Nelly was wonderful today and she gave us amazing service! Susy provided excellent customer service and was helped us pick an amazing area to sit. Manny and Nate also we great with us getting our order and bringing us condiments!

I experienced great service picking up dinner tonight. I really enjoyed Haden’s service at the register as he was in such a positive mood while taking my order. It is always nice having your order taken by someone who is in such a positive mood. I also really enjoyed Manny who took really good care of me while I was waiting for my food to be ready as well as the service provided by Nelly who was also such a help. Great service.

Every time I come to Urban Plates, the service is consistently amazing, especially thanks to the great staff. Nelly always provides excellent service by checking in on us regularly and making sure we have everything we need. She's attentive, friendly, and really makes you feel taken care of. Manny is a super nice guy with a great attitude and positive energy. His friendly spirit and welcoming personality really make the experience better every time. Haden was also awesome - very helpful, professional, and quick to assist whenever something was needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving great customer service. Overall, the team here does an outstanding job, and it's one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Highly recommend this location!

I’ve eaten Urban Plates food so many times but this was my first time actually eating in the restaurant. I’m so glad I did! Haden made our experience so pleasant… he was friendly and helpful and patient. He delivered our food with a smile. He asked if we needed refills. It almost felt like a full-service restaurant! The other woman at the register was also very friendly and helpful, Anahi. And if course, our food was absolutely delicious!! The seared ahí and the steak with chimichurri, along with the mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts, are truly incredible. Marlin was also sweet and helpful bringing to-go boxes and taking our used plates away after the meal. Highly recommend this place!!!

Really enjoyed our first time coming to Urban Plates! As someone who is pretty calorie conscious, it was really helpful that they have all calories list on their menu and all the food was really delicious! Nelly was very courteous and ensured that we were checked in multiple times and enjoyed our meal. Haden who greeted us and took our order when we came in was also very kind and made sure that we were helped quickly! Highly recommend trying this place out.

We normally get the food to-go or eat in the patio area, but decided to come before our movie and sit down inside to eat. The atmosphere is so lovely, calm, and warm. The service is spectacular. Nelly was incredibly kind to us and super attentive. Manny and Haden were awesome and welcoming as well. It was a true pleasure eating inside for a change, and we’ll definitely be back for more inside dining! (Oh, and the food was delicious as always. I got the three tender plate with fries and the organic carrots and beets. Beautiful and yummy as always!!!).

Had such a great experience here! The grilled steak plate was so good. Everything was cooked perfectly. Nelly was our server and she was awesome, really took care of us. Urban Plates has such a beautiful, earthy atmosphere that instantly makes you feel relaxed and taken care of. The food was great, but what really stood out was the service.
