I live in Manhattan but I like to come here for the atmosphere and the prompt courteous service.

My favorite Starbucks in Eastchester Vernon Hills shopping center Senel the asst manager makes this place great! The ambiance the staff and the people are what makes this place home. Patrick is always a friendly face to see every morning he has never greeted me without a smile. Senel keeps her staff happy and the customers never want to leave. Please dont change staff again!! The coffee is always perfect how i order it and if its not Senel is always happy to change it to your liking and always with a smile love this lady! And so do the customers!

It's my office home away from my home office which is in Brooklyn. Architecturally significant little train station café fits the bill for getting stuff done when up this way. There are "plugs and mugs" and plenty of smiles from behind the counter. There's a little bit of a regular crowd which I like.

The store is clean, the food is fresh and I haven't encountered anything out of stock at this location so far.

My son and I stop here at least once a week. The young men that work the counter are pleasant and fast.

Solid train station Starbucks. Given the circumstances, (4/21 not out of the BUG ) a good standard Starbucks experience.

Cute historic location, I stop here often. Watch the meter time though, the Tuckahoe police drop $25 tickets the second after it expires. Really takes away from being able to linger in this shopping area in general and a spontaneous cup of coffee with a friend or neighbor is almost impossible.

It's a Starbucks with...well ....Starbuck-ness stuff. In any case, I do like some of the workers here, but there is usually a long line from the morning till about 6pm. I do like the back porch they have that lets you sit in the shade and hear the Metro North go by though.

One of those establishments where you get quick service with a smile, clean and spacious. Lots of windows pleasantly subtle. What Starbucks is meant to be.

Great staff and service but the place could use a face lift, however, it is a busy location at the train station.

Upon hold up of train due to fallen trees on railway tracks after the storm I had a stay at this Starbucks. The coffee was good but not as exciting as always. Staff was cordial and prompt. Atmosphere casual and mediocre.

The store has some more positive energy and it’s rubbing off on all the other partners! The barista who’s always speeding through the floor has made my experience a pleasure after an unpleasant previous visit. Keep up the good work. 👍

Yes, I was there the other day. I love this Starbucks because it's bright and spacious. Staff is pretty good as well and the drinks are as consistent as they can be. I do not often go to this particular Starbucks but I will make an effort in the future. The parking is a nightmare. The Tuckahoe village is a lot of fun to off around in as you sip your Frappuccino. The train is right next door so it's great for early commuters. Keep up the good work Starbucks Tuckahoe. Nice spot!

When the coffee is made correctly, it tastes very good. However, there have been times when the printer wasn’t working, and the syrup amount seemed off. I asked for one pump, but it tasted much sweeter, like several pumps were added. If the number on the sticker isn’t visible, it would be great if the order could be double-checked on the computer before making the drink. It’s a bit inconvenient for customers to have to come back to request a remake. Overall, the drink is good when made as ordered, and I hope this small issue can be improved.

I have been coming to this Starbucks location for the past 11 years, my only critique is that there's new staff and they like to run their hands through their hair while preparing food or drink items. They should wear a hat to prevent them from touching their hair. I do not want strands of hair in my food or drink.

It's a Starbucks...there was a line for over priced coffee, no time you wait i was catching a train

It was really crowded and the baristas were inexperienced and were slow at making the drinks however they're attitude was really pleasant and nice. I got a Chocolate Almondmilk expresso and it was not good at all I threw it out after taking one sip.

They should have outdoor seating, and for the tuckahoe area, it should be a nicer place. The Bronx Starbucks is nicer than this one. Service is ehhh

The location is very convenient. Get a coffee or breakfast before or after catching the train or bus. Parking available if you can find a available spot. Inside it’s clean and organized. Handicap bathroom is out of service/ or staff only. Staff is hit or miss, had one of the staff tell me they “ are not authorized to use my cup “ and other be very helpful.

The convenience to the train is the best feature, but show up early as even the smallest of lines can take some time as the staff seems to move slower than other Starbucks. The managers are young and look to be working hard, the staff always has new faces so perhaps the better trained staff are moved on to busier locations?

Slow, prepare to spend time if you have a train to catch. They are located at a train stop.

The staff is very friendly, but the service is painfully slow. Do not recommend if you are in a hurry.

Wifi sucks. Every since they switched from att to "Google Starbucks" I can't connect. Was about to post 1 star, but after finding some trouble shooting tips on my phone, and just trying again I am now connected.

Update: HOW MANY TIMES ARE THEY GOING TO MAKE MY DRINK WRONG??? THEY DONT ADD TOPPINGS YOU PAY MONEY FOR AND ITS SO FRUSTRATING PAYING $10 FOR A DRINK THAT ISN'T EVEN MADE WITH $4 OF YOUR ADD ONS Been here quite a few times and never been too happy but this time was rather frustrating. I waited on line for about 2 minutes before it was my turn, but a customer on the wrong side of the line cut ahead of me. When I'm finally helped the cashier was friendly but right after my order continued her personal conversation with friends there. There were a few people standing around the pickup area talking to staff about all sorts of topics. I'm watching all this while watching other customers having trouble picking up their orders due to them messing around in the way of the pickup area. I was surprised one of the girls was wearing a tuckahoe pd vest. After waiting over 5 minutes to finally get my drink it's not even made correctly. They forgot additions I paid extra for which is extremely frustrating. Overall ended up taking 15 minutes to get one drink.

Overall they're pretty good and service is wonderful but I'm totally disappointed this morning I ordered my usual coffee and the morning bun before going into work today is the first I schedule it for pickup so here I go getting into work sitting down about to enjoy my nice succulent morning bun when this one isn't the same as all the others he gave me a STALE one. How could you?

The slowest Star bucks I've ever been in, the train gets in at 8:35, my #8 bus leaves at 8:50 over the past two weeks, only twice have they been able to serve me. The other times the staff of three behind the counter is not capable of clearing 8 people in that 15 minute window. That's spectacularly​ bad. The manager on duty needs to load level the store better.

Great coffe, but A REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. The cashier got my order wrong and gave me the wrong breakfast sandwiches. I went back to ask them to please exchange them for me, and all I was given was bad looks and not a single apology. They made me wait forever to get me the right sandwiches and then told me, loudly enough and in front of everyone that, since these were different sandwiches, I owed them more money. Honestly, I had not realized until then that the sandwiches I was given originally were cheaper than the ones I wanted, but then again, the way they asked for me to pay the difference ($2.68) was not polite and made me feel very uncomfortable. And I wasn’t expecting to get anything for free; but a “my bad” or an “I’m sorry for the wait” would have gone a long way. I called the manager and pointed this out to her, and she just shrugged her shoulders, mumbled something to the barista and both laughed; which to me speaks very bad about their education, manners and customer service. Not going to that Starbucks ever again.

Worst staff ever encountered in any Starbucks. Zero customer services and rude staff attitude. They need to hire one staff other then colored who can teach some manners.

I always get my food doordashed and they n always forget my food some way some how and when I call they never answer. This is money I cannot get back , due to there mistake all the time !!!!!!

Mobile pick up is never available during early hours. Starbucks App says they are open at 5:30, I get there and a note by the door says they open at 6:45. Um.

This location by far is The Worst in existence. They consistently get your order wrong, comprehension is obviously NOT their strong suit. Then when you tell the barista that’s not what you paid for, they proceed to catch an Attitude. Customer service does not exist in this location. Then when the manger is alerted to this, her response is rather nonchalant. There could be a full staff and only two people waiting for an order and it still takes a minimum of 15-20 minutes. The only reason this place survives is because it’s a Starbucks at a busy train station. The only thing that could save this place, would be to bring back the manger that was there pre-COVID. Save yourself the time and aggravation, find another Starbucks.

First time I got disappointed by Starbucks was today. I Preordered the drinks and had to ask for it because they had the shelf at the back away from customers. I then wanted to redeem my points for merchandise and wanted to know how i could do it. I would have paid for it however the staff was very rude and not helpful. No greeting and manners. This branch does not represent what starbucks stands for.

Coffee order not made as requested. Newer employee was more helpful to make another upon request as the more experienced employee had nothing but attitude pasting it off in an empty place. This place is ok for simple orders. Restroom dirty and unkept.

I ordered my coffee and it took more than half an hour to do it, the staff moves very slowly and you can tell that they don’t feel like working, almost half an hour for a coffee?? This has not happened to me in Manhattan. I had to leave it because I missed my train, seriously it seems that they do it on purpose, they see that you are in a hurry and they take longer than usual, that happened to me today Friday, December 19 at 3pm.

Today they made the worst iced Shaken expresso I have ever had in my life, I think they used expired milk or something. Hands down the worst drink I have ever had from Starbucks. What a disappointment money out the window.

Has customer service at your local coffee stop hit rock bottom? This morning, I popped into Starbucks for my usual fix: two coffees and a slice of lemon cake. But when I noticed the brown bag left on the counter, curiosity got the better of me. Inside? The cake looked like it had been dropped on the floor! When I asked for a replacement, I was met with indifference—turns out that was the last piece. Disappointing, right? It’s hard to believe a beloved chain like Starbucks has seen such a decline in service. What happened to putting the customer first? Starbucks (all locations) have an issue with whisking the matcha properly. The attached photo clearly shows clumps of powdered matcha at the top of the drink, and there would have been more had I not drank it first.

I left something on the counter while I was still in store, it went missing. I asked the employees, frantically searching the store. They said they had no clue what I was talking about. I asked one more employee before I left and she goes to the back to retrieve it out of the trash, very weird that they lied twice about the whereabouts of my items, mind u I never left the store, so they didn’t even ask if it belonged to a customer, they didn’t even offer a recovery card. Bad experience
