This Charo Chicken restaurant was the best chicken restaurant where I had been eating before. It was located in the small shopping mall, and there were many other restaurants nearby. There were plenty of parking spaces and I didn't have any problem finding a parking space. When I went inside of the restaurant, It was very clean, and they had big dining room. They had various choices of menu. They offered different choices of chicken meals, salads, burritos, nachos,Quezadillas, tacos,bowls sandwiches & other things. I selected their famous chicken meals that were fresh fire-grilled chicken with special lemon garlic sauce. I chose two sides, which were rice and Cole slaw. And it came with corn tortillas and salsas. There was a lady who helped me to select the menu. She was cheerful and confident. She explained their menu carefully, so I made a good selection. After that, I tried their chicken meals. The fire grilled chicken was not dry, and it was tender & juicy. First, I put some of the chicken pieces and salsa on top of corn tortillas. Then, when I tried it, it was heavenly tasty meal. Chicken was moist and savory flavor, and it was mouthwatering taste. It was not salty and spicy flavor that was created amazing chicken. They cooked their chicken grilled to perfection. Also, Cole slaw was tangy and zesty which made a perfect combination of chicken meals. I would like to recommend Charo Chicken restaurant to everyone. Once you tried their chicken, you would return this restaurant again and again. This restaurant is the best chicken restaurant where I have ever eaten before. This restaurant is the best 👌 !!! I ❤️ their Charo Chicken !!!

The great customer service is consistent. The chicken,bbq sauce,and burritos,salads are great, I love the baked potatoes as well. The chicken tastes way better than El Pollo Loco too.

VERY similar to El Pollo Loco. They deliver and there is online ordering. It easy and cheap to order a bunch or burritos for work meetings, and BRC burritos make decent vegetarian options or salads for the low carb folks.

It's very clean chicken restaurant that serves fresh tasty chicken. I love their burritos and the spicy chicken sandwich. Short waiting and fast service.

The place was good. I tried it because I had a promo coupon. I'd go back again, their chicken was tasty.

Sonia at the front was very helpful,nice and patient as it was my first time at the restaurant. Great customer service. No one was in the restaurant when I entered and everything seemed very clean and tidy. After ordering, my food was ready fairly quickly. I did not have to wait long. I had the charo burrito. Chicken was a little dry as some others said. Prices are a little higher than what I thought they would be but eh. Whatever. Burrito is a safe choice for a first time so I'll try other things next time if I swing by again. It was good :)

This has probably been my least favorite location I've been to within the brand. Chicken looked dark red due to the degree of seasoning they put on it and the rice seemed to lack that pop that it usually has at the other locations.

Chicken is okay , beans , rice , guacamole or anything else just had no flavor and usually taste kinda bad not even neutral. Just icky

The mashed Potatoes werent bad but they werent worth breaking my diet over lol. My husband had the spicy chicken sandwich and the fries. The chicken in his sandwich was so good! I would definitely want to come back and try some other options.

Not what I expected. Pollo loco is way better and less expensive. My tostada salad that in order was over ten dollars. At Apollo loco tostada salads are less than eight dollars. Chicken is horrible like I said Pollo loco way better. Not coming back. Should have went to carls jr next door.

$8 bean cheese burrito was so small. I ordered 3 tostada salads and none of them came with chicken.

The chicken was a 6/10 because the flavor was good on the outside but dry on the inside and we ordered the Spicy Cayenne Lemon Garlic, and this chicken was not spicy AT ALL. The Garden Salad was mixed greens with a sprinkle of shredded cheese and some crispy tortilla strips... nothing to write home about. Lastly, the tortillas were cold, stale, and also appeared to be store-bought. There were no customers when I picked up my order at 1:30 pm, which is very weird because other businesses in the area are booming for the lunch rush and the restaurant had a foul smell. I was looking forward to finding a new regular lunch spot as I work in the area, but I will not be returning. The employee was kind, but management should consider the quality of food when wondering why they are not as lucrative as they would like to be.

I have to say, all my years of enjoying Charo has just been thrown out the window. The review earlier telling you not to eat here was dead on. The lemon garlic butter spray was watered down. It took 10 minutes to get my order right. I will never come here again. After I bragged to my wife on how good this place is. I'll take her to the one in Long Beach.

The cashier Erick was RUDE. The salsa bar was not on ice and was spoiled. I told him the salsas are spoiled can i have some fresh one . He said not its good. I told him to smell and look at it it's all bubbly and he said thats the way its supposed to be.

Horrible customer service . The Cook Jose was rude and told me there was a shortage on Salsa that i could not get more salsa cups to go . They have me 4 tiny cups of Salsa i bought Burrtiro and whole Chicken with two large sides close $50 . Why is the cook Jose in front anyway. Chicken was old and dry . Very disappointed at this Charo chicken place, the chicken was so greasy, the mashed potato had a disgusting flavor, the worst mashed potato ever with a yuck after taste, AWFUL!!! And on top that I've ordered 8 piece chicken and they only gave me 7!. No wonder why this place was so empty, NEVER AGAIN!

Walked in, seen the price for 2 pieces of chicken alone, no sides......$6.00. And i walked out. You can get a combo with 2 sides and a drink at el pollo for about another $3.00. So i will not be going back. 🙄🤔

I was attack by your manager, he told me I could not place my bag on the counter. I ask for policy, I explained that my bag can be placed on the counter, and customers do it all the time. He told me only customers can place bags on counter and touch my property. He called Doordash and canceled my order. I will be suing if he still works there. He violated California law, he can not touch me or my belongings. Juan also touch raw meat and everything in the store, while drinking water after his assault, he never not once wash his hands in between task and handed an order to another guest containing salmonella! Below is the store location, I also have everything on camera! And made two reports. I will also make a police report as well!

(I actually prefer the crispy skin) Prior to the last time I came here, I've always gotten butter on the side with an extra side of butter no charge. Last time I came it was a $1.50 charge for the extra side. Today I come and it's $1.50 charge to get any side of butter. I asked the guy what's changed from the last time, he tells me his boss got on him and said no more butter on the side unless they pay for it. The interesting part, the cost is more than a side of avocado. I'd even be willing to pay .75 for it, but $1.50 for 1tbs of butter? So my $20 order before paying for the butter was cancelled and you lose a $20 sale for $3. There's several places to satisfy my craving for rotisserie chicken. Done with Charo

Hi I'm candy from Carson, I bought Charro Chicken on January 27,22 for dinner. First I asked my son if its good. He said no I thought he was just being rude. But when I tasted my Fajita Chicken Burrito. The chicken was mushy and then vegetables were water logged. This was the worst dinner I've ate in a long time. My cats didn't even like it.. Was the worst ,I couldn't eat it.

Ordered a Charo Burrito for pick up, added Rice & Beans to the burrito. The burrito itself is only $10.99, but they tried to charge me $20.77. I was never given the full total before hanging up the phone. The owner was apparently in the building when I called in and made the judgement call to charge me full price for 2 8oz portions of rice and beans.. $8 for a partial serving of of rice and beans, and you don't even offer the rest of it on the side??? No thank you. Keep the food. Hope someone else orders my exact order, otherwise you're taking a loss for being greedy.

I also asked them for small side of lemon garlic butter and they said im sorry we dont give those out. I said I will pay for it and they still refused! I was in shock!!
