A Must-Visit in Houston! 5-Star Experience All Around My first time in Houston led me to Fleming's, and I'm so glad it did. Despite not having a reservation, Blake went above and beyond to accommodate us, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The service was absolutely top-notch. Gabe and Jeremiah were exceptional, attentive, and ensured our every need was met throughout the night. The food was incredible. The corn brûlée was an unexpected delight-a dish I've never tasted before and will be dreaming about for a while. My Tomahawk steak was cooked to a perfect medium-well, juicy and full of flavor. To top it all off, the crème brûlée dessert was out of this world. The ambiance is perfect for a special occasion or a fancy night out. The entire staff was kind and provided fantastic customer service. I highly recommend Fleming's 10/10!

For our anniversary, my wife and I were in search of a classy, upscale steakhouse in The Woodlands, and we decided to give Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar a try. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that we had chosen the right place to mark this special occasion. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by the hostess, who inquired if we were celebrating something special. After sharing that it was our anniversary, she congratulated us and guided us to our table. The ambiance at Fleming’s set the tone for an unforgettable evening—soft lighting, a tranquil atmosphere, and a romantic vibe that made the experience even more intimate. What truly set this visit apart was the personal touch the staff added to our celebration. Not long after being seated, our hostess returned with gold confetti to sprinkle on our table and presented my wife with a stunning, freshly cut red rose. To our delight, a waiter soon followed with a personalized anniversary card, with individual, handwritten staff signatures, wishing us a Happy Anniversary. As if that wasn’t enough, another staff member arrived with two complimentary glasses of champagne, elevating the entire experience. The exceptional service continued as we savored our meal. We ordered the steak and salmon, both of which were cooked to perfection. The steak was tender and bursting with flavor, and the salmon was savory and rich. Each bite was a testament to the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the chefs. As the evening came to a close, we were once again pleasantly surprised when we were handed a complimentary box of chocolates to take home—a thoughtful and generous gesture that left a lasting impression. In choosing Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, we had no idea we would be treated like royalty. The staff exemplified professionalism, kindness, and a genuine sense of care that made us feel truly special. The service was outstanding! Neek, our waitress, truly went above and beyond to make my boyfriend's birthday memorable by taking a picture, writing a thoughtful card, and with a little dessert that was homemade chocolate truffles (which were delicious). Fleming’s Steakhouse – A First-Time Experience to Remember! My wife and I visited Fleming’s Steakhouse for the first time on a Tuesday for their Tomahawk special, and let me tell you—they did not disappoint! From start to finish, the guest experience was excellent. Our server, Bobby, was incredibly attentive. Even when our second round of drinks was delayed, he quickly teamed up with Blake, the manager, to personally make our drinks. To top it off, they took care of the second round on the house—now that's top-tier service! As for the food, it was simply outstanding. The Tomahawk steak was one of the best I’ve ever tasted—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The salads were fresh, and the Caesar dressing seemed homemade, which made a big difference. The lobster mac and cheese was rich and indulgent, pairing beautifully with the mashed potatoes. Our drinks, a margarita and a blueberry lemon drop, were well-crafted and complemented the meal nicely. And let’s not forget dessert—just as impressive as the rest of the meal! Every bite was a delight, making the entire experience unforgettable. Fleming’s exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for top-notch service, an incredible steak, and a well-rounded dining experience, this is the place to be!

We made a visit here on Valentine’s Day around 2pm. We had a reservation and were seated shortly after check in. The restaurant was spacious, nicely designed and welcoming. Our waitress shortly approached to take our drink and appetizer order. The complimentary bread and butter was delicious; soft, warm and flavorful. I ordered the caviar service to start and it also did not disappoint. For our entrees we ordered 6oz filet medium and 8oz well done. Both were good however my medium was slightly over cooked. We also ordered Brussels sprouts, mac n cheese, and loaded baked potato. Brussel sprouts were a bit overcooked but everything else was fine. Our experience was pretty good! When comparing it to other steakhouses within their tier, they fell just a little short. We also noticed the inconsistencies with how waitstaff tended to tables. Our waitress was good, however the waiter who served the table next to us, went above and beyond! He really gave 5star service just by his level of attentiveness, desire to serve, and going the extra mile. We noticed the vast difference between the two. But overall, it was a good experience.

The steaks and service were excellent. My frustrations were: 1) The lighting was so dim none of us could see the menus. And the font on the prix fixe menu was far too tiny. We all gave up on the menus and guessed at what we were ordering. 2) The BBQ shrimp was not BBQ as we expected but rather a spicy Cajun sauce. 3) The bread was difficult to slice/pull apart. Way too tough and possibly stale. 4) Three of us ordered the bananas foster, a dessert traditionally served flambe tableside. I was shocked and very disappointed that it was simply served already heated. Moreover, I think I had 3 very tiny banana slices. It was mostly cake, not the traditional bananas, butter, brown sugar, dark rum and vanilla ice cream. This was not what we expected in a high-end restaurant, and it put a damper on the end of our dinner experience.

Steak quality was great for both the ribeye and filet mignon - just slightly missing a little something on the flavor side to take it to the next level. Nice place with good lighting and ambiance for a weekend night dinner.

I had a fantastic experience at Fleming’s Steakhouse. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and professional. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome without being overbearing. As for the food—absolutely terrific. The steaks were perfectly cooked, flavorful, and tender, and the sides complemented the meal beautifully. Everything from the appetizers to dessert was top-notch. Highly recommend for a special night out or any time you’re craving a quality steakhouse experience.

Absolutely gorgeous restaurant and impeccable service. We walked in without reservations and they took us in right away. The servers were very knowledgeable about the menu and all specials that night. We ordered the pre-fix dinner menu that offered a choice of salad, 8 oz steak with shrimp topped with crab meat and a delicious dessert. Everything came out in a timely manner and you can tell the just made the steak. A place I'm definitely coming back to.

Fleming's Steakhouse in The Woodlands offers a refined dining experience with an elegant atmosphere, making it a great choice for special occasions or an upscale night out. The menu is impressive, with a variety of delicious sides like creamy mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus that perfectly complement the main dishes. The wine selection is extensive, and the staff is knowledgeable, helping you find the perfect pairing. However, the reason for my four-star rating is that my steak was not cooked to the requested temperature. While the flavor was still excellent, it was disappointing that it wasn't prepared as I had ordered. The service was generally attentive, though this misstep did affect the overall experience.

I brought my former boss here for lunch to celebrate her birthday. The service was impeccable. There was a birthday greeting card on the table and our server offered us champagne to toast. She ordered the lobster bisque, which looked very good, and which she said was good. Her entree was filet mignon chopped salad, with beautifully cooked slices of beef. My entree I chose was their lobster roll. I'm from New England and I know what lobster roll I like. The cut up "lobster" reminded me of langostino instead of a Maine lobster. It was served on a toasted hot dog roll ( as it should), but there wasn't any mayo on it. They provided drawn butter. Their menu described it like a Connecticut dish. It just was ok, and I didn't really get the sweet, lobster flavor I was looking forward to.

Very surprised to be so disappointed! My family and I planned a Christmas eve dinner and made reservations. We were seated before our reservation time which was nice. The place was a mess with trash on the floor that was never picked up and the wait staff just passed over multiple items on the floor throughout the visit. Chairs stacked all down the wall with trays of forks and plates stacked on top of the chairs. We ordered appetizers and drinks. The bread never showed up and we had to ask about the appetizer order which finally came out and tasted good.. we should have left after that. The main course took over an hour to come out.. I ordered a steak medium rare and when I cut into it I immediately knew it was wrong. It was well done.. At this point I just wanted to leave, I sent the burnt steak back and did not even take a bite. To top off everything the people around us were VERY loud and beer bottles everywhere. I believe they were being over served and super drunk. The manager had to come and ask a table to leave because they were on a phone call yelling and cursing super loud. The entire experience was a disaster. We didn't even finish our meal so the manager comped the main course which was nice but the experience will make me and my family never return.

I went to dinner tonight with a friend at Fleming’s. I’ve always loved coming here — it’s a staple, consistently good, and the steaks are usually cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, tonight was not the case. They ordered a petite filet medium rare, and I ordered the 11 oz filet rare. As you can see in the pictures, neither was cooked correctly. I let our waitress know, but I wasn’t asking for anything in return. That said, I did expect the manager to handle the situation more appropriately. When you spend $125 on steak, you shouldn’t feel like you have to pay full price for something that wasn’t prepared properly. They did offer us cheesecake, but it was subpar, and honestly, I expected more from a restaurant of this caliber. The only reason I’m leaving this review is to suggest: if your steak isn’t cooked properly here, I highly recommend sending it back right way. The manager was attentive, but I just think she could’ve done more. I probably won’t be back to this location.
