Had Franco’s party pack for entertaining my family for a holiday gathering. Delivery was right on time and the food was hot. Everything tasted GREAT!!! Great experience!! Will use again for another entertaining event.

I gave atmosphere 3 stars because it is pretty tight area where you order and wait. But service was excellent with a smile and offer to reheat the slices. Wonderful crowd of employees 👏 And the pizza is sooo good. Crispy edges, Large slices!, and very good quality cheese. YUM.

Pizza was excellent. One of the best in Western New York. The wings were good. I had better but not bad. I only had to wait an extra 10 minutes from the agreed upon pick up time but the pizza was hot so it was worth it. There was also a customer there that was being difficult. The cashier handled him well and was able to keep him from getting more aggressive. Overall, a very good experience.

Always delicious, no matter if it's pizza or subs. The nearest Franco's is over 20 miles away. So when we're in town, we take advantage and order from there.

Ordered pizza w/ extra sauces, they forgot the sauce. Called and was transferred to the manager. He was so kind and offered a credit for my next order considering I live a small bit away, and did not want to drive back. Pizza was still delicious. But all in all so happy with the kindness unlike just pizza on grand island. We will for sure be ordering again probably next week! Great food and customer service. 10 out 10 great job! 😀

So I moved to the buffalo area back in may and I love pizza and work different areas for my job and I have tried several pizza places and so far Franco’s is the best yet!! When I work in Tonawanda, I definitely love getting this place for lunch

Every time we visit from out of town we have to get a Za from Francos. This time, we tried the buffalo chicken wing pizza and it was beyond amazing. We can wait to try it again!

Franco’s Pizza is SO good! Just started ordering from them this summer and the sauce is perfect, the cheese is on point and the pepperoni is cooked just right. The hype is real! Their Medium pizza is the same size as everyone else’s Large, their Large is the size of everyone else’s Sheet pizza. The quality and quantity you get compared to anyone else is there.

Only did take out. Pizza was good. Like the sauce. Asked for wings to be extra crispy and they actually were. Loved the wings!

Ordered a large pizza with a salad. Everything was on time and fresh. I don't normally go to the Delaware Ave ( normally go to Kenmore ) location but tried it on a suggestion from my son and it did not disappoint. I have a family of 5 and we all have our different opinions on our favorite food but the one thing we can agree on its Franco's Pizza. It has a consistent quality that I can not dispute.

We ordered the works! It was great! I have had Chicago style, Detroit Style, New York Style and more! Buffalo style is now one that I can say I love too! Franco's was a great introduction to great Buffalo Style pizza. Cheesy, with a great tender crust!

This was my first time ordering from here and I have to say that the pizza and the bruschetta bread appetizer were excellent. The place was extremely busy when I went to pick up my order, but the staff was doing everything possible to serve everyone as quickly as possible. I would recommend checking this place out the next time you want some pizza or other food.

A few weeks ago we ordered two subs. Got two subs, but one wasn't what we ordered. I wrote a review, not happy with the wrong sub, but stuff happens. We placed an order again last week, and things were fine. Got a call from the Manager (Nadia) today from the Tona. location, and she apologized for the mistake and gave us a free sub, next time we order from them. That's impressive in today's world. I use Franco's 2 or 3 times a month, they make a great pizza, better than any other vendor in the area. I tend to use the Delaware St., which has exceptional service. I have tried the wraps and the hot subs which are also great, but the cookies - they're out of this world. Any chance of a restaurant in Williamsville ???

I ordered two sheet pizzas and cheese bread for my son to celebrate his birthday with his classmates. I needed the food to be ready for pickup at 10:30am to get it to the school for lunch time. I appreciate the students being so kind and understanding but somehow both party pizzas were definitely a bit undercooked. It’s too bad because I paid (a little over $100) for this order, and I feel even worse that the students didn’t really get to eat lunch! We have ordered from Franco’s so much in the past few years, I but this might be my breaking point. USUALLY the food is absolutely delicious. I feel absolutely horrible bringing in food that wasn’t really edible for them. I guess the teachers put the pizzas into the schools cafeteria oven and they were able to finish cooking the pizzas and their teacher was very kind to let the kids eat two periods after lunch!

I ordered my pizza online. It was delivered in well under an hour and was freshly hot. The cheese was stretchy/stringy and the perfect amount. The pepperoni were crispy. The onions were nice and thinly cut. And the peppers were hearty. It hit the spot!

Ordered in advance for a party. Everything came right on time (actually a couple minutes early - which was great!) and piping hot! Came as ordered and was delicious! We always use Franco’s for parties and they never disappoint. I thought it would have been hard to get the order in or even delivery delay because of the Bills game but nope! Great service and great food. Everyone loved the wraps too! Chicken fingers, fries and pizza were great as always.

The young lady at the counter yesterday 10/11/2024 was very kind and let me know how long it would be for my order to be ready. While I sat and waited there was a rude customer who continuously swore at the young lady for something she could not control. I used to work in the food industry so I understand the situation. She did a wonderful job and handled the situation well. I hope she has a better shift next time. Other than that, great food. Thank you so much!

Food was delicious. Service could use a little help. The girl at register was unsure about my order and could not find it. She stated I would have to wait while they made my order again. Another worker came over and found my order right away. I ordered ahead so I could just stop and grab it. Already paid for so it should have been quick. I’ll still order from here though as the pizza is good and consistent.

We get Franco's every week and it's good pretty much every time. The garlic bread specifically is addicting when it's cooked light and fluffy.

We love the gluten free pizza from Franco’s! Our pizza was hot, crusty and delicious! The pepperoni was cupped and cooked just right and the mushrooms were perfectly nestled in the cheese. Pizza was perfect , the website didn't allow me to add extra bake under the cook instructions that day, but amazingly even though I ordered pepperoni, mushrooms , red peppers and onions . It was cooked to perfection usually I like to ask for extra bake to make sure it isn’t soggy, I was concerned when I got home and opened it up it was perfect. The wings were crispy and the bbq sauce was delicious. All reasons Francos is my absolute favorite pizza place. The taste and quality hasn’t changed in the over 35 years I have gone to them and it is constant from one location to another ! I ordered food on line two days before needed. I went to pick it up on the day of the party,(08/17) they couldn't find my order. After showing my email confirmation, and investigating, it was realized I put in the wrong date. The manager came over asking what the problem was. He then stepped up, told me give him 45 minutes and they would make my order. He not only got my entire order made, he walked it out to me at my car. I believe he went above and beyond to help me and saved my party. Extremely grateful to him. I did not get his name, but please thank him again for me. Great food as always. Always love Franco's. It's a great local place near the river. I'll usually go snag a couple of gluten-free pizzas which are Delicious by the way and have a picnic on the waterfront in Tonawanda. Anyway off track their pizza is absolutely delicious. The only reason I don't give it a five-star is because the wings did come out a little gummy so always ask for extra crispy. We asked for extra crispy but they still came out a little gummy. Other than that though I have no complaints about the pizza or anything else there. Staff is nice knowledgeable about the menu also don't keep you waiting long if you're waiting for a pickup. Overall a great local staple for pizza highly recommend.

Onion option has been thankfully updated to consist of hearty slices! Much better than previous. Love the thin slice beef pepperonis Choice of chicken tenders rather than wings was a mistake even with bonus fries. Tenders not so good.

Always consistently good food Sometimes we try will and order a split order so we get a hot pizza at 12 and one at 4 pm. The manager on duty would not allow two pizzas on one charge at different times. Did not give it a thought or get on the phone. With Management customer satisfaction and convenience seems to be an afterthought.

Staff and service was prompt and courteous, with food being served in 15 min after ordering. I like the pizza crust as it is a stone based oven and not air bake. It could have cooked a little longer in my opinion as the crest was limp in the middle when eaten fresh from the oven with a few minutes of open box cooling time. The crust texture is between Napolitan and deep dish. This makes it really tasty. I also ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap. Considering this is the home of said name sake ;), the fried version I got was good. They roll it short but thick, making the flavor experience good, especially because the use of Blue Cheese dressing by default and not loser Ranch. All in all its a decent small chain trying to do it right. 4 stars due to limp middle. The location I visited only had limited high top table seating and no table service. Location was handicap accessible, but with no automatic/button depressed doors.

We ordered pizza and subs last night , our order got here fast and everything was hot & fresh. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because we wanted chicken wings but they were just priced to high. Realizing though that's not really their fault we did the sub & pizza to save a few bucks. I'm new to the area and we love pizza. So far francos is the best compared to submaster/tc wheeler/colosso taco. Where they fault which is the reason for the 4 star. The pizza NEEDS to be cooked longer. Crust needs to be firm not soft. The pizza should not flop down when held out. Second they are stingy with toppings. Ordered the buffalo chicken and there was only a few pieces (like 2) perslice. The price you pay and skimping on toppings just shows this place is corporation and don't care about the customers. The search will continue to find a better pizza place. Edit dropped a star because I tried twice to select extra bake. First time I did extra bake it made the pizza normal which was great but the second time I did extra bake it was just as soft as not having extra bake and it was clear to tell with not even a golden brown under crust that it wasn't baked properly. Too much inconsistency. The extra 5 min drive to macys place pizza is definitely worth it.

I believe I was over charged I had the two slice special and it cost 13 and the meal cost 10 and some change I feel I was charged for the soda separately please explain .

Franco's was excellent. I really enjoyed the crust. Cooked just the way I like it. A little crispy. Not to thick or thin. Very tasty. Generous toppings. 1.29 for anything other than cheese. The sauce was very good. Would have liked a little more. Above average pie. I really liked it. The wings? Real good. Nicely cooked. Even an occasional crispness. Can't wait to check out they're subs. Heard good things about them. Service was fast and friendly. Clean place. The sign outside is well lit even in the sun. It's red. At night you can see it from quite a distance. Prices were probably normal. $$$ not $$$$$. Your getting great pizza, subs, sides, wings, service and a great location.

The prices are becoming outrageous for pizza and wings. The quality of the food has been slipping for a while now. I still gave them 4-stars because this is not completely their fault. This very well could be my last take out pizza. The price is outpacing my need to have it, even with “discount” codes.

My food was cold when received, and they piled on one topping, so it was not an even taste. Overall, I really like their pizza, it just has to be already made and not customized.

This is probably the best pizza in the neighborhood, but if and only if you order it "light bake", which is just a normally made pizza literally everywhere else. If you forget to order light bake, they will burn your pizza to a crisp. I don't understand why they think that anyone would want a burnt pizza, but that's just their standard fare. I do like that all of their pizzas are rectangular, though. But they seriously need to cut down on the cook time.

We online ordered a meal package that included a large pizza, boneless wings with french fries and we added a breadstick order. After the food was delivered we found that the fries were missing. I had to contact the store and they sent some over. They took about 30-45 additional minutes and by the time they arrived our guests were already done with their meal.

Food was delicious but pricing, especially delivery fee, was way more than I am willing to pay. $77 for a medium cheese pizza and 10 chicken fingers is ridiculous for me.

I always come to Francos since its convenient and I live right down the street. My steak sub was not that great this time around. I asked for 2 cheeses - only got one. I asked for hot peppers, extra sauce and mayo and also got none of that. Very dry sub. My daughter was also disappointed with her CF sub. It think when it gets toward the end of the night the quality drops off. I have better luck during lunch hours.

Other Franco's locations have much better quality food. Still not bad, just not as expected compared to other locations of the business.

When picking up, I was told my pizza was coming right up. After a few minutes my pizza was put on the takeout rack (unknown to me). About 10 minutes later someone finally grabbed it & told me it was ready. The employees were more concerned about drinking the drinks they had delivered to them than taking care of waiting customers.

Order our pizza online in the afternoon to be ready later in the evening. Clearly stated the pickup time. When i went to pick up the pizza i could tell from holding the box it was not hot. I wonder if they made the pizza when i ordered it 3+ hours earlier. Pizza was fine. You could just tell it wasn’t fresh.

Most recent visit the pizza's were burnt and they delivered it when I selected pick up. I never ever do delivery. Delivery is over priced and the pizza is as well. Customer service needs some work between the counter and phone. There are a few good ones but not enough to out do the bad ones. When calling on the phone, you can't hear the employee and they are not very knowledgeable or pleasant. The counter varies depending on the employee working but is better than the phone service. . Gave Fracos another try and will be the last. Ordered a medium pizza that was burnt around the whole outside about an inch in. The center was thin. Can't tell them to do lite bake because that's even way under cooked or almost raw and thin in the middle. There is no consistency at all. Every pizza we get is different in how it's cooked and how the ingredients are spread on the pizza.

Normally our orders are spot on. This time they were a little lacking. I ordered extra baked on the pizza, and it was by no means extra baked. We ordered boneless wings, which in the past with the package, there are 30 not 20. We ordered the hot barbecue, and they were barely sauced. Which made them very dry. I have to say with all the times I've ordered from franco's, this is the most disappointed I've ever been.

Disgusting!!! I ordered a cheeseburger sub with no tomatoes and what did I get? A cheeseburger sub with tomatoes and just piled heavily with lettuce, onions and enough hamburger to make 2 subs. The roll was burnt and along with the hamburgers not being seasoned in any kind of way, the taste was horrible because all you could taste was the burnt roll. I worked at Franco's when it was on E Delavan and let me just tell you this is way different from back then. If I'm going to pay 14.00 for a sub, at least put some effort into making it!!!! Update: I ordered a half cheeseburger sub to day 4/17/24 at 11:30am and it took 40 minutes to get my order and all they could say was sorry we were busy on subs. So I guess my little measley 30 minute lunch break doesn't count huh? I ordered ahead so I wouldn't have this problem and it still didn't matter. Thank you Franco's but NO THANKS. I won't be back!!!

Placed a web order for delivery- combo pack medium pizza and 10 crispy wings- delivery was very quick especially for a Friday - unfortunately I received two medium pizzas and no wings. I called the store and the young lady was friendly and assured me my wings would be delivered promptly…they arrived approx 15 min later with an apology. Again unfortunately the wings were cold and definitely not crispy. So service I rated 4 stars because the staff was friendly…but food is 1 star for being wrong and then cold. For the money spent I don’t believe the food measured up.

We ordered a sheet Pizza and 50 wings. All of the flats were one flavor and all of the drums the other. That made for some unhappy children. This was not requested by us. The pizza was also not cooked fully and still very doughy. Overall the order good enough, and edible but was not at all worth $120.

05/09/2023 I ordered a slice of pepperoni for $4.78 plus tax. The pizza crust and sauce is bland and absolutely flavorless. I don't even think they use salt. A manager/staff member? didn't even greet me. Was too busy stocking the soda cooler and ordering employees to do tasks. None of the staff seem to like working there. Restroom was dirty, and the restroom door was covered with flour and dough from employees using it. Before I left, another employee arrived, and I asked if they were the manager, and they said yes. I gave my concerns about the poor food and service. They told me to go ahead write my review, and "higher ups" will deal with it. I'm not sure how this restaurant has won ANY awards.

Used to be our go to. Not anymore. Burnt crust, light in sauce, and bad taste. Never again. Tried it again.....still light in sauce. Cheese all in the middle of the pizza. Edges of the pizza was dry with little sauce. Not good. This time I mean it never again. Not at all a 5 star pizza.

Please be Advised: I've been here many times but. Let me say this, asking $12.38 for 2 slices of pizza will have me looking elsewhere. Also, this is buffalo, there's plenty of pizza places with more flavor for a fairer price. There were only two slices left, both dried up and should have been thrown away. Not sure if I'll consider Francos again.

Unfortunately way to many times I have been dissatisfied with the food I have ordered. Everything was made very sloppy. The pizza under baked and gooey, thrown in the box. Fingers I ordered lemon pepper just sprinkled on and not a pleasant taste. Too many chances and moving on never to order from Francos again.

So many times I order and order is wrong. Pretty sad. You specify what you want and they get it wrong. Not difficult to not put tomatoes on. When I called to tell them the girl on the phone said oh well did you need it remade. No let me give you something free for our screw up.

I have a morning delivery nearby, stopped to get some dinner. I was in around an hour before they close, and ordered a Philly Cheesesteak sub. Subpar overall, no veggies were in the sandwich. Ground beef slathered with mayo. Ate some, threw away the rest. Avoid, likely much better choices nearby with better food. First and the last time for me.

Are you serious? Ordered a small pizza. The rep on the line did not state they dont have a size small only personal, medium or large, just put in the order. So spent dang near 20 bucks on a personal sized pizza!? WHAT!? We haven't ordered from francos in a very long time and now I was reminded and will never order from them again. 4 very small square of bs pizza for 20 bucks is unacceptable and if I was told on the phone they didn't have a small I wouldn't have ordered from them. Disgusting overly priced, over rated pizza. Never again.

The pizza was all burned up hardly any cheese and the pepperoni was so hot it wasn’t enjoyable. The wings were ok but medium sauce was more like hot. I’ve noticed the last couple times the food quality is not as good. Won’t be ordering anytime soon.

I came here a few months ago and the service was terrible, attitude at the front counter for no reason. Told myself I wouldn’t go back, I’d rather travel to somewhere else to get my food. I was in the neighborhood and was hungry, decided to give another try. I came in and the girl with the blue hair was rushing me with my order. I put in a request and she tells me “it’s already made that way”. I get the food and it clearly wasn’t made that way and the personal pizza was extremely small. She put the food on the counter and walked away so fast because she knew the food didn’t look right. I’m disappointed and unsatisfied because you’d think, the service would be better especially if I’m spending my money in the establishment. Terrible and the girl with the blue hair needs to be talked to. She needs better customer service. Update: Owner said to contact them. I did so and the response has been nothing but silence. I think they only responded to my review to make it appear as if something would be done.

I ordered from this location for 22 years. No more! On Halloween the "assistant manager" was yelling at customers who were rightly upset that their food was not ready and it was complete chaos. I ordered 24 hours in advance and never received my food. The management of that day was completely inept.

Two slices of cheese and pepperoni pizza with 2 blue cheese was $15. Went to Mustachio's instead got the same for $9 and change. Francos has a good product and good blue cheese but feel that's way overpriced. Has the dollar really lost its value by that much? Do we really need an army of entitled overpaid kids working the register. All that could be replaced with a kiosk and 2 dudes making pies and one floating. I've seen three guys push out fine dining food in a $4 million a year restaurant. But we need 15 ppl+ for a pizza operation. I think some more value needs to get added for the price or smarter labor management/ kitchen efficiency needs to be done. But what do I know restaurant consultant and been in the industry for 20 years.

My large pizza was totally smashed to one side of the box. We ordered 7/28/25 from the Niagara Falls Location. We ordered a large pizza and an antipasta salad. Not sure how much force was exerted on the box to cause the pizza to be smashed to one side. As soon as I received the box I knew something was wrong, the left side of the box was much heavier than the right side.

I ordered a sub and received a raw chicken finger sub. Went back to the store and could not get a refund until the next day. The gm was very nice about it. And said she would refund my card, but no one wanted to know about my experience or if everyone was ok after I received raw chicken and my husband had already bit into the sandwich. He could have gotten really sick and no one seemed to care. All I got was my refund nothing else for being unconvinced. I was disappointed and will not be ordering again. And I used to order at least once a week

This picture is of slices I purchased 2 minutes ago. I live 30 seconds from this restaurant and stopped to grab some slices on the way home. The pizzeria is clearly very busy due to the football game, but that should not make it OK to sell literally cold slices of pizza. The cheese is hard and the slices were pre-boxed, who knows how long they were sitting there. There was no effort to put them in the oven and re-heat. I get being busy, I do not understand selling clearly OLD slices of pizza. What a shame.
