Opinions de Little Italy Tupper Lake
Decided to stop in Tupper Lake for a snack on way to Saranac ice castle, stumbled upon this little gem of the of Italian cuisine!!! The white pizza was absolutely delicious!!! Best tiramasu I've ever had!!! Better than the tiramasu at the "Little Italy" in Saranac Lake which is closed. Will definitely be coming back when in the area. They were busy and the service was excellent!!!
I'm a bit of a pizza snob, so I tend to have low expectations of new places. This place really impressed me. Really solid pie! Good atmosphere and local beers on tap. They don't take credit cards but there's an ATM machine on the premises.
Had difficulty finding a place to eat in Tupper Lake, and ,luckily, we found this treasure. Honestly, was not expecting much, and was pleasantly surprised...the food was delicious..meatball sliders on small garlic knots and a huge winter started our feast...all different hamburgers were ordered, including pizza burger , brazilian burger, which had a fried egg on it, and another one with a balsamic glaze. I was happy that the meat came from a local farm, and they were so huge that everyone only ate half...hand cut french fries and cheesy pesto bread completed our meal...service was impeccable.. the waitress was so attentive..my favorite part is a sign on the front door, dissuading undercover agents who just want to complain from entering....the decor is really nice and I look forward to sampling some of their cocktails next time.
Got one of their big chicken wraps that was very good. Garlic knots aren't the best knots I have ever had, but the selection of items on the menu makes up for it. Gfeat staff and atmosphere.
I had ordered several large pizzas to go. They are cash only though I'm not sure if that's a permanent arrangement. They do have an ATM on site that has a small surcharge if you don't have enough cash on you at the time. The employee had the pizzas ready by the time I arrived. Unfortunately I didn't see a tip jar available to complement the great service.
First off. Ted the bartender slash owner was awesome. He knows what an old fashioned is. Second the food was fantastic. Good job filling a hungry fat guy. I will be doing dinner here every chance I can. Can not rave good enough!!!!!
We luckily chose Little Italy on our way home from The Wild Center. I had the chicken wrap. The menu says it's HUGE, and it is. The wrap is actually made from a tender thin pizza like crust! It was VERY good. I chose the tossed salad with Italian dressing as my side and the size of the salad and flavor of their dressing didn't disappoint. We saw others eating the wings and pizza, which looked equally as yummy!
They accommodated all 18 of us and were very good and sweet We are not from the area and it was pouring out The owner was talking to my kids and helping out with drinks and everything Thank you all so much for the great and fast service
Food was absolutely amazing! Service was a little slow but it was a very busy day and there was only one server. This is a cash only restaurant. There is an ATM in the restaurant if you don't have any cash on you.
Great food overall. Absoulutely delicious food between the great pizza and appetizers. Every time we go there we order more than we can eat so we have some to eat at home. The environment is great and the staff are super nice.
I always stop here every year in vacation. Dinners are 15-20$ . They do have gluten free options (in a non gluten free kitchen). The portion size is large. They have a full bar. HOWEVER THEY DON'T TAKE CREDIT CARDS, ATM is in the restaurant. They should take cards.
Enjoyed another great meal at Little Italy tonight. The ziti with an added meatball was amazing, as were the garlic knots. Knots come with either garlic butter or marinara. The garden salad was large and included black olives, cherry tomatoes, onions and a spring mix. Our waitress Kirsten was awesome, very informative and took great care of us. We will return soon !
I love coming here. Friendly staff, huge portions, and fantastic delicious food. They are very popular, so be prepared for a wait and bring cash.
Came in with a group and they kindly accommodated. They were also willing to work with me and my dietary restrictions to find something I could eat. They do offer gluten free pizza crust. They do not accept card though so be prepared with enough cash. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Cute little Italian restaurant reminds us of Bostons North end. Husband always orders the Baked lasagna ( loves it ) on the drive up he says he is going to try something else ..never does. This visit I had baked manicotti and was not disappointed. Garlic knots are tooooo good. Portions are large had enough left over for another meal.
Really great Italian food in a small community. The service has always been pretty good, too. They're also in a convenient location! I just wish they accepted something other than cash only. Recommend for sure!
I think I gained 5lbs on the amazing aroma alone. The fettuccine was outstanding. Literally 3 meals for my post surgery tummy but soooo worth it! My dining companion had the antipasto salad. He doesn't eat much so I took the remainder of his meal home (bonus!) I took a piece of tiramisu home. It was so creamy, rich, and bold. Scrumptious is the word of the day for all we enjoyed! The server, and her fellow employees were all so kind, welcoming, warm and friendly to us as new comers. The dining area was a relaxed, comfy, home style setting. I was very impressed 🥰
It was pretty busy. The waitress was very nice and accommodating. We were a group of six and she made sure that we had comfortable seating during the rush hour. She was very attentive. All of the food was wonderful and plentiful. Unfortunately,I am from California and cannot go here on a regular basis, otherwise I would make this my go-to place two to three times a week. We may even go back tonight to eat there again since we are in town. Thank you for being awesome.
We were looking for Lakeside dining in Tupper Lake, which doesn't seem to exist. So we found Little Italy instead, and we were glad we did! The food is amazing with generous portions. Service was fast and friendly. Is it ridiculous that a restaurant in the 21st century doesn't take credit cards? Yes. So what? Bring some cash (or get some from the ATM in the restaurant) and enjoy great Italian food. Best in Tupper Lake!
Little Italy might be my new favorite restaurant (which is a real shame because I don't live anywhere near the Adirondacks) The food was delicious. Amazing pizza and pasta with lots of options. I highly recommend the garlic knots. The servers were all very friendly and helpful. They don't accept credit cards, but they have an ATM that is convenient to use. Little Italy came recommended to me as the best place to eat in Tupper Lake, and I think it fully deserves that status.
I have been to Little Italy in Tupper Lake probably six times and each time it was excellent. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the prices are more than reasonable! The decor inside is very nice with lots of booths. They do Italian entrees and pizza really well!
Amazingly good food and it was truly unexpected in a small Adrondack town. Meat sauce was delicious and a perfect consistency. Salad was fresh and crispy. The dinner rolls are so good, be careful you don't eat them all. Leave room for the great food. Service was pleasant and we felt welcomed from the moment we came through the door. Clean and bright.
Stopped in for lunch on the way home from visiting our daughter at college. The restaurant was in the process of being decorated for the Holidays, and our waitress Megan was friendly, helpful and attentive. The menu selections were plentiful, and our food was perfectly prepared and tasty. While we are not locals, our visit here made us wish we were, and we plan to return on our future travels through Tupper.
Highly recommend!!! Stopped in on a whim while passing through town. SO glad we did! We had just finished camping for the week and about to head out on our long trip home. The atmosphere and staff were so welcoming and the food was fantastic! The above and beyond service was so comforting. I can't wait to pass through town again, will definitely be stopping in!
We’re from Long Island so we are spoiled with Italian food. We didn’t know what to think going to get Italian upstate but we loved it. Dishes are low priced and high quality. Server was great, really friendly and had recommendations. Inside is cozy and bright and the bar is beautiful. Would go again.
One of the best burgers I’ve ever had!
tldr: quick service, good food, overall a great option for the area, 10/10 would buy from again. in depth: I biked about 3.5 miles to here, and was feeling pretty hopeful. My phone died right as I arrived which was concerning considering I was using it from directions, and I'm not from here. I picked up the pizza, and everyone was very nice and generally great. I biked about 4.5-5 miles back because I was somewhat lost, and reheated the pizza by a fire. Pizza was delicious and absolutely worth the way there. If I'm every near here again, I will return. Recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to eat around here.
After a long (and wet hike) Little Italy was JUST what the doctor ordered. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was hearty, delicious (with sizable portions) and the place unpretentious. We were very pleased and thankful for a restorative meal!
We got the baked Ziti and the crispy chicken Volcano wrap, and holy CRAP the food was sooooo good. Service was excellent, our waitress was sweet and likeable. Drinks were also good. The dining room itself is a bit dated and the walls could use a wipe down (ceiling down) but that's if I'm being really nitpicky. Thank you for the amazing meal!
Great experience working with the owner Ted to feed over 50 cub scouts and parents while visiting the wild center. Ted and his staff were very accommodating to our needs to include dietary restrictions, early pickup and supplying us with plates, napkins and trash bags for our lunch. This allowed me and the other parents to focus on making the trip as memorable as possible for the kids who were stuffed full of great pizza. I highly recommend Little Italy to anyone in the area.
Great Italian joint. Friendly staff clean building. Bread with dinner. Chicken parm with meat sauce was excellent big portion nice and crispy just the way it should be!
Having a family member visiting prompted a take-out order request for Italian food. Little Italy came through for us. Easy to order by phone, ready in around 30 minutes, and the best part... our choices were quite tasty 😋 Well done, folks, and thanks for serving our local community.
One of the few places open on a Monday in Tupper Lake. Just had a slice of pizza but it came hot and taste. Service was good, comfortable dining area. Very clean rest rooms. Definitely would go back. Very reasonable prices. Just a comfortable little restaurant doing what it does every day.
Best full service restaurant in town! Exceptionally clean, attentive waitstaff! Large menu, wonderful Friday specials! Beautiful bar area & big back room for larger parties!
Last minute dinner decision that turned out great.

Stopped here on our way up to Potsdam. Did not expect much. Very pleasantly surprised. We had winter salads, clam chowder and a shaved ham sub. All were yummy. Nice server. Comfortable and super relaxed. Glad we stopped, will definitely stop by again when driving through.
We were looking for a pizza place for lunch and this place didn't disappoint. We ordered the honey BBQ chicken wings and a 4 topping extra large pizza. The wings were probably one of the best we've ever had and the extra large pizza was huge and delicious. The sauce was on the sweeter side, not acidic, which I loved. Our server was pleasant and happy. We brought the rest back to where we were staying. The next day, we stopped back to order chicken wings, again, French fries and mozzarella sticks to go with our leftover pizza. Everything, again, was cooked perfect and delicious. The only negative is they're cash only, however, they do have an ATM of you need it. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely stop again.
Wonderful place, food was delicious and fulfilling, came out quickly and cooked as ordered. Staff were friendly with smiles from the beginning to the end, the service was great, and the restaurant was beautiful with wonderful decor. Overall, we were extremely impressed, pleased, and satisfied with our experience.
Some of the absolute best pizza there is! I drove 4hrs to try it again after a 4 gear hiatus (I used to frequent the Saranac Lake location) and Littla Italy reigns supreme. The sauce is uniquely flavored amd really works very well with the Grande Brand cheese that they use. Their garlic knots are out of this world good too. 100% worth the drive every time!
Trish was absolutely phenomenal with her service. Very kind people and a calm cool environment during this hot weather. The food was EXCELLENT and we will definitely be coming back again. They had run out of their garlic sauce for their garlic knots and so when we were getting ready to leave she gave us free garlic knots with their sauce once they were in stock again 10/10 star review. Thank you!!
We ladies had Fettuccine, 1 w chicken and i had w shrimp. He had clam sauce w speg. Was a bit disappointed there was no bread offered to wipe up remaining sauce. I'm a visitor from Florida and was craving a "Little Italian" GOT IT. Was good and great service.
Great, especially for the area. Food was delicious, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. Generous portions. I couldn't honestly give it 5 stars because I've had better food(in Italy) so it doesn't seem fair, but it's definitely the best around and I highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area.
The white garlic pizza was excellent and very large. However the eggplant rotolini was tough. I had difficulty cutting it even with a steak knife. The rolls were delicious. The meatball sub was very good. Cash only, no credit cards.
The food: I got the burger which was good, cooked to correct temperature. Wife loved the pasta. The service is ok at best. It was crowded so there’s that but not once we were asked if we needed anything after our table was served. The biggest downside is the cash only thing. In this day and age, why would we carry that much cash. The only other option is to use the atm with a fee. The thing is, most don’t even carry an atm card anymore.
It seemed crowded in the restaurant, like not much room to move in there, so my party of 14 sat outside. We all ordered food and the waitress remembered everyone’s order, without having to write everything down! Nice job!
Little Italy is more than just a pizza joint. They serve sandwiches, pasta, calzones, and more in a family friendly, casual environment. This is not where you go for ossobuco, and it's not the cheapest pizza in town. It is, however, the only restaurant that was open for lunch on a Tuesday in Tupper Lake. Prices were average; service was adequate; and the soup was fantastic!
I've been here a few times in my life as a local. The pizza is solid a generous size. I enjoyed the garlic knots. Before Amado's it was easily the fanciest restaurant in town. I did get sick eating there once as a kid over 10 years ago. They were supportive over a family emergency giving us a free 50$ card. The ravioli is better than anything you can get frozen. Great place if you want to get food then nice drinks.
Cash only but good service and portions
Nothing super special. Had spaghetti and meatballs and sausage sandwich. Both were good but not spectacular. They do not accept charge cards, which could be an issue for some people. Busy so very little attention from server after food came to table.
So the food was REALLY good. The cheesy and very garlicky bread was amazing! Only thing that I didn’t like was the cocktails. We ordered multiple and they were all bad. Tasted like they didn’t have simple syrup or were shaken instead of stirred. Ive drank cocktails for years and I’m not picky by any means but these were probably the worst I’ve had. They were all bitter. Bartender could use some classes, but that’s my only complaint. Food was amazing, decor was nice, and they even took the time to give the bathrooms an Italy vibe. I’m def coming back for the food.
Good food and an even better server. We were very pleased to find this pizza shop considering we are picky long island pizza lovers. Ask for pepperoni on the side and they gave me a massive bowl lol. Didn't love the mozzarella sticks but the pizza was good enough to make everyone happy. Cash only.
Prices definitely don't reflect that everything we ordered seemed frozen/pre-made. Meatballs aren't made in house, nor are the pasta sauces. Not terrible food if you're passing through and need to eat but I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.
Slow service. Nice waiter and great people. Had to asked for silverware to eat my salad. I had to asked to clean my table. We ordered hamburgers. I let you know how good it was. The burger was good.
Pretty generic pizza joint. Pizza is decent as well as the garlic knots . Wife had salad and the raspberry vinaigrette was comparable to NyQuil. They don't take credit cards which comes off as a scam as they are happy to point you at their ATM that charges you a fee. Overall will probably go again but in no rush.
Nice Italian place. Good portions. I had grilled chicken breast with avacados and roasted broccoli. It was excellent. I tried some pesto bread which was like garlic bread with cheese and pesto. The Stromboli had sesame seeds which I thought was cool. Steak was overpriced. Maybe I missed something but $30 for a 12 oz steak was a bit much for me. Especially in a Mom and Pop type atmosphere.
Passing through on our way back from a hiking trip and stopped for a bite. We were thrilled to find an open restaurant at 9pm on a Sunday evening. Food was fine. Solid Italian food at reasonable prices. Service was lackluster and our server also decided to also add 18% gratuity onto our check for a party of two. Which I found extremely off-putting. I'd be willing to try this place again when we're back in the area, and hopefully just have someone else providing service.
Tried both places Tupper Lake and Saranac Lake. The service at Saranac was much better. The server at Tupper Lake only spoke and was friendly to locals?! Neither place overwhelmed with either their pizza or calzones. The salads and garlic knots were good at Saranac Lake and our friends enjoyed the lasagna there.
We were visiting the wild centre and stopped here for a quick bite with the family, we did not have high expectations.. food was decent our server wasn’t the happiest but we really loved their garlic bites, past was a little greasy and the pizza was ok.. a decent place if you are in the area! Just make sure to bring cash!
Service was really great, specially during the tinman event weekend going on, first tonight had chicken parmigian with spaghetti and sauce. The chicken was breaded and burnt edges and dry along the outside, inside was juice and delicious. So attempted the Pizza second night and first look was easily delicious, then came the taste, thicker dough then like making it chewy type pizza, and not as crispy as it looked, sauce was good on it great taste. Overall pizza rating 6.1 for the pizza... The other dish 5.4
Wrong pizza for two of our group. They had to sit there for 20 minutes while others ate. Only take cash. Signs saying customers should tip well because they pay low wages. If they paid a little better maybe they would get wait staff that can get orders correct. We are not idiots!!!
Walked in and several tables with old food and and dirty dishes. It is apparently a busy place and only one waitress. The staff were very nice. Stromboli is premade. I have an allergy to mushrooms which couldn't be accommodated. No soup for lunch. Left and went to Guido's. Glad I did, the prices were much better and Stromboli cooked to order and yes, sauce was included (.85¢ at Little Italy)
Good service, clean and friendly. I found my pasta to be tasteless and could not eat more the 3 bites. The bread roll was excellent.
We have eaten at Little Italy many times including last night. Last night the food took almost a half hour but it came and it was good. In the past, the food was always good and service pretty good. Tonight, we came in and the service was slow. We had to follow up twice to get my dads side salad and it finally came. Fifty minutes later, our entrees hadn’t come. The waitress told us twice it would be coming soon and then said she had reminded them four times over that 50 minutes. We got up and told the waitress we had enough and were going to leave. I asked for the check expecting honestly it would have been waived, and it wasn’t. It was only a few dollars for a side salad and a soda, but still. The right thing to do would have been waiving it. Very disappointed.
The service was great. Our waitress was friendly and it seemed like the chef is liked within the community. The food is a different story. We got the bruschetta as an appetizer. That was not bruschetta hahahha it was cheesy bread with balsamic drizzled on it with a side of tomato, garlic, and vinegar. We got the pizza too and when I say it was the worst pizza I have ever had, I mean it. Sauce was so sweet I’d call it sugary. Cheese was of the lowest quality I have ever ingested. And I had to bite the crust like it was raw meat. The weird thing is I think the pizza was cooked ok just ingredients were horrible. Staff was great they just need a refined menu and a better chef.
Food was decent. But not worth the 2 hours we spent in there. Food took so long and a waiter didnt visit us for drinks for probably 20 minutes
Food was OK. I wasn’t my favorite. I got spaghetti and it Very yummy, but it was very salty. I think it would be better if it was made fresh. I Don’t like food if it’s not mainly fresh . The service was OK not what I want expected. Waitress did not put my mom’s spare on the tab so she needs to get fired. This restaurant sucks half the time I’ve ate there was good but this time it wasn’t the greatest.
So, I usually come by the Tupper lake establishment once a week because I really don’t feel like cooking because I work 6 days a week as a chef in lake placid. Went tonight, 1/2/2024. Had a LG pizza to go order and I ordered in advance. Came to pick up my order 30 minutes later. Brought it home and opened the box to see my entire pizza was burned on the top and bottom. The owner was there and thanked me after leaving a $10 tip. My bill was 29 and some change; so I thought it was appropriate to leave a local business with a good tip. Needless to say; I will not be returning here.
Terrible experience, we waited over 15 minutes several waitresses walked past us never even acknowledging our presence. There was a HELP WANTED sign on the door, perhaps short-staffed but there were 2 people behind the counter, 1 behind the bar, and 2 others taking orders. Not 1 of the staff said anything to us while waiting on people behind & beside us. We got up & left, not the expectations we expected with all the positive reviews.
Ordered the Alla vodka dish and it tasted bland didn't taste like they put any effort in no spices or anything I could taste. For that price it should be a lot better with more effort put in to cook it. Don't waste your time make it yourself at home or get it somewhere else. Also ordered the tiramisu was a very tiny piece for about 9 dollars very disappointing.
Complete waste on my time for mediocre pizza at best. Young and stupid girls that cannot estimate cooking time properly for takeout orders. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, thay said 20-25 Mins; I get there 30 minutes later and end up waiting with several other people in the same situation. It was hard to watch them mislead so many people in front of my eyes. I don't recommend for quality food and because it was so poorly ran.
Make sure you have cash, no credit cards, food was terrible, with no taste at all except for burnt garlic. My husband's meal was suppose to have a wine sauce on it he said it tasted like pasta water. I have never been to an Italian restaurant were your meal didn't come with a salad, and garlic knots, or garlic parm.and balsamic bread. They sat us, took order and never came back until we asked for the check. Very loud couldn't really have a conversation. Will definitely never go back.
I was visiting Tupper Lake on my own for a day. This restaurant was recommended. I went at 5 PM on Friday 7/22 and was promptly greeted and seated in a booth. It was not busy at that time. The table seated AFTER me was receiving their drink order before I was even acknowledged. They were having their order taken as I received my drink. A staff member was closing blinds behind me as sun was glaring in. She bumped me in the head and something swung around at hit me in the shoulder. No acknowledgement. I was served fairly promptly. My waitress NEVER: asked how my dinner was; asked if I wanted any refills on my water or if I'd like to order the wine I mentioned at my food order; asked if I wanted coffee or dessert. I heard the waitress at the next table ask all these things and attend to her customer. DURING my dinner, while I was eating, my waitress came over with a to-go box and asked if I'd like the rest to go! I informed her I was still eating and could I have more water please. No water. The wait line started to grow at this point and I felt I was being ousted because I was by myself and seated in a booth for 4. I kept getting stares from some staff. It took my waitress 10 minutes or more to return and at least that much to bring check. TERRIBLE service!
Our group ordered food in advance to save time once we arrived. For some reason the restaurant wouldn't let us eat there. We had to eat in the parking lot across the street. I might understand if the restaurant was full, but it was after 8 PM on a Monday night and there were plenty of tables available. I don't understand why the restaurant wouldn't let us eat there.
First of all the service was terrible. We waited forever for our food. Our waitress was very rude. She doesn't even know what manners are. We never even got a refill for our water. Her tone of voice was condescending. She should be fired. I don't know how she even got the job in the first place. The food was subpar. Whatever you do never order the pizza it is worse than a frozen pizza from dollar tree.
We arrived at 7 pm on a weekday night and were surprised to see a big sign on the door indicating they accepted CASH ONLY. There was nothing on their website to warn us before going to this restaurant. It was also very crowded with people standing at the door. We elected not to enter and found an excellent nearby brewery with good food in food trucks outside.
Giving it one star only bc 0 stars are not an option. Entered establishment and sat there for over 10 mins at the bar and not one person greeted us. Made eye contact with the bar servers and still no acknowledgment. Got up and left with no plans of returning in the future.
Waited over an hour for 2 strombolis, asked at the counter if our food was coming and waitress said she was getting it right now. When our food came it was not hot and the cheese wasn’t even melted. We paid and left with out complaint but will not return or recommend.
Waste of money!! Walked in, every table was dirty. Had to ask someone twice if there was any place we can sit. Once we found a spot, we were told that the six top was to big for two people (which was the table they cleaned off for us!!) And we were moved to another table. Rude staff, I understand you guys are short staffed but that's no reason to have attitude before we even got a chance to say anything. One table left while we was sitting there from not being greeted. Saying the food is mediocre is the highest compliment we can give this place. Pasta sauce tasted like it can from a can at Walmart, totally without flavor. For the cost of this food we could have hired a professional cook to personally cook a meal for us, and to get such bland food seems an insult. What a complete waste of time and money.
The waitress was rude , took over an hour to get food , and during that time the waitress never once came back to refill the drinks that were empty even though we were right by the front door where she was seating people. Received an attitude because we asked for our receipt and boxes. On top of that another waitress dropped hot marinara sauce on the floor , we got covered along with many others and she didn’t apologize to anyone , instead she made our waitress clean it while she hid.
Terrible service; they don’t even deserve the one star. The waiter was really rude and should not be in the service industry. We waited an hour for our food and then had to wait for the bill to come another hour. The pizza tasted like the school pizza I used to eat in elementary school, like cardboard with very little cheese and pepperoni. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review and this place pushed me pass the edge. There was even hair in my fries. DO NOT GO HERE!! Terrible customer service 👎
This place was mediocre at best. Food was okay, nothing special. But the service? Rough. I had to flag someone down 4 or 5 times just to pay or get anything I needed. Felt like I was invisible. And then, on top of that, they hit me with an automatic 18% gratuity that kind of tip should come with actual service, not being ignored half the time. Definitely not worth it. Not planning on going back. It’s not my responsibility, to pay a fair wage to your workers, I usually tip well, but seeing an automatic 18% and yall wanted a tip on top of that, that’s insane between the gratuity charge and tip it would’ve been almost 40%-50%
This place is incredibly confusing. The take out counter is the first thing you see, along with cash only signs. This caused us the think you order there and sit down. After paying for bottled water and an ATM fee we realized there is a separate dine in section, although still cash only. Apart from the confusing layout and flow, the food was overpriced for less than food truck quality. This was the only place open for lunch on a Saturday in July in Tupper Lake. I’ll just grab something from Stewarts next time.
Unfortunately just not a good experience. It was husband and I’s first time here together and upon entering we were greeted but found we needed cash or a checkbook (which who carries those anymore), so we went to the atm to get money out because they were one of the only places open with lunch options on a Saturday (which also, wild). We placed our order at the counter because we weren’t told to do otherwise, and sat down to wait. About 20 minutes later, I had to go up to the counter and ask where our food was and a minute later she brought it out. Food is overpriced and just average. Almost $16 for 3 tenders and fries. I would pay that if it was better quality but the price just doesn’t match the quality. My husband asked for 2 waters and without asking if he meant tap water, went ahead and charged him for 2 bottles waters. Won’t be returning.
This was a let down. We stopped in because we love Little Italy in Saranac and according to the website they are affiliated. We waited over 45 minutes just to sit, and instead of cleaning off one table so we could sit down they cleaned all tables in stages, so it took a long time. People who arrived after us were waited on and served before us. The waitress ignored us and was not friendly when she did stop. I wanted to leave multiple times but my husband wanted it, so we stayed. The garlic knots were under baked, and under seasoned. If you love garlic knots, it's supposed to be drowning in delicious garlic butter. Ours was very lacking and tasted doughy. The garlic butter was separated and had zero garlic flavor. The basket the garlic knots came in was absolutely filthy. We ordered the white garlic pizza with chicken. Their was zero sauce on the pizza itself. It was so dry. The only positive thing I can say was they were very generous with the chicken and cheese. The crust was hard, and very hard to eat. It tasted like it was very old, not at all fresh. They taste absolutely nothing like Little Italy in Saranac. The kicker is the next day all of us had stomach issues, if you get my drift.
