You cannot go wrong with Ono Hawaiian BBQ. I was fortunate to come here last night for an event. There parking in the back where it was free since there was no guard rail but if there is then Ono Hawaiian validate. At this event we were given the rice, lava shrimp, macaroni and chicken. My favorite was the lava shrimp and macaroni. Inside of this place isn't that big so I think it's mostly meant for take out. The employees here are very nice and will make sure you're having a good experience.

Exellent fried white fish with rice. Fish was crunchy outside and juicy inside. Best fried fish ever eaten. Pick 1 had big portions. Very filling

My favorite Hawaiian fast food chain. I love their macaroni salad and chicken katsu. I usually order their family meal which is shown in the picture. Highly recommend.

Ever since we visited Hawaii a couple years ago, I've been craving Hawaiian styled food. I saw Ono in passing one day, and finally was able to give it a try on Friday. I was not disappointed at all! I got the chicken katsu plate with two sides of rice and two sides of steamed veggies (I substituted the macaroni salad for more veggies). The food was fantastic. My only thing to remember for next time is instead of substituting for two sides of veggies, to do an extra side of rice instead because I definitely didn't need all that cabbage haha

Very GOOD!! Chicken was perfectly cooked to a golden brown and the texture was great. Inside juicy and outside crispy to the bite. Awesome!! We also had Spam musubi's and a bbq chicken musubi. Which were super good!! Rice to meat ratio was on point and everything was very tasty.

Very good food at a reasonable price for the portions. The Chicken Katsu is a family favorite and easily feeds two people.

I really enjoyed the cashier taking my order. She has a bubbly attitude and you can see she really enjoys explaining to people the food options and has a good sense of humor. Now food is one of my favorites and my cashier encouraged me to try the new Lava Shrimp so I’m taking her word for it before it sells out by her recommendation.

Surprisingly affordable because you can have an entree with several sides below $10. This place seems to be a late arrival in the Hawaiian BBQ craze of yesteryear, but to be fair, it doesn't come off as trying to sell you Hawaiian dishes as a novelty. Try the dishes because they are visually enticing, affordably priced, and refreshingly different at least as far as the food offerings on this strip by the subway is concerned.

The price is very reasonable. Love their seafood options especially shrimp!! Efficient service. Free parking structure nearby.

Also, the sauce dispenser was gross so I asked the cashier for a prepackaged one. He said no because they were for online orders. So I told him that it’s gross over there and he still didn’t care. He didn’t even go clean it . So I paid $14 for my food and was refused for a sauce. To be honest the food was gross . Chicken had a weird taste . And there were lots of chewy parts . Won’t be eating there again.

Also what’s this infant size serving of rice, I know inflation but at $14 a meal I atleast want rice and more than 1 piece of broccoli.
