Great pizza - we asked for it well done and it was perfect. The crust was crisp and there were plenty of toppings. The jalapeno not knots were also really tasty! Salad bar was fresh.

I had a large order, 8 pizzas for an outdoor school gathering. Mountain Mike's delivered on time and the pizzas were delicious. The staff was also very friendly and professional when I called to ask questions and set up the order. Yes the pizzas are on the pricey side here, but we got delicious food and excellent customer service. Will order again soon!

Best pizza I’ve had in a long time … just wish a pizza parlor around here could get a really good yeasty flavored crust. Their individual salad (ordered delivery) was excellent! So many good veggies and extras in it😃

I ordered Vegetarian pizza, it was very delicious. The girl ( Jasman ) was very good at her work, she is very polite and professional, she handle customer very professionally. The place is beautiful, I strongly recommend the place.

Ordered 2 pepperoni,1 cheese, 1 vegetarian 20 inch xtra large to feed a community clean-up event. They were sliced just the right size. The crust was perfect-- not soggy but still chewy with some crisp. There were very generous amounts of slightly crisp pepperoni. Perfectly cheesy. The vegetarian was fully loaded! The Mgr kindly carried the enormous pizzas to the car for me. Good experience and satisfied eaters!

I ordered a pizza from Mountain Mike's in Sunnyvale today. I received my pizza very quickly; I didn't have to wait at all. The pizza was very delicious and crispy. I don't think any other place makes better pizza than Mountain Mike's. Whoever made the pizza did a great job, and the customer service was excellent.

I didn’t eat there, but I was asked about service and atmosphere lol… My sister ordered me a pizza from you guys recently like just now… I got a gluten-free veggie something… I think it was actually veggie mountain? And all I did was remove olives because I usually only like olives in brine, but now I wonder if it would have been good with the olives. I love the taste and texture, and I love that you guys have gluten-free vegetarian options for the people like me that aren’t necessarily picky eaters, but do stick to a particular diet of just no meat or gluten… This pizza is bomb and like if I get the chance to eat out again, I would like to try the same pizza again but next time I will be adventurous and try it with the black olives on the pizza 😹 My birthday is in like 3 weeks I think actually and so I might be able to eat out again and I will pick you guys for my turn to pick and my sister and I will pick it up! Thank you :)

Staying next door, literally 1 minute out the door, at the Homewood Suites. Walked right in, and I was immediately helped. Placed my order, and 20 minutes had everything in hand and out the door. It was really well kept and cleaned inside with a clean and cared for salad bar as well. (Bacon and beef with a side of mozzarella sticks) Real good toppings and the pizza was delicous!

They have delicious and original topping combinations and the staff is always very friendly. This last visit I ordered the Garlic Tuscan and it was delicious!! I bit into it right away and took a picture after lol.

Ordered for the first time from this Pizza house. We ordered a thin crust medium size veg pizza. All stuffing were perfect. Will be coming back for sure

Good quality, humble & generous staff. I have ordered by phone for delivery several times with their in house delivery drivers. However the last time I order by phone, for some reason the lady used my card info for a doordash delivery. I was pretty upset, she did not mention that she would use doordash delivery vs in house delivery driver through their business. With doordash their are all kinds of extra fees with doordash plus doordash sur-charges the cost of products. Paid $20+ more than in house delivery. & I am unsure if the lady added an unauthorized tip for the dasher. Overall was very upset by this deceitful act of using my info for doordash without any communication to me about using doordash.

Went for an early lunch and was the only person in the place. Ordering service was immediate and the person behind the counter friendly enough. Great salad bar! The same person who took my order also left my pizza sitting in the ‘order up’ window until I finally stood up to go behind the counter and get it myself, but the cook saw me and prompted them to give me my pie. If it was crowded/busy, ok but literally just me. That said, the pizza was great. Note, this place is expensive though! Salad bar, 10” 3-topping pizza ($20 by itself) and a drink was $40 after tax and tip (which like everywhere these days, they want you to give BEFORE you’ve experienced their food & service…) Atmosphere was good, the place seemed very clean and the music was very, VERY loud. An empty restaurant didn’t help that, for sure. It really was good, I just don’t know that it was $40 lunch for one good… Giving them the stars for quality over price.

We ate here after mini golf at Golfland. It's right across the street from it. Ordered a small sized McKinley (10 slices, I think). I don't really like pizza, but Mountain Mike's are great tasting. They are generous with their toppings, which is a rare sight elsewhere. It's crunchy pan pizza at its best. It's super super oily though, and my partner and I both got indigestion from it. I broke out in zits the next day. So I'm happy we got the small between the two of us. I like that refills from the soda machine are free. The one staff member who was out front was very friendly and nice.

We have ordered 2 large pizzas. The price was exuberant vs the pizza size. Their large pizza is a medium size maximum. Plain cheese pizza was $23 !!!! Another pizza we have added chicken on, people refused to eat it since chicken had some kind of strange texture seems like part of the chicken that people would not serve on pizza. Taste overall was very mediocre.

The pizza was good, but unfortunately we had problem with kids throwing up and adults complaining of stomach pain next morning. This was our first time and i ordered because of the good reviews. We ordered an extra large(mike's) with light olives, onions and diced tomatoes. Hope it was just a one off problem. We ordered on may 1st, 2021 evening.

Zero stars. They left the food on my porch. Didn't ring the bell, or knock on the door. No text, no email. Nothing. I opened my front door at the scheduled delivery time, and there was the pizza, cold as ice. Who knows how long it was sitting there. On top of that, the salad I ordered had rotten veggies. Then when I called to complain the person lied and said my garage door was open and he knocked on the door several times and rang the bell several times. Then he hung up on me. Avoid this place like the plague.

We arrived here at 12:20p and see the "buffet table" in attached photo. The guy was unresponsive and didn't care if the table is empty. I paid +$50 for 3guys to eat from attached photo. Ridiculous...

I did a order and the pizza came with too much ingredients and the pizza wasn’t even cooked yet it was still doughy and my other order I place a pizza too was burnt all in pizza crust. Then the order took to long . Plus the pizzas were cold too . I don’t recommend coming to this place . And I saw they take orders and never wash their hands . I will never come to this place ever again ! .

I ordered online expecting them when I called to provide credit to my missing breadsticks as I could see the missing food was being delivered by their driver. I asked if they would provide a credit to my credit card but he said it wasn't possible. The other manager in this mt makes pizza had no problem giving a 5.00 credit they said they would have to unwind my order and resubmit it and I said no problem in nice voice tones I could wait. I am anemic and needed the spinach and other vegetables. Then he got mad, and said in low level yelling tones that it wasn't possible to give the credit at all unless I bought a large pizza. As a manager he should make things right and offer a compromise but I was shocked when he yelled at me and I had to buy a large pizza then slammed down the phone. Is this the way a person should be treated. They are seemingly dealing in a very hostile manner towards a paying customer and it's people like me who keep their pizza place afloat. If anyone treated a customer like that where I work they would be fired immediately. Stay a way from this Mt mikes pizza there's other's who will make the food taste great. For me knowing the staff is nice makes the food taste better due to good vibes. I guess Round Table got me back. Thanks for reading this. Lb

Pulled this stretchy elastic plastic off my pizza .. very concerning..

I do not recommend this place if you are African American. I purchased a pizza, left to purchase drinks from 7-11 down the street. I came back and the people that where inline behind me already where eating. So I ask if my order was ready yet, they said no. After about 10 minutes later I go back to the clerk and ask if my order was ready again, and he said sorry but no, your order got pushed back. I explained how I left came back waited, and it still was not ready, he said yes sorry, your order got pushed back. So everyone got served but me, the Hispanics did the old black to the back of the bus type thing. It took so long I just requested a refund, no way I was going to eat the pizza, who knows what they where doing to it. As much as I use to like their pizza. I would never recommend a African American to go to the one in Sunnyvale. I'll never go again.

I was just there several days ago. The pizza that they sold me was a pizza that had already been made they just stuck it back into the oven and reheated it. The pizza was flavorless. Maybe it had something to do with the staff drinking beer from the tap which they did right in front of customers. If Mountain Mike's at this location improved the quality of the dough the quality of the pizza sauce and the quality of the ingredients it would be a great atmosphere to go watch sports and have small little get-togethers with friends and family. Unfortunately the quality of the food is absolutely garbage!!! Save your money do not go to this establishment and just go to the grocery store and pick yourself up some steak. This place is just a waste of money!

This Sunnyvale location was a major disappointment. We never even received our pizza, so we couldn’t rate the food—but the service deserves a solid ZERO! We placed an order through the Mountain Mike’s app for a large pizza with extras. 35 minutes later, when we arrived to pick it up, the MANAGER claimed they never received the order. Instead of apologizing, he blamed us for “not knowing how to use the app.” When we showed him the confirmed order on our phone, he then shifted the blame to his computer and insisted it wasn’t his fault. Not once did he apologize. It was nothing but excuses and finger-pointing. After 20 minutes of blaming and evading responsibility, we were hungry, so frustrated, and asked for a cancellation and refund. He processed a refund—which makes no sense. If he truly never received the order, how was he able to refund something he claimed didn’t exist? There were no customers in the restaurant and they were not busy at all, so what was the real reason they didn’t make our order? They clearly received our payment, but refused to acknowledge it. This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We will never return to this location, nor can we recommend it to anyone! This is UNACCEPTABLE and there is NO EXCUSES!

While we've generally had decent experiences with Mountain Mike’s in the past, this one really missed the mark. Unfortunately, we’ll likely be ordering our pizza elsewhere going forward. TL;DR: Delivery was late, food arrived cold, and paid condiments were missing. Disappointing experience from a place we usually enjoy. Will be looking elsewhere for pizza next time.

Very rude staff. Will not order from here again. We booked their party room in person for a soccer party, 2 days before the party. When we arrived, the party room was occupied. The staff had given away the room and we ended up having to have the party outside in the dark and cold. We did not even get a sorry from the staff.

Came here for their buffet and was extremely disappointed. The pizzas were hard and dry, the sauce was chalky and made me feel nauseous, and there were only like, 2 different types of pizzas offered. There wasn’t even pepperoni pizza. The only redeeming part about the buffet was the salad bar. When i asked if there would be pepperoni pizza they said it’d come out in 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and it never came. I spent $17 on 3-4 slices of the blandest combination pizza I’ve ever tasted.
