Interesting resturant with great Ford cars and trucks.First time here.Beer was good and cold.I had the patty melt and fries and it was delicious cooked to perfection.Fries ere crisp and not gressy,patty melt was big enough my husband and I split it.He had the Ahi Tuna,he really thought it as good and great presentation I think we found our mew place to eat when we come down

Awesome burgers! All around great food and drinks. Staff is extremely friendly. We are regulars and only had one issue that the manager made right immediately. Love this place.

Millie was our server. She greeted us with a big smile and gave us time to review the menu. She provided me with details about a cider and she was right! Our food was hot and served as ordered. Millie checked on us and wanted to provide anything we might need. In fact, she noticed how much my husband liked the ginger dressing she brought him a second one without having to be asked. She could anticipate our needs just by a quick glance. After dinner we shared it was suppose to be my retirement cruise but due to my husband losing his job I was going to keep teaching. She brought us a desert sample and reminded me that I will retire soon. When you visit, please ask to sit in Millie’s section. She is one in a million!

Talk about a really good burger! Husband got the Bison burger which had so much flavor and I got the American, also delicious. The onion rings were some of the best we've had. The decor is fun with the bathrooms being my favorite! Service was a little off but it was Jan 1st after all. We couldn't believe we haven't been there!!

We went to this location for lunch after a great day at Busch Gardens. Our server Julian was great, he was the bar tender as well as taking care of tables.. everything we ordered from our appetizer to our meals came out perfect just as we had ordered them. Absolutely a great atmosphere to relax in and we never once felt rushed.

I had an awesome experience at Ford’s Garage in Westchase! I sat at the bar and Jeff was my bartender—honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. He was friendly, attentive, and really knew the menu well. At one point I even joked that “Geoff” must be his fancy alter ego because he handled everything so effortlessly. Great service, great food, great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be looking for Jeff at the bar!

A great place to come relax and eat amazing food. Today my wife and I shared a Montecristo. It’s incredible.The fries were spectacular and the service was fantastic. Definitely recommend to everyone, especially those burger lovers. This place had the best burgers in Tampa.

A week or so ago, I had table service and Julian was our server. He gave us plenty of time, provided amazing service, the food was served nice and hot and the food tasted fresh. Today when I visited to place my order and pick it up, Santiago greeted me and took my order. He was kind and friendly, double checked my order and provided great customer service. He made sure everything was in the bag and that we had condiments as well. I love coming to Ford's Garage because the food is great and the service is amazing. We've had amazing service sitting at the bar, at a table or when picking up our order. See you soon. The ribs were great! We only wish the Mac & Cheese was piping hot.

Ford's Garage always delivers a great experience and meal! The brew-pub style menu is solid, offering strong examples of American fare alongside a long tap list. The service is also always great, including our last visit where Tyler made sure everything was just right with a great attitude! Plus, the theming is just fun and everyone should honk the horn (ayyuuuuga!) before they go. Swing by for a pit stop sometime, you won't be disappointed!

Our server Jeff was hilarious and super attentive. He kept us laughing and gave great service. Even though he was rooting for Buffalo and we’re Tampa Bay fans, he still took great care of us. One of the most fun service experiences we’ve had!

Recently I was there with my family. We were seated pretty fast and our server was Connor if I remember correctly. Food was pretty good actually, drinks were perfect. The service was good, he was chacking up on us and met our needs. We'll be back for sure.

Ford’s Garage in Westchase is hands down one of the best places to grab a great burger and enjoy a fun atmosphere. The food is always excellent, the restaurant is clean, and the service is consistently on point. A big reason for that is the manager, Mark Vergara. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in running a great restaurant. He’s always attentive to guests, supports his staff, and makes sure everything runs smoothly even when the place is busy. That kind of leadership really shows in the overall experience. If you’re looking for great food, great service, and a place that’s clearly well managed, this Ford’s Garage location is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommend.

She knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out perfectly. Jackie checked on us at just the right times, kept our drinks filled, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly elevated our entire meal. If you’re dining at Ford’s Garage, definitely ask for Jackie — she’s the best! The restaurant was spotless, and the staff was friendly, creating a welcoming environment from the moment I arrived. The meal started on a rough note with the loaded kettle chips. The toppings—cheese, bacon, and seasoning—packed great flavor, but the chips themselves were disappointingly stale. Thankfully, the rest of the meal redeemed the experience. The brisket was tender and flavorful, and the burger was cooked to perfection, juicy and satisfying. Every bite after the appetizer hit the mark. The cherry on top? A spontaneous car show in the parking lot featuring Mustangs, GT500s, and Raptors. It was an awesome, unexpected treat for any Ford enthusiast. Having just moved back to Tampa, I wanted to try a new place. I found Fords garage online and it looked interesting. Upon arriving, the outside decor has pumps, and old car and gas pump door handles. Very cool. When entering, they have more old school cars and engines around. The decor is really neat. They have a huge bar area and tons of taps on the wall. We sat and ordered a French onion burger, pulled pork sandwich and fried fish. We had an appetizer of onion rings that came on a car funnel. The food was very good. Very high end bar food. I will definitely come back to this place and if you're in the area and looking for a fun dining experience with the kids or just the old ball and chain, come check out Fords Garage!

This place is normally awesome but our last experience was kind of wild… Made a reservation for the same night for our large family. They confirmed the location and date with us before we left the call. Showed up, couldn’t find our reservation, we literally have the call receipts to prove we had called. Whatever I guess. I think our waitress was a little lost. Me and my husband have both worked in restaurants, and have never actively seen a waitress literally argue with the guest over not liking something. She constantly mentioned she forgot her glasses and couldn’t see. She had no name on her shirt where the other employees did. One person at our table asked for a plain burger, just meat and lettuce, but the waitress kept insisting it was a cheese burger. She couldn’t have cheese. Another member (the one paying, mind you) only ordered an app, did not like the sauce it came with, and after the waitress kept insisting it was Sirracha (it was literally black on the plate) “we can bring you it if you want to prove it’s siraccha” instead of… just remaking the meal without the sauce. It doesn’t matter who was wrong or what the sauce was, if they didn’t like it there was clearly some miscommunication and it should have just been fixed. Instead the head of the table just didn’t get to eat. At all. They did remake the burger at least, after she argued with us that it was our fault. We don’t care whose fault it is… we just want the food correct. Mistakes happen but why make this such a scene? To be fair, she didn’t forget anything (except her book to take the order), and clearly had some skills, but she couldn’t handle the large party and the fact she literally got upset and argued about something not being liked is really what blew my mind. This was supposed to be a birthday celebration, instead it felt like we were on an episode of punked. Luckily the food and drinks other than those came out good, and we have other great experiences from here.

Stopped for dinner on May 6, 2025 and ordered the chicken tenders. Tenders arrived with the breading falling off so the manager agreed to replace several of them. I was then served RAW CHICKEN!!! I bit into one and something didn't seem right, so I cut into them and the inside was cold and RAW (see pic). It appears the Kitchen doesn't care what they are serving and it made me wonder what else may be not being served correctly. I lost my appetite and almost threw up at my table. This is totally unacceptable and not only that, dangerous to be exposed to possible Salmonella or Campylobacter which could cause severe illness or even death. The manager took my food off the tab (left my companion's meal on the ticket) and offered me a pretzel stick coupon. No thanks! I must also say, about a year and a half ago I was served a RAW MEAT hamburger here (see pic from that visit). I never thought I'd have a SECOND EXPOSURE to raw meat at the same restaurant! Please be careful when you eat here!

The night started off right away horrible. Once we since sat down, our waitress Jennifer asked us how we we're paying. We were a group of 6-7 but I've never once have been asked 5 seconds into sitting down about the bill, it made us feel super uncomfortable. I know she was probably trying to be efficient but in the end, it made us the customer feel super uncomfortable. Then, she brought us our appetizer but no side plates in order for us to eat with, so crumbs and sauces were getting everywhere, we had to use our cloth to cover up the crumbs. We asked a waitress who passed by for some and she said she would bring them and never did. Then our food took almost an hour to come out (it was not that busy, we went around 7 PM). Our food arrived cold, and the steaks that were ordered had too much pepper, I love spicy food and could naturally see if something is super spicy or mild, and I tasted the other person's steak who initially ordered it and it had A LOT of pepper, more than average. Jennifer the waitress checked up on us a total of 3 times (we counted) and that was about it. It truly sucks because this was two people from our group's first time coming here and we really wanted them to love it. The times we've came here, it has always been great and the food and service were great but since then- it has gone down hill. I forgot to add that at the end when we went to pay the bill, the waitress took our cards without showing us our total, not a receipt in site either. Once again, she was probably trying to be effienct but the times we have came here - they give us the check and we place the card inside and then returned with where we can add the tip. Not just taking our cards without even seeing what our total was. We felt that the waitress did not take into consideration us as at all and was trying to be more efficient than actually caring about how we felt/treating us like customers.
