Disclaimer: we went on Valentines day around 4pm. They were definitely understaffed especially for drinks/bar. The manager was throwing the staff into a frenzy and she wasn't being very helpful, just kind of running around and seemingly causing more problems than helping. She was short with us and rude to staff basically verbally berating them in front of customers. It made it somewhat uncomfortable. The food was decent, however, we got skipped over for a few selections of meats and had to ask for someone to stop by with lamb which we were finally able to try at the very end. Not saying it's not worth a try, just not sure we will be back.

I didn’t like this restaurant very much. The hefty prices do not match the food quality and quantity. The meat is too salty and the chicken is either wrapped with ham, or sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. Also there are long intervals between each serving. I don’t know why, maybe because it was a Saturday night.

It's Texas De Brazil, which always has killer meat options and an awesome antipasti spread. The food is top notch especially for the price. I've been a few times and the service has always been bizarre. But this time was the weirdest. It was an old white lady that was acting like we were at the Ritz (it is neither a fancy nor expensive restaraunt) and she was super awkward the entire time, almost like she thought we were going to dine and ditch, possibly? Just like hovering and being snobby and weird. I'll keep going back as long as we are up here because I really love the food, and the guys that come out with the meat are always awesome. To get the full experience though, you really want to go to the San Antonio location - possibly my favorite restaurant in the world!!

I ate there on Oct.25, 2025; for my Son’s bday, we had a large party of 8. I’ve eaten there several times in the past, since they’d first opened & have ALWAYS enjoyed their food! But, NOT this time. I was extremely disappointed in the food! The meats were VERY VERY SALTY, most were flavorless, dry or tasted like charcoal. I consider myself a Salt-a-holic! So, when I say it was salty, it tasted like the box spilled atop of the food! I wasn’t the only 1 that complained but, I was the only one who made it known! The lamb tasted very gamy, salty, very very rare, tough to chew. As were most of the steaks, chicken & soups were very very dry, salty & flavorless! The beef-very fatty, the sirloin steak-too salty, however was very flavorful and super tender, unlike the other steaks-tough, too rare & very salty. Also, the table biscuits & sausage also tasted very good. $25 for a mixed drink, $4.50 for O.J., SODA & approx. $60 per person depending on yr preferences. I did get an apology but, nothing more! It’s apparent that they need to taste their food before serving or get a NEW CHEF! I don’t think I’ll be going anytime soon bc, at those prices, you’d expect a 5 star meal! The restaurant was very clean, the staff were very friendly & professional. Be very careful though bc, the floor is VERY slippery! It’s really too bad bc, as I said earlier it’s always been a go-to for me, but, NOT anymore!

My husband and I chose Texas De Brazil to celebrate our wedding anniversary, expecting a high-quality dining experience for a special occasion. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst restaurant experiences we have ever had. From the start, service was extremely disappointing. Our server was not friendly, inattentive, and made us feel like an inconvenience. Our drinks sat at the bar for approximately 25 minutes while we watched them sitting there ready. No one brought them to our table. We eventually had to physically get up and go to the bar ourselves to retrieve them. That alone set the tone for the evening. When we finally did get our drinks, they were terrible — the mixed drinks were poorly made, and the beer tasted skunky. The food was even worse. Nearly every cut of meat brought to our table was overcooked, dry, tough, and extremely chewy. The quality felt very cheap, nothing like what you would expect for the price point this restaurant charges. I left an entire plate full of uneaten meat because it was simply inedible. Our server removed my full plate without asking a single question as to why it was untouched and never offered to replace it with anything else. The salad bar was just as disappointing. Items tasted old and not fresh, as if they had been sitting out far too long. Nothing about the experience felt premium or fresh. What made this even more frustrating was that the manager was aware. He saw that we were barely eating and that our plates were coming back full. While he was polite, there was no real attempt to correct the situation. We were offered dessert, but we were still charged full price for a $120+ meal that we could not eat. Offering dessert does not fix an entirely inedible dinner and poor service throughout the night. This was supposed to be a special anniversary celebration, and instead it was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We left hungry, upset, and feeling like we completely wasted our money. We will not be returning and would absolutely not recommend this location to anyone.

My boyfriend was coming in from out of town and was late so called for a reservation the host that answered the phone was so sweet and got us in.When we arrived I was so happy considering my boyfriend loves meats and fine dining thinking I’d found the place! The host was one again AMAZING Then we start going downhill. The waitress took a few to come over so my boyfriend went to the salad bar and just came and got the drink order didn’t come back for a long time as well it was just a mango lemonade and the 18 dollar bottle of water. The food was good I wouldn’t call it amazing. Randomly was brought over 2 plantains and a small side of mashed potatoes with 3 of us we were confused my boyfriend finally gets to order a drink. I ordered a refill on a soda and by the time the server came back over we were completely done with our food and out of our $18 bottle of water and very thirsty when my boyfriend brought up why it was taking so long the server gave a dirty look to him and said that they were looking for the bottle of scotch, and that was the issue while we were there what appeared to be a manager was arguing with a waitress in the big soundproof glass wine cellar, which was very noticeable by body language. Then the whole team was arguing or just standing And gossiping in the corner of the restaurant after spending $242 on dinner I will let you know that I will never go back to this place. I have had better service in Diners and the last thing any pain customer wants to see is the whole entire staff arguing very unprofessional. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere when he is in town.

I went with some Brazilian friends, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. From the start, no one came to take our order or even offer water until we asked. When the cheese bread finally arrived, it was cold — and honestly, it didn’t even taste like real Brazilian cheese bread. It was probably the worst I’ve ever had. I asked if they had fresh orange juice, but what they brought was clearly industrial and tasted awful. The service was also very slow — the meat took more than five minutes between servings, and the soda refill only came once. Overall, it was a terrible experience. As Brazilians, we were really looking forward to good food and hospitality, but this place completely failed to deliver

Two times in a row now I’ve ordered to-go from this location and specifically requested well done, and two times in a row I received steak that was medium to medium-rare. The first time I assumed it was just a mistake and I tried to eat around what I could. This second time, I actually called to get it fixed — I was put on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. I’m staying in a hotel, so I can’t just drive back over to have it corrected. I literally spent money on food I can’t even eat. Very disappointing. I won’t be ordering takeout from this Syracuse location again.

Went there yesterday for our 20th anniversary. We got there, got seated, and it took a while for the server to come, so we decided to go to the salad area first. I missed the server the first time, so the second time she came, she asked my husband what drink he wanted and walked away. I then said, "I'd like sweet tea," and I asked her, just in case it's different at each branch, if they are supposed to bring a plate for meat or if we should just grab one from the salad area, as usually it's already on our table when we arrive. She said, "It's just a plate; you can use the one in the salad bar, but I'll bring you guys a plate." She gave us the plate in a rude manner that even the meat server was shocked and asked me if I was okay. The whole time, she didn't come to our table to check on us but kept checking the next table. So, we left our cups empty on the side so she would notice, just as she noticed the next table, but she didn't. So my husband called her for a refill, and again, she walked away before I could even say that I wanted one too. She didn't ask or give us our special request that was clearly written on the paper when we got seated. So we just asked for the bill and left. We came there to celebrate our special day, and it got ruined by the rudeness of the server. Thanks, Maria.

We wait in doorway for 20 minutes while they seat several groups, including other groups of same size. We leave. Wait a while to see if they call, still no call. left us standing in the doorway, made eye contact several times and still ignored us.

Went here for the first time on Sunday. 2 kids and 2 adults. I didn’t realize that they would automatically charge $56.99 for one kid and half off the other kid who didn’t even eat a thing! The restaurant was beautiful. But the food was absolutely disgusting. When the meat started coming out I automatically smelt the Lamb was gamey. The taste was horrendous. I took one bite and said oh no. The beef, every single type they brought out was completely Bland. No flavor whatsoever. Not even the chicken had flavor. What am I paying for? When the bill came out I was Shocked! This is my first and last time ever in this restaurant. $250 down the drain. And completely food poisoned the entire night and for 3 days after. I can’t make this up. I knew something was wrong with the meat. You could smell it was off, not sure how old it really was and how long they just kept cooking it. 🤢🤢
