Great way to start my morning!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The iced hazelnut latte I ordered is perfect; not too sweet. The oatmeal cookie is so good, crunchy edges and soft and chewy in the center. Highly recommend!

We needed a brew, tea and coffee and ASO ticked all the boxes. We received a charming welcome with a complimentary cookie. The drinks were spot on and good value. Thank you for making the first decent flat white I have had in the USA, bless ya. If you are near by, forget barstucks (work it out), support Annie’s, they deserve it and make a banging brew.

I love this place Annie's Sweet Oven, The first time here was last week Tuesday, then I had to go there on Thursday and Friday as well, they got many options of breakfast sandwiches and a delicious croissant , I tried The spinach and cheese and the jalapeno chicken croissant and both were amazingly delicious. I also had their mixberry cheese danish which also was so good !!! I also tried one of their fresh juices which was beets, Ginger , orange, and other fruits and that was a really refreshing one. Their staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

When you walk in, Annie's glowing smile greets you, and you feel right at home instantly. The latte and sandwich I got were both delicious and not outrageously priced. And... Annie has great taste in music! Really loved this place as someone visiting from out of town!

Until I started coming to Annie's Sweet Oven, I'd given up on sweets. Too much sugar and overpowering flavors. But Annie's pastries have completely changed my life. Between the raisin custard Danish and the mixed berries and cheese Danish, Annie has created breakfast foods that are not too sweet with rich flavors that melt in your mouth. Order what looks good to you, but give Annie a chance to suggest something. She's never wrong!

The coffee here is great and a very good value. All of the food we tried was delicious, and the fresh juice on the cooler was very good as well. Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful.

I love this place 😭🩷 They have the beeessssst berry danishes. All their baked goods are delicious and fresh. They have a great variety of fresh smoothies, juices, sandwiches, salads and healthy breakfast items which is hard to find in the area. Thank you for the berry croissant 🫶🩷🥐🫐

Annie's Sweet Oven in Sylmar is one of those awesome finds. You know the one: tucked away in a mini mall off the main drag, but already with a loyal local following. Simple warm decor, freshest ingredients and everything so well prepared. Ordered the Eggs, Bacon and Tomato on Avocado Toast(off menu but recommended), and enjoyed the hell out of it, just as the Saturday morning rush began. The Cà phê sữa đá is as addictive as advertised. Try this place and tell everyone you know about it. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Everything inside was clean actually, nice and organized and you can tell the staff really care about this place. To start, I got a free cookie for being a first time customer and I chose the chocolate chip. It was very delicious, not dry, not super crumbly - the perfect soft texture with a little bit of crunch. I also ordered the BLT and I don't know where they get their bacon from but it is the most bacony tasting bacon I've had. There was so much bacon on it and a good price! The homemade sourdough was delicious and I would order a whole loaf honestly. I also noticed that they had wellness shots, sea moss and take-home and bake desserts in the refrigerator section. I always judge a new coffee place on it's chai and my dirty chai was better than Starbucks, the perfect amount of chai and espresso and it wasn't overly sweet. Next time I come through I'm definitely going to try other things. I also got a pumpkin cream cheese muffin and that was delicious as well, a little bit of crumble the perfect amount of pumpkin but not overwhelming. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

It has a nice ambience when you walk in, someplace you could actually spend some time in. The young man at the register was so sweet and took the time to walk me through the highlights of their menu since I mentioned it was my first time. The monkey bread muffin I got was fresh and decadent and the chai latte I got was strong and sweet!! This place really exceeded my expectations in every regard. Go try it!

Great Turkey wrap. In a small shopping center. Easy access for parking. My only complaint is that the order is to go, they should have food wrapped better n be given in a bigger bag or container. Because once the air hits your food it gets cold n hard. I expected to see a variety of patries, I only saw a selection of 4. I would also recommend them to serve fresh brew tea and lemonade.

This place is yummy. Their pastries are really good. I just wish they were open on the weekends too. That’s the only bummer. It’s hard to make it during the week with work.

I read lots of great reviews of this place. However, the day I went in, the service by the lady who took my order was not so great. Parking lot was packed.

My experience here was horrible from the moment I stepped in. I felt a bad vibe. I won’t even been to this place twice and both times have been horrible. The treatment by the staff, the food and the service I ordered a tea. It came out cold and it was just basic overpriced items, I am unhappy with my service here and on top of that they made a complaint about me. My drink was accidentally spilled and I was not given a refund or consideration I feel I have been racially discriminated by this restaurant. If you have young children do not bring them here , they complain about them and ask you to leave or not return so many better places to go so before they refuse service to you I would recommend going anywhere else Starbucks McDonald’s with much better options. There’s so many healthy options to choose from because I’ve started cooking at home and I’m saving so much money money, especially in this economy. My first experience here I felt so welcome that you gave my kid a yummy sample, but due to the fact the restaurant and place for.
