Opinions de Liza's Troy
I wish I could give 6 stars and want a Lizas in Saratoga Springs! So delicious and the body feels good after eating this healthy food that tastes amazing!
Best breakfast spot in Troy! Sandwich and Cold Brew were both outstanding. An automatic stop when passing through town!
There are so many coffee options in Troy, but I love their French press with cashew milk ✨
Excellent smoothies and açaí bowls. Definitely try the market scramble. I hope to see more blend options for the bowls soon.
The kale pesto egg sandwich was delicious! Add the savory spiced sweet potatoes and you have quite a filling meal.
Left 2 star review after my last few experiences- decided to try the specials today- the girls brought me my coffee and food- Liza personally asked me about my issues with the business- my main concern truly was the lack of customer service and online ordering issue- she explained a few things to me- Thankyou for the great service today- the atmosphere was way better.
Love this place! Wonderful smoothie bowls, smoothies and other food. Easy to find vegan and vegetarian food there.
Not a huge place ,but is a very very nice place to go if you have the time to relax and enjoy the yummy food also the lady’s so friendly I will go again to try more delicious things on the menu 👍🤤
Amazing food, coffee, and smoothies. Really fresh, satisfying ingredients and you feel good eating here. Troy gem!
Liza is very personable. And has a great work ethic she provides a fabulous healthy bowl
One of my favorite spots. Amazing food, beautiful atmosphere, and friendly staff. Can’t go wrong!🤍
Ive always wanted to go here so glad I did Beautifully decorated such a wholesome earthy environment and quality allergy/diet friendly food open at convenient times perfect for on the go
Liza's is super cool. The space is neat and has a really modern but relaxed feel that embraces the history of the building and the city. I tried an acai bowl months ago and loved it, but was FAR MORE filled by it than I anticipated! The full menu does not disappoint any expectations after that.
Coffee, acai bowls, and an incredible vibe inside - what more can you ask for! We loved Liza's so much. Thanks for letting our dogs come in to enjoy a quick breakfast with us! We'll be back, for sure.
I just started a Vegan diet and mentioned that to Liza who was preparing my meal. Liza spent a few minutes explaining options and making suggestions for a great Vegan meal and drink. Liza's menu is Vegetarian friendly and filled with lots of smoothie options. The meal that Liza brought to my window seat was filling and delicious. The cafe is comfortable and I nevet felt rushed. I'll be returning to Liza's the next time I'm in Troy, N.Y. or maybe sooner if I get to Schenectady N.Y. first. Liza's now has a second location in the Electric City.
I absolutely love Liza’s healthy, fresh, light yet filling options! My first time there I was a little overwhelmed by the choices so I asked the staff for help. I was not disappointed!! The online ordering feature is so simple and makes for a quick and easy way to snag exactly what I want when I’m in a hurry!
The staff at Liza's is awesome! They're super knowledgeable and willing to help you customize any order. I love that everything is fresh and organic and the açaí is incredible! I'll definitely be back for more!
Went for the first time Saturday morning and it definitely won't be my last. The space is beautifully decorated and the two lovely ladies behind the counter were both super friendly and helpful. The acai bowl was not only a work of art, it was also very delicious! Conveniently located next to the farmers market, it's a perfect Saturday morning stop.
While I don’t have any food allergies, Liza’s is a great spot for those who are GF, dairy-free or just enjoy delicious food. Perfect for a light bite, refreshing beverage or the best cauliflower tacos your tastebuds have ever encountered, this health-conscious cafe is where it’s at. I love the açaí bowl as a filling breakfast, especially post yoga. The homemade dairy-free milks enhance any cup of coffee, and the sweet little nibbles by the register are a must as a snack later in the day.
As I had went there before covid-19 I can only rate that experience. I was in the downtown area and was hungry of course. As I had missed breakfast in favour of going to get a ring resized. As I was waiting for the other place to open I had decided to look up some places near me that were vegetarian friendly, as I have a meat allergy I can't risk cross contamination. The only place that had popped up was Liza's. I struggled to find it before realised that it was right across the street from me. I walked in kinda shyly and looked at the menu. The lady behind the register was polite and had asked me if I was vegan or vegetarian (she saw my confusion about the menu). When I told her that I was vegetarian she pointed out some yummy sounding vegetarian options. I ended up getting the egg on bread thing (I don't remember what the name of it was) an acai bowl that I added my favourite toppings in (I have had them before at my college and became obsessed) and the cocoa tea if I recall properly. I was impressed with the service and how friendly and polite everyone was there. Sadly I never met Liza as she wasn't in that day but I do have hope to meet her. I don't plan on going during covid-19 as I am extremely high risk and have had it once before. But I do plan on going sometime in the future.
I went to Liza’s on a Saturday during the farmers market. I am from Troy and had heard a few friends mention this little gem. I was a little nervous to order didnt want to sound stupid, but the board was so helpful. Listed the type of granolas, and toppings to select. The half size is PLENTY and so cold and just plain delicious! I get really nervous in large crowds and the space is small. So at the end I was off put by not being able to exit as quickly as I would like. That being said it was a beautiful Saturday during the farmers market and that was to be expected. LOVE LOVE this place.
Always the best. Nobody makes an Acai bowl like Liza's! We tried the cauliflower tacos as well today and I was impressed by the flavor and texture.
I always make time to get food here when I'm in the area. You can really tell that the owner cares about the food especially with everything that they make in house. Liza's will forever be a favorite!!
My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of products and service here. The food is unique in that its very filling and delicious but also healthy. The service is very efficient and consistent. This is one of our favorite food options in Troy.
Liza's has quickly become my new favorite spot in town. Liza is so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I always get the acai bowl and it's excellent every time! Check out Liza's next time you're in Troy!
My go to spot for açaí bowls. You will never taste one as good as Liza’s. Staff is always super friendly and service is impeccable.
One of a kind in the Capital District. My first visit was incredible! I see many Acai Bowl's and Sweet Potato Toast's in my future! Great job Liza and crew!
First time there. The girl at the counter was super helpful. I got the three tacos. Yum yum. With a coca bananas add peanut butter smoothy. I know it has a proper name but. I loved it. I'll be stopping by again next time I'm in town.
I have celiac disease and like to check out places like this when I’m traveling. I’m so glad I stopped here. The person at the counter was very friendly and helpful. And the food was amazing. I got the hash and it was delicious. I got the pagel to go and a treat as I was leaving and enjoyed them both a few hours later. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer to try everything.
I'm more of a 5 Guys fan, but my daughter wanted a smoothie bowl so we went to Liza's. I've had smoothie bowls before, and this was one of the better ones. So I wouldn't mind going back.
Very friendly. Nice cozy place, I recommend the Coco shou tea! Quite comforting. Very quick and they will help you make a decision with what everything taste like. They use local items or they make their own! I will be going there again!
This place is amazing! The bowls are the best I've ever had. I love that you can customize them. The cauliflower tacos are unbelievable. I drive 30 minutes just to pick up lunch from here. Well worth the drive and the price. I can't wait to work my way through the menu.
For healthy food, and gluten free options Liza's is a must visit! Highly recommend their breakfast bowl!
I’m a local realtor in Saratoga , NY and I work in the troy area a lot . I always make time to stop into Liza’s , the establishment is very clean , Friendly and inviting . The food is absolutely on point each time and the young lady who owns it Liza is always very kind and caring . Five stars
Lizas is my absolute favorite and only go to brunch spot, I’ve been eating there since they opened! Literally nothing compares. Their acai bowls are the BEST I have ever had. I love their brain fuel iced coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Amazing
100% Gluten- and Dairy-free. Holy crap—The blueberry pancakes and the sandwich on the waffle were out of this world. My beet smoothie and cold brew with their homemade nut milk was also amazing. I will be visiting every time I’m in Troy.
Healthy, wholesome, satisfying, interesting breakfast bowls... Also a really warm and inviting atmosphere with sunlight, plants, and airy vibes. It is a little pricey, but that’s worth it because everything is so healthy and nutritious! Definitely get your breakfast here!!
Hands down the best place in the area to get brunch. You get what you pay for with high quality food with quality ingredients from an owner that cares. The ambience is a 10/10. Highly recommend to anyone considering
Liza's is wonderful! It is so great to be able to go to a plant based eatery in the capital district area. This is a perfect place to go to for gluten free options! All of their granola is gluten free for those GF people. And their acai bowl was delicious! I ordered their loose leaf tea as well which was amazing! We will definitely be back! Thanks Liza's for providing us healthy and truly delicious food to eat out!
Love the looks and the vibes! I’m usually picky with my food but my breakfast was so great from here! Also carry’s CBD products, lunch bags, seasoned oil and many different choices of tea. And did I forget to mention gluten free and vegan!!! I also love all the plants adds a nice touch to it
Always incredible smoothies and other goodies, this place is a gem! Find them at Saturday's Troy Farmers Market as well!
Recently traveled to BC and was introduced to the Açaí Bowl. What a Breakfast Changer! They are everywhere out there and boy did I indulge. Upon my return I started sourcing ingredients and making my own bowls at home. I heard about Liza's and the next day I went for lunch. It really is an amazing food. It's so good, customization options make it fun and to have it right here in Troy is a great thing. So glad Liza's is here and I hope they do well and stick around! I think for some people the price point is a little cost-prohibitive and yeah...that is probably true to some extent. However, if price means that the quality is there, then I'm more likely to be able to justify it. That's life right? Am I willing to give my dollars for something that is delicious and I want....yes... lol 5/5
Today I checked out Liza's for the first time. It was amazing. If you are looking for healthy food that tastes great this is the place for you. The way we eat as a family really limits the places we can go and feel good about what we are eating (real food, organic, gluten free, non gmo, healthy fat, etc.). I was pumped when I saw real Bulletproof Coffee on the menu. We will be regulars. Thank you Liza for opening up this restaurant. We are excited to try everything on the menu and to bring our family and friends here as well. Keep following your dreams to help others experience real food!
I’ve been a customer of Liza’s since she had a small shop on Broadway some years ago. I can consistently rely on Liza’s for delicious, gluten free, fresh, healthy food. A few favorites are the butternut squash bowl, big Betty breakfast sandwich, bagel and cream cheese and any of the smoothies. I also look forward to the creative specials, especially those that include chorizo 😍
What a great experience I had with Liza’s yesterday. I’ve eaten their before and it’s fantastic. We have vegan and gluten free eaters in my family so this place really works for us. We ordered a carrot cake for a birthday and some lunch (açaí bowls) there yesterday. Everything was delicious, but the cake was fantastic! You would have never know it was gluten free and vegan, but the main reason I’m writing was how amazing the staff at Liza’s is. It was a pretty warm day yesterday and we decided to walk and pickup our order. Liza was so accommodating in helping us get our cake home without melting and to top it off, had our cake on a beautiful stand and gave us candles. Thanks Liza’s for taking that extra step which made moving day and birthday celebration a little easier.
Everything in here is good for you and tastes amazing. That combination isn’t just rare; it’s INSANELY rare, especially in Upstate NY. Bonus points for an elegant but understated/relaxed ambiance that compliments the menu perfectly. Also, the assiduous attention to health conscientious sourcing of her food and ingredients deserves mentioning again - and I do NOT throw around that praise lightly. You really can’t go wrong here, even if it’s just for a cup of coffee (which is also top notch).
Third times a charm… to begin with, BEST COFFEE IN TROY! I usually wait three times to review a place and Liza’s in Troy has hit the mark every time. Even better than the coffee is the food. It’s obvious the owner takes pride in their work and delivers quality food that you feel good eating. I highly recommend.
I work just a few doors down and the cucumber avocado toast is to die for. So good, especially with the little fried garlic pieces. Love it. This place is great if you need a bite in Troy during the day and want something different than the normal heavy sandwich.
Really good brunch spot with excellent variety of options for everyone! Really enjoyed the breakfast hash and the waffle was one of the best we’ve ever had. Next time, we’ll definitely try one of the smoothies. Great place to start the day.
I'm do glad I found this place! When I had to stop eating gluten and dairy, I was so happy to find a place close by that met my dietary needs. Lizas has great food, great smoothies and great vibes. It's my new go-to spot for avocado toast and protein coffee shakes.
This is a PHENOMENAL place. The food I got called the Breakfast Bowl tasted amazing and was a brilliant combination of food (kale, broccoli, sweet potato, avocado, and two sunny side up eggs with an amazing sauce on top!), and my cold brew coffee was unique and delicious. I'll be honest, I helped make it unique because I wanted mine to have cashew milk and maple syrup in it which ended up being 👌🏻😩😩😩 It was just healthy and delicious and the place was cute.
Went to Farmers Market on Saturday had Big Betty sandwich on toast it was delicious. So went back on Sunday to restaurant and had it on a bagel along with waffle special and black cider and ice hibiscus tea. Everything was delicious. My daughter who’s Celiac was thrill with the choices.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped in for brunch with the girls and absolutely loved this dedicated gluten free café! Such a cute spot with a cozy, welcoming vibe. I had the Big Betty breakfast sandwich and a cold brew—both were amazing. As a celiac, I really appreciate places like this where I can eat safely and actually enjoy the food. We were just passing through town, but I wish I could come here every day! There need to be more spots like this everywhere.
This was a cute place to have a light breakfast. We had gotten the raspberry waffle dish and it was delicious. The waffle was flavorful and we had a tea with it which tied everything together. The atmosphere was nice and I believe that this is a hidden jem in downtown Troy. I will definitely come here again! 😊
Tried the big breakfast sandwich and it was tasty! Got it with the waffle option and it was solid overall.
One of the best cafe shop downtown!!! Beautiful inside friendly people inside!! When you are in this cafe you feel that your outside the country. ! Highly recommended this to everyone..
Liza should be proud of the environment she has created at 53 3rd! The atmosphere is incredible and the food even more so. You can tell that quality is at the forefront of her creations and is worth every penny. Thank you Liza’s!
Very tasty, very good vibes. Music was upbeat and calming. The staff was patient and helpful with questions. Atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing. Been going to them for years. The açaí bowls are really delicious and fresh. The teas are refreshing and food is cooked well.
5-Star Breakfast Sandwich Friendly and fast service in this coffee shop/health food cafe. We ordered the Big Betty Breakfast Sandwich on bread - instead of waffles. Wee did have to request they swap out the heal of the bread on one of sandwiches - which was a bit odd to see. Once done, it was a delicious breakfast sandwich with a bit of kick from the chipotle aioli. We saw other meals and drinks go out which looked just as good as our sandwich.
Absolutely delicious! I recommend everyone to make a visit there.
Relax place with delicious food and amazing staff. You must try the French press coffee with the Mocha Brownie Truffles 🥰

This place is so cute, employees are nice, and the acai bowl was one of the best I’ve ever had!
Liza's is phenomenal. Fresh ingredients, lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff. The food and drinks are absolutely delicious. I cant wait to go back
Liza’s is amazing! She catered an assortment of desserts for my wedding - brownies, mocha brownie truffles etc. and much more! She even delivered them day off for an additional fee and set up the dessert grazing table. Liza was very responsive and professional. It true was an amazing experience working with her. A must contact for all of your catering needs!
I am always on the lookout for a quality meal, and it's often a challenging quest. Many places that claim to offer healthy options fall short in terms of nutritional value. However, this restaurant has truly impressed me with its genuinely healthy meals at an excellent price. I highly recommend it for its delicious taste, clean ingredients, and unbeatable value.
Omg...just tried the Farm Salad from Liza's. Wow! This aptly named salad contained everything on the farm! A nice mix of greens on the bottom with sliced apples, cucumber, beets, radish, avocado, and pumpkin seeds throughout and topped with a nice dallop of something equivalent to what you'd find on the buffet table of your favorite holiday gathering (tasted like a dill dip!) The marinated chicken pieces provided just the right amount of tasty protein. It was crave-able. Plus, you get two slices of toasty focaccia bread to complete the meal! I've had several things from Liza's but this might be my new go-to.
Liza’s is wonderful! I’ve been twice (so far!). Once for breakfast with friends who highly recommended it and said they make it a point to come whenever they’re in Troy and most recently for lunch. The staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable about the menu, and happy to offer suggestions if you’re not sure what to choose from the many delicious options or if you have dietary restrictions. I’ve joined the folks who have made it their go to place to eat whenever they’re in the area. I highly recommend!

Glad to have another gluten free spot to go! Their online menu should be redone, a couple of items we wanted were out of stock or different. The food was delicious!
Good food, reasonable prices. Order at the counter they bring it to you - well done, but I'm not a fan of that format. Very nice folks.
It's wonderful to have a restaurant with a menu that is dairy and gluten free. The food and service are great. But they lost the star because they use a lot of plastic that could be easily substituted and avoided when you eat in.
Parking is a little difficult if it's busy. The food is all gluten free, but it's healthier fancy food, not comfort food. It's decently priced, especially for a gluten free restaurant.
Was so excited to have a fresh new healthy option in Troy for breakfast, lunch or a quick stop in the afternoon. I'm in love with great fresh smoothies and quality healthy food items. I tried the smoothie special for the day and I was very pleased to find them using fresh ingredients and more than willing to customize it to suit my tastes perfectly. The service was extremely welcoming and very attentive to detail. I wanted to increase the protein level and they offered great options to achieve that. The pricing was moderate but in-line with healthy fresh food items, I had no issue paying the price I did for my smoothie. The decor inside and out is extremely attractive. Parking is a challenge with their downtown location. Visibility from the road is also challenging, the commercial area they are located in has a shared look and feel among the various store fronts making it a little difficult to pick-up the exact location initially. Overall a great place that I'll visit often.
Excellent food, not so pleasant atmosphere. We stopped at Liza’s of Troy for breakfast in Feb 2025 based on good reviews and appealing food pics. The order was taken at the register and then brought to our table. The food tasted great and was served quickly! All the dishes had a beautiful presentation! Coffee was a French press and was really good! The place had no cream or sugar for the coffee. When asked, they offered different kinds of milk instead of cream and maple syrup/honey instead of sugar. Also there were no salt and pepper shakers on any table. When I asked for some salt they gave me a plastic sauce cap with some salt on the bottom to take it with my fingers. It was quite weird. For some reason "Butternut Squash Bowl" had only one egg while all other breakfast items had two. Not sure why this one was special. The real problem however was the smell. The very first impression we got upon entering was a strong smell of cooked bacon and other foods. It was like standing next to a stove because the space is fully open, with no divider between the sitting area and the kitchen. In such a setup you need a strong hood exhaust but that in turn would make a lot of noise. Anyway, instead of taking our time enjoying the breakfast and great coffee we had to finish it asap and escape to prevent our jackets absorbing the smell :( We are giving Liza’s of Troy 4 stars is it got 5+ on the food and coffee and 3 on the interior and atmosphere. Food ordered Butternut Squash Bowl - excellent and nicely presented. Had to order additional egg though. Breakfast Bowl - excellent and nicely presented. Big Betty Breakfast Sandwich - delicious.
I love plants! Loved sitting in a green atmosphere which was aesthetically pleasing and having some healthy brunch! Friendly staff! Food was tasty and smoothies were good. We ordered avocado & eggs and some bagels. Prices were a little higher but can understand that with the quality of the food we got to eat there! Overall a brunch place to definitely try if u haven’t!

Troy has top-tier gluten free / dairy free waffles thanks to Liza's!! The cashew lemon dressing on the strawberry rhubarb waffle special was so uniquely yummy. The chia raspberry waffle is also delicious and nutritious : )

I got the vegan Kale salad, "spicy" avacado toast, and vegan waffles, and a smoothie. Everything was bland and dry.
Enjoyed the fresh, clean and modern look. French press Coffee was good and had some healthy shakes/food options. Be great if the hostess was more engaging with customers, welcoming them and saying, “hi, welcome to Liza’s” etc. It was my first time. Had to ask for cream for my coffee and water wasn’t placed by the glasses. Aspiring to become something that it isn’t yet.
The Green Monster smoothie was OK. They can't modify because it is already pre-portioned. The flavor was a little off and I realized that they put in too much vanilla protein. $9.25 seems like a lot.
So… what upscale, boutique style, unique restaurant has NO bathrooms? What if I needed to wash my hands? This is the downside of Liza’s. I am grateful that Mud Daddy Flats next door allowed me to use their facility even though I purchased nothing. I would hope that Liza’s would reconsider opening a bathroom.
Where is the restroom? How can they serve people coffee and food and offer NO RESTROOM? Terrible. Also, I would like to add my own creamer (preferably half and half or cream) to my coffee. They made it way too light.

Our first time here, and unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience. We waited 30 minutes for our 2 acai bowls to be brought out. $26 for two bowls seems very pricey. They were tasty, but not $26 tasty. Unfortunately, we are unlikely to return.
Over priced and over rated. It's very cute inside but apart from atmosphere, there isn't much. I did enjoy the blueberry cold brew but my blt and my husband's breakfast tacos were mediocre at best and we paid like $45. We won't be going back or recommending.
It’s a cute cafe the atmosphere is nice but the dirty iced chai with pumpkin spice was kinda awful and tasted like water. Plus I got charged $1 for oat milk. Spent $8 in total 🥴 Update: I did order the dirty chai, it was written on the top of the lid. I wish I took a picture to prove this, but thank you for responding.
Sorry, l had lunch at this eatery two years ago or so pre- COVID-19 when they were in Schenectady the food was absolutely horrible and overpriced. I refuse to try again..,atmosphere sucks but the worse was the food and the price. However the food and customer service may have improved but l will not chance my palate nor my wallet again on Liza’s.
Google , I love Troy and always like to share a good experience but this time I never felt so disrespected.. First time in this place and went to get a menu and when approached asked to have a second to read. She said okay, then placed my order for a triple Berry and that's it, small size. I said thank you, then said you have to choose to things to go on it, I'm like umm okay, I took the menu I was confused she quickly pointed and seemed agravated for me asking. ( It my first time there). So I did politely and said thank you , and gave the two items thinking that's what it comes with said you have to order two, I just wanted the menu item but did what she said.12 dollars and 10 cents, hua, paid. She was talking to others and rushing, I asked why so much it says 9 2( again I guess on the menu it ment 9.20 in dollars) she reached over the counter and said as she quickly grabbing a cup putting it back without even asking me if I needed a drink, she said with a very unimpressed attitude well you should of said plain Jane ( while doing a head crack) I was like okay ( deep breath) thank you she said go over there it will be out. I'm already wow why so much anger. Waited it came out I had to ask for some water, look for something to eat it with and no napkins, had to find them, only two dispensers with other customers. I'm trying my best to be polite Google. I'm already embarrassed and felt like she had a problem with me was very nasty and was already upset before she came to the counter and expected me to know her lingo ( slang) and acted like I should know where these items were,or I worked there, and she was talking behind my back, again I stayed very polite and cleaned up my stuff, watching the others who we're nice( others in the kitchen working hard) but was angry and projected on me.even worse they waited on the others and brought the stuff to them,(Again the others from the kitchen who looked just as confused) Google I was trying to help out the colleges and local residents to say come to Troy the place I love and support buy local but again customer service seems to be a lost art, just because you know the menu and the place doesn't mean everyone else does. Attitudes can change opinions and vibes when trying to prove and show local customers and residents to come and seek these establishments so we can grow and florish and be successful, it starts by not being upset by what is bothering you and saying hi and taking to first 2 minutes to greet and make sure the person coming in happy and in great spirits, you don't destroy because of something else. First time in along time I had to write a bad review in a place ( city) I'm trying to promote and longest. I have been going around with alot of reviews not published yet , trying to not be known so I can give an accurate and honest review so there would be no buyist and favoritism, I'm just sad that I had to give one on this place when I'm promoting Troy and surrounding city's. I couldn't wait because again customer service is very important for growth and success not just for you but for your surrounding neighbor's ( Businesses) Again don't let one bad apple ruin the tree. There is some really great places in Troy and me and my staff have some up and coming winners that you are going to enjoy. Again you never know who your talking to. # Enjoy Troy.
The food was delicious, staff were friendly, and it was a really beautiful space. The only problem is that nobody working there was wearing a mask. This puts their customers at risk of sickness or death and it's currently illegal in the state of New York.
I have been going to Lisa's for a few month now, and each time I go I am more disappointed each time. The only decent meal is the cinnamon raisin pagel, everything else is disgusting including their smoothies . I wish I rate this place a negative star cause that’s what they deserve. Anyways don’t waste your money at this location your better going to Whistling Kettle or Juice Factory VII on 501 Broadway. No one should have to stomach such unsavory food.
I have Celiac Disease. After I ate there I was sick with the typical symptom from gluten. I tested my leftovers from that visit with my Nima tester and there was a cross contamination reaction line in my tester. The food tasted great and I’m so disappointed it’s not a safe place for Celiacs to eat.
Atmosphere is cool, menu is health conscious and modern (paleo centric). The tables were not clean, the plants used to fill the room are in your space depending on where you sit and the communal silverware holders on each table make me a little concerned for the health/wellness aspect. The staff also seemed like they were bothered to have to be there when we ordered. The food was sub par, I had a waffle sandwich with two eggs and a sausage patty. The patty was over cooked and unseasoned and the waffles were gummy and tasted like eggs. My partner had the same comments about the pancakes in their meal. Overall the coffee was the best part of the order but was a touch overpriced ($7 for a brainfuel cold brew)
