Opinions de Piccini Italian Takeout Torrance
My coworker told me to come here about a year ago this day , he said you must try Puccini ! , I looked it up on Google maps I said you mean Piccini, okay I'll try since my wife works at Torrance Memorial . We went after her shift ended, got the Large Classic and Large BBQ Chicken. The crust is perfect not so doughy or hard and tasty. We'll here is the result of the pizza we bought and devoured . There is only 3 at home so you can tell how.good it was.
I ordered a cheese pizza and the Italian Beef for takeaway. The Italian Beef, in particular, was loaded with ingredients and tasted delicious. I think the prices are quite reasonable. The pizza box was designed with a clever liner that kept the pizza fresh after bringing it home, and it's also easy to recycle. In terms of taste, quality, and price, I think it's an outstanding pizzeria.
The customer service here is 5 stars. The pizza is amazing. The meatballs are incredible. We ordered 3 pizza's, 1 salad, and during another visit I got the Meatball sub sandwhich. Everytime I have been here the service has been amazing. Everytime I order food it is fresh, and delicious.
First time here. Greeted right away by a very friendly team member. We got 3 kid meals, came with a drink and a coloring kit. A supreme pizza, cheese pizza, the cheesy bread and artichoke appetizer. Everything is so good! Definitely coming back!
The pizza has to be a one of a kind special sauce. A medium was ordered and it has to be one of the juiciest pizza I’ve ever tasted! Yum! Highly recommend!
We heard about Piccini through a friend and we thought it was great. A large selection of pizzas (even a vegan one for the wife) and they were delicious. Dominos- step aside! We also got a salad and some meatballs and they were very nice. We called up to order and collected ourselves. They have curbside pickup too. The staff were very friendly and the interior was clean and tidy. We will definitely be back because I need to try all the other pizzas!
Piccini Italian Takeout is a new family favorite; run by the same family that owned Guiliano's in Gardena and later, Gaetano's, which I grew up on all throughout my elementary and high school basketball playing days! Piccini's serves amazing pizza, pasta, and salads to go, and it is fast and convenient, yet unequivocally delicious! The menu is diverse and enticing, and you will find it hard to choose just one; which was the case, so we chose 5! We tried the following: the Bianca, Sweet Diavola, Prosciutto and Arugula, Anza Meatball, and The Classic. All were simply mouth-watering, and each one unique to its taste style. We will be back!

The staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered the pizza slice special. Delicious! We also ordered the Fettuccine Brasato. It was perfect pasta dish for a cold winter night.
Closest pizza in LA has come to the taste of Italian pizza (and I’ve lived in Italy for many years). The only difference is Piccini’s crust is thicker and a little more doughy. Highly recommend cuz it doesn’t taste like sugar and bad ingredients.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolute gem! This spot has quickly become one of my go-to favorites in the South Bay. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care and it shows in every bite. Their pizza is next-level, with a rotating Pizza of the Month that’s always creative and mouthwatering. Think elevated, luxurious pizza but without the fuss. Their pasta specials (when available) are equally impressive fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. And I have to say it… their chicken tenders are hands-down the BEST in the South Bay. Crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and packed with flavor. No contest. Orders are always ready in no time, making it the perfect pickup spot (since there’s no indoor seating). And to top it all off, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming every single time. If you’re looking for high-quality, gourmet-style comfort food without the wait or the fuss this is the place. Highly recommend!
Pizza here is always tasty, but we wanted to try the rest of the menu so we got some meatball subs and kids' pasta meals. First, the meatball subs are huge! Much bigger than I thought they would be, and delicious. My kids loved their pasta too and actually ate it all. Also, I called in the order for pickup and I think I messed up my order over the phone, but the manager was super cool and made everything right! Good food and great employees, we will definitely be back soon!
Take out only pizza, and the best pizza I've tasted yet! The dough is great, soft, yet not undercooked and delicious!! BBQ chicken pizza for the win!!!
This is a take out restaurant that serves the local area. Great Italian food, part of a group of family owned restaurants. Fast, friendly, and really good food.

Food is always great and a great value. Pizza, sandwiches, and pasta are all good. Some chairs in the ordering area, plus a small outdoor table.

I didn’t see any reviews about the pasta, so wanted to add one! It was exactly what I was craving— I had the Fettuccini Brasato. I think for the price ($18 is a lot for takeout pasta in my opinion) it would be great to include a piece of bread, really would add to it. Very good overall, would come back again.
I got the kids mac and cheese (which was not macaroni noodles but whatever lmao) and a diet coke which was $13 good deal! There’s no seating inside but the decor inside is cute and there’s a very small outdoor seating section.

I had high hopes for this place. I ordered gluten free pizza and it was some of the worst that I’ve had. I know it’s probably not ordered as often since it’s gluten free but I’ve definitely had way better elsewhere. The crust was very thin, bland, and there wasn’t enough sauce on the pizza. I also ordered a salad and that was average.
I ordered a salad and pizza tonite try their food for a large catering order I was going to place. The salad was horrific. ALL the lettuce was brown and wilted-I would throw it out if that was in my fridge. Pizza was ordinary and the crust was dry. Not going back. Ps-I NEVER post negative reviews. But this!!

After living in NYC for ten years, chicken parm sandwiches are one of my favorites. Having had Piccini's pizza I decided it's time for sub. Two things that makes for a killer chicken parm sandwhich. Marinara and a slightly crisp, buttery Italian bread. You see, the two compliment eachother. The crispiness of the bread holds up from the marinara and the marinara helps soften the bread but it's the two that create a great texture and flavor. Combine that with a nice breaded chicken breast and cheese, melted open face in the pizza oven before serving... you have a wonderful sub. When I took my sandwich out of the bag, wrapped in it's nice papper, I could tell the bread was going to really soft but when I unwrapped it and opened up the bread, I was crushed to see no marinara sauce. There was some cheese, chicken tenders brushed with sauce and some basil. I knew then this was going to require a large drink to wash it down or I'd choke trying. Come on folks, it's not a chicken parm without sauce. It's a hazard without sauce! One can have soft chew bread, but no sauce? Now I could have given this no stars but truth is, it was well seasoned and a very good size for the price. The chicken tenders might scare you off but it was flavorful and a nice consistency for a sandwich. Yes it was dry and chewy but it has potential. If you would say least put sauce on it, this 2 start goes up to 3. Open face broil that baby so the cheese, sauce and chicken become one and and the bread is hot and you have 4, Change the bread and it's a 5 star sub. At least add sauce, please!
I tried the pineapple ham pizza, and while the pineapple was freshly cut, not canned, and it was very good. The ham was not the best quality and the toppings slid off the pizza as if it was an after thought. The meatball sandwich was kind of mushy and the meatball didn’t seem like real beef, but like a soy based product, it was OK, but I think the taste kitchen needs to revisit the meatball and have a bun that does not get soggy

I had order a simple large pizza that was supposed to ready at 5:12 and wasn’t ready until 5:45 with no apologies or reason other than the girl telling my son see all of the tickets? We got busy.. Communication peeps.. 😳 Check #118 for Adam M. Pick up 5:12 PM PST
This has to be the absolute worst Italian Pizza I’ve ever had. I’ll start by at least giving a compliment on the crust, that was ok, but the cheese was like rubber and the choice of flavoring/toping for my $7.00 price of pizza was horrible , the Jalapeños had Zero flavor and the pepperoni was like what you would get in a lunchable, then they poured shitty honey (probably simple syrup), it was dripping with grease. I basically just ate the crust. This NOT AUTHENTIC ITALIAN
