We really enjoy snowys. This was and icy. Looks really good but once you finish the ice cream topping and the fruit, it’s not very flavorful. The noise level is too much.

Great tasting products. However, they ran out of egg waffle on a Saturday at 4pm. Unacceptable. Setting up a system to execute routine cleaning would be appreciated as the dining room is a little messy.

Nice to ice desert to stop by after lunch, haha, even if we were already full from lunch. Saved ice is great of sharing, it’s quite sweet. Don’t try to eat one by yourself. Update: Visit on Saturday afternoon. Ordering process was uneventful, however the store was grossly understaffed. Order monitor was useless, it never got updated. Order pickup area is a chaotic disaster. Waiting 35 minutes for our order. Very disappointed. I had to downgrade my rating.

Been here multiple times but the wait time always frustrates me. It takes at least 20-30mins to get your drinks/ desserts after ordering at the kiosks. Good thing that they added another kiosks now, so instead of two they now have three. The tables are not the cleanest as they do not assign anyone to clean them after customer visits so you pretty much have to grab some tissue and clean it yourself. Today we ordered Pudding mochi shaved ice and it comes with plenty of mochi, one pudding, one almond pudding, and few other toppings. The shaved ice was pretty good and def a go to if you are a sweet tooth like me! Though my shaved ice did have a big "unshaved" ice cube in it :( but in my opinion, I prefer the mango shaved ice more (hopefully they can make it year long instead of seasonal). Their drinks are more on the average side.. bobas are not sweet enough for me but if you prefer less sweet than it's the kind for you, taro paste is definetly fresh taro but again not sweet enough for me. Overall, okay atmosphere to hang out with groups. Can get really loud inside when it gets busy and crowded. Hope they can improve the wait times and cleanliness but def come here for the desserts tho.

I don't understand how a brand like meet fresh can be so poorly managed. Each time I visit, the tables are filthy, sticky and not cleaned regularly. We sat here for 40 min and not one staff member left the prep area to attend the tables. Despite this, it still takes 20+ minutes for your order to be ready and it's not even busy. And no, it's not my job to notify staff if it's dirty. Hire more help.

Had egg waffles here before, especially the original. normally it is good but today it was no flavor, no sweetness. went to ask what was wrong and was dismissed right away from the employee working at the time. I had the employee taste it as well and they said that nothing was wrong. no change waffle or anything.

The collab item was not delivered, which is the entire point of my visit. Consider firing one of the morning staff on Saturday, not the best attitude and didn't even try. I can tell she does not want to work here, why bother? The food is just mediocre and overpriced, plus the almost 20 minutes wait time when no one is in the shop is just unacceptable. Will not visit the place again and do not recommend until something is done about the staff.

Pulled up for Nikke event. Got robbed/scammed off the sticker sheet which I paid 6 dollars for only to be told by a worker that they ran OUT. This worker told me the sticker sheet ran out AFTER getting my order ready AND throwing away my receipt. After that the worker went along to process orders without paying no attention to me. No refund nothing at all. Sucks because everything else was fine.

I ordered three orders of sesame rice balls (each order has two), but I only got one order in the bag. I tried calling the store, but no one answered. I also saw another review with the same problem, so I guess it’s really happening. I took photos right away as proof. Pretty disappointing.

I ordered via app and had someone pick it up. When I received my order I was missing a whole dessert with add ons. I tried to call twice that night and no one picked up the phone. Tried to call again in the morning and no one picked up. I’ve now been emailing them back and forth for a week with no resolution. Finally, they told me they won’t refund me for the missing item because I didn’t provide a picture. How can I provide a photo of something I never received?! Definitely won’t be going here again.

I grabbed the drinks from the counter. The girl working behind the counter looked like she didn’t even want to address me. So I waited and she finally came and said this is your order. I had to ask for half and half and she gave me attitude. They made my drink wrong and the store wasn’t even busy. I love meet fresh but man you need to hire people who wants to work with some decent customer service skills.

Very upset with Meet Fresh. We ordered Q Mochi and specifically asked for no toasted coconut during our order because my daughter has nut allergies. When we picked up, I verified with them once again that there was no toasted coconut. The girl who made it and who my daughter initially spoke to about her allergy said no. When we arrived home, there was toasted coconut on top. My daughter almost took a bite. I tried calling them back but apparently their phone is not set up for calls. It’s unacceptable and their employees should take people’s allergies more seriously. It can be life and death for some people.
