Best pizza by far and i live near Bocces! I order a pizza everytime i have to go into Tonawanda and never disappointed. Tons of toppings, tasty sauce and baked perfectly. Highly recommend you try it! Price is reasonable too!

Pizza with ample amounts of cheese and sauce, this is the definition of "Buffalo" style pizza. Pepperoni that curls and a puffy chewy crust that makes you want to eat every last bite. Simple yet satisfying.

Great food!! My only issue is the last 3 times I calles to place an order the phone just rang and rang. It was during the time listed online that it would be open. Also triple checked phone number. Its the number listed online and on the menu.

I've had a lot of pizza from a lot of places, and this is my absolute favorite. Even with places like Bocce's and Mattina's around, Plaza is still the best. Even if they only take cash, they're still a 5 star for me.

We have not been back to WNY in a while and we had a major pizza craving. The reviews for Plaza Pizzeria were really good, so we went with a simple cheese pizza. The reviews we on the money! Such a great pizza! The sauce was flavorful, perfect amount of cheese, and the crust was baked to perfection. Oh how we wish we could get this pizza in Alabama!! Great job! Thanks Plaza Pizzeria! These guys have been around almost as long as I have been alive. The service and quality of the food they prepare has never changed in all that time. This is the way that pizza should be done. Do be aware that when going into their shop, there are, and have always been, a cash only shop

First time ordering...Great steak sub ..pizza was good only thing I would do is ask for it baked more I like pizza crispy.. this pizza taste good. One of the better steak subs around. I will order again!!

I'm going to give them 5 stars because their food is good, consistent, and very reasonably priced (definitly on the cheaper side in comparrison to other pizza places in the area). I have had their pizza (pretty good), wings (awesome!! nice and saucy with a perfect crispiness.. I order them crispy), Tacos are excellent (beef taco is huge for the price and filled with meaty meat.. not mush. steak taco also good), I've also had their chicken finger sub (yummy), steak n cheese sub w/ xtra cheese (very cheesy and very tasty ), My Dad likes there super steak or what ever its called with the mush,onions n peppers.. it is very good.. but I dont like mush, onions, n peppers too much so.. not really my thing, and finally chicken fingers and fish fry (both good). I have no complaints about their food .. ehh ok.. the bbq sauce on the chicken fingers is not my personal favorite, but the kids like em and the dinners good priced. Last but not least.... what really earns them the fifth star.. customer service!! Very very nice people. Always so polite when I go in. Sorry this was so long but people look at reviews for different. So I gave all my experience with them. Try em out.. I'm pretty confident you'll enjoy it!!

They had excellent, quality food then, and still do,without a doubt.Saturday I ordered my special "Super Steak " sub & OMG....I went back in time, could not believe nothing has changed, after all this time. It's been 10 years since I had anything from there. So happy I found my go to place again. NOBODY is consistent as Plaza. Never a problem with anything. Super Steak Sub, Ham sub & Pizza was my usual. After my son's basketball game we called and order a large cheese and pepperoni pizza and 7 chicken fingers. The woman who took my order was very friendly. She explained that it was a cash only business which was helpful to know. We liked the pizza and the fingers.

I can't believe any business would do this because how many of us today with today's technology do we carry cash in our pockets. That's a thing of the past.

I used to love to get wings from here, until one night I order some wings right before they close, when I got home I realized that they were not all the way cooked, the next day I went back with the wings, the owner got rude and cursed me out saying they were done, refused to make me new ones or give me a refund. The food is good here, but the customer service is horrific!!

Great pizza and wings. Can’t think of any place in my Tonawanda neighbor that sell steak hoagies, but they do and they are really good. Prices are great because they are a cash only shop (so they don’t have to pass on the credit card processing fees onto their customers).

Ordered Takeout large pizza (7 toppings $3per) & large fries with delivery $54(yes I did to paid $67) As you can see from the photos plenty of toppings, but not fully cooked (check the pepperoni's)! Crust was brown and black but bottom was super soft too where all topping slid off as it flipped over.... (Expected if cheese not mixed in with toppings to hold and bottom crust not given time to fully firm) 😁🤷 I just stuck it in the oven to harden bottom and cook toppings and it was fine! Fries were good! Would recommend cutting or chopping toppings then putting half the amount on and charging 1.50 for Xtra toppings instead of 3.00 per....🤷💯 think would make for easier prep to fully cook and a better slightly more affordable pizza! Overall can't complain! Will order again to just try a basic double pep! For a better opinion on review.

I was very disappointed with the SMALL Julianne Salad that I ordered today. An over abundance of Garbanzo Beans and Black Olives versus MEAT, CHEESE AND LETTUCE! It was like a BEAN AND OLIVE salad!!!! Yuk !

We ordered from plaza for years and had nothing but great things to say but the last few times we have ordered from there have but below par and the last time my family ordered from there waited almost 2 hrs for are food called to inquire about the delivery and they stated we never answered the door.sad part of all of this review is I was on the porch the whole time and no one showed up...

When I came in it was empty without any customers and the employees don't even give greetings. Also when I said hello to the cashier he didn't even respond back.

Pizza was super undercooked, dough was super soft and cheese fell right off the pizza. If you’re looking for cheap pizza this is the place. I’d rather have a frozen pizza than eat theirs again. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I ordered two slices to go, and when I got home to eat them the dough was insanely undercooked and the cheese fell off instantly. It wasn't edible. Called back and they wouldn't offer me a refund and said "4 other people had it and didn't complain" when this was a brand new sheet they just put in. Not very smart guys at the shack on Main Street.

Found long grey hair on my slices. Figured after reading all the negativity and poor customer service.. I just tossed the slices.. Grotesque,disgusting,... I mean... You should have a mask on at least. And if not. Tie that greasy beard up so it doesnt touch peoples food. Absolutely gross.

Get with the time. It is 2023 and you do not accept credit cards. Plus it says you can order online but your website doesn't alow it? Small businesses don't have the luxury to be turning away business like you just did.
