Used to eat here weekly when I worked close by. It was the best. Now I eat at another Bush's location which I love. I was in the area so stopped at this location. I ordered a 2 tender meal to go with okra and unsweet ice tea. The girl waiting on me was not friendly. She acted put out to wait on me. Told me I would have to wait 5-10 mins for okra and gave me my tea. I sat down and took a sip of tea. It was sweet tea so I went back to the counter to get the unsweet tea I ordered. Again, she acted aggravated. I was considerate the entire time. When she finally brought my food to me, she put it on the table and walked away without a word. I do realize it was a 2 tender meal but the location I normally go to always adds another tender and sometimes two. Matter fact, this location used to regularly. I had two small tenders. Very disappointed in this location. The staff at the other Bush's location are super friendly and polite. I blame it on the manager(s). There are a lot of complaints here about customer service in the reviews. A good manager would have fixed this issue a long time ago. Glad there are other Bush's locations because I won't be coming back to this one.

Messed up.2 orders after it was repeated twice. NO SIDE IN ONE, tenders were bits and pieces and one drink was not what I ordered. Even said not to mess up the order like a hamburger place that doesn't get it right! Will another bushes but done with this one.

Today is June 21. We went through the drive-through at straight up 12 noon. We had to wait for gizzards. Which I never have a problem waiting for food as long as I get what I ordered. I have no issues with that absolutely at all I was told by the general manager who took the order that it would be six minutes for them to drop some gizzards. I’m like OK no problem. So we waited and waited. Six minutes. Turn into almost 20 minutes. My wife went inside, and whoever was working back in the kitchen was very unprofessional, not courteous and not what Customer Service should be when she interacted with my wife regarding our order and why it was taking so long. We as customers understand issues and things happen. But when you interact with customers, learn how to be tactful and polite because Customers who frequent this business are providing you with a way to make a living by patronizing bushes chicken. Either change your job, possibly something where you don’t have to interact with people I never had issues with the quality of the food and usually the customer service is pretty decent and even an exceptional employee every now and then but this lady brought the house down with Customer Service and makes your business look bad

The chicken tenders are dry, family size sides are too small , reduce your prices , until you improve the quality of your chicken, especially the tenders. The best thing you have is bread and sweet tea. PLEASE Stop over cooking the tenderness, and the chicken. The tenders are dry , hard, way over cooked.

Went to bush's on 31st for tender Tuesday got home open the box there 1 tender and the rest was bit and pieces like the crunches out of deep fryer called told they're having chicken problems they told me I believe I won't be back I'll make sure I tell all friends about this I'm a senior citizen this bullshit

I went to Bushs Chicken yesterday and one of the young ladies serviced another car before mine and I was there first. The attitudes of the workers were horrible and the gizzards were overcooked. This is the worst service I have ever received from a restaurant!

The Bush's chicken on S. 31st was ridiculous. The chicken was stale and not much of it. The corn nuggets were a really small amount for a family order, also stale and cool to the touch. Even the gravy was super watery. The management here is really skimping to try to save on food costs. I won't be back and won't recommend it to anyone else.

Normally, Bush’s has wonderful & kind staff but the server’s & manager working this afternoon had the worst attitude I have ever witnessed! I ordered a 10 piece family meal, only to wait for them to tell me it’ll be half an hour before more chicken is ready. Not wanting to wait, I asked for a refund which inadvertently pissed off the female manager in the black polo who got the refund & threw the bird at me as she walked away. I’ll wait til this Bush’s gets better, more mannered staff before returning.

What's wrong Bush's? I used to like everything about the brand but now service has gone downhill. When a guest asks politely to have their meal cooked to order that doesn't mean drop the old livers into the oil and recook them. I know the employees work hard but what about customer satisfaction. The same thing happened to me last week. Asked for fresh fries, the fries were cold. Wanted a sweet tea and received unsweetened. If I return to this establishment I believe I'll only order tea because they can't mess that up.
