We've been there today 23th November. They had a 2 for 1 welcome deal going. We're from Germany and this kind of fast food chain is missing in Germany. The staff was nice, quick and the food tastes great. I mean this is like Chipotle on steroids. At least for me. You can choose between Poke Bowl, Poke Roll (like a big Sushi Roll, Salat and Noodles. The possibilities are endless. Gonna be there everyday until the end of your stay in Tampa.

This is by far my favorite poke in the area! Everything is always fresh, flavorful, and they have an amazing assortment of toppings, sauces, and extras. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Don’t forget to grab a Hawaiian Sun drink to go with your meal!

YES! This Poke Works!! (See what I did there?) But seriously folks... I loaded a rice bowl with spicy tuna, edamame, pineapple, surimi, seaweed salad, sweet corn, plus some sweet shoyu and my mouth is on fire in the best way. The spicy tuna with the sweet sauce made for a delectable combo, only to be piled high with vegg and other goodies. Matthew made a mean bowl full of flavor and I can't wait to return for a new combo.

A great visit and will definitely be back! Poke is one of my favorite cuisines, I hadn’t been to this location before but it was really nice! We went on a Sunday after church and I always expect places to be super busy around that time but it was really just our group and another smaller group of people. Angel was super kind and thorough with helping each of us in a very efficient way. He was very patient and even helped guide some of the people with us who’ve never been in to a poke place before. You can tell he is a hard worker! Food was fresh and delicious, perfect portions. Definitely recommend! :)

Forgot to snap a picture, I ate the bowl so quick. This is by far the best poke place I've been to in the area. Less costly than most, yet rivals for good tasting ingredients. I walked in at 4:15 to order and eat in, and left at 4:27. The service is incredibly hospitable and quick. 100% recommended. Ashley was helpful and she made me feel comfortable about ordering raw fish. Javier makes the drinks every morning and they taste amazing. For the reviews that claim they had food poisoning or stomach issues after eating here: remember you're eating raw meat. There is always an inherited risk, regardless of however many precautions are taken. Please keep that in mind; one bad experience doesn't mean everyone will have a bad experience.

Excellent poke!!! Best in town. The portions are filling and the quality superb and fresh. The bowls are so delicious and refreshingly flavorful and new. The team is exceptionally courteous and helpful. When the items I ordered for pickup were not available, they immediately called me and I was able to make satisfactory changes. I was very impressed with the quality of the customer service. It’s my only go to poke place in Temple Terrace!!!

I recently visited Pokeworks in Tampa and I have to say, I was impressed! As someone who loves poke bowls, I was excited to try out this popular fast-casual chain, and it did not disappoint. The restaurant itself is clean and modern, with a spacious seating area and friendly staff. I appreciated the variety of options available - there were plenty of pre-designed poke bowls to choose from, but I also loved being able to build my own bowl with the ingredients I wanted. The fish was fresh and flavorful, and there were plenty of toppings to choose from, including avocado, edamame, and seaweed salad. I also appreciated that there were vegan options available, which is great for those with dietary restrictions. One of my favorite things about Pokeworks was the quality of the ingredients. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, and the portion sizes were generous. I also loved that the restaurant offered other dishes besides poke bowls, like sushi burritos and salads, which gave me more variety to choose from. I'm beyond grateful for Angie and Javier's great energy and customer service, and very impressed by their training. Overall, I would definitely recommend Pokeworks to anyone who loves poke bowls or is looking for a healthy and delicious meal. The quality of the food, variety of options, and friendly service make it a great choice for a quick lunch or casual dinner. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes!

The food here is delicious and bowls are very customizable. I don't usually like to acknowledge anyone in particular because I feel people should just do their job, but the guy working yesterday (5/5) around noon was one of the best interactions I've had at a restaurant. Dude was so helpful and efficient. I'm pretty sure he was the only one working during a Friday lunch rush and he handled it like a boss. So yeah, management probably sucks here or maybe they knew he's got it under control.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pokeworks, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience! The food was top-notch, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff, Angie and Javier, was attentive and friendly, and they made sure that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

I came in to Pokeworks today for a “poke your way” bowl. While the ingredients were great I was disappointed in the insane price I paid for the extremely inadequate amount of protein/food I received. I paid $15 for my meal and the bowl was not even halfway full.

I go here occasionally for lunch and it's been good every time except this one time this past Saturday around 3pm. They were out of more than half of the protein options. When the guy who was working was making the bowl, he literally scooped like 3 small cubes of spicy tuna and 3 small cubes of salmon and thought it was fine. I tried to communicate to him that every other time I come, they give me full scoops. He argued back that it's what they always give out, then argued that it balances it out with the veggies. I understand that some places try to be skimpy with the protein, but this guy was next level skimpy. All the while, he's not even making eye contact with me the whole time he's talking to me. I didn't even want the food anymore and walked out. This poke place is usually great, but this one experience kind of ruined the place completely for me.

Flavors are great, rice is cooked nicely. The amount of protein you get in a $17 bowl currently is hilarious. I paid for 2 proteins and id be shocked if there's an ounce of each. It has become much less. I understand we are all dealing with inflation, but cheapening your product isn't the way to do it. And to give me about a $1 in fish, $1 in veggies and maybe $.50 of rice isn't worth anywhere near that price. Too many good poke bowl places in town. Won't be back. The 2 starts are because of the good quality of what little food I did receive

I ordered food for 26 people and received such a small quantity, it was embarrassing. After delivery tip and the total, I paid over $500.00 and had to order more food from somewhere else. I was told the “normal” portion size is 2 ounces of meat per person. This is unacceptable.

I'm extremely disappointed in this place. I don't normally leave bad reviews but what I received for food was not edible. First off the portion was smaller than normal, which was no biggie, because I thought the quality should be the important factor. After my first bite, I immediately wanted to scream since I was so hungry. The rice was hard as a rock and not edible. The fish was fishy. The toppings were non-existent. Total waste of money. I called to tell them nicely not to serve the rice since it's not edible. But no one picked up so here I am leaving this review and still hungry.
