Nice and friendly waitress, good food but kitchen misplaced our desert to another table who ordered after us. After waitress reordered out dessert, the duty manager did give us a couple gift cards with a reccomendation to pay part of that meal with them. So even with that bump in the experience, we still left as Happy Campers and I will be back. Something to keep in mind, the true way to measure Customer Service is not so much when things go right, that's easy after all, but how they respond when something goes wrong. If they accept the mistake, take prompt appropriate actions to correct the issue and go beyond a little (in this case pay for part of my meal) to make up for your inconvenience, that's Excellent Customer Service. Like I said , I will be back in the future for that reason.

Came here with my mom for lunch, we both ordered the 3 for $10. Amazingly fair pricing and delicious food. Barely had to wait for our food, server was a kind delight, and the cooks were definitely on top of their game. Will 100% be coming back for more GREAT food and GREAT service!

Food was great, it's been years....the star of the visit was our server Rachel. Everything about her was attentive. All smiles and definitely 10 stars.

The stars must've aligned when my wife and I came because the service was phenomenal. We sat at the bar where our waitress quickly asked for our drinks and appetizers. Within no more than 2 minutes, drinks and appetizers were out, and within 10 minutes, our entrees came out, too! We paid and were on our way in about 40 minutes.

What can I say? This Chilis is always hoping and is just the best. We always leave happy, full and ready to party. The staff seems very happy, healthy and just all smiles. Our food quality has always been outstanding. We love coming here and the price is always right. 10/10 great every time. Update, still great and Nikki and Alex are great waitresses they make everytime we come in to dine a wonderfully friendly experience and they both give 110%.

Haven't had a burger for a long time, so hit Chili's as I heard they had $10 burgers. Had to oder a combo for that so nope (I had already ordered a non alcoholic beer). Alex's burger sounded good and it WAS! But very messy with jalapeños, really good 👍🏻 service was good but HATED the self checkout at the table. No real atmosphere but that's not important to me.

Weak cocktails and wedding reception music and the app sampler including mozzarella sticks bigger than my head ALWAYS hits just right!!!

This restaurant is wonderful!! I am visiting this place frequently for over a year now. Last month I had a bad experience, the restaurant was not clean, sticky tables and even some dark residuals in the water. I have spoken to a lady manager Izza and ever since then everything is shining. She was listening very carefully to my complaints and she have changed everything in good. Restaurant is very clean now, water is clear and the server i have had today - Lori, is by far the best server i have ever had in a Chilli's or Dennis restaurant! She was very knowledgeable about the food, very helpful and attentive with all the customers! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Honestly the main reason I’m writing this review is due to the amazing service from our server Nikki. My husband and I have been to this chilis a good amount of times and we’ve never had bad experiences here, but they’ve always been average experiences. Nikki really made this chilis experience definitely above average for us. It was a busy Friday night and you wouldn’t be able to really tell because she checked on us so much, ensured us they were doing their best in the kitchen with how busy it was and really kept us updated on the status of our food, which still came out decently fast. She was working really hard and still had amazing energy with the customers and tables she was serving. Thank you to all the hard workers and truly thank you Nikki for really exceeding our expectations and being so kind.

Took a quick stop after a movie on Sat to get some grub. Wait was only a couple of minutes (table for 1) was nice to get a Salad, burger, fries and drink and a margarita for less than $23.00. The staff was on point, refills were quick and food was hot and on time! Waitress was awesome, she was very kind and energetic. Floor manager (I'm guessing grey shirt) was also engaged. Will be back for sure. 😊

I wanted to take the time to say that I have had only positive experiences at this Chilli's. The staff are always courteous and the facilities are always clean when I am there. A testament to the great people that work there is my wife lost her wallet there last night. When I called this morning her wallet was still there and it seems as if everything was untouched. Thanks Chilli's for your integrity! This could have went bad in the wrong hands.

Steak was cooked to medium, as asked. Saturday evening, 8pm wait was about 20 min. Food came sooner than the wait time. Melina was super nice and very sweet. My daughter's fav place, just because of the Texas cheese fries and molten lava cake.

Very friendly service, from the moment we stepped in the door to the time we left. My children enjoy the kids menu, from the cheeseburger bites, personal pizza, and the mac and cheese. The restrooms also have baby changing stations which is very convenient. On slow days they are very accomodating about ensuring the sporting events you want to see are showing. Our waitress was very good about updating us on the status of our order. The food is standard Chili's fare (they did change their menu slightly to focus on traditional fare). Overall great experience!

I have been here many times. I have never really had an issues besides sometimes there is sometimes an hour wait during peak hours. Food is decent, standard Chilli's fare. Service is friendly and attentive for the most part, and your food comes out in a timely manner. Sometimes the silverware is dirty, and the booths could use a better wipe down. Other than that, it's alright.

Class A Saloon, service very good, had not returned for over 4 months. Considered it and black Angus pleased with our choice. Bar Was empty upon arrival, it did fill up as we waited for our food. Good experience.

I've been coming to this location since I was a kid. Sometimes, the service is a little slow, but may be due to being understaffed. Staff are always friendly. Food has been consistent and actually a good deal for families if you order the right things. The 3 for me deal is a great deal, cheaper than fast food these days!

Reviewed on 2018-10-14 This is our second dine in with the family, being the first was on my birthday. We were happy to be seated once and for all by the same waitress. Her name is Stephanie. She made a very good impression the first time and can say the same for this evening. She’s very friendly, professional and always has a smile on her face. Also impressed with her memory and remember exactly the first time we’ve visited. The mix and match trio came with seared steak, shrimp and cut up chicken breast. Everything was tasty except for the chicken which was less flavorful and a little dry. The Caribbean salad came with shrimp, mandarin, dried cranberries, red bell peppers, green onions, cilantro and sliced pineapples. The honey-lime dressing has the right amount of sweetness and acidity. I would recommend to separate the sauce as when the salad was served, the veggies came soft and lost its crisp. The Santa Fe burger was off the hook. The meat was tender and juicy. From the time we ordered the food, we only waited a little over 10 minutes, which I think was done in comparatively little time. I have to say that all the staff in this pub are customer-friendly, inclined to help and make you feel welcome. Kendall, for example, has been very good with our mango drink, which we order to-go almost everyday of the week. We'll sure pay a visit again next time.

Food was good. Renee, our waitress, was wonderful, but the person serving the drinks dropped a full Sprite that went everywhere causing us to move. Accidents happen. But it got on my sweater and girlfriends sweater as well. Making hers rather wet with Sprite. Also when we left 90+ minutes later then puddle of Sprite was still in the floor right behind us. We were offered nothing for the mess and we had to get gfs sweater professional cleaned. Again food good, service good, in fact great, just cleaning up mistakes horrible.

Arrived 15 mins after it opened. The front doors were full of finger prints, like they didn't clean them from the day before. The box on our table to play games &/or pay was filthy. Food was good, especially crispy chicken & fries. Ordered the trio, soda chili & chicken sandwich. Waitress didn't tell me its $1 more to get chili instead of soup. I would of ordered the soup because they chili was just ok. Cocktails were more ice than liquor.

Not what we were expeting, to begin with they were way under staffed, our waitress was all by herself in the entire west side. They must have been understaffed in the kitchen also. It took quite a bit of time before we received our dinner. This was a disappointing experience. We have always had a great experience with The Chilli's Grill & Bar in Otay Ranch San Diego Ca. Hopefully this Management will get this Chili's back up to standards. Until then I won't be back, nor would I recommend patronizing this location.

Usually pretty good, but they are so very forgetful most of the time. I would have to come back for to go forks and recently they forgot the ice cream on my dessert... so if you ever go here make sure to remind them multiple times so they don't forget.

The wait was over 30 mins for just myself which was surprisingly long for a Monday night. I saw at least 15 people walk out as none of us were really told the wait time but instead just "it depends" when any guest asked the hostess how long. They were clearly understaffed so I understand. Food came out right away and I was apologized to for the wait in the lobby. Stephanie the waitress was great, quick service and she handled many things at once. Food was good too.

Staff was great, but did not fully explain the menu, i asked for crispy chicken crispers, but got the original. Whack wad very soggy coating nit fried at all and the chicken was rubbery almost like it was uncooked. But the waitress made it right. Place was clean and staff and customers wore masks and used every other table or booth.

Food was good a Lil to cold for me...service wasn't even close to being ok. We walked in I was the lace wasn't busy more on the empty waitress to long to come back take our order I was trying to her attention but failed to do so. Wasn't even looking my way when we finally did our food took me a long time on top of everything I would like a chicken salad and it comes with quesadilla he was so hard it was so cold I didn't get a new one. Management needs to go and have a meeting with the waitress about customer service and time Management. I won't be going back.

We want to celebrate my husband's 81st birthday and tried to get gift cards with the $10 bonus. It can only done on line. If I do it online, they charge a fee. Why??? .

5 of us to celebrate a birthday at just after the lunch hour. Our booth had a torn seat repaired with tape and most of the padding missing. The menus came to the table and were filthy with grease and food and ? stuck on them. After we got the drinks delivered and food ordered, the food arrived with chicken strips dry and over cooked, a quesadilla that was more like burnt pizza crust and missing the cheese. The chicken was dry and mostly inedible. No condiments in the tables and none were offered once the food arrived. We had to ask for sweetener for the iced teas, salt and pepper for the soup, ketchup and mustard. Dont mind they were removed, but should have been offered. The general cleanliness was far below acceptable measures. Doors were filthy, glass was disgusting, and paint was chipped and peeling. The floors needed a good steam cleaning. The server was nice and they did help us celebrate a birthday in the group, but I don't think any of us will ever go back this location.

Our family loves Chilis and usually go there for special occasions. We’ve never been to this location and it’s a bit smaller than many we’ve been to. It does create a cozier environment, which we did like, but our concern was cleanliness. Wife and kids went to the bathroom and came back with disgusted faces (and using lots of hand sanitizer). Food was good, but chips were not hot and fries seemed to also be a bit old. Everything else was cooked nice and hot. To top it off, however, when paying the bill, the machine to pay on had some weird sticky looking stuff on it too. (See picture). We went early afternoon 3pm-ish, so it wasn’t busy and things should have been clean from the lunch rush, well before dinner.

I was there 3:17 pm the place was almost empty. They have the bar code where you can scan to see the menu but for some people that they don't have their phone with them it is hard to see it. I order 2 plates one of them was the steak I asked for medium will and when they bring the steak it wasn't cooked the way we wanted I have to ask to cook it will then I went to the restroom and they didn't have any paper towels to dry my hand.

I got a table in the bar section, and a young lady whose I believe was my waitress came to us without introduce herself... I asked for a kid menu, and she said that they had them in the host stand... she dropped out the menu and at the same time she picked up our drinks order.. we had to wait for more than 10 minutes until another lady, very attentive btw, realized we were ready (cause our eyes looking for our waitress).. the food was delicious, but the first young lady, showed up for second time when she realized that my cup was empty.. and the last and third time when she came to the table was only to drop the check. I was very disappointed with the service from the bar waitress, but very happy with the food. Thank you.

Service and food ok but when your presented with dirty glasses and dirty and wet plates the best you get is 2 stars. Sorry. Other than that the manager and the waitress were really nice. They changed the channel for us so we could watch the game. The service was prompt and food was decent.

I stopped going to this location and tight I would try it again. All was going well until my food came and it started off with rotten cucumber in my salad, followed by mushy tomatoes....I couldn't take another bite after that. I say if you want a good Chili's experience, spend the time to go to the one off Cal Oaks.

Food was good, server was nice, but they refused to cash out my gift card that had $3 left on it. California law requires that they cash out a gift card below $10, but they blatantly refused. Said that restaurants don’t do that. 🤦‍♀️

My friend ordered fajitas and they were burned to the skillet, even the rice was burned to the skillet. I ordered ribeye medium rare but it came out well done. I like chili's but this particular one was a disappointment.

We heard her shriek her anger to a patron sitting next to us about "paying her helper , who did nothing to help her". Yikes. We paid our bill and tip toed out vowing never to go to that particular location ever again. I felt like curling into a fetal position when I got home. No bueno.😶👈

We ordered, got our food. One of the meals had a clump of hair in it. So disgusting. The manager replaced the meal and comped it, then we got the bill and the meal was double charged. Had to flag the waitress down and get the bill fixed. We won't go back.

They have a buy 50 get a 10 dollar bonus gift card. Our server charged us for the bonus gift cards and failed to use our coupon for dine in. Double check everything before you leave. Food was great and restaurant was clean, but just incompetence on the staff.

This place was an upset! I phoned in a take out order and was put on hold for 15 minutes. My thought was to eat in since I was 5 mins away from arriving to pick it up but only to learn they only do take out on that day. So, I went with my original plan, I placed my order to go. The place wasn't too busy. My food arrived in a timely manner. I got home and opened my dinner and saw there was no chicken on my grilled chicken salad. I was so upset! My cup of chili was so greasy, I soaked some of the grease with a napkin but still greasy. I couldn't eat it. I called to complain and again was placed on hold for a while. I hung up and called back. They offered to start over or a refund. Give me a refund I stated. I won't ever visit that Chili's again!

Andre the busboy is the ONLY reason this review has ANY stars at all. He was friendly, quick, efficient. and very affable. Our waitress (Amanda) doesn't seem understand that appetizers come BERORE the meal and not WITH it. Drinks weren't refilled, and were it not for Andre the busboy, we would have gone completely without any service at all. Really disappointing as we really appreciate the reasonable prices but when the service is bad and the food has to be remade, it's really rather pointless. This is my 2nd (and last time) here. I won't be back nor will I recommend it to anyone. BTW Andre needs a raise AND a promotion. Amanda needs to be retrained. *They finally brought the soup -along with the food. It was cold. I asked for a new bowl (they charged me for but to their credit AFTER I pointed it out adjusted the bill) They forgot to bring the new hot soup until AFTER the meal was over and I had reminded them several times. I honestly have no words other than - great prices, good location, but really bad service completely kills any desire to return or recommend. 😢

Not a lot of ppl when we went in but tables and floor was messy, always a believer that tables should be bus right away and floors should be clean along with it. But we stayed anyways because we had a big party and different folks came from out of town. Long story short, waitress seem overwhelmed, service was decent food was ok. The only thing was my little daughter found hair in her pasta. Gross. Will not be returning.

I wish I could give 0 stars, this 1 star is for the bar back that did all the work pretty much. He brought my son and I our food, brought the drinks (except my beer maybe his age?), I served many restaurants I've worked in 5 star dinning restaurants and mostly upscale restaurants beside the point my servers service was complete trash, worst service I've had in a very long time, and coming from a husband and father with 3 kids we got out once in a while and people tend to give us bad service thinking we wont tip as good because we got 3 kids is what I think? I came to Chili's tonight with just my son, father and son date, was hoping for some good food and a good one on one time with my boy. The best thing out of this meal was my sons kids meal with chicken strips and french fries, he ate almost all of it. Second best thing was my beer. The Spicy shrimp tacos were completely gross shrimp was hard(overcooked ) and cold, the boneless wings taste like they have sat in the freeze for well past the date they should have, also the loaded french fries or whatever were greasier than my hair gel, and could've been made at home. all in all is the service, I careless about the food that is served if I get good service, service is what makes people money. Of course I tipped 20% because I always tip 20% as I previously said that I was a server and lived off tips. Bartender wasn't slammed, she had some time on her hands, after the food came out never got asked how the food was or if anything was wrong, I ate one shrimp taco and left everything else as I obviously didn't like it and something was wrong, never got asked only "do you need a box" I am not looking for handouts or stuff to be taking off my bill as I didn't complain about the food, I have never wrote a review on any restaurant even some of the bad ones but this tops it all off for me, I or my family will definitely not visit any of these chains again. Better off getting food from a B ranked hole in the wall. With that being said, I highly recommend you look at your options before coming here for a date or whatever you decide to do. Big Props to the bar back for taking care of most of the stuff a server should take care of.

Ordered chili to go, got home 15 mins later and as I preceded to take chili out the bag the whole bottom of the container gave out and all the chili ended up in the bag! They put hot gressy chili that could burn or stain in a THIN FLIMSY PAPER CONTAINER that was already showing it coming through the sides as well! However, the cheese and tortilla strips and there was also salsa were in sturdy containers and this just makes no sense especially due to the liability of damage that could have happened if it spilled on me, my clothes or car could have been a bad situation..this is unacceptable and should just be common sense! The manager said it's never happened before and I find that to be a possible because if this is how they pack chili, I KNOW this has happened before! This locations quality and customer service has gone down tremendously over the years and I rarely go anymore because of stuff like this with them. Also, if you order curbside just know and be prepared to go inside to what looks like it's closed and wait for someone to finally come around from hiding only to dryly tell you your food has been getting cold, sitting on the shelf for ONLINE ORDERS...EVEN CURBSIDE that you've been waiting for as instructed! Take that option.OFF if you don't really offer it!

I was extremely disappointed in the service (for pick up) and the food. I am writing this review while experiencing an upset stomach. I ordered a full rack of ribs and was given a half rack of fatty ribs. I guess I should be thankful it was not a full rack of fatty ribs. I asked for no cheese on my sliders, they put cheese. The taste of all the food was horrible 😩. Yes I needed to use an emoji because I have never experienced food and service this horrific. I received my food 45 minutes beyond schedule. They need help and soon.

Chips are $7 beware. Food was good but got charged $7 for chips and salsa that are free in most places or$3-4 for a basket of chips and salsa. I got offered it and did not think I was going to get charged $7 not cool.

Just an absolute disaster of a restaurant. Had to ask for items at the table 4-5x. We waited an hour for our food only to realize it was just sitting in the window the whole time (noted by the extremely hot plates, hot lettuce in salads and cold/chewy chicken) even after we asked how it was looking. Our server fully disappeared. No idea where she went after our food was delivered. No drink refills, no check/bill delivered. We easily could have just walked out and should have as half of the group didn’t even eat- and they didn’t get a box because our server went missing… just a true nightmare. Chilis isn’t nostalgic anymore, it’s nightmare fuel.

I ate burgers at chilis restaurant with my daughter and my wife on Saturday night. All three of us got a severe stomach ache and the food was very bad. When I told the lady serving the food that the food was bad, she didn't pay attention.

Me any my sister came in today to have a sister date and celebrate our success. My sister suffers with anxiety around large crowds and I BEGGED her to put that aside and to embrace everything she’s been practicing in therapy. When we came in I asked to get a table preferably in the back so that she would feel comfortable and won’t have to deal with people looking at her. After making that request we were being STARED AT by ALL THE EMPLOYEES as if we were trying to walk out without paying. We came in respectfully, with the intent to tip well and enjoy our time but instead got discriminated against. Waitress? RUDE. everyone from the cooks to the workers WATCHED US EAT I had to pay and immediately leave due to my sister being uncomfortable, even tried playing a tv show to distract her from the stares. So next time when a BLACK CUSTOMER comes in with a DISABILITY treat them like you would any other paying customer.

This location is awful from the staff to Mangement. Even if the bar area is empty they make you wait to be seated even with 10 or more chairs empty. They never have enough staff , management walks around barking orders yet never lifts a finger to help staff. They serve food with no pride at all. Imagine getting food served in a bathroom stall. This is how my experience has been at this location. The presentation is sloppy never looks like the commercial or menu pics. They take no pride at all. They do a poor job of listening to the customer. The young lady greeter with colored glasses has a smart mouth when a customer voices a concern , seems to not get the fact that customers pay the bill. She has no problem challenging a customers concern. She a very immature young lady. The pregnant female manager isn’t much better she’s jumps the gun without getting the facts. just assume the customer did something wrong without even asking what happened shows very aggressive behavior towards customer again without getting the facts. Seems they have an issue with men voicing there concern as to the level of service they are receiving. Can’t help to think there’s a level or discrimination to people of color at this location. When you call to ask for managers name the employees puts you on terminal hold and hang up. There’s no accountability to the staff or management at this location. The management company just looks at the number never taking to account what’s costing them revenue. Maybe they should consider secret shopper so it makes the staff more accountable to themself and customers. Improve your weak management staff with qualified people who value customers opinions / complaints as a tool to be better improving customer experience. I’m willing to bet they won’t do nothing. Never again will I spend another dollar at any Chili’s.

I recently visited Chili’s with my friends, and unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. The food was stale, overly salty, and tasted far from fresh. To make matters worse, when I politely informed the waiter about the excessive saltiness, they seemed indifferent and made no effort to address our concern. This level of service and food quality was unacceptable, and it ruined our dining experience. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both the food quality and customer service.

Website says this is location is pet friendly. Just left because they had no place for us. The said they would have to disinfect a table on the patio but didn't know how long it would take to clean a table but they still wouldn't be able to take for out. They should not advertise that this loca

I get it's a Chili's and it's not like you can deny service just because someone is on drugs but did yall HAVE to set the table of addicts in a central area? Put them in a corner for goodness sake. The odor was unbearable. I immediately lost my appetite and couldn't stand to be there after two minutes of that disgusting smell. Yall are lucky I was with other people or I would have left. We should have left. Food was bland. Service was ironically almost non existent even though there was a server bumping the damn table every minute. I told the people with me to leave no tip because the girl didn't deserve one but I think the last of us left something. If she did leave one, I hope the busboy stole it because the waitress deserved NOTHING.

The worst Chili's I have ever been to. Staff is very rude, disrespectful, dismissive, and unprofessional. The manager Dani is even worse which is probably why the staff acts the way they do. Way to make Chili's look bad 👍

The food was okay overall, but definitely not the best. The steak was chewy and had quite a bit of fat, although the mashed potatoes and green beans were good. The chips were a little salty, but still enjoyable. Service time was surprisingly quick, which I appreciated. My chips and salsa (with water) was given to me extremely fast after ordering. Unfortunately, the alcohol drinks I had were a major letdown. I tried the new margarita freeze with strawberry, which just wasn’t my type, and the Deep Eddy Strawberry Lemonade, which I usually love, was so extremely sour, it was almost unbearable. I couldn’t even finish either. Cleanliness was also very disappointing. My seat, table, and menus were sticky, and my knife wasn’t clean nor ‘polished. On top of that, the restroom was in terrible condition.’ The smell was bad, surfaces didn’t look wiped down, the toilet seats had residue on them, and there was toilet paper hanging off the stalls. I actually ended up getting sick after my meal, which I’ve never experienced at any other restaurant. I usually tip 25–30%, but because of this experience I only left 20%. That said, I want to note that my server Isabella did a great job. She was very fast, efficient, and friendly, and none of this was her fault. She handled her role very well despite the circumstances. I work in the restaurant industry myself, so I understand things aren’t always perfect, but this was unfortunately the worst experience I’ve had dining out…

Ordered Nachos to go with guacamole and no sour cream. What we got was six chips smashed in a container with sour cream and no guacamole. Super dissatisfied with this order.
