Love their breakfast sandwiches and coffee good too...they have pretty good donuts as well.

You need to get the pastrami bagel! If you go to some of the other locations they don’t sell it, but the Sylmar location does! I will drive all the way out there just to get it! The sauce on it is magic

I went resenty to get something to eat and I found out that they sell tortas. I got a Torta de Pierna and I loved it.

I got a delicious looking blueberry fritter. YUCK. Rather can have the fruit throughout the fritter as other places do with both Apple and Blueberry, this particular yum yum had just a quarter size dab of blueberry jelly only on the top of the fritter with absolutely none inside. This made it dry and flavorless.

I walked into buy some donuts tonight 12/17/21and the lady behind the counter did not even acknowledge me... She turned around and continued wiping counter pretty much ignored me...she didn't even say anything.... I stood there for 3 minutes so I left and took my business elsewhere.

This shop needs to have a personnel overhaul. Went in a week ago mid afternoon, with my girlfriend. She wanted a cup of Decaf. The person behind the counter said they were out , but he would make some fresh. Which he did. Good Service. Return there today at about the same time. She wanted another cup of decaf. The person behind the counter said they were out. I asked him if there was any in the shop. He did not know. He did not speak English very well. The store has Wifi for the guests which is password protected. The guy did not know what the password was. We won't be going back. Instead, we will be going to Buffalo Bruce's Mercantile about a half mile away.

If I can give 0 stars I would we passed by on our way to go Back to Bakersfield after visiting family in Covina. A guy name Juan had the most mest up attitude literally. We went out of our way to find a spot before our long 2 hr drive up north the only reason we stop was because it brought me and my husband nice memories from our hometown East LA. But we left with a bad taste and horrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The guy that took our order was rude and when we ordered in English he got upset and said we had to order in Spanish. He had just tend to a white Male and spoke really good English but when we spoken it he got offended. Then he proceeded to ask my friend what do you want on a rude tone. I tried to joke and asked for the Turkey sandwich in Spanish but he wasn't having it.. at the end when we payed I told him ... listen, why are you so agressive? He said well I can clearly see the Nopal (cactus) on your forehead and you wanna talk to me in English... I told him. #1 you suppose to carry yourself in a professional manner, I am paying for my food, you are not doing me a favor #2 I live in America and it took me a long time to learn their language so I will speak English.. #3 you do not own this establishment to make your own rules.. trough all this he kept talking back to me in a rude manner until another customer walked in and he walked away... my friends daughter said he has been rude to her as well... I will never set foot in that place again

The shorter(mid 40's) man is very rude. He refused to give me my donut order, and felt the need to tell why he wouldn't help me(reprimanding me in front of customers). The younger guy who initially began to help me seemed like he was a bit overwhelmed but still maintained his cool. I asked the other older man to help me for the simple(easier) reason that he was right in front of the pastries(younger guy couldn't get through). I have been here prior and had the same experience but I assumed it was just an off day. Wrong... Nonetheless the younger guy was very patient, remained calm with a kind attitude.
