Some white mid age lady was working on 8/28 at 10:50pm. She gave the worst service to the point it made me almost wanna cancel my order . She sounded impatient and tone of voice very non manner. She seemed as if she wanted someone to ask her if everything is ok, because she was really rushing my order a bit also as she got annoyed because I couldn’t hear her correctly. Fries were stale so we're the nuggets. They also didnt give us any of the frie seasoning for any of our Grinch meals. Really frustrating

Food was okay, service was not great. They also charge the paper bag fee so beware before you pay because they won’t refund you.

Ordered a medium mocha frappe no whip easy sauce thru the mobile app, but they gave it to me an INCH short of an actual medium cup serving. It was more like a schmedium size. The girl who made it dryly said that's just how it comes out, she can't do anything about it. Like I just have to live with it. And guy who took my order I gave code to didn't make any eye contact or smile, also seemed like he wasn't fully "there". Disappointing visit. I come here less and less often it seems.

Lizette, you left me a voicemail mail but I can't get a hold of you when I call the store. Please give me a getter number to call you back at regarding McDonald's not meeting their golden arches quality. Overall, McDonald's announced that they are getting rid of their hand crafted burgers. Having never tried it, I decided to give it a go at my local McDonald's. I have to say I was disappointed. Experiences like this are the reason why McDonald's can't expand outside of the core quarter pounder. They forgot the crispy onion strings on both the BBQ Bacon and the Mushroom Swiss. After contacting corporate, the store manager contacted me back, but didn't leave a direct call back number. After calling the store, I was unable to reach her.

Keep your receipt! The food quality here sucks. Ordered a McCrispy but got a deflated football at least that's what it tasted like. The pickles look old as well. The guy at the window also rubbed his eye before handing me my drink. It all went in the trash. Waste of money and time.

Men's room was locked up. The "help" yelled at my husband for using ladies. Very rude and not up to standards of what I expect at McDonald's. We expect polite help, clean functional restrooms and not to be treated rudely by so called customer service. He was polite and apologized to her for transgression and we left. I just ran to grab my mobile order. They didn’t give me a straw which was fine. I walked up to the counter and they completely ignored me. Then the girl glanced at me and was standing there fiddling in a box and I said can I have a straw please and then she looked back down and ignored me. Mind you we were less than 2 feet away from each other. So I repeated it again and she rolled her eyes and ignored me still moving sauces around inside of a cardboard box, it seemed like she was trying to look busy. And then a few seconds later, she looked at me and said “yes?” And just stared at me blankly and so I said related” a straw” and she rolled her eyes again and said “oh would you like a straw” all slow and condescending. I could tell it was a little game she was playing, and it was very disrespectful. Then when I walked away I heard her say the word straw and her and a coworker were laughing so clearly they were talking about me and what had just happened. I don’t even understand Unless they’re just racist because I had a great attitude before this and there was no issues in there at all, except we are different races so that’s the only thing could’ve possibly been the issue, which is completely unacceptable

I went to this location to get a large order of fries and 30 nuggets. I asked for them both fresh because if you don’t specify that you want it fresh they will give you old food. The wait was longer than expected even though it wasn’t that busy. I eventually got my food and arrived home and when I checked the food... it was bad. My large order of fries looked like a small. I was severely disappointed and angry as this is not the first time that this has happened at this particular location. When I got to the nuggets they were as hard as rocks. My advice when coming to this location is to make sure they know you want it FRESH and double check the amount of fries you get as well.
