roll and Sev puri here recently. The spring roll seemed to be reheated and served, the Sev puri was good. The ambience and service was allright. They do have a variety of tea/coffee that we didn’t try, perhaps next time. The location was an Italian restaurant that has been converted and still has that feel (No interiors updated)

excellent chai with a variety of flavor choices. on par with chaiwallah in fremont. however, the vibe of this place is that of a bar. it smelled like one and lookes dark & dingy. for that reason I'd only get chai and take it to go.

Stopped here on farmer's market day, the service was really slow. We ordered two chais and it took more than 20 minutes to make them even though there weren't many people. The chai was just okay.

The place has good potential. The location, hours, and space is perfect. I wanted a cafe with wifi where I can work on my laptop with with desi drinks and snacks. However, - The place smells of phenyl - Music is bad - Looks generally abandonded (this is on a weekend afternoon). If only it felt more welcoming...

First and foremost this place has fake 5 star reviews. Most of the reviews are actually for old place Vino Vino which was at the same location. This cafe was underwhelming, disappointing in fact. We placed an order for Tandoori Pizza, Bombay style Sandwich and Masala Chai. Place was not busy at this time. We waited for more than 30 min. We saw folks who placed order after us, started getting drinks and food. So I followed up and was told 5 min. Then I was called. I thought our order is ready, but I got only Chai. I followed up on food, he did not even know about my order, so I reminded again. I was told to wait for 5 min. After 10 min, I was now called again, this time he offered me Chai again. I explained again that Chai has been already delivered, but still waiting on food. I was told again to wait for 5 min. After waiting for about 10 min, finally Pizza was delivered. Pizza was uncooked, base was raw. Pizza has literally 4-5 small pieces of paneer, no taste whatsoever, stale taste. Overall horrible & unbearable food. They still did not deliver Bombay style sandwich even after an hour. I had to cancel that order and leave at this point. Because anyway their food quality was the worst. The only good thing was their chai (hence 2 starts). That experience was also ruined because they took about 40 min to deliver that. I would advise to avoid this place. It is extremely poorly managed, food quality is not worth your money.

Tried this new cafe in downtown Sunnyvale. Ordered Irani chai and rose faluda. The chai was just regular and not authentic Irani. The faluda was disappointing — more like a thin rose milkshake with no ice cream, vermicelli, or toppings. Felt misled by the description. Atmosphere was decent due to the downtown location, but nothing special about the cafe itself.

First time visiting Blossom Chai Cafe. The space looks quiet and cozy, but the service felt pretty impersonal. Ordering is done through an iPad, and there wasn’t much interaction or greeting from the staff. I ordered a pistachio latte and a Bombay sandwich. The latte came out quickly and was delicious — definitely the highlight. Unfortunately, the sandwich never came out. After about 20 minutes I had to go to the counter with my receipt, and the staff seemed unaware of the order. I was offered a different sandwich instead, which came out faster, but overall it took about 30 minutes to get food. Great latte, but the ordering and service experience could definitely be improved.

My husband and I ordered two coffees and two sandwiches, but it took a really long time to come out even though we were the only ones there. Then the iced latte I ordered had maybe 5 mostly-melted ice cubes and it was 99% milk. The sandwiches were good but even the tables outside looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time because they all had prominent coffee rings and chunks of food on them.

NO to this place! Horrible experience. 45 mins of wait and nothing was served. After we went and asked, we got one of our order in 10 mins and the second one was missing. Went again to let them know, Paapdi chaat was made on the spot in 2 mins but that tasted horrible. When we went and complained about waiting for 1 hour and got papdi chaat being bad, all we got was excuses instead of apology.

They only have honey boba “the first 4 hours” after they open. But instead of removing it from the ordering or putting up a sign they let you order it then try to get you to switch to crystal boba (yuck) instead. And they keep repeating that. Like no I’m really sure I hate crystal boba and it’s not what I ordered and would have gone elsewhere had I known you don’t even have it most of your open hours. And the osthmanthus tea was so overwhelming strong and sweet it was undrinkable. I can’t imagine they’ve ever a) tried the drink they made, b) ever had it made and tried it from somewhere who knows how to do it correctly. And seriously that had so much sugar in it, it must be mostly syrup. I had to ask for a refund for the boba in both our drinks. Which was weird and awkward. The strawberry matcha was also so sweet it was unpleasant. Slow as well. Maybe stick to their strength because Korean boba tea is not it. Why they even offer it given you can get it done better within a half block seems weird. If chai is what you do well-do that, you don’t have to offer everything. Maybe the chai is better? I didn’t try it.

Had sev puri here, the worst I've ever had. It tasted like i was eating someone's puke!They didn't even bother to heat it, straight from refrigerator to my table. Pizza is a little bit ok-ish.

One word : Avoid I recently visited Blossom Chai Café, a new Indian restaurant for snacks, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. • Service: Extremely slow and inattentive. It took much longer than expected to get even simple items. • Food: The maggi noodles were poorly made and lacked taste. Definitely not worth trying again. • Value for Money: Prices are on the higher side, especially considering the small portions served. • Atmosphere: The café felt dull and uncomfortable, not inviting at all. Overall, the place needs a lot of improvement in food quality, service speed, and ambiance. I wouldn’t recommend it until they make serious changes.
