Very neat and cozy underground eatery. Definitely recommend. Italian vibes met with amazing food cooked right in front of you. The pizza was delicious and the pasta looked amazing. Food served very quickly. Good size menu and very good reasonable prices!! They also have a bar.

Ate it so fast we don't have more than 1 picture, but look at any 5 star review that is thorough, and you'll find 0 lies. The food is amazing. The garlic parm wings paired with a pizza are unbeatable. Their beer selection is mint. You'll find great ales and lagers that pair very well with the food. We got the "moza Bella" pizza and shrimp pasta btw. The pasta was alright, but the pizza and wings were bomb. The atmosphere was great, and so was the service. 10/10 would come again. 75 bucks in total without including the tip for the pasta, large pizza, 1 order of wings, and 4 beers. Also, they have an amazing menu that is very inclusive to all dietary restrictions. I was very surprised to see that in a pizza joint. We will be coming back.

1st off I don't like Troy. There's lots of good food in Troy and as of lately I've decided to start wandering over that way because of all the good restaurants. Well enough about me. This place I stumbled across on Google maps looking for a place in Troy. I was in the mood for pizza. So I said hey let's go there. Wifey and I went. Wow glad we did. We had the wood fired wings to start. Let me say. I think these are in my top 3 places for wings. We had the garlic-parm. I shy away from garlic wings cause a lot of places are just too garlicky. These were spot on. Just the right amount. The pizza. Dam good also. We each had the personal pizzas. 4 slices were just enough and they didn't sit in you like you ate too much. Also met the owner Jim. Good dude. Nice to talk to. When we are in the mood for pizza and wings and don't mind traveling out of Albany county. This place made the rotation of returning restaurants. Thanks. Oh and if they have Bloody Mary on special. Get it. Delicious!

I usually don’t review places ASAP, but this place deserve my five star ⭐️ We parked on the street and walked in to this place for first time to try something 😁. We seat outside and ordered wine 🍷 and pizza, servers were friendly, sweet and attentive to customers, Bacchus atmosphere was great. wood fire 🔥 pizza, appetizers and wine menu pretty good. But menu has room for improvement as always 😁, and I have to say much better than all other places. Absolutely reasonable price, outside seat were pretty comfortable and designed well. inside bar and decor was simple and fantastic 😍😍😍 Love it 😊 so classic and European style 🥰

Food was good came out quick , only thing was I asked the waiter for a box to take home a pizza he said I’ll bring it at the end . I again said I’d like it now and he waited till the end of the meal anyway. As minor as this may be it still made the experience not 100%. The box was for a pizza that was ordered in error and wasn’t wanted so it was going to be run out to the vehicle immediately instead of taking up space on our already over filled table. I was annoyed but still tipped 25%. If he would’ve listened I would’ve tipped more. I don’t remember his name he had his chin hair in a hair tie.

This was it second time here, and again had a good dinner. The pizza and pasta were good and my son enjoyed the spaghetti and meatballs. We ate a bit in the early side and were seated right away

“Amazing wood-fired pizza in a cozy basement setting!” Bacchus is hands down one of the great pizza spots in Troy. The crust is perfectly chewy with just the right amount of char, and the toppings are always fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend the spinach artichoke dip — it’s a must-have starter. The vibe is warm and rustic, with the wood-fired oven in full view. Great beer selection and super friendly staff. It does get a bit loud during peak hours, but it adds to the energy. Perfect for date nights or catching up with friends. A true local gem!

If you’re looking for a quiet pizza / pasta dinner on a weeknight in a secluded spot of downtown Troy, this is it. The dining room is welcoming and has many options for groups of different sizes. There is also the outdoor dining area if you don’t mind dealing with passing cars and etc. Usually I go for a make your own pizza / pasta, shareable size, as the only thing better than pizza…is leftover pizza! The quality is superb, especially if you like wood fried pizza, but sometimes the crust does come out a little cinched. Keep in mind that if you ask for jalapeños on a pizza vs a pasta, expect a much more spicier pasta than pizza. Otherwise, a good amount of toppings on the pizza, but maybe not enough to warrant the prices per topping.

I had a rough week and wanted to treat myself and my boyfriend to a nice pizza. We split the garlic bread and the margarita pizza. The garlic bread was good but not worth the price. Then the “margarita” pizza came out. It was just giant slices of a tomato on crust with some mozzarella. A traditional margarita has tomato sauce, so not a great first impression, but I figured it must be a nice flavorful tomato for it to be featured so prominently on the dish. Nope! It was a warm soggy beefstake-esque tomato on somehow soggier thin piece of crust. The majority of the pizza was just this wet mess. One slice comprised of solely a slice of the end part of the tomato (photo attached .) It was frankly disgusting. The crust’s flavor was slightly eggy and its texture was very chewy. The parts with cheese, so less than a quarter of the pie, were okay and the only parts we could really stomach. Oh yeah, and it was a ~10-11” for $14.95… I wish I am being dramatic in saying that I was so disappointed in the margarita pizza I almost cried. If you want to ruin your evening at an unreasonably high price, this is the restaurant for you.
