Best McDonald's I've ever been to. Absolutely best double quarter pounder I've had at a fast food restaurant. I'm beyond impressed with the speed and quality I experienced here. I bit into my burger and thought I was anywhere other than McDonald's. I was taken back by how great it tasted.
Very friendly and professional staff. Food tastes fresh all the time. i like the fact that they have 2 ordering stations so when its busy you can still get in and out as quickly as possible. every time im in the area i make sure to stop by and get at least a strawberry sundae. the place is worth stopping by to grab a snack/meal.
I come here a lot because I live close by. The staff are really nice people --friendly and open to talk with customers when it's not rush hour. Sometimes I stay here for an hour or two. I watch people come and go. Sometimes it's packed, sometimes it's only me with my family and 1 other person. There are a lot of seats, and there are high chairs for kids. Sucks that they cut out the power outlet a while back though. I must come with fully charged device or a power bank. \(>~<)/
This is honestly the best McDonald's I've been to the food is always hot & fresh. Never disappointed that the fries were not hot or nuggets weren't crunchy enough. They're always on point. The only thing I have to complain about is giving the same old Happy meal toys for a long time now. How come other McDonald's are giving out the toys that are up to date. And this seems to be the best tasting food but always have the old toys that's just a little box with some papers inside. That toy really sucks! It would be nice if McDonald's gave out actual toys like in the 80s & 90s those were the best. They should bring out Garfield toys.
This is the first mc Donald's to have fresh hot French friends and made the big mac #1 very perfect. It wasn't smashed or over sauced..
Update (12-29-2022): I visited this location again around the same time and the food was hot and fresh. Ordered 60 chicken nuggets, 2 fries, 2 large drinks, and 10 apple pies. We had to wait 10 minutes for the pies which is understandable because they take awhile and they don't usually have that many of them just sitting around. Went pretty late at night (close to 1 AM) and the fries were surprisingly hot and my Shamrock Shake wasn't melted. I did ordered using the app and had zero issues. It was an unusually pleasant McDonald's experience and I will be a repeat customer at this location.

I appreciate the convenience of ordering and the promptness with which the food is prepared, ready within minutes of my arrival. My orders are consistently accurate, and the food is always well prepared and cooked to a high standard.
Can you say fast?! Double drive through lane getting stacked, I went in instead. Dining areas closed but clean and safe ordering from counter. The guy on cashier was fast and efficient. I don't need to be treated like I'm spending $1000 so the efficient process works for me. Food was as expected for any McD's..if you have little time and crave the golden arches, this location will have you on your way soon enough.
"Not all wander are lost..." I have spent days getting to this area, once here I have found the local workers and restaurants to be absolutely amazing and clean! Up to date tech that is fast. No touch pay and No talk pickup. From ordering on their mobile app to picking up from the friendly staff in site was seamless. The site was clean at 5:50 after I witnessed a rush hour, especially when the staff doubles duty!! Wow keep up the good work guys!! Thank you for keeping it sensory safe for the Autistic community!
Caramel Frappe and the Deluxe chicken burger were just incredible.
Two times in a row I’ve ordered a frappe and when I arrived they told me they were out. In my last visit they told me that after I confirmed the order and went to the window. They offered an ice coffee instead but given it was cheaper (I used a reward redemption) I asked them to cancel instead. Normally what happens is the redemption is available to use later. However, I found out later they didn’t cancel it! They took my reward redemption!! While you may think it’s a freebie so whatever but the points were gained from buying things, and can be used on a lot of things so it’s akin to money when it comes to McDonald’s. I reached out and to my surprise they handled the situation above and beyond my expectations! While this location seems to run out of frappes more often than I’d like (and still lets you order them in the app…) I am satisfied with how they treated me as a customer which should count for something.
As long as you tell them you want all your food prepared fresh, not our of heat trays, you'll get hot tasty food. Although if you don't order at a kiosk, expect to be ignored
went through the drive-thru late at night, and the service was awesome! The girl at the window was super friendly and made sure my order was perfect. The frappes were the best I’ve had! Definitely coming back!
Nice 24x7 location. Always busy between midnight - 3ish especially weekends but they handled it pretty well. Never had to wait super long like most other places that open late. 👍
So much improvement. They're serving good fries now - newly cooked (vs. saggy and felt like microwave warmed before). Curbside pick up was so helpful. We'll comeback!
Mixed feelings here. They missed a couple of boxes of nuggets (ordered 60 pieces, got 40). Drove back, door closed but good thing there's a customer inside who let us in. Talked to the shift manager and got us the missing orders.
I never dine in but if I do eat here, it is through the drive thru. They always have great customer service which is really nice. The food sometimes is not so great. Either ingredients are missing (probably do to food outage) and sometimes my food is cold which is super undesirable. This place isn't bad, it could definitely improve.
Curbside pick up time varies. There’s one time they forget to bring food for my curbside order. They didn’t even apologize for that.
Nice place to have food and best price. Recently I've tried ice cream, which I didn't expect in the menu. Surprisingly it was good.
Store was closing 2 hours early with no signage or warning. I placed my order thru the app prior to having this knowledge and was able to go inside and retrieve it since it was prepaid (the drive-thru was blocked). The McCrispy was nice and fresh but the fries weren't so hot. Staff was kind under the circumstances.
Alright, I am a little apprehensive in saying this, but lately I have eaten at this McDonald's and one other place near my home and #3 meal I order has been tasting noticeably GOOD! I never say to my kids, "wow you have taste this.. here taste it, c'mon take 1 bite and tell me this is good! With that I would like to get some confirmations from others if food has improves in taste or just me. I see myself with a big belly if food taste and/or quality is on the up tick.
Even after confirming my order when paying, I received the wrong sandwich. I went through the drive-thru, so I didn't realize there wit until I got home. I had received a chicken deluxe sandwich instead of a quarter pounder deluxe. Fortunately, it was tasty, and well made, but still disappointing.
Items were frequently missed out, but I get it, these people are slammed with orders, so you can't expect the orders to be 100% accurate everytime. But today, my little one got so mad when she found out her drink and apple slices from her HappyMeal were missing. I mean come on, you order a Happy meal and only get a burger with nothing to drink? (Well at least you managed to put a toy in so thank you for that) Not great! AND we were the only ones in line at that time, so they were not that busy I guess.
The food was great with the exception of the fries. They were stale and I would have gone back around and had them replaced, but the guy at the drive-thru window was annoyingly slow and the rest of the food would have been borked. The hamburger made up for it though, did you see the greasy heart attack waiting to happen? Just an FYI, mobile ordering saved absolutely zero time at this location. We still had to go to the drive-thru and wait and they didn't have anything ready so unless you just like ordering from an app, don't bother. I would still recommend eating here. YMMV on the staff at any fast food restaurant. Sure this guy was somewhat annoying by being slow but he wasn't intentionally being a jerk or anything.
I ordered chicken nuggets. I am mot sure if it was cooked all the way through. The tables were all dirty and had ketchup or something sticky... Does anyone clean around here?
Son wanted to try the limited time Chicken Big Mac so we stopped in. The future is here. ALL orders must now be placed through kiosk at this McDonalds. No more, "Hello, what would you like to order .." I could see workers in the back putting the food together and couldn't stop thinking that one day Elons robots would be making the food too. Crazy thing is it took longer than usual to finish the order and get the Chicken Big Macs which tasted ok I guess.
McDonald's has been a goto for decades. But.. $5.49 for a large fries? Very salty double cheeseburgers. Little or no atmosphere in the store...it is not what it used to be. The people work hard.
This McDonald's is open late, has two lines to order food through drive through. However, the speaker on the one I went to is a little low, and they got my order wrong. Luckily the staff member read back my order before I paid and I was able to correct it before I paid. Food was barely warm but well packed.
Vanilla Cone ice cream is my favorite . I always order with my sandwiches. One thing I disappointed, when I drive-thru to pick up, some staff (mostly Young lady at the evening time) don’t use the grove or something to hold the ice cream. They holding with thier empty hand to me. I feel i am not safe to enjoy my ice cream. I hope you will improve on this service .
I was there the other day at 630am. And they still didn't open doors. Though 5:30its suppose to be open. The Mexican staff. Was racist. Didn't realize I knew what they were saying about me and my dog. As I left. They let some blackladie in just fine guess I'm too white. Or something.

I ordered my Sandwich without bread. I got the cheese on the bottom of the tray sticking to the cardboard. How am I supposed to eat that? I guess I'll scrape it off with a fork. their drink station is still closed down because of "COVID" absolutely ridiculous. I also noticed they don't comment on any reviews on this site.
Friendly staff but fries were stale! They even took some time to put together my order giving me the appearance that a fresh batch of fries were coming out of the fryer. I was wrong-they tasted like they were scraped off the floor. Was here around 9pm last night.
They get our order wrong EVERY TIME. It’s madness. Today, I went through the drive through. My kids know to check now. They were missing two items and one item was prepared wrong. (It was supposed to be a plain cheeseburger and it had sauce and onions on it, which means my kid can’t eat it). We went through again. They told us to park in spot 1 and wait. They brought us the “fixed” cheeseburger. We drove off. Only to discover the it was also covered in sauce and onions. We couldn’t go back again so I paid for dinner and now I still have to make my kid dinner.
This place is alright, decent. But when it comes to DoorDash or the drive through it’s about half the time my items are missing. It’s a bit annoying when I a pay $20-$30 bucks and I only receive $8 of my items. I don’t understand how they forget half of my items?
Every time I go it's bad. Cold. This time I didn't do the deal menu I paid for a real meal, and the fries were half full, cold, no salt. Damn, what wreck this McDonald's is. I feel cheated
Sometimes the closing hours are not reliable! I cant tell you how many times I've had to cancel an uber eats order for delivery because somewhere the order was accepted but this place was closed! Disappointing to the customer who was looking forward to that late night/wee hours of the morning food and infuriating to me because that's MY TIME wasted and money not going into MY pocket! aka not getting paid for delivery! On a personal note, I've had MANY upon MANY confrontations with the people who give me the food - I ONLY drink REGULAR dr pepper and as an avid soda drinker since elementary school (now 51) I know the difference between regular and diet - it seems like if you come here after a certain hour, even though I've asked for REGULAR DR PEPPER, I always seem to get one that tastes like a diet one! I have had them give me 3 dr peppers in one drive thru order just to end up with something that clearly was NOT a regular one!!! In addition to having the attitudes checked from those that gave me BIG ATTITUDE for being so, I guess "insistent that this was not regular dr pepper, I would also examine the machines when they run low or tell the employees not to outright LIE about giving me regular dr pepper just to keep $1.40 - which btw, I'm curious as to why I was charged $1.41 for a large at this location when I'm ALWAYS charged $1.40 at the one on mathilda!!!????
EXTREMELY slow service - a 30-minute wait time... for 1 single meal... during off-hours... is ridiculous
They don't know how to read their own orders I guess. My receipt clearly said two 20 piece mcnuggets and 6 sauces, and after waiting fifteen to twenty minutes for them to make my nuggets, they only gave me one 20 piece and no sauce. When I drove back so they could correct their mistake, not only did I have to explain three times that they forgot one of my 20 pieces, but the shift manager had the audacity to tell the girl at the drive thru window to only give me 5 sauces, not six. Five sauces for 40 total nuggets? After making such a ridiculous mistake and making me wait that long in the first place? Glad I won't likely ever be back there.
They only want you to order off their stupid kiosks and some people don't understand how to use them after ordering my meal by the time I got my frappe my food had been sitting on the counter for a good 10 or 15 minutes my food was cold before I got outside to my truck I had to help my co-worker order on the kiosk because they would not help him is English isn't great so he couldn't figure out how to operate the kiosk he ended up ordering a $5 deal the they gave him his food can I see walked away he told me ordered wrong because all he received was four chicken nuggets small fry with his drink even though the receipt clearly stated he ordered a chicken sandwich with it took even longer to clear up that mess and get him his sandwich all of the employees that worked at the registers or inside the store or wearing safety vests like they were road workers not sure why or how sanitary that is I'm more than likely will not be going back to this place
Update: I parked to the side again and they told 2 people to park in the same spot, and kept bringing out the food to the wrong cars anyway. Do not eat here! The fries are unsalted, and the last 4 consecutive times I've come here, they've made me wait in a parking spot for an order of a single meal. They also did it for the car in front and behind me today, and I wrote and posted this review while waiting for my food. It's not fast, and it's barely food. Sucks because it's convenient, but... honestly, not much anymore. Also, an employee charged me for the wrong thing once, and it was really uncomfortable sitting there while the manager fixed their mistake and roasted the employee in front of me. Being just super mean. Maybe some customers would appreciate that, but...
Burger is always dry and burnt . Fries always cold and not cooked all the way so they are limpy. Prices keep going up and burgers are getting smaller. You ask for no onions they put double. Sad !! And they want 20 and hour please!!a robot can do better than what they are doing. Sorry but I'm a huge mcds fan but not anymore quality has gone down 1000 percent.
Ordered our food thru DoorDash. The food was cold and the filet of fish was dry and it smelt really bad. Tried calling McDonalds and they didn’t answer the phone. My boyfriend threw up 1/2 hour after eating and I feel sick to my stomach.
I've been waiting to order my delicious chicken nuggets, just to waste my lunch break and not get attended 😑. A gentleman even came in to ask for his refund because he had been waiting outside for too long. I waited 30 minutes before I had to go back to work. Service here sucks and I even watched the ice cream machine pour out of control.....this place is falling apart......still here waiting, even after they see me standing right by the register.........just to be fair , it's like this most of the time. If I were anyone trying to be quick just use the machine.
Apparently this is there medium iced coffee. When I told the attendant this was not a medium, she said it is. When as you can see in the lable, it says it's a small iced coffee. She also didn't give me a receipt. She was extremely rude
Very rude of drive thru service. After I said my mobile order to her, she disappeared. Even I kept saying "hello" or "anybody there", NO ONE ever replied to me. But i know someone was ordered because someone was taking orders from other Lane. However, this is the first time I received from the drive thru service.
Every time you buy an order with points , they say that item is not available.mc Donald’s app doesn’t have any easy way to cancel order either. Shady business tactics.
Customer service needs work at this location. I came in during my lunch time to get a simple McChicken and fries and a drink. Stood at the register for about 10 to 12 mins waiting for one of the many employees walking pass me to deliver the orders outside. Once they finally notice me, they took my order. After I waited around another 15 more mins to get my order. I was gonna ask for BBQ sauce but decided I didn't wanna wait an extra 5 mins for that. Overall, this restaurant only prioritize the drive-thru and not the dine-in area. Dine-in area has no cashier available because everyone is focus on drive-thru. So many workers on the front but none on cashier. If your coming here for lunch hour order online or else your lunch hour might turn into only 20 min lunch with all the waiting you'll be doing here.
Given too many chances. I've tried to be polite no matter how rude the staff. Tonight I gave 1 more chance. My order was taken down wrong so I confirmed at the second window before taking the food. The woman was very upset she had to remake it, made it clear with snatching and attitude told me to pull over and when i got my order it was wrong AGAIN. Also took items and was charged for adding lettuce.
Terrible customer service, Employees doesnt even smile or initiate the greeting. Very long drive through up to 30 minutes with just only 1 lane open. If I am a manager, I will never tolerate this long wait time. Drive through is suppose to be for the convenient and time saving but this service is just completely defeat the purpose
My husband and i go through this drive thru all the time and every time i order a regular dr.pepper i get a diet dr.pepper, and when he orders a diet dr.pepper he gets a regular dr. pepper. It is clearly not just them making a mistake because it happens every single time, and i think their syrups are mixed up. Tonight i decided to say something because it has happened probably 20 times so the lady made me a new drink. I told her again that it was still diet and she was very dismissive and rude. I drink dr. pepper all the time and know what it tastes like. I wasn't being rude i just wanted to tell them that their syrups were mixed up as some people that order diet soda cannot drink regular for medical reasons.
I don't like giving low reviews without eating somewhere, but at midnight, seeing the sign on the window saying "open 24 hours", we pulled into the parking lot. The lights were dimmed and the drive through was blocked with cones. After leaving the freeway and going out of our way to stop here, they were closed and the sign held a false advertisement. Chances are we may not get the chance to visit when they are actually open, so heed my warning: THIS PLACE IS NOT 24 HOURS!! Edit: After visiting that night, we tried again a little before midnight and the drive thru was still closed and blocked, and the sign still said open 24 hours.
Took 20 mins for a meal to be brought out to me and I was the only one I. The drive thru.....as I wait in the online order area they told me to wait.....Ten cars get meals and drive off....even had another car park next to me and get their food and then they remembered me....Never Going back to this location.....better on on great America Pkwy next block over GO THERE!!
Long time waiting no order ready
Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes with a few other cars, waiting for someone to help us. Finally went to the window and no one was there until we pulled away and saw workers inside. Apparently they don’t like working, just getting paid.
Every time I come through the drive thru they tell me to park !!! Every time !!!
Semi-frequent customer because it’s close to my apartment, but would recommend driving out a bit further to the other location. Seems understaffed, usually employees are extremely dismissive and slow taking orders. I frequently use mobile order ahead and have several times gotten wrong orders or items missing.
Unfortunately this visit to this particular McDonald's was very awful and only because of the customer service it was really really sad and I'm not here to bash anybody or talk about them so I just wanted simply state that at this time I'm not reading my experience here five stars because I feel like they could do better the staff at this time is very very unprofessional!!
Staff doesn’t pay attention to drive thru at night if we go directly to the window they say you will have to get a round twice
Tried mobile order and they never called my number. 15 minutes after ordering, I got tired of waiting and went to the counter to complain. They asked my number and then gave me my food. It had been ready for 10+ minutes and they never called my number, they just let the food get cold.
If I could, I would give an absolute "thumb's down" to this embarrassing branch of a well-loved fast food franchise. NEVER will I return to it after being treated like a pariah. I was yelled at by the cashier who took the wrong order; and the branch manager threw a box of fries in the bag mumbling as if I was a beggar. In her condescending tone, the latter even warned me that she was doing me favor even though they made a mistake with my order and I did pay full price for it. I think they both need more trainings to acquire the best of American customer service.
It was a lovely time waiting for 30 minutes for my “fast-food” while getting honked at cars behind me because this McDonald’s thought it was a good idea to have TWO cars parked at the same reserved parking spot.
When there is a mistake with the drive thru order, why is it always missing something and not adding? And the lady hung up on me when I called to report it. WTH?
Review for McDonald’s on Lawrence Expressway… I’ve visited this McDonald’s location several times, and unfortunately, the service consistently falls short. The staff lacks diversity and many seem to struggle with fluent English, which may contribute to frequent order mistakes. On three separate occasions, I ordered an iced coffee and each time it was incorrect, there was never any flavor added, despite my request. Getting help at the counter is another ongoing issue. I’ve often found myself standing there for 10 to 15 minutes before anyone acknowledges me. Employees will see me waiting and continue with their tasks without offering assistance. That said, it’s still McDonald’s, so the food generally tastes as expected, when it’s made correctly. I hope this location improves its customer service and staff communication to provide a better experience.
Are you hiring rude, careless staff on purpose? Orders are always wrong and the service is awful. We’re done coming to this McDonald’s.
Horrible!! It's cool that this McDonald's is a 24hr restaurant, BUT it's almost midnight with only one other customer and here I am, still waiting over 20+ minutes now!?? How slow can they be!? I can see 4 workers in here but that still don't explain this wait! These workers' sense of urgency is not there at all... Not even moving with any purpose! Maybe that is JUST the "night"... So I hope.
Curbside pickup and the lady who brought my meal out pass the items from the passenger side which no one sits there. I asked for ketchup and she told me she didn't have any with her and stood there for a few seconds... And I had to ask if she could bring me some..... Waited 10 min until there's finally another curbside pickup when she finally came out with the ketchup. If I didn't had a sleeping toddler in the back I would've just go in and grab it myself. After I got home ... 2 orders of mcnuggts NONE of the sauces I ordered was there and there's no napkins!!!!!!
Staff service very slow and not hearing the customer
Bad customer experience by the Manager shasham. Unprofessional speaking to a Spanish Customer receiving a order screaming at them to hurry up in Spanish several times saying "corele". Very rude lady.
This McDonalds takes forever to get your food, I always have to wait 30 minutes for my order due to a lack of staff working behind the counter, and constantly ignoring customers. Highly recommend avoiding this McDonald’s
Today I came through "Drive Thru", placed my order, drove straight home which is a 3 minute drive, when opening my food, it was absolutely cold, this is not the first time it happened but is the first time giving a bad review.
They make you pay for ice cream and then tell you the machine is broken
This review is only based on curbside pickup and they stink at it bad. It never fails that if u pick a number I from u wait a good 10-20min for them to come out with your food. 2 times I have had to go in and pick up my food. If they are not able to fulfill the curbside orders then they shouldn’t be offering it. It’s absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
I ordered through the app for pick up, which wasn’t a biggie. It is when I arrived , after being notified my order was ready that I had concerns and issues. I waited for nearly 7 minutes for my order to arrive at my vehicle. The condensation on my drink cup led me to believe my order was ready when I initially was notified. No big deal it’s just a drink, I let it go. Grabbed my food bag from the tray drove off. Got home, noticed one of my Big Mac’s from the shareable meals I ordered was missing, again I was gonna let this go, I had a 10 piece nugget I could eat still! But nope, I was wrong! The nuggets must’ve been cooked and reheated a minimum of 2x’s they were so dry and not edible. So I decided to call the store to inform them I had missing items, my nuggets were cooked more times than allowed but the phone rang and rang! I tried back several times to no avail. I even tried calling days later to the same ring and no pickup! what could’ve been easily resolved has added another poor review. Not that it matters to the establishment. And these are the people that are getting $20/hr the people that have increased the cost of a basic French fry to over $5! No appreciation to the paying customers keeping them with a job! These workers want livable wages but won’t serve an order correctly or give fresh edible food!
For a multibillion dollar company, McDonalds could not even figure out how to update their Christmas hours on the McDonalds App. I ordered in advance a kids meal for my son and when I arrived, there was only drive thru. The line moved really slow and I could tell there was only 1 or 2 people working. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and when I got to call box, the attendant said the store was closed. There were no signs. And McDonalds so so frugal, they turned off all the lights in the area and it became pitch black. I was trying to ask the worker what will happen to my purchase and how I will get a refund because there was no option to cancel the order. The worker did not care and told me to come back tomorrow. As the area was pitch black, I tripped over something and fell hard on the ground and injured myself. Now injured and bleeding and without dinner for my son.
I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this McDonald’s, and this was the last straw. They didn’t even bother blending my McFlurry, and when I went inside to get help, they just ignored me. The girl behind the cash register was crouched down on her phone, completely ignoring me as I tried to get her attention. On top of that, my pickup order was missing the drink and the extra M&Ms I paid for. I reported the issue through the app, and the franchise or store owner reached out, promising to send me a refund check in the mail—but it never came. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with poor service here, and I will never be coming back. I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the next McDonald’s than deal with this one again.
Burger patties were served to us rare through the drive through. Both mine and my husband’s. I broke mine in half to show the picture. Didn’t find out until we got home, unable to go back out now. I tried calling just to let them know this issue may be reoccurring throughout the night but nobody answered the phone. I’ll remove this review if management acknowledges it. This is the only time we’ve experienced this from this location (or any) and I just want mgmt to be aware so they can fix the issue.
Service is incredibly slow, even for simple orders like a large fries with nothing else. There's always timer alarms blaring from the kitchen. The only consolation is that the food is decent McDonald's standard quality.
Just leaving honest feedback. This location isn’t consistent with iced caramel macchiatos and makes them shaken, while every other McDonald’s I go to makes them like the one in the attached photo from the Augustine Drive location. I’ve gone in twice to mention it and wasn’t acknowledged or helped either time. Even a quick explanation or remake would’ve been appreciated. Consistency and basic customer service would really help here.
Sometimes they forgot there is already a car at the pickup area one so two car try to parking the pick up area one and stock the entire drive through traffic
Do not go to this Mcdonalds if you like forcefully paying for an item you already paid for. Here’s what happened. I pull up to the drive thru and order just a measly oatmeal and large hot coffee. Nothing special. I pull up yo the first window to see a woman. I pay with my digital credit card. She offers a receipt but since its only 6 bucks I pass. That was a mistake due to the fact the second window guy and girl both try to lie to me that I didn’t pay even though I confirm the purchase on my mobile banking app. Now I will have to dispute the charge since it’s showing two charges. The whole reason why I’m upset is not due to 12 bucks. It’s the fact that employees lie, scam, or just dont know what theyre doing or asking for help (even listening to the customer when the customer clearly shows they’ve paid). It’s the principle of things that matters and if you’re reading this and need a reason to not go here. Think again. I highly wouldn’t recommend this place or their attention to detail. Do better.
Worst mc Donald’s ever. Rude staff. Poor service. I ordered a spicy delux. There was nothing inside it. The guy named Ikra who could not even spell his name was all time rude. MC Donalds: Please maintain minimum standard. Like really. I have beautiful childhood memories.
Drive thru says till 1am, and the app allowed me to order at 12am too. When I got to the store, there was absolutely no one. Is it fun to scam customers?
in 1981, McDonald's had the best burgers ever. Corporate America turned it into a chemistry lab, sadly. I thought after 40+ years of departing McDonald's it would have went back to good . Horrible food says it all . I gave them a chance since they were the ONLY place open that late . I pointed at nice looking burger on the menu and ordered it. It came completely different from picture, buns and patty, that's all. Where are the veggies? ...etc , I asked. Well sir you have to order those separately. wow ....... Ok fine I paid , they gave me the Cadillac virgin (if I may). Now comes the taste, I literally felt I was eating a chemistry lab experiment. I could taste the chemicals .
Ordered on the app and app skipped my choice to use the drive-thru and went to pick up inside. I explained what happened and gave my order number. The cashier and the server at window 2 would not get my order. Said I had to come in the store. This has happened twice before, and the other stores gave me my food through the drive thru. What is wrong with this picture?
Used to be much better but in the last year, food is becoming very dry and off, food I’m eating feels like it has been left out for hours before it was served. I thought maybe this is a one time thing, but this has been consistent every time I got food from this branch for more than a year.
This McDonald's seems to skimp on everything. I select extra onions and pickles on the app when ordering and the burgers I get end up with 5 pieces of diced onion. Picture of my extra onion hamburger. It's nice that their ice cream machine isn't always broken but it feels like the workers could fill it up more. Of the 5 times I've been to the drive thru, they would ask me to pull over to the side 3 of those times. It's strange to me.
November 25,2023 Sunday Breakfast We had a very disappointing experience at the local McDonald's branch in Lawrence Expressway Sunnyvale. The customer service from the manager and mexican lady staff fell short of expectations, and I observed instances that suggested racial insensitivity. It's very disheartening to encounter such behavior, and I hope the management takes steps to address and rectify these issues for a more inclusive and welcoming environment.
