Chipotle

Paid $12 for a Chipotle bowl that looked like a sample tray at Costco. Bro gave me 3 grains of rice, 2 beans, and a chicken Tic Tac. This ain’t Chipotle, it’s Chip-little. Worst Chipotle on earth..

Order was ready for pickup 36 minutes late, items were still wrong in the order staff outright useless and unwilling to help in any way ( the chubby girl with lip studs needs to be promoted to customer), burrito bowl was filled about 1/3 full, trash cans piled in front of bathrooms and fire extinguishers, not a hairnet in the whole restaurant, people with pants so low you can see their underwear, 20+ people waiting for pickup orders above walk-ins were immediately served. What a mess of a restaurant; being busy does not excuse poor service and preparation.

They never have any food to serve in-store customers. Online orders are half made & prioritized over in-person customers. Very disappointed.

Genuinely the slowest and most incompetent workers I’ve ever seen. Have no sense of urgency and it seems every time I go it’s someone’s first time on the job. They’ll have a good amount of workers there and still manage to take forever. I pray they figure it out.

Quite literally the most disgusting chipotle I have ever been to. First, stood at the counter waiting several minutes before anyone even surfaced from the back to take my order. There was zero personality with anyone working there - no friendly smile or hello or anything, just coldly took my order and rushed through it even though it was only my husband and I waiting to order. Served the tiniest bowl ever and then start eating it and learn that the rice is rock solid and completely inedible as it probably sat there for hours upon hours with nobody switching it out. Their water fountain was broken also. We couldn’t even eat our food and ended up tossing it. Also, the bathrooms are beyond disgusting, they appear to have never been cleaned before. Do better.

horrible experience. first time i ordered from here they forgot part of my order and the part they didn’t forget they got wrong (i hate steak.) today they didn’t pay attention to me ordering at first, then when i asked for a chicken quesadilla she said they only do kids size in person. so i was like fine ok ill have that and then she proceeded to make it without chicken and when i told her i wanted chicken she told me they don’t do chicken quesadillas because it “Contaminates the machinery for the vegetarians” respectfully if ur vegetarian get the hell out of there i should not be forced to suffer and STARVE (WALKED OUT EMPTY HANDED AND SKIPPED MY MEAL BTW) because of the fact you’re scared of chicken. also they couldn’t roll my friends burrito for the life of them it fell apart as soon as she opened the bag. not wasting my money on this.

Ordered a bowl with salsa and sour cream, didn't recieve either but somehow corn ended up in there? Employees stare off into space and clearly don't want to be there or care about doing their job. Do not go to this location.

I ordered catering to be delivered to my daughter’s daycare a week in advance. One hour before it was supposed to be delivered, they send an email that our order is cancelled and being transferred to another Chipotle, and they can no longer deliver it. I go to the other Chipotle to deliver it and they say they got a grainy photo of the order from the original location and can’t read it, and the original location is no longer picking up their phone. Really terrible service. Thank you to the other Chipotle for saving the day.

Placed a $1,000 catering order, they forgot ALL of the salsas, the lettuce, the tortillas, beans, sofritas, sour cream, queso, the guacamole and serving utensils. The chips were all dark and broken into little pieces (aka they are still using the old oil from yesterday or even possibly two days ago, disgusting.). All we got was rice, chicken, barbacoa, forks, bowls cheese and fajita veggies. Literally over half the order is missing. ALSO I know for a fact that they used the leftover chicken from the night before because I used to be a kitchen manager at Chipotle and I can tell since the chicken is all in tiny pieces and looks like it was reheated on the grill. Customer support couldn’t connect me to the restaurant because they are one of the restaurants that sends all calls to voicemail (the chipotle I worked at- we were told by upper management that this wasn’t allowed, I don’t know why Marshall street gets to break the rules) this is really terrible food quality and service. UPDATE*** Went back and they fulfilled the rest of the order, still disappointed with the chicken and chip quality, chicken was obviously from last night, & the chips were clearly cooked in old oil, they had a foul taste and were dark brown. Change your oil or take the chips off the menu if you don’t have the oil to replace it for the next day!!! The salsas and other sides came over an hour after the meat and rice, and aren’t consumable with the chips so overall really disappointing order, will not be ordering catering from this location ever again.

I ordered 3 tacos for pickup. My order was waiting on the shelf for pickup when I arrived but it was missing the drink I requested and a different drink was in it's place. As I opened the container of tacos, it was oozing sour cream and beans out of the side. The cardboard container and bag was also smeared with sour cream and grease. The tacos were open and rolled together tight like a burrito and unassembled. They were missing requested items as well. The staff on the line were being rude to customers, hurrying them and pointing to the growing line.

small! the steak chunks are quite small! and everyone in the queue gets a small portion. The netizens said their portions are shrinking, it's true! Don't go to Chipotle again

To say I’m appalled and disgusted is putting it lightly. There is no freshness guarantee at this place. Stale chips, brown guac, burnt chicken and a hard tortilla. What is wrong with this place?

This chipotile is ripping people off daily, they are attempting to charge for extra portions which are free on the burritos and bowls. Called chipotiles customer support line myself and they said they're not allowed to be doing that. Only thing they're allowed to charge extra for is queso, guacamole and meat. They're doing this out of spite and to avoid working more. Customer service at this location is all but non existent as well. They're arrogant and rude and don't seem to care if people get a good meal or not. Heres what x2 everything looks like from these guys.

This location absolutely sucks and forever will. They never make the orders correctly!! I ordered tacos (through an online order) and got nothing in them. Didn't get what i asked for either in terms of topping. I took another chance as the students are currently not here at this time (so less busy). But what in actual F, seriously how are you guys still open?!! Either the staff is not trained or the owner of this location could care less about the customers. Erie blvd is also terrible but not as bad as this location and trust me thats saying a lot.. I will continue to make the extra trip to Fayetteville instead.. *Pictures below will show what was inside my 3 stale tacos in one small bowl 🙄

Most recently, my delivery's have been horrible experiences. Ingredients were missing and orders have come 3 hours late. I tried calling the location and no one answered either. Very disappointed. Alongside this, the door is not wheelchair accessible.
