Hopefully i spelled this right.... Zamyla at the window was very friendly and helpful didn't argue when I mentioned food was missing. She just got it taken care of. She's the main reason I go to this store!! Always friendly and a smile on her face.

It was very good the messed up my order. We were in a hurry so I couldn’t really check if they gave me a chicken grilled cheese, but instead I got beef grilled cheese burrito. Not a big deal!! Thanks Taco Bell.

Google maps says this taco bell location closes at 2am and their sign on the door says 3am. However, when I arrived at 1:45am at the drive thru, no one was taking my order. I pulled up to the window because I thought maybe their mic wasn’t working. But, when I pulled up, I was faced with attitude telling me it was closed. They should update their hours on google maps and their door.

When ordering ahead to pick up at a later time in the app the food is always cold as if they made it at the time the order was placed instead of the pickup time. I recently placed an order to pick up in store and the door was locked when I arrived (7:40pm). There is no sign to indicate the in store vs drive through hours. I don't like to use the drive though but there was no option to cancel my order in the app. If the restaurant is not open then the app should not allow in store pickup to be selected. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Messed up my order in the drive though-handed me my correct receipt but completely different food. Why didn’t they even check??Came back in to explain. They Insisted that I give back the food I took a bite of by accident. Are you reusing it?? The manager came back and said, “here is your beefy 5 layer.” No apology. The Beefy 5 layer had no beef. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. That same man gave me a drink once with no straw. Whoever the manager is, I urge you to change your habits, your attitude, and enforce better procedures that would keep this same thing from happening over and over again. If not, I would appreciate it if you left.

This is the worst taco bell we have ever been to..got home and the food was terrible and tasted stale we ordered extra cheese and sour cream on some items and didn't get that..spent almost 40.00 for shitty food..we will never go to this taco bell again and I suggest you don't either..very disappointed..

They round your charge up to the next dollar amount without permission. Make sure you check your receipt.

The food is fresh and good. But frequently either they mix up the order with someone else's order or mess up the customized order done through the app. In the most recent experience I had order Black Bean burritos and it clearly says no beef on the receipt too. But when I got home, both my burritos had beef in it. I went back to store and requested to talk to the manager. When I asked the manager about this frequent issues with my order he just ignored me talking to him about the situation and was like what was the order and he took the burrito I took with me to show them. Once he returned with the new order, I repeated myself about the situation and he replied to that by saying oh I am not here all the time. And further added we move too fast so mix ups happen. I was so amazed by his response. I mean he acted as if they were doing a favor by making us a new order. And during the whole conversation he was never sorry about their mistake. I don't know how to explain them what it feels like consuming meat product if are a vegetarian. I hope the franchisee take proper actions regarding such issues. I am attaching the receipt in the photos if they need information regarding it.

The Worst Experience Ever. I placed on Order for Drivers -Thru and when I reached the Store there were 3 cars ahead of me and they did not move for like 30 minutes. I had to wait in the Drive-Thru line for 30 mins and not one car moved forward and I thought I would just go in the Store but the Doors were locked even though there were customers inside the Doors were locked and there is no way to Cancel my Order in the App so I had to leave with the Store without the Food and without the money which I already Paid. The Worst Tavo-bell Store . Will never Visit Again.

I asked for 3 sides of shredded cheese and paid $.60 piece and all three barely had any cheese. The two black girls were extremely unprofessional and very rude! My food was not even warm like it was sitting there for 45 minutes ( the duration of waiting for my food). And for some reason both rest rooms were locked with no occupency so my family and I could not wash our hands. If you don't mind rude, careless people making your food,then you will greatly enjoy this taco bell. If I could give negative starts on food, service and atmosphere I would!!!!!

I came in to place an order at 10:30 am I wasn’t acknowledged by the employees sitting in the lobby on their phones nor the employees behind the counter the employees on their phones decided to acknowledge me as I proceeded to walk out the door if none of them wanted to be at work they should quit or should have stayed home with their rudeness and unprofessionalism

Idk how you can look me dead in the face after I give my order, and still get the order wrong. They just threw random tacos in a bag after I got the chalupa meal. Absolutely disgusting place.
