The atmosphere is pleasant and the place is very clean. The staff are friendly and attentive, and there’s a great selection of drinks to choose from. They use single-use, hygienic tableware, which adds an extra sense of safety and cleanliness. It’s a comfortable and reassuring place to enjoy a meal.
[Aug 2022 Update] Friendly neighborhood Mexican grill chain that is counter served and offers burritos, tacos, and quesadillas with healthy fillings and a simple menu. THERE IS SOMETIMES NO DINING IN AS OF AUGUST 2022 - due to labor shortages and Covid. You can still order online or in store but it must be to go on occasion. Order WELL ahead of time if you are picking up, or you will wait a while. Location is in an outdoor shopping mall with a Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, and other dining nearby. I placed an online order and found that the quantity is way lower than usual here. The order was not on the shelf, maybe because people pick up the wrong order, but the person handing out the orders had to look for each order specifically in the back. Instead, just move the shelf behind the counter so that this person doesn't have to go back and forth so much and take so much time.
Poor customer service experience, I ordered a burrito, and the staff heated a tortilla only to wrap it in foil and switch to a bowl without me asking. They offered to redo it but by that time the line had already grown long and I didn't want to be the hold up. If you want anything other than a bowl here during lunch rush, make sure you insist on your order!
One of the weaker locations in the South Bay in my opinion. The store seems pretty understaffed for the amount of traffic it gets. The dining area looks like it got hit by a tornado, the employees all talk and act like they don't want to be there, and portions are on the smaller side compared to what you usually expect. Don't try to order online from this location unless you're okay waiting 20+ minutes. The only reason this gets 2 stars is because in the end it's still Chipotle so at least you got the food you were looking for.

The worst chipotle I've ever visited. Having food quality issue almost everytime I ordered. And the portion is poor as well. Last time a live spider was found in my bowl. And the support team hasn't responded to me yet.
I just went to order a kids meal and a regular burrito. I specifically said kids meal with rice. But she ended up serving it in a bowl. I thought she was doing it just for convenience because the portion she was putting in the bowl was very less. Esp the meat. Two teaspoons of meat and that's it. The cashier then asked if we wanted chips and drinks. I said yes because I thought he asked me as they usually come with kids meal. In the end my bill was $33 and he charges me a full meal for the meal I thought was a kids meal plus the drinks and the chips. I said we had asked for a kids meal. He would not relent and made me pay for it. I feel scammed. If it was a true rice bowl, we would have added more toppings but we had started the order asking for a kids meal and thought that's what we got. Also the meat quantity for burrito was also so less, it was a treat for my kids after a long day and we feel scammed. Not coming back here.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this restaurant’s cashier really needs to learn how to handle pickup orders. I asked cashier to check my food which was ready 10 minutes ago, yet she still hadn’t checked my order. I understand there were many walk-in customers, but she completely ignored pickup customers. As a result, I ended up with cold food. Avoid this place if you’re ordering online, or make sure to insist that she checks your order—otherwise, she won’t respond.
Oh this location is a hard pas!! I have ordered from here about a dozen times over the course of a year. EVERY SINGLE TIME I am waiting 30+ minutes beyond the timeframe. The staff lacks customer service of any kind. Mind you it is hardly ever busy, yet they are not attentive at all nor do they seem to care. The quality isn’t even good. Save your coins and take your business where it’s actually appreciated. The amount of time spent waiting, I would’ve been better off going to the store and just going home to cook. Pretty much defeats the purpose of ordering takeout.👎🏼
It says my order is ready at 6:10 I checked at 6:15, waited till 6:20 and then went back at 6:35 just nothing. The guy on the front desk says he can NOT check for me. So bad to see Chipotle has employees like this to treat their customers.
I ordered a burrito on the app. The app says it’s ready for pick up. I walk in and the pickup shelf is empty and there are three other people waiting for their online order. There is 2 guys working. One is cooking and the other is tending the walk-ins. The online orders are totally neglected. One of us tried to get a word in with the guy working in and the worker ignored him and looked pissed off. 15 min later a third guy walks out from the back with the four online orders. I get home and the burrito is small and has maybe 4 microscopic pieces of chicken in it.
Went in there on a Wednesday morning. They opened later than the timing on the front and there was already a queue forming. There was a serving guy with tattoos who walked by the door a few times, smirked at us waiting and walked by without unlocking the door, not quite sure what the purpose of that action was but it was rude. The lady who opened the store served me and she had absolutely horrible customer service attitude and manners. She was serving tiny portions to everyone, when I asked her to serve the normal portion size, she yelled at me in front of everyone saying that’s what we serve, take it or leave it. This was completely unnecessary and unacceptable and frankly quite appalling. I would suggest you save your time, money and mental peace and go to any of the food establishments next door.
Worst Chipotle location I've ever been to. Overflowing trash, werent keeping anything stocked unless asked to: (chips, large cups, forks, toilet paper, etc etc) filthy tables, disrespectful lazy staff, slowest service I've ever had. They weren't even short staffed. Need to get it together at this location. They don't do the basics.
Not a good experience. I asked for brown rice. The woman at the counter seemed very distracted and put white rice in the bowl. I repeated again politely “brown rice please”. Here comes the surprising part: she dump all the white rice back into the original container from the bowl and started scooping brown rice. There was no apology and I am very worried about the food safety at this Chipotle…
I'd give -100 stars if I could. I just went in and tried to order a drink, I was standing at the front of the line for like 10 seconds and didn't get acknowledged at all. I finally spoke up to this girl just shoveling her scoop in some rice and asked to order a drink. She didn't say anything. So I was just like "or not, I guess you're just too busy" and stormed out. Worst, worst customer service ever. Fire her.
Tried this location. Smallest portions of meat ever - not even enough to fill the scoop, and I got charged for the most expensive item $13.25 Carne Asada even though I didn't order it. I didn't pay attention to-go and got scammed bc this hasn't happened in the 9 years I've been a customer at Chipotle. They keep raising prices to the level of actual restaurant food - what is the point then? I thought the reviews were just isolated, but this particular Chipotle is THE worst. Standard scoops are online. Will not return to this particular location. Tbf South Bay is terrible on portions in general, and they've gotten greedy like McDonald's with their pricing. Go elsewhere.
SELL, SELL, SELL!!! Sell your Chipotle stock asap. Just go into your local Chipotle and see how far they have dropped. 5:30 on a week night and NO LINE? I ordered two bowls and there was NO white rice or carneasada. The cooks in the back laughing and have zero sense of urgency. The one clerk spills the guacamole all over the side, looks at the other employee laughing and then looks at me while covering the bowl.. I said really??? I paid her cash and you should see the deer in the headlights look. I gave he $27 on a $26+ bill. She counts out loud 28. I said there's only 27 there. She does not know what to do so she asks for help. This time counts 29. I said again there is only TWENTY SEVEN there... The other clerk rings it up with the correct amount. To see the original clerk try and count the change was painful. She asks do I want a bag. I said no but you can wipe the guacamole off the side. She looks around what to use... OMG forget it. I ask for management to pass on my experience... forget it. Left after five minutes. I say again look at the stock price and ask are you surprised?
Don’t order from this chipotle unless you want to get ripped off. They suck at putting together food. I ordered a Burrito and got a Wrap. This is just a waste of money. I ordered chicken, brown rice, pinto beans, lettuce, veggies and red salsa. They gave my White Rice. Little to No chicken, little to no Beans. And they went heavy on the salsa. Purely Diabolical.
1) If you're willing to pay $13 for a steak bowl of this minimal amount of food, then this is the location for you. 2) Brisket special tasted literally like micro bites of beef jerky, the sparing amount that was sprinkled on that is. I've been to multiple locations through the years, but never been disappointed with Take-Out to this extent having used the app versus ordering in person.
I ordered 2 beef taco total 6 piece taco. When they put beef, definitely beef portion size too small. So I asked them beef portion size not enouch. But they said no. When I got home and opened the taco, it was really small, so tiny beef. Just Two bites and it was over. I go to Chipotle a lot, but it was too small than other locations. I wasted 35 bucks. Never go again there.
