The boss very friendly kind to us. Food taste amazing. Me and my husband are big fans of sushi queen. Always come here for lunch.
Food is amazing. Service is pretty fast and my server Gina was quick to refill my waters. Gyoza dumpling, crab rangoon, shrimp tempura, rainbow roll, christmas roll, queen roll, alaska roll, sweet potato roll, vegetable dumplings were good. Hibachi steak was a bit rubbery but flavor was good too. The restaurant is very clean, with loud Pop music like Katy Perry but you can still hear speaking so it’s not super loud. Bathrooms were also very cleanly and staff are all efficient hustlers. Everything came correct to the table. Eating about 20 dishes total took us two people 12:00-1:30p.
Hands down our families favorite Sushi restaurant. We literally go here at least 1x a week for dinner. Everything is fresh and delicious. You can't beat the quality - and variety. My favorite is the Shrimp Tempura, and Sashimi Peppered Tuna, and Yellow Tail Jalapeno. We eat it all from Sushi to Hibachi. You will love it here!
The fact you can get miso soup, any sushi or hibachi you want, any appetizer, even ice cream? At 26 per adult? Not bad. Everything came out quick and fresh. I couldn't move after I got done. Waitress had really good sushi suggestions. Can't wait to come back when I'm in the area.
Came for the first time. They are super nice and the restaurant is clean. It was busy but got seated immediately. The food is fresh and super yummy. It is all u can eat and not bad for the price. They give u the right amt of food and u can keep ordering until full.they have gluten free soy sauce even! I was super happy. I told them waitress I needed gluten free and she was very good. The service was a bit slow but they were busy. A lg table came in after us and they got their food first which was annoying but overall a great lunch and will go back for sure!!!!
A smaller Saika Sushi basically, but probably better. The menu and food was very very similar to Saika, even some of the special roll names were identical. However, I believe Sushi Queen makes the food better compared to Saika, and they have Kani Salad for lunch, which Saika does not have. Highly recommend if you’re craving some sushi, it’s also AYCE for a very fair price.
mmmmm yumm yummy yummy i love all you can eat our server was awesome… the date was 08/19 time ~8:30pm idk what section we were in, obviously. but our server tipped over an icecream by accident, and it was very silly. he made a comment about it being embarrassing. this was possibly the most human connection i’ve ever had in a restaurant. food was good too
Very impressed! I ordered take-out and my wife has allergies and also can’t handle spicy food. This is the only sushi place who has listened to her allergies, prepared everything correctly and then kept her selections in their own container to prevent cross contamination. It doesn’t seem like a big deal but for us it really is! Thank you so much! On top of that, everything was delicious! Will be returning regularly.
This is my first time to Sushi Queen. The waitress very nice making suggestions for sushi that did not have raw fish. I got Tempura shrimp roll, California roll, crab rangoon, and edamame. I was there for lunch, so the price was $16.99. All you can eat. Drinks are extra. If you don't eat everything you ordered, they will charge you more. It is popular. I can see why great taste for reasonable cost.
We have come for the all you can eat lunch a number of times, and have been very happy with our food each time! In order to have as much variety as we could, we got things to split (your whole table has to get the all you can eat deal, so this isn't a big problem), and thus get to try all of the special rolls. As they charge you extra if you leave food unfinished at the end of your meal, we came in a little worried the first time, but the sushi, rolls, and appetizers were all reasonably sized and that wasn't a problem. However, as everything is made to order, be prepared to sit and enjoy the company of your table-mates, especially for the rolls that require deep-frying as a component, as they take a little longer. The service is always great, and the booths and tables are always clean. I certainly think that we got a good value, and the Volcano and Crazy Monkey rolls were awesome surprises. The staff were all very pleasant, helpful, and fast, helping to make for an enjoyable experience. 👍 A second visit was just as good. The server was friendly and awesome, even during the rush of lunchtime patrons, and the food was all great.
My husband and I have been here three times in the past two months for the all you can eat sushi dinner. There are a wide variety of options to choose from on the menu, including appetizers, hibachi items, and sushi. Everything is prepared fresh and you can watch the chefs make your sushi. We've probably tried almost every sushi item on the menu at this point and have loved everything. My favorite is the Rainbow Roll and the Crazy Monkey. Sushi Queen has really expanded my sushi palette with their traditional and unique choices. I included several pictures of some of the plates we ordered. The food is fresh and delicious! The service is amazing - efficient and everyone is very kind. This is definitely our go to sushi restaurant going forward and I've already been telling my friends how amazing it is here! The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of food too!
Service here is great! Always checking up on us to make sure we’re good. Food came out promptly. Food is great here. Amazing fish to rice ration on nigiri, rolls, everything. I would drive out to buffalo just for the food. $16.99 lunch buffet is extremely reasonable, the quality is great and this was probably the first AYCE place i came to and didnt get food poisoning. Crab rangoons were my absolute favorite. Probably the best I’ve had honestly. Hibachi steak was delicious, miso soup was hot, generous with wasabi & ginger. Orchard roll was probably my favorite as well as the Queen roll. 10/10 absolutely recommend!
From the food selection to the quality of the food I was satisfied. Great place for hibachi, and the quality of the sushi was excellent and well prepared. Customer service was excellent and well respected. Came in with high expectations from people spreading the word, came out with a full stomach.
We love it here!! Wasn't able to get full pictures of our plates and sushi rolls because we all ate them so fast. Rice was delicious, all the rolls we tried were delicious!! Service was good. The restaurant was clean. Pricing wasn't bad for all you could eat. This was my teenage sons choice for his birthday lunch, and it didn't disappoint.
Did the all you can eat menu and was very satisfied. The eel and the black pepper seared tuna were the stars. The rice was good, properly cooked and clean. Although the pieces and rolls had smaller portions and sizes, I thought that was fine as it was easier to eat and allows one to try many different things as opposed to ala carte items. I wish they had some Katsu style items but all in all pretty impressed. Service was patient and you never got the feeling they were rushing you out.
Today I went to dinner with my family. Everything was great, the food was excellent as always. We've been eating here for over a year. My only complaint is the poor service from Lauren. She took too long to take our orders. One of my brothers asked for hot sauce and she never brought it. We saw her sitting and talking and eating with some men, completely neglecting us. When it came time to pay the bill, it was the same story—she was still sitting and eating, as if she weren't on duty. We had to get up and go to the front to pay.
First visit 2 adult 1 child $85 no alcohol. We got hibachi steak, fried veggie rice ,dumplings, yakisoba, and about a different selections of sushi and a crab Rangoon. The sushi was all good quality, tasty, and good serving sizes. The yakisoba was very oily, and the beef was crunchy. The fried rice was also oily but wasn't bad. The crab Rangoon was good. The hibachi steak was good and the veggies with it were mushy besides the onions that were barely cooked and in big chunks. The booth area, table, and waiting area were clean and neat. The bathrooms could use some attention The women's room floors are gross. The crud buildup behind the door and in the corners was pretty thick. The men's room was mostly the same. The area where you walked was clean, but the buildup elsewhere was pretty thick. The men's urinal was stained yellow so it's probably not been cleaned recently the floor under it was stained also, so it is probably not getting mopped. Both bathrooms look like they wipe the sink fill the soap and towels, and take the trash out. There are men's and women's bathroom pictures
The food was only ok and I had been waiting to go for a while because people rave about it. We got the all you can eat and their rules are different because the don't want to waist food so if you are planning on trying something new I wouldn't. They charge you for uneaten food which makes sense but is also crazy. Limited drink selection and the set up is terrible seems like they threw it together quickly. No real charm to the place. I know a lot of people live it but I'll never go again. In this economy I want to pay for things I enjoy.
Food was way worse than Saika. My friend requested a table and did not give a reason as to why; the man said, because I am a bigger girl so of course that could be the only reason why we wanted a table, “oh don’t worry they’re big booths you’ll have enough room” really loud. Even if this didn’t happen I’d still give the same reviews because I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes to Saika for the better food and nicer space. It was dirty and smelly too in there. Don’t waste your money or time.
Haven’t been here in a long time and went as we had a gift card to use. Short wait to be seated which no issue we understand. Then it was 15-20 minutes until our server came over while a bunch would walk by and not acknowledge or anything or let us know she’d be right over. We ordered all of the food we wanted at once to try and speed things up. My girlfriend noticed how dirty the sushi counter looked the portions were very small and I understand it’s all you can eat they give smaller portions to waste lest food but if you go to the other restaurant with this same business model you get better service, better portions and better quality. The best part of the dinner was leaving. We both woke up this morning feeling like absolute garbage and wouldn’t recommend this place.
