It was confusing entertaining the restaurant. It took me a minute to figure out how to use the kiosk. I wanted a long time for my food. Store was very busy with take out orders. The atmosphere was nothing special. Felt like an interesting hot spot. Not what I remember from my last visit.

The place was a bit messy. I had the Baja Bowl with chicken. It was really good! EDIT: ordered the Mediterranean Bowl tonight and only received about half a bowlful. Tasted great, but what a skimpy portion for $12.50. I wish this location was more consistent with quality and portion control.

I ended up not ordering because they were out of the souffle and the broccoli cheese soup. if neither are there; I'm probably not staying. wish they'd bring baco the broccoli cheese Mac n cheese.

Definitely the coldest Panera I have ever been in. Wear multiple layers if you're eating and/or working inside. Absolutely freezing in July.

The store was very clean, and the workers were fast and friendly. I ordered a grilled cheese and a baguette, but I had to wait for a while for my order. I kept checking to make sure my name wasn't being called, but eventually, I saw my order and asked the employee if he had called my name. I wanted to apologize if I had missed it. Unfortunately, he responded rudely, telling me to clean my ears, even though I had been constantly checking. And my grilled cheese looked horrible upon opening.

There food is great... When you can get it. TOO often you order via their company rapid pick up app, and you get to the store to find out they don't have an item. Now they have a new inconvenience. For weeks they keep items on the menu, like you can order it. Only for you to get there and they say "o we don't sell that anymore". This is the latest story with white miche loaves though you can still order and pay for it. God to Crooks Troy or Woodward Royal Oak and avoid this inferior cafe

Don't call you name when your food is finished. Has no one there to take your order. They gave me 2 free cookies because there was a long hair in my salad and it took like 20 minutes to even get the food. Like that they have a patio that wasn't dirty but the inside was. They're were crumbs everywhere in the "bar seat" area by the window.

I cannot believe how slow this drive thru line is for breakfast. 30 MINS wait in a drive thru line behind TWO cars. Never come here. No wonder they are always empty compared to starbucks.

Drive through service here is the slowest I have ever seen. Got to the window after 15 minutes (2 cars ahead of me) and the employee didn't say anything, handed me my order, and closed the window.

I love Panera just not this location. I have been to this location on two different business trips and each time it wasn’t too good. This previous visit I needed to wash my hands before I ate and there wasn’t any soap in the men’s room, I mentioned it to the lady at the counter and nothing was done. People can spread gems and sickness if they cannot properly wash their hands. I really hope the workers have a different sink to wash their hands in.

Food was cold (ordered a hot cheese steak) The lady who's entire job it seems is to put food on the counter and whisper the order name under her breath, took special care to cough on every single thing she handled when she wasnt on her phone. Panera is already overrated - but this one deserves to be highlighted as an example of everything wrong with the establishment. $40 for a cold sandwich and a bowl of soup. What a joke.

nothing wrong with the food, but the caterpillar eyelash having lady who makes the food has a nasty attitude not only does she body shame customer’s but she makes it the customer’s problem when SHE makes a mistake. Avoid this panera at all costs.

This is by far the worst Panera location. The store is always out of everything. The staff is rude and incredibly slow. I waited at the driveway through 10 minutes before anyone even greeted me at the window. I will never return to this location.

$20 for a grilled cheese, tomato soup, and medium fountain drink. I was in shock when they told me my total. That is ABSURD. I asked for a receipt because I was still in disbelief and she gave me a little bit of an attitude about it. THEN, I get to work and open up my food to find that the grilled cheese ISN’T EVEN GRILLED, nor is the cheese melted! You could not pay me to eat here again.

I usually am never disappointed in Panera with their service or food but today hit the jackpot for both. Not only did my drive thru order take 20+ minutes (for 3 items) but my items weren’t even correct!!! My grilled cheese was not even grilled and my salad, which I got the southwest chicken salad with the chicken on the side, didn’t come with cilantro, avocado or corn. Literally just tomato’s, lettuce and tortilla chips. Don’t get me wrong my orders are hardly ever wrong but today just hit a nerve and I’m disappointed because I spent well over $30 for items that weren’t correct or good. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!!
