Got there and the place was busy; put my order in and told them I was in no hurry as my wife didn't get off work until long after they closed. So watched the team work and even one waitress came and helped out in the kitchen to help out, and she did stop at one point to check her tables. Now the person that waited on me di get a little confused once or twice but stayed moving and did see him with two trays full of food going to customers. The team worked well with each other and if management doesn't know they will now. Noth sure of other people's names but my waiters name is Nathan, and he made sure everything was good with me and check in his work to make sure it was.

Very much much liked the old fashioned diner aesthetic, with the light fixtures solidifying the energy. Our server Shauna was very attentive, kind, and was ready to answer any of the questions we had. The bacon on my smokehouse wasn't perfect, but with how well done the meal was as a whole, it left me feeling very satisfied. Very grateful for an opportunity to taste their blue raspberry lemonade as someone who enjoys the tart combo of both the flavoring and the lemonade. Would love to come here again with either a large group of friends or family.

Had a wonderful experience! Food was perfectly cooked and delicious. My friend and I both had the original burger, the bacon and cheese loaded fries, and a cookies and cream milkshake. Very flavorful. What stood out to me was the staff. Everyone was very happy and full of Christmas cheer. It was a very good experience. Our server Rosa was very sweet and made our lunch a lot better. The ketchup was served as smiles. Really brighter up our day 😄🍔 two thumbs up !! 👍👍

Steve was extremely friendly. Would gladly have him wait on us again.Food was delicious came out fast and order spot on. Kids loved the coloring pages, the hats and the designs they made with ketchup on the plates.

Stopped by Johnny Rockets and had a great experience! We ordered cheeseburgers, chili cheese fries, and milkshakes — everything was delicious and hit the spot. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, the fries were perfectly crisp with just the right amount of chili and cheese. What really made the visit stand out was the service. Our waitress Shauna was friendly, attentive, and just an all-around great person — she made the meal even more enjoyable. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving classic American burger! #ChocolateWasted

I had a fantastic experience at Johnny Rockets. The burger was delicious—perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The fries were crispy and just the right amount of salty. What really stood out, though, was the service. Shyanna was awesome and super attentive without being overbearing, and she made sure everything was just right for my family & I. It’s clear that she cared about giving you a great experience. Overall, a great spot for a tasty burger and solid service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

First time here today with the family. Staff was super friendly. My burger was perfect, as well as the portion size. Ordered a bacon cheddar burger with a peanut butter banana milkshake.I literally finished the entire thing. The peanut butter tasted like a blended butterfinger. Food came out fast. I would get it again. The girls were humorous when we asked for extra ketchup. They drew on some plates to make it a funny experience because the ketchup bottle was on the table the entire time. 😅 ketchup art.🌼

Johnny Rockets still has a Milkshake that is hard to beat! During a recent trip to Syracuse we stopped in to Johnny Rockets for lunch while walking around the mall. During our visit the establishment was not busy. Johnny Rockets is an old school style diner that serves up mid-tier food, in the sense that it is of somewhat better quality than most fast food but really falls short compared to local business Pub & Grills. These types of restaurants are a hard sell nowadays with the rising costs of food putting them in an awkward spot between those other two options, typically making the alternatives look like the better choice. I'll admit that our visit to Johnny Rockets on this trip was certainly made more on nostalgia sake. That's not to say the food at Johnny Rockets isn't good, it is perfectly adequate. We ordered a couple burgers and an order of fries on our visit and we were happy with what we got. I ordered a milkshake as well, and to this day I believe Johnny Rockets has one of the better milkshakes out there. Overall I'm sure we will end up at Johnny Rockets again at some point. Perfectly adequate has it's place, it's just not somewhere we would frequent over other options.

Overall it was a good choice to eat in the mall. We sat at the end of their bar to watch the cooks which was pretty cool. Their presentation of their milkshakes was very unique. The only thing that I felt was the speed of their service. It took almost 5 min. just for a server to get to us. Other than that the food was great.

Waitress was unbelievably kind, warm, and did all she could. The food though? Meh. We had to wait forever for it, cheese sauce was sparce and half of it was shredded (I wanted the gooey pile I had seen another patron get). Burger was subpar, with everything being overcooked (from patty to onion rings) with some items missing. The waitresses had to keep going back to cook the food. Not sure what they have going on here, but I know it can be quality (it used to be at least), but as of Friday (January 2026), it wasn't worth it.

I like going here because they have a decent tasting gluten free bun! My burger and shake were great. Sadly though, the rest of the visit was unpleasant. Our food took a long time to come out to the point that we got our chili cheese fries first and completely finished them before our burgers came out. Our server had trouble finding 2 (plastic) forks for us to eat our fries with. The server didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and it felt like we were bothering her. Then I made the mistake of going to the bathroom where toilet paper rolls are hanging off the holder and no roller rods in sight. Their paper towel dispenser doesn’t work and they just have a plastic bin sitting on top of it with paper towels in it. There’s also no hook to hang a bag or purse (in the bathroom or at the counter). I also overheard a server saying that the manager lets them close up an hour early on Sundays because everyone has to work open to close those days. This place has really gone downhill which sucks because I used to come here all the time before they moved locations in the mall!

I wouldn't recommend it for the price. If it was actually 10-20 dollars per person like Google suggests my review would be different. But $7 for cheese & chili tots that taste like plastic and an $11 subpar burger just isn't it. I would have been fine paying $35 for the two of us. But we paid $54, before tip. The upside? The shakes were good. Almost worth the $7 they charge. They could have been bigger for that price.

This place should not be as expensive as a lunch at P.F. Chang’s and the Cheesecake Factory. $30 (with no tip btw) for a less than average Philly cheesestake and a milk shake. I’m fine with spending $40 somewhere but this place was not worth it what so ever.

It was my first time here and it was absolutely disgusting first of all when our waitress Philly came to get our drink order she sat down at the end of our table so unprofessional then my food that I had to wait a little to long for and for no reason it wasn't even that busy it wasn't hot the burger and bun were so greasy only thing good was the Fries and drink not to mention that not once did she ask if we needed refills and when we were done all she was worried about was if she was getting a tip definitely won't be going again that's for sure so disappointing....

From the time we sat down, to getting our first food item to the table was one hour. The waitress dropped off our onion rings and fries, both were ice cold and rock hard. During the hour wait, we saw the waitress in and out of the restaurant to hit her weed vape numerous times, and hiding in the bathroom for periods of time. Our burgers finally came and although the flavor was actually pretty good, they were completely cold. Out of 3 kids meal, only one was served hot (and his food was dropped off 10 minutes after everyone else’s). After we finished our entrees, she finally dropped off the milkshakes and the appetizer. The mozzarella sticks were hot, but came at the very end of our meal (after she admitted she dropped them in the ground and they had to be remade). She also informed us that they had a “new grill” and only one side of the grill available that’s why the kitchen was struggling. But we could see into the kitchen from the dining room and saw both sides of the grill in use. All in all it was very expensive for cold food and unprofessional excuses.
