Taqueria La Mexicana

Took a little while to get our tacos so I was wondering if they were just inventing the tacos back there. But the wait was well worth it, I went back home listening to peso pluma and appreciating Mexican culture more because of these tacos. 5/5 easily.

Top 3 Mexican food in Tampa. Delicious food, prices are solid. I highly recommend their lengua (cow tongue) or asada (steak). The al pastor chicken is sometimes too dry but still flavorful. This place never disappoints when I'm craving some nice mexican.

Fresh and Delicious tacos. Very reasonable pricing and simple menu. They even had a small hut for seating. Located behind a mobil gas station. Shrimp taco’s were amazing. They’re the best shrimp tacos i ever had for 3.5$ each. They’re open late.

The best taco al pastor and if you are hungry better, the combination of spicy marinade quality of the meat, the freshness of the ingredients such as onion, cilantro and pineapple, and the texture of the tortilla. Recommended 100%

By far a hidden gem! This food truck is tucked behind a gas station and I am so glad to have came across it. Authentic Mexican food from amazing tacos de lengua to made just right horchata...will always be my go to all the way from Chicago!

Great Carne Asada Tacos! Service is fast and friendly. I would eat here 24/7! The Tortas is amazing as well. Fresh authentic and never a disappointment when visiting!! ❤

Very Delicious Traditional street tacos the only downfall is sitting area is under the metal awning and very hot. It can use a ceiling fan.

Awesome tortas ! Tacos were okay. The lady was such a sweetheart, awesome service. The only problem is parking your car. The place is so famous that it will take you time to find car parking. There is place to sit and enjoy your food but when it's crowded then you won't get it.

Small food truck that was real busy during lunch, which is be rally a great sign. The food portions were large and the ingrown eta were tasty. We ordered two al pastor burritos, and neither of us could finish them, so bring your appetite.

Good Mexican food truck. I had tacos and quesadilla here and all were good. It has a minimum but shaded dining area with three tables and benches.

I ordered eight tacos. I told him not to put onions. I’m allergic to onions and they still did it. I had to throw the whole food away because I’m allergic to onions. I can’t stand when people don’t listen. I pay almost $40 and all that went down the drain. I won’t stop here again.

I have been coming to this place since 2019 I don’t know what stick was stuck up her butt today but holding my food after I give you money because you have an attitude is not OK. I came here two days ago and paid $12 for four tacos I came a day before that and paid $12 for four tacos. Now it’s Saturday and all of a sudden it goes up one dollar and I’m telling her I just came here. When did the price go up instead of having a conversation? She handed me my money back and tries to ignore me. I’m allowed to ask a question when it pertains to my money. Then after she wants to act like she doesn’t speak English for you, I speak Spanish. I don’t even like leaving reviews, but this was the last straw prices can go up, but they need to stay up not when you feel like it in depending on the customer. You can hear her say no when I ask for an extra sauce as well. Very rude
